Location was great.

Breakfast was average, nothing special. Cups for the drinks and coffee were very small.

Nothing. The staff were rude. We were told that we could have an early check in but then were told that we could not check in until 4 pm. The room was old and outdated. The furniture was ratty. This location needs an upgrade.

see above. Also, we left our bags with staff to be locked away so we could go out for the day and when we returned the front desk person had no idea where our bags were.

The TV did not work for three nights after many requests. No offer even to change rooms. Room was not serviced once even after requesting. Coffee station in our room was not refreshed once during our 3 night stay.

Our room smelled strongly of marijuana. There was no soap in our room. It was very warm in the room and would not go below 74, making it uncomfortable to sleep. There was minimal breakfast selections.

Que en el baño el dispensador de acondicionador estaba roto nos entregaron así la habitación, faltaban algunos implementos de aseo que tienen otros Hoteles que forman parte de esta cadena de Hoteles y que el personal que nos recibió en recepción no entendía nada de español.

The property was very close to BWI and they have a shuttle. Small shuttle so you have to reserve! Next to Chili’s Restaurant

I had to change d room, my kids couldn’t sleep cos the mattress was slanted. The other bed is sunken in the middle, woke up with body aches, and The AC isn’t working properly. The room we switched too is Jst manageable to get over d 24hr we have left, have to use the AC fan to feel the cool. The thermostat is on the wall to regulate the AC that looks like window unit AC. I ddnt want to change rom again so I had to wait for the time to come by fast….They need to upgrade.

Limited airport shuttle times which were not listed prior to making the reservation so I had to pay for an Uber People smoking weed outside main entrance where we had to wait for an Uber

Everything was very nice. Rooms & hotel exceptionally clean. Breakfast could have been better and more variables for the price.

Perfect location and love that there were a selection of gas stations and places to eat nearby without traveling too far.

The bathroom is very outdated. There were visible signs of mold in the shower near the nozzle as well as the accessible grab bar. To add the ac didn’t stay on when set either making the room very hot at night.

Staffs were friendly and very helpful. Location was very good near BWI. Shuttle service was good.

Bathroom was clogged and there were so much hair. I need to clean it before take shower. Bad sheet was smelly.

This is my fourth time staying there and every time the washer and dryer is not working. That is bad. I ask for my room to be clean three time and didn’t get done until go back to the front desk.

Airport Van didn’t run early enough to catch 06:20 flight. No hot water for shower. No hot cups in room for coffee, even though they had coffee maker and coffee.

Had to get another room. First room had a over powering bleach smell.

I loved the motel,It was great 😃 I really loved the stairs when you first come in ,it's like your at home,We loved the big king size bed,the mattress was very comfortable,it was very clean 🫧,We loved the staff,Sam really helped us out so much,He should get a raise,lol,but know this I would stay in your motel again.

I liked the distance from the airport. I liked that there was a restaurant next door.

Booking.com gave the option of selecting of we needed a crib. When we got there we were told there were none. Our room door was not closed so we had to change rooms. Our original floor smelled awful. Our room was not as clean as possible

The furnishings are old in the room. Chairs are peeling and look disgusting. Need to replace new ones. The bath tub is cracking and peeling.

The key card didn’t work the first time. Then The person gave us a room that was already occupied when we went up. Then when we got our room the bed had a very noticeable cigarette burn in the sheets.

The room was big and open, large bathroom, two large windows, received a room close to the elevator as desired, breakfast was tasty and offered till 10:30am on weekends.

Room temperature was uncomfortable: A/C was too strong (cold) but room was too hot/muggy with A/C reduced. Biggest disappointment has been the desk staff who overcharged me / wrongfully billed me TWICE. I approached the front desk to extend my stay by one additional night; the staff named an acceptable rate and I digitally signed to agree. I was not emailed a receipt nor given a printed receipt (yes, now I know I should have asked for a receipt but I trusted the staff would do their job)—I was charged $245 dollars instead of the $119 I was quoted (including taxes/fees). When I called the hotel a few days later to ask for an adjustment/reimbursement of the ~$125 difference, they CHARGED me $125 instead of reimbursing me. They did send a receipt, but it was confusing. The staff verbally reassured me that the receipt was correct, but nonetheless, I was charged instead of reimbursed. I have since unsuccessfully found a resolution through either the hotel or my bank fraud line. I will keep trying but this is a giant waste of time and energy. I would not recommend this hotel, despite the nice room and supposed good rate, as multiple staff are untrustworthy or cannot effectively perform their jobs.

