Room was too small and there were many unnecessary furniture

Very comfortable beds. Very clean room/bathroom. The room was absolutely worth the price. We also loved that there was a shuttle to take us to and from the airport. We also appreciated that there was a room available last minute, being that our plane was delayed until the next day.

The front desk staff who got rude with me for absolutely NO reason. An email was sent to me stating I needed to show the front desk my credit card on file, and ID. I handed her my ID and simply asked if she needed to see my card as well. Instead of her saying no, she got rude and stated how she "already asked me" if I was changing the card being used. She spoke to me as if I was her child, or as if I was rude to her. Had I not been so tired from traveling all day, I would've cussed her out for how she spoke to me. Even IF I was changing my card on file, her reponse was absolutely inappropriate. I was simply following what the email said. I do not normally complain about these things, but she really was rude for no reason. We were not rude to her at all.

Clean , friendly staff at check in.

Room smelled musty and was a bit “worn out”. It was clean though, great housekeeping. They can only do so much.

Room was clean and in good shape. Short drive to restaurants in the area. AC unit was the in wall type. It was somewhat loud. Light sleepers may be kept awake. You will hear jets from the airport early in the morning. Parking is the negative. Very odd shaped lot. Poorly lit in many areas. Easy to imagine car break ins there so lock up and don't leave valuables in the car. Seemed like there may not be enough parking for the number of rooms. Workable but there are other properties I have stayed at in the area that I would prefer if they had rooms available.

I booked a night here months in advance with a viable payment method and the day of the trip, they canceled my stay because “they were overbooked and my card didn’t work” which I know is complete bs because I used that same card the day before and to pay for a new hotel last minute. They just kicked me out so they could give my room away to someone who is paying $400+ dollars a night. They are sleazy and unprofessional to honest people who book in advance, and they don’t care about their guests.

An ordinary, rather soulless hotel, but the big issue is parking. Have to go through another useless app which is annoying enough, but then I'm charged for somebody else's parking in another state that had nothing to do with me. If a hotel is going to outsource, they should be taking responsibility for the sleazy things done. Now I have the fun of trying to contact the vendor that has been ignoring me for three days. I'll be passing on coming back here.

3rd floor ice maker needed help , but the second floors ice maker was perfect.

I like how the stores where not to far from where I was staying and the concert was near by.

I wish the bathroom could of had a fan.

Stayed 2 nights. Check in was quick and efficient. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was full older and had some maintenance issues that did not affect our stay. Parking was an issue as there is not enough parking spots for all the guests. If you are coming in after 8 pm you will spend a considerable amount of time searching for a spot. Cars were parked along curbs, in aisles etc. The expectation is a hotel will have enough parking for their guests. Breakfast was a $18 buffet with made to order omelets. Breakfast Service was ok but not very attentive.

Stayed in this hotel which was nice. Came out next morning and catalytic converter was stolen. Reported to hotel and police. Now I see two other people had the same thing happen recently. Lighting and security are poor. Do not park your SUV here.

Room was stuffy due to humidity-could not open window.

Friendly and helpful shuttle driver. Had to leave before breakfast this time, but in previous stays, the breakfast was good and fresh. Bed comfortable with plenty of plushy pillows. Clean bathroom.

Restaurant and bar closed when I arrived.

We booked this hotel to stay the night before an early morning flight at BWI. Our trouble started at check in when we were signing the waiver about parking our car at the hotel for a week while we were away. On the waiver it stated that Honda vehicles were being targeted for wheel and catalytic converter theft in the area and the hotel was not responsible. Since we drive a Honda we asked if there was any kind of security camera, guard, gates etc. we were told there was not and we should try to park in the front row. Our room left much to be desired. The beds were very uncomfortable, it was loud, and when the neighboring room turned on their shower ours shook and squealed. I was very disappointed with our stay and we ended up not feeling comfortable parking at the hotel and parking our car at the airport long term parking. Not at all the standards I’ve come to expect from Hilton Doubletree.

Not enough bath towels and I requested more but never received them

The breakfast area and check-in desk were nice, but the workout room had an extremely low ceiling and did not provide adequate space to work out onthe equipment without removing ceiling tile. It appeared that one of the guests before me had displaced the ceiling tile so that their head wouldn’t fitin using the elliptical machine. The workout room is also pretty hot. Instead of adjusting the temperature, the staff just opened up the door to the outside, which just let muggy warm air come into the space. The room itself was comfortable with the exception of the door. There was about an inch and a half gap from the top of the in the bottom of the door, which allowed both significant light and noise to come in from the hallway. Overall, this property was more tired than I would’ve expected on some of these features like the workout room but at the right price I would stay there again.

They were lovely and professional. The warm cookies at check in was great. The 12pm check out was great.

Darcy at the Doubletree Hotel 890 Elkridge Landing Road location here in Maryland made our trip from Texas painless! She was very communicative and answered all of our questions with no problems at all. We are thankful for her!

Exceeded expectations

The location and shuttle service were great. Our stay was short as it was transition before a flight home. Thank you for providing a safe, comfortable and friendly place to stay!

Proximity to the airport and reasonable cost. Checking was efficient and the reception was excellent.

The only things I would modify would be a “to go” breakfast for guests leaving very early from the airport.

Staff was ok except for one front desk agent was really disrespectful by having a random conversation with another person that had nothing to do with hotel services and had me waiting for at least 15 minutes before checking in.

They do not serve lunch just breakfast and dinner.... When I had the chicken sandwich at the bar, I spent sixteen dollars for the chicken sandwich The meat was barely there.It was so thin and small, like extremely... it was basically chicken skin fried on a thick bun.... all the other food was great. That was very disappointing, especially for the price.

It’s close plenty of food options for our stay.

Parking fills up pretty quickly in the evening, so you may have to park towards to far Back of the building.

I went here for an east coast tour for my daughter. We stayed March 28th- 31st. I will never go back and I’m originally from Baltimore. My daughter asked one of the house keepers to come back in an hour due to us getting dress for the day. The house keeper said “no” in addition to that, she also was at the door saying she has other rooms to clean and it wasn’t her job to wait. She communicated this in Spanish but failed to realize that I speak Spanish. I did report this to the house keeping manager right away, however, offering 10,000 points for rudeness , complete disrespect, not cleaning my room properly, talking to a minor this way, and also thinking you can say what you want in a different language, is NOT ok. How many people has this been done to but no one knows what’s happening because Spanish is being spoken? I’m sure there are many. NOT ok and Hilton should do better then 10,000

I stayed here January 1, 2026 in preparation for an early flight out January 2nd. Everything was fine, and I would definitely stay here again. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby, common areas, and room were clean and well-appointed. Shuttle was timely, and driver was polite. Could not have asked for anything more. Well done, Doubletree!

Quiteness, a lot of restaurants to choose from.

No Free Breakfast, I stay at the DoubleTree at SeaWorld all the time, their Breakfast is not free, but it is way better than what they were charging 18 dollars for.
