Very clean and the restaurant food is excellent
Quiet and cleanliness
Easy to get to

Parking was bountiful and spacious. Rooms so comfy and awesome for having our service dog with us. Restaurant was delicious and so awesome.

I arrived at the buffet at about 10:45 AM today. Breakfast closed at 11 and lunch starts at 11. I decided to go ahead and order breakfast instead of eating from the buffet. I ordered eggs, potatoes , and bacon instead of the buffet because the buffet was looking pretty old— like the food had been there for a long while. My order came out about 20 minutes later. The food was cold, stale, and obviously taken from the buffet. Good job, Westin. I called the server over and politely told her this is not freshly cooked. It’s cold. She played like she could not understand what I was saying. I sent it back and basically ordered lunch instead. Super disappointing from what it supposed to be a higher-end hotel.
location and restaurant
This one gets five stars because of value. The stay was above expectations for the amount I paid. Pro’s: Comfortable bed, nice rain shower, good water pressure, great blackout curtains, friendly and helpful front desk people, good wi-fi, well-equipped workout room. Con’s: $30 for the buffet breakfast, nowhere to eat within walking distance, have to pay for parking, hotel is tired and definitely needs refurbishing.
Greed has taking this place over… I use to stay here all the time. They want $20 a day. for parking $5 for a cup of coffee and they are understaffed … the Double Tree across the street is a better deal
I remember when the Westin was one of the top hotels I’ve noticed it declines on several of their properties, dirty rooms, moldy bathrooms even the ironing board does not have a proper cover, broken irons. I called the front desk 45 minutes ago front ironing board and still, no one has not responded yet. The overall experience here is horrible deplorable. I would not waste my money on any Westin properties.
A little disappointed that they won’t do a monetary deal for late checkout beyond another nights tariff the staff were great, courtesy bus punctual and it’s what is expected.
Les draps étaient sales, le mitigeur n’était pas très stable.
I just want you to know about your amazing staff. The stay was before it will allow me to note.. but Endah and Tamika were so professional, kind and accommodating to all of my family’s request during our stay. It was for a wedding. We cannot thank them enough, and what an asset to your establishment!
This is a great property to stay at for business or leisure. The staff are amazing especially the general manager, Melanie. They have an amazing restaurant on the property with top-tier food selections. Close to BWI airport. They also have a complementary shuttle service. I will take you and pick you up from the airport upon your request. I would definitely stay here again and recommended you friends and family.
It was comfortable and clean
My wife and I booked the Westin BWI for a romantic Valentine’s Day getaway to escape the kids for a night. Instead, we wish we had stayed home. As a Marriott member for over 20 years, I am shocked at how poorly managed this property is. The "Highlights" of our stay: The Amenities: We checked in hoping to relax, but the indoor pool and hot tub were closed. The Privacy Invasion: After dinner, we found our TV had no picture. I called the front desk, and while the maintenance tech, Mario, was incredibly friendly and tried his best, the hotel failed him and us. We spent over an hour of our Valentine’s evening watching him struggle to fix the TV, only to be told it was dead. No Contingency: When I asked to switch rooms, I was told the hotel was "sold out." A brand like Marriott should always have a contingency room for issues like this. Instead, Mario dragged a TV from a conference room into our suite (another 40-minute struggle), only to find out the cable box was the issue. We ended up with no TV and no background noise—just the sounds of the hallway. The Restaurant: To top it off, we went to the on-site restaurant the next morning. It is advertised to open at 7:00 AM. We waited until 7:30 AM, but the doors never opened. We had to leave the property just to get coffee and breakfast. Management did comp the room, but only after I pointed out that spending my romantic evening with a maintenance technician wasn't exactly what I paid for. Verdict: This hotel feels tired, worn, and poorly managed. Between the broken electronics, the closed amenities, and the restaurant not opening on time, do not stay here expecting the Westin standard.
