Location was great. Amenities nice. Comfy. Staff was amazing.

Microwave, no plates. When we used the cups for our soup, the next day, no coffee cups were left. I think you can get plate during breakfast. No toothpaste or toothbrush. Couldn't access the internet.

Having to pay for parking where other hotels in the area did not charge for parking. Also, signing me up for a new “Honor’s” number when I already had one!

Hotel definitely needs a planned maintenance schedule. Lots of wear and tear that can easily be addressed. Suites are a good size. Shame so many hotels accept dogs as there was a whiff of canine in my room and upon leaving the hotel watched a women letting her dog defacate in the hotel grounds. This hotel receives 4* due to customer service. I was checked in by Adrian who was beyond helpful. Both finding my a late check out and supporting me with breakfast options that could accommodate my allergies..... bizarrely was more knowledgeable than the omelette chef.

This building is falling apart. They were scraping the peeling ceiling over the checkin desk, where water was pouring through, when we checked in. There was more hanging ceiling by the morning. The 1st room we were in had damaged furniture, a sewage type smell, rust on light fixtures and stains on the bathroom wall. The entire hotel was hot and smelly with a fruity scent trying to hide the bad smell. Our 2nd room was better, but still not worth what we paid for it. There was also no fire escape route sign on the back of the door - I’m pretty sure that is against fire code. We went out and counted doorways to know where to go in the case of an emergency.

Everyone in this hotel was marvelous. From the front desk staff (Mariah maybe) and o Tia that cooked my omelette. She was so nice and respectful. I noticed she gave that service to each and every guest. They both are assets to your hotel.

The hotel was great! We enjoyed the evening reception and especially the made to order breakfast. One of the omelette cooks, Tia, was super friendly and did a great job. Would stay here again if I was in the Baltimore/Washington area.

I have stayed at this location dozens of times. I’d like to point that the young lady Tia helped me out during breakfast time. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable while I stayed there. She went out of her way to provide breakfast options that weren’t out on display. I was very happy she did this and it made my morning. Thank you Tia! And her manager Terry!

This hotel is close to BWI airport, about 7 mins. The hotel was nice, the front desk was nice and professional. Although this hotel is clean it is a little dated, you can see the wear and tear and our room furniture had a few stains but it was clean. It is important to know that this hotel does housekeeping by request only but this was not a issue because we only stayed one night. They serve a evening reception that serves complimentary alcohol beverages and light snacks like fruit, chips and salsa and trail mix. They do serve a great breakfast that included made to order omelets, bacon, eggs and French toast, this was the the best free hotel breakfast ive had. They do charge 15$ per day for parking and it is a separate charge from the hotel rate. Otherwise it is a nice hotel and I would stay here again.

My wife and I arrived in Baltimore at11:00 on July 19th, for a wedding starting at 1:00. Hoping for the best, but not expecting much, we went to the front desk hoping for a very early check in so we could dress in comfort. Unfortunately, Mera at the front desk informed us there were no rooms available, but offered to let us change in a common restroom. Before we could even park the car Mera called to let us know she’d found us a room! Always loved Embassy Suites, but this kind of service is what keeps us coming back. Thanks Mera!

Breakfast is amazing! Tia was 10/10 and such a sweet soul. Normally having someone cook for me, I would feel a little uncomfortable, but Tia welcomed me right in. Davit at the bar was an angel. I felt sad to be leaving after 3 weeks here. He handled the rushes so well and worked so hard each day. Will definitely stay here again for my next trip!

Love this place. The food is always good, the staff is friendly and the service is great. The hotel itself needs major updates, is the same dull style as when my parents stayed here in the 80s. Tia is so sweet and David makes the best blue berry martinis in the state!

Clean room and facilities. The pool was open and clean.The complimentary drink and snack bar was a nice addition to our trip and the space was exactly as described. I would definitely return. I prefer these accommodations wherever we travel, if they are located there. We parked on the street which was free but you can park in the secured lot for a fee. Yes there is a small deposit fee that was returned the day of check out.

Both phones and one faucet in the room did not work. Tia in the restaurant area was amazing. With the overflow of guests for breakfasts she made sure everything was orderly, she even made waffles for me and other guests while we waited on the omelette station.

I'm a Hilton Diamond Member. I'll never stay here again, as the parking process is ridiculous! Just to get into the parking lot, you have to scan a code, open a webpage, input credit card information, and more. I just said the heck with it and parking in the street. Just pathetic!

