EB is our go-to airport hotel in Miami. Great service, food and our favorite bartender Yuri. Rooms are modern and well sized, good gym and shuttle service is always on time and drivers are very friendly.

Una persona del Front Desck quien no fue muy amable, no tenía mucho conocimiento y estuvo enredando nuestra reserva, afortunadamente llego personal de apoyo y nos soluciono e incluso llego el manager quien fue muy amable.

The room was very spacious and modern. The hotel is located less than 10 minutes from MIA International and they provide free shuttle service to and from the airport.

Duscharmaturen haben nur semi funktioniert, eins der Betten war über die Fernbedienung nicht einstellbar. Defekt an Wasserleitung oder Klimaanlage im Zimmer, Wasser tropfte von der Decke. Sauberkeit am Pool ließ zu wünschen übrig.

La stanza che ci è stata assegnata, pur essendo in 4, prevedeva un letto matrimoniale comodo e, purtroppo, un divano letto con un materassino basso e scomodissimo. Siamo rimasti delusi dall'assegnazione della camera. La colazione non prevedeva neanche un buffet, a detta della reception per mancanza di ospiti sufficienti a prevederlo. Abbiamo ordinato a la carte ed i pancake di mio figlio erano completamenti crudi. Per concludere, avevamo la navetta direzione aeroporto alle 16.30 e. ci era stato comunicato che l'autista prima di partire sarebbe entrato nella hall a richiamare gli ospiti. Così non è accaduto e abbiamo perso la navetta.

מלון ברמה גבוהה בהתחשב בזה שהוא משרת אנשים שמגיעם ללילה לפני או אחרי טיסה. חדרים מרווחים, מקלחת נוחה ומרווחת, אפילו מפנקת. הבריכה נהדרת, ענתה בדיוק על הצרכים שלנו-להעביר יום עד לטיסה. יש במלון מסעדה, לא אכלנו בה, אבל נראית טובה. בקרבת המלון יש שני מקומות של אוכל מהיר. המלון מול השדה, רואים את כל ההמראות אבל לא שמענו כלום.

Paid for the king suite and was shocked by how low the standards were. First of all, who needs a window into the bathroom? There was a glass door from the shower into the glass door with the toilet. So if someone has to go to the bathroom while someone is showering, I hope you two are real close. So gross. The shower temperature was not even lukewarm and some of the controls didn't even work. Second, the pillows were the most god-awful thing that I have ever laid my head on and I'm not THAT picky - both my husband and I got absolutely no sleep because they were flat as a board. The bed is a sleep number and is supposed to adjust to your number which we have one at home so we already knew ours but the bed was unresponsive. Our TV in front of the bed did not work at all but thankfully the TV in the sitting area did work so we decided not to call maintenance about it as we were just staying there one night. There was nothing to do around us except for the little airport liquor store place that had amazing food, so we brought some back to the hotel to kill time until it was time to sleep. Because we were only staying there one night. I did not care very much about the view...however, watching a drug bust go down at the little strip club looking joint in the parking lot next door provided some mild entertainment. Upon arrival, while waiting for a room we sat at the bar and ordered drinks and food, I noticed for the entire almost 3 hours we were there that the sitting areas around the bar were completely untouched. Dirty plates and dishes and paid tabs were left for the 3 hours we were there, with no attempt to pick them up. There was only one bartender that wasn't too friendly and seemed to be working and had to do everything by himself. Someone else eventually showed up but was slower than molasses. While we were at the bar, a woman came up and used the microwave directly next to me to heat up her cup of noodles. I thought that was an extremely weird place to put that right next to guests -with all that unused space around the sitting areas, why not just create a little private alcove for people to use a microwave? It was close enough our elbows were touching. Walking around the hotel exploring, we were interested in the pool area except it was almost abandoned looking, there was nobody out at the bar area and it looked sketchy so we decided not to take advantage of the pool. Had there been some form of nightlife by the pool we would have been happy to check that out but instead we were bored in our room. When we walked over to the international airport liquor store place, we learned that this was not a safe place to walk around and explore outside the hotel, so we were forced to hang out in our room. Because we were only staying one night, I decided not to register my formal complaints, but upon checkout they asked how everything was and we told them about all the problems we had, the receptionist could not have cared less and gave us a card and said to come back next time 🫩 I picked this hotel because of the lower prices and because it provided a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and was one less Uber to take before our cruise the next day. However, the shuttle took almost 45 minutes to get down the 15-minute road to get to us - and after seeing the gross downtown traffic the next morning to get to the port, I really should have just paid more to stay closer to the port. Lesson learned.