To Anthony Cpuano, CEOMarriott: I am a loyal Bonvoy member and spend north of $100k per year with Marriott personally and by my company. I was dropped off by my driver at the hotel. The driver didn't park and returned hours later to pick me up. Today I got a "Courtesy note" from the hotel's parking vendor. They have an open lot not a garage. The letter demands a $75 payment for an $18 dollar parking charge. They also threaten to impound my vehicle and report me to credit agencies. I went to the website listed on the threatening "Courtesy Note" and reviewed the posted pictures. The pictures show my driver driving the vehicle in the driveway, clearly moving, and not parked in a spot. I called the hotel front desk and the employee refused to get a manager for me and simply insisted I had to deal with Marriott's parking vendor. At first she insisted she was the manager but then admitted that wasn't true. I also called the Marriott 800 number and a pleasant gentleman took down the info but didn't sound very convincing that some one would address the issue. The big issue isn't the $75 bucks but that a "Hospitality" company would threaten a loyal 30 year customer with impounding a vehicle and a credit report. Further, that the company's chosen vendor would take random pictures and try to fleece a customer figuring most folks just pay the bogus charge due to the hassle. Why would I do business with them going forward. I guess I should use up my bonvoy points and close my account. Scott Rifkin CEO Provider Partners Health Plan
The bed was very comfortable. The only downside is there was no microwave in the room. We had to go down to the lobby to heat up our food.
The property was clean and very well decorated for the holiday.
The cleanliness and comfortable
You shouldn’t have to pay to park. The front desk manager was very rude while checking in. Very helpful and warm to the guest ahead of me and when she waited on me she wasn’t informative or polite.
Very clean
Not much
The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.
The couch in the room had stains. The bathroom was extremely outdated, needed repair and did not feel clean.
I had an amazing time coming to Baltimore and stayed at the Westin Baltimore Airport hotel. I live in Houston and came down for a business trip. First off all hands-down, I have to say Tamika and Shawnese were so amazing even the talk man, I think his name was Charles and even Bill the shuttle driver. The whole freaking staff that worked on October 31, 2025 through November 2, 2025 were amazing. Hotel was beautiful and clean, my room was nice too. The only thing I was saying negative about my room is I prefer my bathroom to be a walk-in shower not a step into the tub shower, call me bougie I don’t care that’s the only complaint I would say other than the house cleaning didn’t clean my room the next day, but Shawnese handle that. I arrived early around 11 and my room wasn’t ready yet, but Tamika took my bags so I wouldn’t have to carry them around. Charles the tall man came to get me to make sure I got my room, I think he’s the manager. I hope I didn’t jack his name up, but he made sure I got my room around 1:30 before check in time. I went to the bar before going up to my roomto order some fries, but the lady disappeared and never came back so I wasn’t able to pay for my meal. So I went to the front desk to get my bags andlet Shawnese know that the lady never came back and I didn’t want them to think that I wasn’t trying to run out on my bill, but she was so kind and courteous and got my bags for me and told me not to worry about the meal that she will take care of it. These lady were so professional so beautiful, they knew my name I got locked out of my room, and didn’t have my ID on me, but she was able to look me up through the my membership. Shawnese allow me to check out an hour later from the regular checkout time she knew my name every time I came to the desk,. I just appreciate my entire stay there. Everything was amazing. I love the water with the fruits in it and the complementary breakfast along with the coffee the buffet although the buffet $30 for a buffet, but you can order off the menu too, which I did and I love the omelette. But definitely next year can’t wait to come back to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is what made the hotel even better! Thank you to Shawnese and Tamika C. for making me feel welcome.
Room was ok but service was terrible
Service was terrible and room service was terrible
The positive: The front desk staff was excellent. Friendly and efficient. The negative: The “heavenly”bed was awful. Pillowcases were frayed and faded. Pillows were old, limp and lumpy. The elastic on the fitted sheet had given up long ago so it shifted around all night long. I was only there for ~12 hours so it could have been worse. But when you are essentially there to sleep, the bed matters. I expected more from a Westin. And when they overlook the big stuff, you start to wonder what else they’ve overlooked. (But you try not to wonder too much, or you’ll never get to sleep…)
They charged my room for parking, although my husband paid for parking separately on his charge card. Also there was no hot water. The hallway also smelled like dirty saltwater.
The hotel was busy and the staff accomodated well.
Much of our stay was wonderful. I wish the hotel had extra blankets that weren’t so scratchy as to be unusable (fleece plus industrial washing and drying is not a good combination) and I wish their employees had a little more polish in their customer service. I just got a surprise parking bill - a surprise to me because no one ever mentioned that parking is charged. When I called regarding the bill, the employee went through the motions “I’m sorry” but also “you should have seen the signs, they’re everywhere.”