I’ve stayed at this Embassy Suites a few times and it has been a good choice when I’d like to be close to BWI. The rooms are spacious and the hot breakfast is a great addition. This particular visit one of the employees, Mera, was especially helpful and welcoming. We only stayed one night this trip, but I would certainly stay again because of my interactions with Mera. Other staff members were friendly as well. The hostess at breakfast greeted everyone with a warm welcome.

Hello, I have been to this hotel on multiple occasions and the brightest star. Here is a young baby working on the restaurant Tia she treats everyone with a smileis very helpful expeditious in her service and exempt her ethic to making things go smooth. In fact she’s one of the most helpful employees at business. I think you can travel the world and then in every major hotel and every major city touring with artist like Queen Latifah and Justin Timberlake. Embassy did not disappoint. The bed could have been more comfortable but overall we enjoyed our stay ! Room was clean, check-in was good! Breakfast was delicious definitely influenced my decision on rebooking! Breakfast staff was AWESOME, especially the personal touch from TIA! Keep her around ! We will be back

Breakfast and dinner was great! Loved the dining room staff (Vivian & Jose); Happy hour was very nice. The bed/mattress was great and comfortable. Loved the amenities - gym, pool and hot tub. Staff was very courteous.

No fan/venting in the bathroom, no magnifier mirror, no handrail outside to bathtub. No overhead lighting in both rooms; For years I've loved staying at Embassy Suites - But updates are needed now. Outdated Furniture and accessibility challenges are observed. Boarding the courtesy passenger van was challenging too. No step ladder.

Full breakfast with Omelet var and Waffle station. Indoor pool was nice. Evening snack reception was nice.

The building needs a lot of work done. The upkeep is poor and owners need to do a walk through. My phones in my room did not work. The tube is peeling and it was filling up with water when showering. The ceiling look like there is water damage around the vents and it was peeling. The carpet smell bad room smelled like cigarettes. The furniture is worn down. Microwave didn’t work in my second room. The ceiling down by the elevator needs attention. Elevator needs attention when it stops it feels like it’s trying to catch it self to stop. The doors open before it’s actually leveled on the floor for someone to step out. Hotel has potential to be great but needs work.

Our stay at the Embassy Suites was wonderful, and breakfast was one of the highlights. The made-to-order station was fantastic, thanks to Tia. She was genuinely kind, welcoming, and somehow kept a smile on her face even during the busy breakfast rush. Our food was fresh, cooked exactly how we asked, and served with such a positive attitude. More than anything, it was her warmth and friendliness that stood out. It’s not often you come across someone who makes you feel like they’re truly happy you’re there. It’s employees like her that turn a good hotel stay into a memorable one. We left breakfast smiling, and that’s something worth recognizing. Thank you for helping make our stay such a great experience!

Overall, hotel is okay…loud ac unit, fridge doesn’t get cold, shower head sprays water like a pressure washer. But the highlight of our trip was Tia in the dining area. The room was too hot and uncomfortable. The room was so hot that we stayed out late. We would’ve slept in the car but we had our child. Due to traveling, we did not have no other place to go.

The long line at the omlet station, even though he did a great job, the soda machine ran out it broke down, there was not a available water at the breakfast and the food stations weren't kept clean. Oh that whole paying for parking was crazy!

I do not think a hotel should charge their guests for parking. Paying for additional wifi speeds seems a little cheap. And, honestly, I was a little disappointed in the fact there was no adult tv viewing options

I had a great experience. The check-in was smooth and efficient. The room was clean and well put together. The hotel is showing some signs of age (likely built in the 80s) but the spaces are clean. My friend left their Apple Watch in the room, and when I called the hotel, Katty in Housekeeping was extremely helpful and was able to find the watch and get it back to me. Thank you Katty for your integrity and honesty. This will be my hotel of choice in the area going forward. As someone who used to work in the hospitality industry, they're doing things right at this property.

This hotel was one of the worst in the Embassy Suite family. Uncommunicative front desk personnel. We were there this past weekend June 5-June 8, Kids running all through the building at all times of the day and night. No staff to control the chaos. It was horrible. We could smell the weed (Marijuana , in our room through the vents. The room had ANTS in the bathroom. At the bar, youngsters under the drinking age were ordering drinks, no one checked the ID. These kids couldn't even get their lies straight on their ages. Totally unreal. We will not be going back to this Embassy Suites in the near future or ever. Its sad after spending 3 nights in the Embassy Suites Georgetown to go to this one in Linthicum/Baltimore.

The property was very large so at no time that I feel cramped.