The EB Hotel in Miami is absolutely beautiful. I originally booked the reservation with Juniosi (sorry if I misspelled). She was very knowledgeable and patient when answering my questions and provided superb customer service throughout the process. I called back and spoke with Diego to ask additional questions and he was just as pleasant, helpful and professional as Juniosi. We arrived at the hotel on July 31 and was assisted at the front desk with Luciano who was professional and more than happy to provide information on where we could site see and spend time in Miami. My overall experience with the staff of this hotel was amazing and I can't wait to stay here again. I will be sure to tell my friends and family of our wonderful experience at EB hotel. Thank you for an amazing stay!

All staff at this hotel are very friendly and efficient, especially Aurelio at the reception desk. We have stayed here multiple times before international flights and leave our car while travelling. Very modern, clean hotel, with spacious rooms, comfortable beds and huge showers. Avoid connecting door rooms unless required. In hotel restaurant and bar offers a good, tasty selection of food and cocktails - at a reasonable price for Miami! Ignore the previous review from "Thomas" who complained about the shuttle driver - Thomas clearly knows nothing about the rules at the airport whereby the shuttle drivers CANNOT stop and drop people at the Departure area of the Terminal. They have allocated areas, and, unfortunately, it entails crossing two lanes of traffic to enter the building and either escalator or elevator to Departure level - not ideal with suitcases - BUT those are the airport rules. We have found all of their shuttle drivers to be extremely helpful and pleasant. We'll be back!

After multiple airline delays and cancellation, we found ourselves stranded in Miami for two nights. The hotel offered shuttle service from the airport. When we arrived, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We received a room upgrade and two complementary drinks at the bar. The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed several meals and drinks at the bar. This hotel stay turned a very stressful trip into a wonderful unexpected getaway.

The hotel lobby and rooms are very nice, especially the bathroom (multi shower heads, spacious). It was such a nice place to sleep after taking the red eye to Miami. The staff was also very nice. However, their pool was nothing as advertised on their website. It was obvious the pool had not been cared for in a while, and there were no lights or lap timers inside the pool though this is advertised on their website. In addition, the convenience store advertised on their website is missing many items. As expected for a hotel close to the airport, the surrounding area is not tourist friendly (it is quite industrial). If you are seeking a nice hotel close to the airport, I highly recommend EB Hotel.

Close and convenient to the airport. Staff were helpful and welcoming. We got an upgrade which was a welcome surprise.

The pool areas was a bit messy at the end of the day but it was ok.

The shuttle driver refused to take us to the American departure gate, where I has planned to use curbside check in. Instead he took us to arrivals where we has to schlep four suitcases across two drive aisles then take an elevator to the department gate.

Ratify, clean, high end, great location to the airport. Staff were exceptional. Dinner at the restaurant was extremely good and a great value!!

We stayed for a night at the EB hotel, Miami Airport prior to a flight back to the UK. This hotel is amazing. Huge room - they’re actually suites with a large separate living room with sofa and desk and big luxurious bathroom. For the price we paid it was exceptional value. Great evening meal and drinks in the hotel restaurant. Service was exceptional. A big thank you to the reception staff who gave us a lovely welcome on arrival and were extremely helpful. Aurelio, on the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. This will be our ‘go to’ airport hotel whenever we pass through Miami airport.

I loved my stay. The hotel is really nice, updated and very clean. The staff was always helpful, professional and friendly. Kudos to Aurelio as he helped to make a very difficult trip bearable by going above and beyond with our accommodations. We are so thankful for his generosity.

The EB Hotel Miami was a fabulous surprise! We booked to stay after a cruise in order to fly out the next day. What we found was a modern, clean and aesthetically pleasing building with incredibly comfortable rooms. The location is of course convenient to the airport. But we were so pleasantly surprised by the room which had a view of the airplanes flying in and out from a giant window in the bedroom. There was a full living room with couch and chaise lounge. There was free waters and a stocked mini-bar and this room had an additional empty fridge. The living room and bedroom both had large screen televisions with premium channels. The elegant modern bathroom was done in cream tone marble and had glass compartments for the toilet and BIDET as well as a separate shower stall with seat, premium hair and body products and TWO rain shower heads, a hand held wand AND four body shower heads. Because of the glass, the light from the bedroom was able to provide light into the living room area. The living room had a full size glass desk and there was an additional desk that could be used as a vanity between the bedroom and the living room. The bed had sleep # controls and the pillows were heavenly. There were three closets spaces and enough drawers and cubicles to accommodate a long term stay. The best part was the bar and restaurant. One of the managers, Diego, exemplified the courteous and indulgent service that made us feel well cared for...as did the bar tender and our waitress. The food included Latin classics as well as American staples. We enjoyed both and felt they were good value for the price. The vending machines were a very pleasant surprise as well with many snacks available for only $1 and large water bottles for only $2. The gym and outside pool areas were immaculate and inviting. Our shuttle driver was a retired opera singer who was so kind to my disabled husband, ensuring that his walk to the terminal was the shortest possible. I actually wished we didn't have the flight the next day as this was a very comfortable stay in a beautiful setting with amazing art work and ambiance. We recommend EB Hotel Miami and I would bet their other hotels also have great accommodations and happy, cheerful staff. Dr. Christine Casey

I booked online through Capital One travel. Unfortunately, Capital One never booked the reservation with the hotel. When I arrived, the hotel could not find record of our reservation and while on a frustrating call with Capital One, Aurelio quickly assisted me to get the same room we had originally reserved. We just needed a place to sleep between legs of a flight. The airport transfer was easy, we ordered room service for dinner and it was quick, and we were up and out a few hours later.

