Staff was friendly and efficient considering the late arrival time.

No soundproofing whatsoever, we could hear everything going on in the corridor, as well as the next room over. There was mold in the bathroom (please replace the caulk). The lighting doesn't really work with the open concept of the room, where light from the bathroom bleeds into the bedroom because of the connecting window.

The receptionist was not very polite. The first floor room location was horrible. The view from the window was towards the grange area and parking. The carpets in the room are stained.

Liked the overall layout and the room was efficient, clean and perfect for what we wanted. Bartender was very nice and accommodating

Staff at check in wasn't very pleasant; floors in main lobby/sitting area needed vacuuming and a guy was doing so (and did a poor job of it) with a cheap, noisy little vacuum. Could hear lots of noise from other people in our room.

Amenities, should be improved because there is nothing within walking distance (other than McD’s) - a Happy Hour or SOMETHING would make a great difference in a guest’s stay.

There wasn't much to complain about. It had everything we needed and more. We just needed to stay one night for our flight in the AM back home.

This hotel was perfect for our flight out of Buffalo. They were kind and helpful. Exceptional shuttle service for when we dropped off our rental and getting us to the airport in the morning.

They accepted my booking not telling us they were overbooked. Refused refund when it was not even our fault.

I stayed here for a couple of nights on business after checking in to another hotel close by that was horrible. After 10 minutes at the other hotel, I booked Aloft instead and was so relieved when I saw how clean and comfortable to entire place was. That is not even the best of it... The front desk staff, specifically Keey, were amazing -super friendly and helpful (give her a raise!), even while dealing with a difficult guest. If you are staying near the Buffalo Airport, definitely stay here!

Great location right by the airport. Beautiful hotel- the lobby, rooms, and pool were well- maintained and comfortable. All staff were friendly and helpful- very invested in staff satisfaction. Loved it and will definitely seek out their other properties for future trips!

This hotel was extremely clean and the girls at the desk were very pleasant and super friendly! Keeyana was amazing! We were surprised with how quiet it was being so close to the airport. We maybe faintly heard one plane the entire weekend. My in-laws had a handicap room as my father-in-law has a walker. Their room was very spacious and he had zero issues getting around the furniture. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Wonderful overnight stay. Courteous and knowledgeable front desk clerks. Room keys had memory issues and overpriced snacks are sold on-site, but that's expected for an industry standard. Would stay again.

Our breakfast meals were made by Miss Patty, she was incredible! The food was hot and flavorful! The front desk receptionist, Daysie, was courteous, efficient, cheerful, and knowledgeable. She did a fantastic job! Mercedes, the housekeeping, supervisor, assisted us with a few needs. Everyone did a fantastic job!

It’s right across from the airport which is why I chose it because of an early flight, so it was convenient, but it’s not a beautiful area.

There were little kids hockey teams staying there. The parents were the rudest pricks and the kids were the most obnoxious there coul ever be. They were rude to the staff, noisy, jumping on the furniture in the lobby and generally being spoiled entitled brats. The parents and coaches did absolutely nothing to get and keep them under control. A letter from the hotel to their league would be in order as well as an absolute ban for any future stays in the facility or any other hotel in the Buffalo area would be appropriate.

Let's just start with the Aloft staff in Buffalo are phenomenal! From start to finish, they were so helpful and kind, we will absolutely be staying in the future. The parking availability while traveling with airport shuttle is a no brainer. Excellent job all!

Stayed for a night, when seeing a show downtown. Easy to access. Free parking. Reasonable rates. Check in staff was incredibly friendly. Quiet rooms with black out blinds. Great room lay out, wider than narrower.

We stayed here as we are from Canada and had an early morning flight booked with Jet Blue. Our flight was fully cancelled in the middle of the night, so we couldn’t go on our trip. Stayed a second nighand both nights the kids enjoyed the pool, pool table and playing scrabble in the lobby. The staff was so nice and also funny and entertaining. Would definitely stay here again. Shout out to Daisy and Mercedes for being so helpful and sweet! Would have been nice if there were a couple More games in the lobby

Very confortable beds, lots of surface space and a spacious, modern room. Good amount of plugs and 5-10 mins in the airport bus to the terminal. Excellent option for the airport.

