Check in was a easy. The room was clean. The maid for my room was exceptional.

Originally there was to be 3 people in my room. So, I got the rate that covered breakfast. Then the property sent me a message letting me know that the breakfast included was for only 2 people. Very disappointing because of i am starting that there will be 3 people in the room, 3 people should be able eat. Needless to say I canceled that booking and did another without the breakfast option. Breakfast was 38.01 per person. We did not breakfast at the hotel.

Location, Buffet breakfast, comfortable bed, staff were friendly.

Could have had robes for going to the pool. Aircon was a bit loud.

Loved how the gym was open 24 hours! mots hotels usually dont have that. Check in and check out was extremely easy. Took about 5 mins each to get done. Parking was very easy as well

The Quality of the bed sheets couldve been better and the carpet was dirty when we first arrived

This is a great hotel. It's convenient for many things to do. This was my second stay at this hotel and it's a great place. It is clean, the bedding is so comfortable and the clean. It's a great hotel and I will definitely be back. I highly recommend!

Posizione comoda, ci siamo spostati sia con i mezzi che con uber, posti limitrofi molto carini per la colazione se non l’avete inclusa. Quartiere abbastanza tranquillo, in generale non abbiamo girato di notte per evitare brutte esperienze. Stanza pulita e vista stupenda.

Al bar si poteva pagare solo con la carta. Camera accanto alle scale a volte un po’ rumorosa ma sopportabilissimo. Moquette in camera.

- se la colazione è compresa nel costo ed è scritto… così deve essere!!. Non ci devono essere sorprese vergognose.

Personnel pas très accueillant L’hôtel est immense c’est l’usine Rien à faire à pied à côté de l’hôtel donc l’emplacement pas fou La rue « commerçante » est ignoblement à côté Le parking en plus 49 $!! Par jour Tout est Affreusement cher Et la piscine minuscule Pareil pour la salle de sport 3 tapis de courses pour un hôtel de 30 étages …

No accommodation for feeding families with small children. I would like to have the option to order an adult breakfast and a child breakfast. I could not leave the small children at my dining room table. I paid $35.00 for my partial breakfast and more $$ for a. child buffet breakfast-all gathered by six runs with the child in hand gathering buffet offerings and beverages

Hôtel confortable, bien situé et bien équipé avec une superbe vue sur San Francisco. Bon petit-déjeuner.

Bien qu'étant séparés de l'ascenseur par une autre chambre, on entendait beaucoup la machinerie. Le parking est relativement cher (50$/j + les taxes), quasiment plein, bas de plafond (sur de nombreuses places, on ne pouvait pas ouvrir le coffre de notre SUV de location, car la tuyauterie des sprinklers gênait) et places étroites. La laverie est trop petite (2 machines et 2 séchoirs) par rapport au nombre de clients, il y a la queue et elle est surchauffée.

Noi abbiamo prenotato una stanza con vista e dalla nostra riuscivamo a vedere il Golden Gate. Ben posizionato rispetto ai mezzi pubblici e tutto sommato è stato semplice raggiungere un po’ tutti i posti. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Abbiamo prenotato una stanza con colazione per 2 adulti e un ragazzino di 15 anni e sebbene la prenotazione riportasse che mio figlio avrebbe soggiornato gratis la colazione per lui non era compresa perché pare che per ogni stanza è prevista solo la colazione per 2 ma questo non era indicato nella conferma della prenotazione. Ovviamente la colazione da loro prevista secondo noi non valeva 35,00 dollari che avremmo dovuto pagare in più.

Wybraliśmy pokój z widokiem z wysokiego piętra. Było pięknie. Śniadanie hotelowe zdecydowanie wyróżnia się na tle innych śniadań w hotelach w USA.

Brak przejrzystości w ofertach "ze śniadaniem wliczonym w cenę". Pomimo, że zarezerwowaliśmy i opłaciliśmy pokój ze śniadaniem dla 4 osób, to uwzględnione w ofercie śniadanie dotyczyło tylko dwóch. Na miejscu okazało się, że należy dokupić posiłki dla pozostałych osób z rodziny w bardzo wysokiej cenie, lub zamawiać osobno z karty. Gdybym o tym wiedziała rezerwując pokój, wybrałabym inną ofertę noclegu.

the city view is great

breakfast is extremely expensive. you cannot book it for only 1 guest so you have to pay a low value breakfast for 2 even if you on your own. by the way if you dont book in advance you will get the bill from a waiter so tipping is mandatory - however the breakfast was self serviced

Mi è piaciuta la stanza ai piani alti con una vista pazzesca, la struttura è buona e la zona è tranquilla anche lontanuccia da un po' tutto. Con 15 usd di Uber comunque si raggiunge un po' tutto.

Il parcheggio, carissimo, ma quasi inevitabile da quelle parti. La piscina che di fatto è inutile, è all'aperto al sesto piano in una città che ad Agosto aveva 15 gradi e un tempo da lupi.

Zona tranquilla e relativamente vicina alle principali attrazioni. Pulito, staff cordiale e colazione variegata anche se un po’ costosa. Letto molto comodo e camera dotata di vari comfort. Lo consiglio assolutamente!

Room was clean, staff friendly, high floor city view. Location was ideal - short bus ride to downtown and tourist sections/attractions, safe neighborhood and walking distance to excellent restaurants on Polk and surrounding area.

Lack of drawer space as our dresser only had one available drawer for two beds...Really? Breakfast buffet options were ok but repetitive and lackluster. We had breakfast credit during our 6 night stay but only went 2 times, opting to eat out the other 4 days.

A szálloda tetején lévő medence nagyon menő, emiatt is foglaltam a szállást, de olyan hideg a víze, hogy csak északi népeknek való.

The room was spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast buffet has variety of dishes and it tasted good.

Its garage slots were rather small. A bit of travle since their microwave was not at the ground Lobby level but in the basement.

Nous étions 4 dans la chambre et seulement 2 petits déjeuners inclus, alors que la réservation Booking ne le mentionnait pas. Le prix des petits déjeuners supplémentaires était prohibitif (35$/pers).

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, Cable car direkt davor, sonst auch schnell an den Hot Spots, entweder mit Bus oder Uber. Die Aussicht aus dem 20. Stock war sehr schön. Sauber und bequem. Im 6. Stock gibt es einen Waschraum mit zwei Waschmaschinen und 2 Trocknern, sehr praktisch

Der Teppichboden hat mir nicht gefallen (dürfte älter sein und befleckt) und die Tatsache, dass man das Fenster nicht kippen konnte.

L'hotel és molt correcte, com la majoria d'aquesta cadena. Les habitacions i els serveis estan molt bé, i les vistes son espectaculars. La ubicació és molt bona.

L'únic problema és el soroll dels ascensors en les habitacions que hi ha just al costat, com la que ens va tocar. És un hotel molt gran i els ascensors funcionen dia i nit. T'hi acabes acostumant, però no deixa de ser molest.

Hotel moderno y confortable con un excelente desayuno tipo buffet. No estaba cerca de todo pero lejos tampoco. A 2 kms aproximadamente de la zona del pier, se puede ir perfectamente caminando. Piscina que no pudimos usar porque hacía muchísimo frío .

Muy caro en comparación la media de hoteles de EEUU. El parking 46$ más taxes que se transforman casi en 60$, pero los parkings públicos son más caro todavía.