We were very happy with the hotel experience, and found it to be more lovely and comfortable than expected! The bathroom was amazing with a "see through" shower (which could be made private) with massage shower heads. The bed was very comfortable, and room was spacious with plenty of space for luggage! We ate a good dinner in the beautiful lobby. We did not have breakfast due to an early flight. The van transport to the airport was very easy and nice.

Drinks at the bar were outrageously expensive.

Well, first impressions of hotels mean a lot. when you walk into the hotel what a beautiful lobby very clean extremely friendly staff. We use this hotel to stay the night before our cruise and we were not disappointed. Our group of eight Enjoyed the pool and some drinks at the bar. Full disclosure We had a small incident with our room that was promptly addressed by the manager and support staff who went over and above to make sure that everything was perfect for our stay. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. The beds are super comfy and surprisingly quiet for the proximity to the airport. If you’re looking for a place to stay before your cruise this is the place. Ohh don’t forget to go visit little havannah.

Massive room with plenty of space to spread out and adjust my luggage for upcoming long haul trip. All of the staff were lovely and helpful, especially the nice young man who helped me with my luggage and the airport shuttle driver.

Al hacer el check out olvidé mi telefono celular en el front desk del hotel . Al darme cuenta de aquello y rastreando que el I Phone se encontraba en el hotel , regresé a los 20 minutos al hotel a buscarlo. Inicialmente me señalan que no lo encontraron , pero al poco rato , al revisar las cámaras me imagino , me escriben del hotel y me indican que efectivamente se me quedó en el mesón , pero que alguien se lo llevó. Lamentablemente el hotel no ha asumido ninguna responsabilidad por este robo ni ha respondido a mis mails.

I don't find Miami a particularly friendly city but that all changes when you enter the oasis of the EB Hotel. Every stay has been excellent but this one I did have an issue with the AC in the original room assigned to me. I discussed it with Aurelio the front desk manager and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy .He deserves a raise and promotion as he's a great asset to this hotel. Just 5 star customer service all the way around. Also for this price point the rooms and amenities cant be beat either. It's the only place I'll stay in Miami.

We stayed overnight on our way home to Seattle. Our flight time caused us some challenges because of how late it was. Aurelio at the front desk really helped us out making sure we had the time we needed at the hotel before we flew out. Thank you Aurelio!

Just checked in today after our airport pick up by our friendly hotel driver and I must say the hotel is gorgeous! Ava was at the front desk and could not have been anymore helpful. My husband and I arrived at 12. Our room wasn’t supposed to be ready until 4 but the amazing Ava hooked us up. The room was five star! We headed to the pool, which was heated to relax. After that it was lunch in the restaurant. The yuca bites were delicious along with everything we had. We will definitely come back to this hotel the next time we cruise again Peggy and Tony

We absolutely loved this hotel. Clean, modern, huge rooms with the kind of amenities you get at the upper end of the chain hotels, like Ritz and Intercontinental. Beautiful big full marble and glass baths, staff that is super friendly and accomodating. Their parking ramp is huge. We paid an amount that was so small it was a pure insult to how lovely the room was and the staff just continued to smile and appreciate our staying there. Incredible!

Big thank you to Aurelio at reception. He provided impeccable customer service answering all our questions and providing a lovely quiet room. We had a fantastic time at EB hotel for the memorial weekend. Would definitely recommend stopping here.

We were arriving late into MIA so we booked a night at the EB hotel near the airport. Prices were reasonable for a suite with a nice marble bath, sitting room and very comfortable bed. They have a shuttle but we had a rental car and appreciated the free parking directly behind the building. Staff were very accommodating. Our rate included breakfast, but most rates do not. It was a limited menu but cooked fresh. There was some wear here and there but nothing significant, especially at this price point. Very clean and comfortable. A good place to stay if you have a late arrival or early departure from MIA.

The EB Hotel is an amazingly nice property, and our stay here exceeded all expectations! We stayed in a suite, which was absolutely huge, incredibly comfortable, and spotlessly clean, the perfect place to unwind. However, what truly set this stay apart was the excellent reception experience. A very special shoutout to the receptionist, Aurelio! He was exceptionally pleasant, welcoming, and helpful from the exact moment we arrived. Traveling can be stressful, but communicating with him was genuinely relaxing and set the perfect tone for our entire trip. We will absolutely be returning to the EB Hotel the next time we visit Miami. Highly recommended!
