Buffalo Airport Hotel

Room was clean, staff was friendly.

Elevator was a little nerve-racking and shuttery. Bed was hard as a rock.

No breakfast offered

The room was clean, and beds comfortable. the area around is easily accessible with a car.

The hallway is very very long, and was inconvenient with luggage, it also smelled like cigarettes and we saw cig buds on the elevator floor, even though it is supposed to be non smoking. The room had only a night light in the room (aside from the entry area) so it felt very dark and gloomy. The overall decor - orange and blue walls, along with the lack of light (somewhat institutional vibe) made for a cold and uninviting feeling for some of our party. Other's were not as bothered, so it's clearly a personal preference.

The room was clean & comfortable. We did not spend a lot of time in the room. It would be nice to have a mirror in the room to use when dressing. We had a good visit and we were comfortale.

Not enough for towels for the three of us. The bathrooom vent was very dirty. And a mirror in the room would be nice.

Front desk staff was very supportive, and the location is very good, just 15 minutes walks to the Buffalo International Airport.

Convenient location to the airport and very easy to use the bus stop at the airport (3 minute drive) Clean room. Very friendly staff.

First room on the first hallway, slight noise issues at that spot, but by no means a complaint. If you are a light sleeper just request a room further away from the main hall.

Location. 15-20mins closer to the airport. They have free tea & coffee in lobby. Staff were very good and help. The best part is they have free bus shuttle service to the airport pick and drop .

Our room was 161 it is bit near to exit door on the other end of the hotel and have to walk a long towards the lobby.

Friendly staff, clean room, good location

I liked the courtyard, it was a nice place to sit and relax.

I didn’t like the constant sound of water dripping in the walls. That woke us up several times during the night thinking there was a leak coming from somewhere. The smell from the laundry area was strong and unpleasant. Not sure if it was bleach or a trash smell. It was right across from our room.

Lovely and helpful staff. Always smiling. There is a coffee stand and hot and cold drinks throughout the day and night free of charge. There is a small grocery store that sells snacks and toothbrushes.

The beds in the room were a bit small.

This hotel has the most unprofessional staff. They are very rude and unfriendly. They currently have a power outage problem in one section of the hotel where I’m staying. They are unable to fix the issue and when I ask for help they hung up on me. I’ve been waiting hours for the lights to come back on. Very unprofessional and mannerless staff.

Unsafe

All rooms smelling .dark ..whole night we got cigarette smell coming in our room from another room .bad ex

La ubicación a minutos del aeropuerto

El aire no enfriaba bien

The location

The AC

The rooms are fine . Their's a bar connected to the hotel - which is nice. The customer service is good. It can be hard to find parking. I'll go back.

The location was convenient for my reason for being there

The pictures online made the property look much better than it actually was. When I am paying almost $300 a night I expect more out of the room. There were no blankets, no carpeting, two towels. I feel that the charges are based on being close to the airport and I understand that.

We recently attended a reunion for folks serving aboard the USS The Sullivans held at the Buffalo Airport Hotel. It was a great experience. It is an older hotel located conveniently next to the airport and not a part of a chain. It can provide both meeting rooms and a larger banquet/meeting facility. While it doesn't have a restaurant within the hotel, there is a casual restaurant attached and other options nearby. The hotel did provide a buffet breakfast for our group, a cookout and buffet dinner as part of the service for our event. I think it's very best feature is the staff. Everyone from the folks at the desk to the event staff went out of their way to to make our event and our stay the best possible.

We liked that Wingnutz was down the hall, so we could arrive in the evening and still get dinner without leaving the porperty.

One of the beds was loose on its frame. It literally rocked back and forth when you sat on it. The bathroom was small. The only thing updated about the facilities were the photographs on the wall, which were nice, but it was like putting lipstick on a pig.

15 perc sétára a reptértől, étteremmel, tiszta, rendezett szobával. Ingyenes shuttle busz a teptérre, kedves, segítőkész személyzet.

Az ár-érték arány nem az igazi, a papír vastagságú falakon minden áthallatszik, a tv-től az üvöltve telefonáló szomszédig, bár ez nem a szálloda hibája. A berendezés a mi szobánkban már elég kopottas volt.

Close to airport. Yet quiet and comfortable beds.

Shower head had low pressure.

Great location. Friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable Shuttle service to and from the airport was very convenient.

The facility is obviously an old hotel.

Ok room. Only stayed overnight and left early morning.