Amazing
Certainly! Here’s a polished and professional version of your feedback for the front desk manager: --- During our recent stay at The Westin Baltimore near the airport, Shawnee delivered exceptional service with professionalism and warmth. She was incredibly accommodating, attentive to our needs, and went above and beyond to ensure our visit was seamless and enjoyable. Her dedication to guest satisfaction truly enhanced our experience, and we’re grateful for her outstanding hospitality.
Very clean room and friendly staff. Everything worked as expected.
The property is nice; however, it is short. -staffed. and they did not have a pool, but it was advertised on the website that there was one, which was disappointing. Suggestion: if you don't have a pool, take it off the site, as it is false advertising. I liked the hotel, as it was convenient, as I was in town to attend a concert at the arena. The hotel was fifteen minutes away from the arena.
Had a hiccup with the airport shuttle but the front desk staff was very accommodating. Staff in hotel restaurant were less so, service was subpar at both meals. Enjoyed my dinner though!
Overall a clean and spacious hotel. It was quite comfortable and the black-out curtains are amazing. Cons - the airport shuttle never arrived. Parking is not free.
I’ve stayed at this Westin before and was admittedly underwhelmed so I did not have high expectations. The hotel is tired however it’s decently clean. The beds are comfortable and the rooms quiet. In the end, it’s fine for a quick overnight but I would not go out of my way to stay at or recommend this property. This hotel would most definitely benefit from a refresh, it is plain and basic and really feels like they are just coasting off of the Westin name with no real desire to do anything to stand out.
The property is nice & it smells good but it’s too far from everything
I paid for 1 king bed they putted me in 2 beds and the toilet gave us the hard time even they came to fix it but still it kept coming on getting blocked, we ended up leaving in the middle of the night to book another hotel we couldn’t use the bathroom we was not happy about that.
Christopher at the front desk was the highlight of my one night stay there.
Great outdoor seating area…..clean hotel.Took till 7 pm to get us in our room for check-in our first night. On site restaurant/ lounge good……very slow service. Front desk staff awesome
Airport shuttle was great. Breakfast was included. Room was clean. Staff was kind and helpful.
There was an issue with a neighboring room that caused a disturbance in the early am. The staff of the hotel responded to the issue and solved it.
Flight plans changed last minute so booked because of airport shuttle, restaurant and the pictures conveyed an elevated level of comfort. The bad: It took 9 minutes to get off hold when I called for the shuttle, the restaurant staff failed to bring what I ordered that night and again at breakfast the next day (food was mediocre), the front desk was so understaffed I couldn't even purchase snacks from the sundries station (which was barely stocked) and, final straw, the carpet was stained next to the bed (as if someone had rolled over and got sick on the floor) and the shower still had the hair of the previous guest on the walls. The good: staff was nice, the bed was comfortable and there were 2 shower head options and excellent water pressure. Next time I'll pick a hotel with restaurants in walking distance--we passed a few on the shuttle ride to and from.
B
I wasn't pleased that after hours the hotel was wide open and you didn't need your key card to gain access in front of back not even the elevators. Also to pay $30 for breakfast the set up was not pleasing nor the cleanliness of the area. I also would suggest putting hand sanitizer in the areas
Nice place to stay clean would stay there again
This property left me desiring more. I constantly complained about the smell of marijuana throughout the halls and in my room! Nothing happened and this ruined my whole stay….
A great property!
Jason made sure that our reservation was corrected and was very helpful to us. We were relieved he went the extra mile to accommodate us. We continue to choose this hotel
Clean
Love the atmosphere, fresh clean smell & awesome staff
Great building and staff.
I’ve stayed here several times and never an issue. Unfortunately this time there was hair in the bed. I will still stay here but that was a little off putting.
Property was nice, and staff was friendly. I took off a star because they dont offer anything complimentary. Even the drip coffee in the lobby was an extra charge. There was also a roach on our door trying to get in our room. Front staff did offer us a new room, and to have maintenance come spray. Overall, good hotel
Front desk clerk was amazing very accommodating
Awesome Stay the best
My room was very much outdated. The sink was clogged as well as the ironing board was broken. Overall pretty smooth stay but very annoying constantly turning the water on and off to let it drain.
