Best Western Coral Hills

Tolle große Zimmer, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Tolles Frühstück und zwei schöne Pools. Viele Lokale in der Nähe. Gute Ausgangslage für viele Sehenswürdigkeiten.

All showers should have hand held as well as the regular shower head. Not everyone is over 6 ft tall, I'm only 5 ft 2 in .

I like that there was an indoor pool to go to while it was raining. The rooms were very nice!

The pillows are not comfortable they were too flat.

Pool inside was closed during our stay. (Which we regretted because it was a rainy day ...)

The king suite needs repairs. The shower head needs to be replaced. The fireplace doesn't work.

The breakfast room was reported (by my guests) to have a very bad smell in it. They did not want to try the cooked food. The shower curtain had a dirty stench to it (as is not uncommon in many hotel rooms.)

Its got that special travel feel like you've spoiled yourself but its even better because you know you didn't over spend for that feeling.

Very quiet room

The room was very clean and quiet. I had stayed at the Coral HIills back in May. It is a convenient stop for us on our way up to Denver.

Lovely property with indoor and outdoor pools. Very clean. Room was spacious and breakfast was delicious with much to choose from. Staying there again on our trip back home

I love the staff , The location !

The only think o do not like is I had to find someone for clean towed. We stayed multiple days and we needed fresh towels ..

Breakfast was adequate and variety provided was good. Scrambled eggs, sausage and cinamon pastry needed warming. Staff were responsive and cordial. Desk staff for reception and departure were cordial and helpful .

Summertime bedding is too warm. Sheet, quilt layer and a blanket topper are excessive. I removed the quilt mid sleep. The exterior door in room 132 is not square with the frame leaving gaps. From an energy conservation standpoint, there needs to be gap insulation!

Breakfast was awesome for a continental! Pool was clean and stocked with towels. Perfect location to walk around downtown.

More space for breakfast would be preferable. Not enough tables to sit down.

There was a old drink in our fridge

I didn’t realize this property was a MOTEL style - all outdoors. It doesn’t specify this when choosing. No elevators, only stairs on the end of each building. It was too late for me to cancel or I would have. The check in lobby was so outdated and old.

The staff is always wonderful and always remembers our name. The young man that runs the breakfast is absolute amazing! He is so friendly and kind. He keeps the breakfast area so clean and it just feels so comfortable there. We don’t usually do the breakfast at hotels, but always always when we stay here. Only because of how clean and the friendliness of the young man that runs it. He is absolutely amazing with the guest. You’re very fortunate to have someone like him on your staff. Our stay was very enjoyable. The location was excellent. The food was great and we enjoyed the free breakfast each morning. We were in walking distance to some of the eateries and the pubs. Overall we had a great experience.

The employees didn’t seem to car for colored people but I guess they may not be use to it. The vibe in general was off by the front desk but a few of the other employees were cool. Majority of the guests at the pool were welcoming to me and my family.

I'm a frequent BW customer...probably 20 nights a year. This one has one flaw; smoking. The rooms are smoke free but the big BUT is they let people smoke right outside their rooms which can make it 5 feet from your room. I won't stay at this one again

Clean Closets everything

I just wrote a review on another hotel I stayed at a few days ago and I'd just like to say if all hotels operated like the Coral Hills in St. George, Ut, travelers would probably be much happier. From the check, where I was warmly welcomed, throughout my entire stay, the experience was stellar. Clean rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff and everything I touched worked!

Pool was amazing, even had a option for a indoor pool if the weather was bad.

Room seems like the carpets are little musty could use a good air out or possibly rip the carpets out. Other then that everything was great.

Take pride in giving your customers something they can remember, not something they would rather forget. Freshness people options people act like you care about your customers.

Overpriced rooms.

Clean, nice rooms. This is a good value hotel with indoor and outdoor pools. I had stayed here previously, but it had been at least six years. Breakfast bar is good and has something for everyone. Good location with EV charging stations. Will stay here again.

I like how I could bring my pet, bed was not noisy and was soft. The room was clean but a little out dated. And location was perfect for what we were going to do.

Only 2 things. The second story bed I could hear it squeak and there was a long hair on the shower wall.

We stayed with my dog at the end of Feb and found the pet room (132) clean. I'm not sure why my sensitive skinned dog reacted but she was scratching all night long. My guess is a reaction to a cleaning agent (this hasn't ever happened and we've traveled a lot!)... The adjacent room with adjoining door- the light shines under the door (like there used to be carpet and the door length is short with the hard floors). Staff exceptional. Friendly and warm. Great breakfast. Facilities all nice and clean. Beds a bit on the worn side. Easy parking. The people who work here are the best!

Very nice Motel. Breakfast was very good. Bonus is has EV charging!
