The people were rude, it smelled, there’s were water damage, our room was just nasty not worth what we paid! The parking cost and wasn’t promised a parking spot even if we paid for parking.

Terrible property. It was overcrowded, tacky, dirty, loud music, and overall poorly maintained. Moreover, i was charged $254 instead of $154 advertised. Horrendous!

We had no breakfast

The location was good and the shuttle service made things convenient.

I didn’t like the fact that I ordered food from the cafe and she never made my food. I ordered a pizza paid for it and waited over 30 minutes for something that she said would take 5 minutes. The pizza was nasty and her service was horrible.

It was overall good, nice lobby, friendly staff, good working ac, rooms could use an update some, but overall did the job for my flight layover.

It was congested,absolutely no parking . The hotel is old and in desperate need of renovations . The hotel was unseemly busy with people sitting on the outside of the place .which made me feel unsafe .

I sent in an special request the other day,they told me that they will try my best to accommodate me.As soon as I arrived in the morning,my room was ready to check in so that made me extremely happy and very accommodating.They did text me to see how everything was and I told them it was very relaxing and I had a quiet and peaceful night.

I had contacted the hotel to inquire about shuttles from the airport to the hotel; never got an answer; waited at the airport for a shuttle to try my luck which didn’t come when I was there waiting so I opted to uber to the hotel

I like that there's a shuttle to the airport, every 30 minutes; I enjoyed that the restaurant was on a high level floor and there was a nice view of the city and sky.

The room carpet was not clean.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Amenities and facilities good. Restaurant was good.

After relocating to another room due to plumbing issues with the assigned room upon check after one night. The reassigned room was had a unpleasant smell and choose to use an air fresher so i won't lost more time exploring.

The service was excellent! The front desk was so patient and kind upon check in. I wanted to change my floor and go higher and they gave me that opportunity! Wonderful experience and they provide shuttle service which made life easier to and from the airport. The place is very warm and welcoming the staff and the restaurant omg the restaurant the food was sooooooooo good the staff was so kind and it gives you a beautiful view of Miami. It was a great experience and I will definitely visit again.

The view sucked and there was a street light that shined into our room with no curtains…. Which was odd.

Showing its age, run down looking and the staff could be more helpful. Came across as a 2 star hotel vs a 3 star as expected.

O hotel deve ter classificação de 4 estrelas há cerca de 20 anos, mas hoje em dia não mantém o mesmo padrão de qualidade, pois muitas áreas estão desgastadas e sem a devida manutenção. O quarto tinha um bom tamanho, porém, no geral, não gostamos da experiência no hotel. O café da manhã é apenas razoável, dentro do padrão americano.

The price $233. I paid $312 and they hold deposit on my card$100. . What i pay add up almost $400. I could stay at better surroundings with store walkable distance.

All extra service to get into room early would been $35. Plus if room was there for me go into early I had wait. I want to place my bags until my room was ready charging for that

Al tomar la reserva lo hice con la opción de desayuno incluido y no fue claro que aunque reservamos para cuatro sólo incluía desayuno para dos. ( quien nos atendió dijo q era reserva sin desayuno, nos llamó a a alguien más quien después de validar información dijo q solo para dos) El parqueadero cobraron 20 dólares por noche y por donde tome la reserva menciona 15 dolares.

Rispetto a strutture dove abbiamo soggiornato vicine all’aeroporto è meno isolata acusticamente (si sentivano troppo gli aerei). Inoltre c’è troppa variabilità del prezzo di prenotazione: prenotato a circa 200 usd 3 mesi prima mentre qualche giorno fa era a 90 usd!!!!

El servicio Recogida y Retorno al aeropuerto muy bueno y puntual. Además, el servicio de transporte al puerto se presta por el hotel a un precio razonable.

Una de las meseras en el restaurante nos atendió muy mal. La otra mesera, la que es Latina, Ella si fué muy diligente y formal.

Very near airport so ideal for overnight stopover. Room was clean, bed and pillows are comfortable so we slept well. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast from the menu was worth having and was better than the buffet. Only downsides were the building is looking tired and worn and needs redecorating and the pool didn't look very clean.

Cozy. Most of the staff was good. Had a cafeteria that was convenient. Breakfasts was good!

The carpet at the room was nasty. The guy at the cafeteria was rude and we had to pay them per bag for them to keep our luggage until check-in.

Upon arrival to the hotel, attendant said there was no rooms available. I then went on and booked a room online. I went back in gave my confirmation number was then given the worst room facing garbage area. The next day I was locked out of my room that had been paid for in advance. When I went to inquire why was my entry card deactivated his response was my phone did it. He was interested in seeing my id again. Well I kept my phone attached to the new cards which worked until I checked out . I made the best of my trip, dined in the restaurant one evening. My overall rating would be a 4.5 to 5 out of 10. Place needs deep cleaning and updating.

Esperamos más de una hora el transporte del aeropuerto de hotel y nunca llegó. Llamamos más de 5 veces y nos decían que ya llegaba. Tuvimos que tomar un Uber y cuando llegamos estaban todas las busetas en el hotel. Perdimos tiempo esperando y simplemente nos mintieron y no dieron explicaciones.

Shuttle moves slow

Hotel offers shuttle from MIA however a bit confusing. We stood at "hotel shuttle" sign at airport and watched our shuttle go by in outside lane. Confirmed with front desk...you have to cross twice when leaving the airport terminal building for their shuttle. . We did not see any indication of which shuttles stopped at individual "hotel shuttle" signs. We ended uo taking a taxi. See dispatcher in orange vest to request a "blue" taxi. You can not take orange taxis lined up outside - different zones. We paid $15. Despite checkin desk being busy, checkin was quick. Room is quite large with usual amenities- Dove wall-mounted toiletries, iron and board, coffee maker & safe. We did not visit restaurant/bar on the 9th (private event) however even on the 5th floor, we could "feel" the music thumping. This location has two buildings. Photo taken from pool clearly shows bar/restaurant on top floor of one building. Pool towels in pool area. CVS about 2 minutes by foot. Turn right as you leave hotel and walk along sidewalk along side and back of hotel, across "river" to building with Navarro signage. Good spot to pick up wine, pop or snacks to take onboard cruise. If cruising, be sure to book shuttle. Hourly shuttle to port $15 per person (cash or card paid to driver). We tried to book shuttle for 1 pm however at least 4 people need to reserve time slot for shuttle to run. Earlier shuttles are very busy. Uber definitely a good alternative.
