Comfy bed and very clean. Very helpful staff and good breakfast. Location around the airport very convenient for a short stop in Miami.

One elevator was not working so at times depending it was a bit crowded.

Del desayuno, lo extendería una media hora más, o una hora los fines de semana. En cuanto a la habitación, mejoraría la iluminación. ] El servicio de aseo, camas y reposición en la habitación es día por medio. Llegamos y nos fuimos el día que sí tocaba, entonces el día que sí lo necesitábamos, no había servicio. Es cerca del aeropuerto, pero falta un servicio de shuttle.

Ran out of breakfast before 9:30 am and when I complained about the service your staff informed me that am the only one complaining about not have adequate supply . I told him that why do we have to scrap for food, the food ran out before the cut of time and serving a bunch of garbage. If breakfast supposed to be from 6:30- 9:30 am also he informed me that it’s free could you please explain to your staff that it’s not free it’s in the room rate

House cleaning is outsourced so they only come every other day, they skipped my room but when I told the front desk they stepped in and helped. Big up Dominique

The bathroom vanity was in very poor condition, with clear signs of significant moisture damage and deterioration. The wood was swollen, cracked, and visibly rotting in several areas, which gave the bathroom a neglected and unhygienic appearance. This is not the level of maintenance I would expect from a hotel. The furniture should have been repaired or replaced long before the room was assigned to a guest. Overall, this issue significantly affected my impression of the quality and upkeep of the hotel.

The breakfast was a pleasant surprise. It was a step above the typical continental breakfast, with a variety of hot food options and an excellent selection of hot teas.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The beds were comfortable, the hotel was clean and inviting, and the amenities were good. The only drawback was the location, as there wasn't much nearby besides other hotels. If you needed a drink or a quick snack, you were pretty much limited to the hotel's small convenience store.

Llegamos en iniciando la noche y se demoraron varias horas para entregar la habitación. Pésimo el servicio, entiendo tenían problemas con disponibilidad del equipo de limpieza.

Location was fine, rooms seemed nice but the TV had white dots all over the screen when turned on (I assumed the LED bulbs were burning out?) and the shower had no fan. Additionally, the bath spout sprayed tons of water when the showerhead was turned on and the drain didn't work, so the water just pooled up to our ankles until the shower was turned off. Rooms could definitely be better maintained.

Sitting down to write a bad review is not something I really enjoy because I value my time and energy. That being said, this time I need to leave this review hoping someone in the administration will care to make it right for the next guests. I have stayed at other Hyatts and that’s why I booked in the first place because I always had good experiences overall. The first thing I noticed is how bad maintenance is, specially during breakfast, its so dirty, they don’t mantain the area while serving breakfast like in other hotels, very uncomfortable. We skipped breakfast for the last two days of our stay. I even noticed garbage outside a door for two days. Room service is "every other day" which means on the third day. We checked-in on the 07/22 According to what it says on the card, our service was supposed to be done on 07/25. I requested it on the 07/25 and said it was not our day. We believed we were supposed to received the service on 07/26 and even that they were working on the previous rooms when we left in the morning, we got back at 9pm and found the room as-is. We checked-out on 07/27 and never received the service during our stay. We had a water leakage in the AC area and the left side of the bed was soaking. I asked in the lobby who was going to check the water leakage of the AC, they said they will call maintenance and nobody showed up. We had to stay in that room with a very bad smell due to the wet carpet. Other thing is, that there were strangers leaving flyers under the doors. First time I see this. If they are not authorized, this is a big security issue. This is not a complain about the employees. They were nice and acommodating (most of them). This is a complain for the administration that they obvioulsy don't care when they are is willing to sacrifice the quality of the service. It was a dissapointment after being a recurrent Hyatt guest and trusting in all the good reviews.

This is a beautiful hotel and you won't be disappointed! It's only 15 minutes away from the airport, so the transportation wasn't expensive either!!

Shower head was to high.And couldn't adjust it! Kept getting splatter in the face with water.I didn't get service or extra towels for 5 people to bath.for the next day. Bathroom sink was clogged water was going out slowly.

Close to the airport. Staff was nice enough to check us in after 12pm. There's complimentary decent breakfast (eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, cereals, etc.). There was a drinking fountain to fill up your water bottles and an ice machine.