Room was comfortable

Comfortable bed

The entire property appears slightly rundown / I do not believe it qualifies as a “hotel” / it’s more of “motel”

Location affordability breakfast

Dirt and dust in hidden corners

quick check-in

The bed was dirty shaped like a hammock

Some of the rooms and bathrooms could be MORE VERY MUCH THROUGHLY cleaned , because other then that besides your average noisey neighbors time to time its a good place to stay!

Proximity to the airport, staff were very nice and helpful.

Stuffy and strong smell of pot came into the room, thinking through the vent.

Nice 😊 friendly staff

Good

Very good

We had a extremely BAD experience with this hotel. We had booked online for 2 nights stay on 12th and 13th May 2026. After a very long drive from Ohio we reached the hotel at 5am. Upon checking in we were told that by the receptionist they had rearranged our stay to another hotel. We are so pissed off but too tired to argue after 10 hours ride. How could the hotel cancelled our booking without notifying us? The receptionist boy was also so rude and did not appologized to us. Please avoid this hotel as you may also cancelled your reservation without notice

Always comfortable and quiet this is always my go to when I visit buffalo..

Needed a quick place due to a layover and I couldn’t be happier. Very affordable, clean and convenient. Friendly staff. Thank you to Gabe for assistance with a smile.

I love this hotel. Excellent location, fantastic communication and a great staff.

Nothing to dislike

room clean

Location to airport.

Nothing negative to comment on.

Location was great, staff very cordial

Didn’t get the rooms advertised, got two identical rooms that did not match the profile. Each room should have been discounted but I was told the don’t handle any of it is controlled by you. I sent an email and never heard back! I paid up front, got two rooms that did not match the rooms offered and paid two different pricing. This needs to be corrected immediately. A/C stopped working on the hottest weekend this year got moved to a different room that had where the air did won and was told it was the handicap room required for my husband, we tried to use the tub shower but when you are paralyzed it’s difficult to step on e the tub

Close to airport and liked the restaurant

Proximity to airport and very clean

Too few towels in room. However, I understand because if theft.

Staff was nice and the parking.

The fact we had cockroaches in our room. It was late at night and we had to get up super early so we killed the ones we saw and just tried our best to sleep.

The hotel is pleasant for an inexpensive old property. The Electricity went out last night, which is not their fault. But what is their fault is the fact that there was not a single emergency light on in any hallway. None of the exits were lit. There was no light in the lobby. When I asked an employee about it, she looked startled And then she looked up and said “oh yeah, those lights are there they don’t work. “ None of the exit signs were lit. In an emergency such as a fire this place would be a death trap. It was bad enough that the room was cold and I couldn’t make any coffee. But walking down the hall where I could not see anything was dangerous. If they are doing something this egregious what other safety issues are there in this place?

Floor in room was sticky, stains on comforter. No apologies. Moved us to another room. Key didn't work. Again no apologies just gave us new key "try this". Lobby dirty and not very welcoming. Poor customer service. Electrical cords held up with painters tape. Ac unit on roof outside our window covered with grafiti and hanging parts. Tiny bathroom. Would not stay here again

Nothing horrible stay

Room wasn’t clean or the facility workers were rude

Super close to the airport.

Decor a bit dated.

Qu'il y ait un restaurant à même l'établissement

Il n'y avait pas de petit déjeuner continental d'inclus Pas d'ascenseur et nous étions logé au 2e étage

Very convenient

None

The staff was great, a restaurant right there and a shuttle made it smooth

It seemed a little out dated

Proximity to airport Wingnutz restaurant /sports bar attached to hotel is brilliant. Top quality wings and great staff Airport shuttle

Pretty basic room, a little unclean but passable. For money and proximity to airport, I would stay again

Room wasn't clean. Difficult to get extra washcloths and face towels. No coffee ready in the lobby and no one to assist. Also, we had to wait over an hour for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport after we called the hotel to say we had arrived and needed a ride. However, the beds were fantastic.

It was nice Staying there. Would stay again.

Clean, convenient, friendly staff and close to airport, Wish they had a Continental breakfast though:

Convenient location, comfortable bed, clean room. Well kept for an older motel.

The shuttle driver that was driving the night that I checked in, picked me up at the airport and was driving like his ass was on fire

It is convenient. Close to the airport. Staff friendly . I didn’t like it that people talk loudly around the room at any time.

Fairly clean, but an older spot, great deal if it’s just a spot to sleep/layover

none

Very out of date yet for the price......

The AC vent was dirty

It as a beautiful property and great location

The hotel was decent for the price and being so close to the airport. We had a 6am flight so it was easy to check out and leave right away.

Friendly staff, close to the airport and freeway to the Bills stadium. Make a reservation at WingNutz as it gets very busy

Comfortable bed