Always a great venue.
Great place
Beautiful hotel. Cleaning staff was very nice. Inside and outside was nice. Water in bathrooom faucet on the hot water would leak. The drain would clo up to the sink. The evening staff at the desk left me on hold waiting on another check-in customer. Abut rude about me asking about a taxi. The morning check-in desk clerk mad excuses for the shuttle driver I waited at the airport for an hour or longer. The driver and both shuttles were there.
Staff was great with communication especially around the shuttle to BWI
Great location great staff great bedding
When I checked in, I was given a room that clearly hadn’t been cleaned, the soap was unwrapped, there were squirts of something all over the countertop and a face cloth used and lying beside it….. the bedding looked like it had been pulled back to smooth after being in a ball and there were Bobbi pins and elastics on the floor- it clearly hadn’t been vacuumed. Thankfully the front desk person as baffled / apologetic once I showed him the photos I had taken and gave me a new room and a coupon for a free appetizer in the restaurant but this was really not what I’d expect from a westin.
Feels like home
Excellent accommodation
Comfortable bed and very quiet setting. Hotel smells great. Was not please re: the parking fee. Was not privy to this information before hand. Did not dine in the hotel but overall stay was good.
clean and comfortable. close to airport
My favorite place to stay when visiting Baltimore
Always a pleasure staying here when in Baltimore. Great location.
Good gym large rooms comfortable bed
Wasn’t told about breakfast menu first day
Amazing experience!
I wish we were told the pool was drained when we checked in. I even mentioned swimming and no word that it was out of service. The restaurant took forever to seat us and to take our order - the waitress not the nicest est and seemed to be rushed. The bartender was nice. The staff overall could be friendly and happy.
The room was quiet and I got to rest well, which was the top priority. But the sheets felt like unchanged from the last guest. The reataurant staff start to pack breakfast buffet up around from 10:20 so we could not get what we would like to after that.
They don’t answer the phone. The shuttle never runs. It’s awful. I’ve never seen such poor service. I made a Terrible mistake. I’ll never use this hotel again. When I call customer service, they say the shuttle is running but after two hours, it’s obvious it’s not running. The service is terrible and the customer service is a joke.
Nice
Property was nice. Airport shuttle took over an hour to arrive at the airport after 2 calls to the front desk. The overnight attendant was neither apologetic nor helpful. The driver was the same. Original front desk agent who checked me in was very pleasant. Management I’d suggest a check in with your overnight crew-they could use some customer service training.
I stayed two separate nights at The Westin Baltimore BWI and had a different room each time. The first room was at one far end of the building and had no Wi-Fi at all. (The guest network did not even appear as an option on any of my devices.) The second room, which was much closer to the central elevators, had a proper connection. The sleeping and lounging areas of the room were very nice. The comments I have here are that the "bright" and "dim" settings on the lamps in the room were basically the same, and that neither of the two pillows provided was in the "Goldilocks zone" (one was too soft, the other too firm). Otherwise, the rest was great—mattress, curtains, available space, noise level, view, etc. The bathroom was generally good, though the water pressure was quite low. I really liked that they had liquid soap dispensers in the shower—rather than relying on bar soap. Overall, very good experience; easy 4/5.
Bed and clean room
Always stay here when in the Baltimore area.
Love this hotel, very comfortable.
Clean
My favorite place to stay in the bwi area! Luxury on a budget.
Cleaning staff came super early and didn’t return without request. Everything else was amazing
Great property
Very nice property I would come back. Breakfast was Great
Airport Shuttle Stop Was Unmarked Signage At Pick Up.and Wait Was Long..Return Airport Shuttle Didnt Run On Time.
Nice Property
Very nice property, enjoyed stay. Only issue, body wash bottle was empty.
I have been staying at the Westin whenever I am in Baltimore. The hotel has been making significant efforts to improve its staffing and facilities. I recently had a fantastic experience at their restaurant. I want to extend my gratitude to Ms. Aster for her excellent service and professionalism. Looking forward to staying in the near future.
The room we were in the ac was definitely broken. We didn't realize it until the morning when it was 72 in the room and the carpet was wet near the ac. The person checking us out didn't seem too happy and upon leaving my partner said when they checked us in it was the same person and she just didn't seem to enjoy being there. The rooms are super nice and comfortable.