Took a couple of turns to get to the location because there wasn't a sign leading to the hotel (went to the other hotel's entrance by mistake). No free airport shuttle. Parking is $25 extra. The room was not cleaned thoroughly. I saw a hairpin on the carpet and some dirty stuffs under the pull-out couch. Told the staff and cleaned it for us. The bathroom lock was also broken.

This is a very clean and comfortable hotel. I felt safe and well taken care of. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Wonderful experience.

The TV's in the Hyatt Place Miami Airport-East hotel were terrible. When they are on, they have a series of several bright lights shining out towards you. Even the TVs in the lobby were like that. When I asked the front desk, they said, oh yeah, they all need to be replaced. What do they care? The carpet was disgusting in the room with gross stains, the wheeled desk chair doesn't roll, and there was trash on the seat of the chair when I checked in. Black mold all around the shower, glitter all over the floor which indicates no vacuuming. Blinds on the window were broken, and you can't open them. These indicate poor housekeeping and poor maintenance. Loud airplane noise all night long. Asked for a beer from the front desk bar, and he said he sold it all out the night before to a group. They had wine and booze. I wanted a beer, since it was hot outside. Not replenishing inventory, not cleaning the rooms thoroughly, and not maintaining things like blinds and furniture demonstrates that it is a poorly run hotel.

No puede ser que tengan un solo carro para maletas y que lo necesites y tengan que salir a buscarlo por todo el hotel, y encima no lo encuentren. Tampoco hubo nadie disponible para ayudar con las maletas.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards I expected, especially considering the additional fees charged. First, the $60 early check‑in fee was extremely unreasonable. For that price, I expected a smooth and comfortable stay, but several issues made the visit frustrating from the start. Only one elevator was working, which created long wait times—especially with FIFA events, cruise travelers, and large crowds in town. This was not a good situation for guests and made navigating the hotel inconvenient. The pool area was infested with bugs, making it unusable. Additionally, breakfast lacked flavor and variety, which was disappointing given the cost of the stay. Inside the room, the pullout mattress had a large stain, which is completely unacceptable. The hotel overall appears to need significant updates, and the internet connection was extremely poor, making it difficult to work or relax. When I requested extra towels and sheets, one of the housekeeping staff members became upset and began fussing at the front desk clerk in front of guests. This was unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness. I do want to acknowledge that one staff member was very kind and helpful, and I appreciate his professionalism during an otherwise disappointing stay. Given the number of issues I encountered, I am requesting that you review these concerns seriously and take appropriate steps to improve the guest experience.

I did not enjoy the pool here. It was dirty and outdated. The staff seemed unfriendly and uninterested. The spare bed in out room was dirty.

Outdated hotel. Breakfast options aren’t like the usual Hyatt chains. No water during breakfast. When I asked an employee from the breakfast bar if there was more water, she said they were out and I had to go to the gym to get water. When making coffee in the morning, double check the ceramic cups before using them. Some still had lip stains from makeup on them and/or dirty. I definitely will not stay again.

que no hubo infosobre que el hotel no tiene shutle del aeropuerto al hotel y quede 40 minutos esperando, llame al hotel en varias ocasiones y nadie contesto apesar que espere en linea hasta 10 min, y al llegar al hotel constato que no hay shutle y pergunto porque no atendieron al telefono y me contestan que estaban ocupados!

Breakfast is gone at 9am even though it says stop at 9:30. No coffee at 9:20 and staff refused to provide more after. Bed bugs bit me and my son on two different beds.

Llegué a las 10pm super cansada a hacer el check in y mi habitación no estaba lista a pesar de que la hora de check in era a las 3pm. Tuve que esperar más de una hora por mi habitación hasta media nocje para igual irme temprano a la mañana. El lobby estaba lleno de gente enojada porque llevaban horas esperando por su habitación. Tampoco tienen servicio de shuttle al aeropuerto. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Worst. Blood stains on floor and cabinet. TV was broken, vents full of dust, toilet seat was ready to fall off. The shower head was full of calcium and rust. Huge old style glass door for bathroom. Pool had rust and was dirty. Hotel needed major renovations.