We were guests at your hotel for two nights and, overall, expected a safe and enjoyable experience. On January 30th, my daughters used the swimming pool, and it became immediately clear that the chlorine level was extremely high. One of my daughter’s blue bathing suits turned yellow after being in the pool. More concerning, my younger daughter experienced significant eye irritation, her eyes were burning to the point that she cried for over half an hour. Because of this, we had to leave the hotel and go to a pharmacy to purchase eye drops. Our afternoon was completely disrupted, and it was very distressing to see my child in pain due to what appears to be improper pool maintenance. Many people raised complaints about the issue, yet management took no action and kept the pool open. I even contacted management by email and never received a response. Please don’t swim there!!!

The staff made our experience a joy. My grandchildren came to visit and the staff supplied a grill so we can have a picnic on the patio.

Easy parking, nice old school diner very nearby also McDonalds right on same driveway if all else fails. Very nice selection of snacks and drinks in lobby market. Many more choices than most places. Very nice, polished people at front desk. Nice cocktail bar.

Today my husband and I left at our car at the Aloft Buffalo hotel parking lot. When went inside to arrange the shuttle to the airport shuttle, we were greeted so beautifully by Zakiiya. We’ve been travelling throughout Canada, Alaska and USA for the past 7 weeks, today we were shown true old fashion service and help. Zakiya made us feel so welcome, even though we weren’t staying, just using the parking lot. I would definitely recommend this establishment, the welcome was outstanding and Mo who drove the shuttle bus also gave us a warm welcome. The introduction to Buffalo and the Aloft Hotel by Zakiya and Mo Will is a highlight. The entrance, foyer and bathrooms were amazing clean, even the cleaner made us feel welcome. I would stay in this hotel without a doubt. Thank you Mo and Zakiya, for the warm hospitality.

First impressions last, ALL the shuttle drivers were amazing! They were friendly, informative, great personalities, and have solid local knowledge. The front desk was also very nice, and the process went very smoothly.

Great location, close to airport and coffee shops near. Parking lots are poor lit and don’t give great comfort to security. Rooms are fine but weathered. Carpets need replacing. Halls smell like marijuana. Everything needs a deep clean. Price is right but will probably consider another spot next time.

We arrived late at night. My credit card wouldn't work at the check in so we asked to pay in cash, only to be told cash was not accepted. The girl at reception was very unsympathetic and didn't offer another solution so we were stuck in the lobby wondering what to do. An extremely kind man paid for us with his card. Breakfast the next morning was very basic. The only seating was in the lobby and there were crumbs and mess on the chairs and floor. We noted that someone paid cash for their breakfast.

I have stayed here previously before an early morning flight so I booked again. The room was spacious and clean however the light in the bathroom flickered and didn't fully turn on. All the lights in the room were a bit dim. Also the blow dryer did not work. We could have asked for a new room but we had had a long day and we had an early morning flight so we couldn't be bothered. My husband had to shave using the light from his phone. I tried to complain on-line when we got home but I could not find an email address and just addressed through a Feedback link. There was no one in the lobby when we left so I couldn't let the hotel know about the issues so they didn't rent it to someone else.

The hotel, inside and out, was clean. Our bed was comfortable. It would have been nice for a better breakfast option, but all in all, our stay was very good.

My Son brought Me up to Buffalo to watch the Buffalo Bills play on September 18, 2025 in the final season of this stadium since when I was going to college at ECC, I never got to watch a Bill’s game. We really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and cordial welcome that We received from Zakiya at this Aloft location. She went out of her way to make Us feel at home and because of Her, our stay was Great. I would also like to say that the shuttle driver, Moe was also very friendly and engaging. The ride to and from the airport and mall was very relaxing and Ge shared some good things about the city of Buffalo and the Buffalo Bills.

Plumbing issue in bathroom sink. When turning cold water on, it drizzled out and made very loud rapud banging noises. Shower drain needs cleaning so water can drain properly. Visible hair clogging drain. Otherwise room was nice. Little lotion bottles in room should be a given, but it wasnt provided. Just a suggestion.