Great price for the location. Would be better if they ran shuttle a little longer. This place is comfortable and clean.

Bed was comfy, love that the parking was free, there were a lot of stores and restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast was ok.

The staff was not very friendly or attentive. The bathroom sink and shower drains were rusty (old) and some of the things in the room needed to be replaced like the desk chair it was worn and falling apart. I thought the bathroom floor could have been a cleaner, there was hair and shoe print dirt on it. There was no ice in the ice machine ls on 2 floors. The elevator wasn't level getting on and off so I tripped getting on but learned my lesson and stepped up after that.

I enjoyed the quietness and pleasant staff.

My only issue was I didn’t have a refrigerator in my room and my dinner from the night before went bad.

Housekeeping “don’t speak English” or so they claimed. Had to go downstairs to get fresh towels on the second day. Housekeeping Supervisor had to bring up towels on the third day after room didn’t get serviced again, but had to leave because their ride was there. Front desk clerk had to bring up bedding on the third day for us to change ourselves because housekeeping had never been by during our entire stay. No trash taken out, toilet paper refilled, nothing unless we went downstairs to request.

I rented 4 rooms for my family. At the front desk I was asked to deposit $ 75 x 4 =$300.00. I was to be refunded this money a few days after check-out. It has been 3 weeks in waiting. I want my money before I go public with this.

The property is nice and looks clean

The girl that checked me in wasn’t the nicest. She was short with her answers. We didn’t have a tv in the front room or even a chair. The air conditioning worked half the time but not all night. When I asked about the tv I was told that a bunch have broken and new ones were ordered and there was nothing that she could do about it. At breakfast on Friday morning there was a sign that said turkey sausage and it was just cut up hot dogs instead. We’ve stayed at your hotel several times but we won’t be back again.

Staff was nice and accommodating.

Furniture was very used looking and not comfortable. Beds were not soft at all, slept horribly. Breakfast didn't have a lot of options and didn't taste good.

It is always the best place to stay

The breakfast was very good. There were French toast sticks, yogurt, oats, muffins, waffle maker machine and bananas. However, the scrambled eggs were terrible.

The floors in my bathroom were a bit sticky, best case scenario the soap wasn't rinsed off enough but I didn't feel comfortable taking a shower in there.

Except for checkin, no problems. The free ride back to the airport was on time.

They didn't have my reservation when I got there. I'm sure that's Booking.com's fault, but on the other hand, I had to pay like I was checking in from scratch. I typically book when I get off a plane and I believe I got there about an hour after I did the booking. This has happened a couple of times before, but other places didn't make me pay. I think those other places considered it routine. I think we had to take a taxi because we were there late at night, so that wasn't free.

We had a very frustrating experience with our booking. We had already paid through Booking.com, but when we arrived, the hotel claimed they had not received the payment. We spent over an hour and a half trying to resolve the issue with both the hotel and Booking.com customer service after a 3.5-hour drive to get there. Apparently, the hotel had attempted to charge the payment multiple times, which caused the transaction to be blocked, and they were unable to try again for another 24 hours. Despite this being an issue between the hotel and Booking.com, the hotel refused to let us check in unless we paid for the room again. Unfortunately, the Booking.com customer service agent was unable to resolve the situation and simply suggested canceling the reservation and finding another hotel. After already spending so much time trying to check in, that was not a realistic solution for us. In the end, we had no choice but to pay the hotel directly for the room, even though we had already paid through Booking.com, and we were charged a higher rate on top of it. Very disappointing experience overall.

This hotel is one of the worst hotel I ever have stayed .

Slow shuttle bus pick up . We had to wait for 45min at BWI. There were 3 pick up points at this airport and The driver said he was waiting for us at a different pickup point. If he stopped at each stop , he should have seen us at the first one . The hotel room smelled like a gym , a chair , a table , a refrigerator, a microwave etc everything looked being worn out . Especially a chair had its surface peeled and looked like being picked up from a dump . Clearly booked for 3 people but only 2 bath towels .

Clean and spacious room. Pretty quiet. Free breakfast and pretty good coffee. Great water pressure in the shower. Also there's a Chili's right across the parking lot. Would stay again when flying in or out of BWI.

Shuttle hours are weird. Takes some fiddling to find the right water temperature in the shower. We stayed before and after an international flight and it was the same for both rooms.
