he airport transfer communication during checkout was terrible. The staff doesn't monitor Booking.com messages and expects guests to make a traditional local phone call. They don't offer communication via WhatsApp or other data-based apps, which is very frustrating for international tourists who usually only have internet data plans. Because of this lack of communication and the resulting delay.

The washing room could be better. One of the dryers was broken and a ceiling tail came off.

It states restaurants are walking distance which they are not. Our room had a musty smell. We had quick responses about our stay until the mention of the musty smell and I hadn’t heard back.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Free airport shuttle and affordable hotel transportation to the cruise port.

The entire afternoon and evening the lobby was very messy and trash cans were overflowing from arrival through the late night. Gives an immediate bad impression. Lobby coffee earn was also empty the entire day and evening. There isn’t anything within walking distance. No convenience stores or restaurants.

The lady at the desk was very nice. They have a good variety of food for breakfast, and they keep that area very clean. The room was clean as well. Anything you needed, you could call, and they would answer. The pool area was nice as well. I did use the shuttle service to take me to the Airport. I wish they had a restaurant close to them within walking distance, though.

Good value for money. One staff member - Pamela was lovely and helpful. Other staff members not so much. Hotel shop was very expensive. Almost $9 for 2 waters.

The housekeeper stole my 2 wedding rings. Be very careful with your belongings.

The mattress and pillows were flimsy. Need to upgrade mattress to memory foam. Upgrade pillows to be firm.

The pillows and sheets smelled strongly of bleach; we breathed in the smell of bleach until morning. The air conditioner was very noisy, so we had to turn it off in order to sleep.

La habitación amplia cama bastante cómoda, baño amplio cumple con lo necesario, el A/C regula la temperatura solo, además cuenta con muy buen Internet Wi-Fi.

Solo cuenta con desayuno americano (*latinos vamos a sufrir) opciones pocas y lastimosamente todo muy poco nutritivo la fruta es escasa.

Shuttle service to airport worked well. The rooms are standard, but ours came with a dirty cleaning towel and some unidentifiable trash on the floor. That was not a good first impression. You can hear the planes quite easily, which is not to be unexpected that close to the airport, but good for people to know. Shuttle to airport starts at 6am, so if you have an earlier flight, be aware.

The staff was helpful breakfast was good. Location was good for me. Cleaning was good also. They were very accommodating to my family when we arrived early from our cruise.

The management of this hotel needs to be fired very very stupid for the simplest of things the television system is set up parallel to the bed so very difficult to access the signal for the television unless you sleep across on the bed

The breakfast was awesome buffet style it wasn't much they didn't have. Check in was quick. We were close to the airport and cruise port. I loved that there was free shuttle services to the hotel.

My room seemed clean until I went into the bathroom and saw a dirty small towel hanging from the shower. Wasn't aware that it would be a shuttle fee from the hotel and that sign up was required.

Very spacious room, air-conditioned, plenty of closet/drawer space. VERY COMFY BED. VERY CLEAN ROOM/BATH. Coffee maker, microwave and fridge. Strong WiF BUT PERSONAL VPN IS RECOMMENDED. Shuttle service to MIA, to which the hotel is in very close proximity to. The staff are very friendly AND THEY RESPOND TO EMAILS. Secure luggage storage after check-out. Breakfast is ample.

Nothing we didn't like BUT COULD IMPROVE: (1) security of WiFi with minimum of providing password to connect. (2) Breakfast is ample BUT PLEASE SERVE FRESHLY PREPARED and not factory-made omelet, OR freshly made scrambled eggs.

The griminess of the room (lamp shade and shower to be specific). When calling the hotel, the directions to meet the shuttle were totally incorrect and required two call-backs.

Location was good for airport and ride to cruise port - but, nothing around it in walking distance for restaurant options or a store. Prices are high, but unfortunately that seemed consistent across the area. I won’t book a cruise out of Miami again simply because the hotels are way more expensive than Ft. Lauderdale.

They ran my card before I was STILL IN THE AIR when I selected pay at property then only to find out after flying 6 hours and waiting 40 mins for the shuttle that they canceled my booking! I will NEVER book here and will make sure none of my clients do either.

Stayed here 1 night before our cruise on NCL. Shuttle service from the airport was very good as the Miami airport is very confusing. We were first told to come out and look for the orange van on the curb, but since we exited at Door 4, all we saw was taxis. So we called the front desk again and was told to wait across the third island by the hotel shuttle area. Checked in and the room was okay, seemed awfully dark and could have used a floor lamp. Very confusing on how to use the TV as there were two remotes and nothing seemed to work. Called down to the front desk and was told to aim the remote towards the microwave. In any event it worked. The breakfast the next morning was mediocre at best and talk about crowds with lots of families with rude children all over the place!! The bacon hardly tasted like bacon. Have had much better breakfast at other hotels and other Hampton Inns. Upon checking out never was asked how our stay was and barely a thank you for staying, so with all that being said, if we find a need to stay near Miami airport again would definitely choose a different hotel. Upon checking out, the woman in front of us was trying to check in early after flying on a all night flight, and they wanted to charge her over a 100.00 to check in at 9am. What a rip!!! This was for a room that was ready and available. No customer service!!

There were no restaurants nearby, so you have to drive out or Uber. Everywhere. The snacks/drinks sold at the hotel were outrageous .

After a long trip from Mexico we arrived very tired to the hotel, but Michael at the front desk made everything easier. Our english is very basic but he was super patient and helped us a lot. He also has a great sence of humor, which made us feel welcome right away. Really apreciate his kindness. Thank you Michael!

Que no limpian la habitación, no cambian las toallas. Tiene uno mismo que pedir para que puedan hacer el cambio. El desayuno bueno, pero era un mini buffet ya que no tenía mucha variedad.
