The location was perfect and the staff was accommodating.

I didn't like that the laundry room was out of order.

The hotel charged my card 2.5 times the amount agreed upon during booking. After multiple rounds of emails, they only refunded a portion of the difference, still leaving me overcharged by $40. On top of that, they couldn’t pair my reservation with my Booking.com confirmation, even though I presented my ID at check-in. In my opinion, this hotel operates on an amateur level. By European standards, the breakfast is generic and extremely simple. We didn't go hungry, but it’s definitely not something I would rate as good. I would not recommend this place to anyone—I feel like I was scammed.

It was a good stop before traveling back home, so the property was what we needed. Comfortable beds, space for 5, clean bathroom, really good shower. Breakfast was ok, but for the most part we did get something hot to eat. We requested a late check out and it was a life saver because we needed the extra time to rest before flying out.

The hotel just needs a little update or a deep clean, especially the bedroom rug and bathroom floors.

You quite literally cannot get any closer to the airport as the economy lot is directly across the street from this hotel. I decided to upgrade to a spa room for my stay and was impressed with the room. Some of the jets in the spa tub were not working but it was still a good experience. The bathroom did not have a door so there was no privacy from the bathroom to the room (but I was by myself). The shower was also very small and the door to it did not close the whole way. The bed was comfortable, and the room had all of the amenities I needed. Staff was friendly and the lobby area had a little store for snacks along with a good breakfast area.

The front desk clerk tried to be an accommodating as he could, very good customer service.

The property was like the Bates Motel, very old and not updated as in pictures. Shower was peeling furniture was damaged, hole in curtain just to name a few.

Breakfast was good. Services similar to those of other hotels. The employees in charge of breakfast always ensured that everything ran smoothly.

The room smells bad. We requested housekeeping service, but it wasn't provided. There were cockroaches on the walls.

We stayed here for one night as apart of our Niagara Trip. If you have rented a car then hotel is at convenient location from Niagara.Rooms were clean and they have free breakfast available. Decor is old at this place. No vegetarian options available available in Hot Breakfast.

Jacuzzi didn’t work, maintenance “fixed it” just for it to stop working again next use. Shower head wasn’t adjustable and would spray the shower door directly, cause the entire bathroom floor to go under water. Bathroom was dirty. Had to request extra towels 3 times in order to get a fresh set.

Second experience staying here, leaving car & flying out of Buffalo airport in 6 months. Both times it's been a great experience. This time we stayed on both ends of the flight and it was great both times. Easy peasy and the whole team at sleep inn seems to work together to provide a great experience. Highly, highly recommend.

The convenience of being able to do everything through my booking app. Check out was simple.

The quality of the room was not very good. The bedding was great. The shower door was complicated with my mobility issues. It leaked onto the floor, even though the door is shut. The hideaway door had so much debris and trash under it. The door handle of the shower was broken on the inside. The halls smelled of weed and so I think that’s probably why our room had so much fragrance, we had to open the window to air it out. We only stayed one night so I never complained to the front desk.

The proximity to the airport and early breakfast. The ease of booking the shuttle was nice too.

The staff were not particularly helpful when I asked about a place to buy food nearby. The internet never worked. There were some huge spiders in our room. There was a lot of noise from other hotel guests at very odd hours. The shower had a large crack in it and there was a decent amount of mold around the fittings.

Breakfast was good and typical of hotel breakfast. Older hotel, needs some TLC. The room across had black mold on ceilings and walls. It was inhabitable. No extra towels were provided.

I enjoyed the free breakfast each morning. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient - it was close to the airport.

The sauna was out of order the entire time that we were there. The fitness center needs more equipment. Our key card did not consistently work.

They arranged our long term parking by leading us to the site and providing the shuttle to the airport; Staff was knowledgeable and quick to sort out things for us.

Walls were paper thin. We could hear every single word from the room next to us even though they were not noisy neighbours - just regular people living on their schedule. Internet was free but pretty slow. There was an option to purchase better one though. Breakfast was pretty limited - common options for many similar hotels.

The only mystery is why they don’t have a soap holder dish in shower and at least one towel holder within to place a wash cloth. This is very inconvenient.

This location has promise, but the promise is unfulfilled. I like the decor and colors in the room, but the furniture is getting beat up, and the housekeepers are lazy. We accidentally spilled a shake and had to clean it up by pulling out some of the furniture. Ugh...filth all around the bed on both sides and under the side table. I think my housekeeper cleans the shower & sink and makes the bed and that's it. I wish there had been a thick curtain, an extra blanket for the bed and some extra towels on hand, and some hot chocolate in addition to the coffee. Wishful thinking. The price was listed as $76.00 but I ended up paying $124 due to taxes and fees, I guess. The breakfast was good, but overall it wasn't worth the price. Next time I'll save up my money and spring for a better and hopefully cleaner place.

Upon arrival, our area smelled like amoke due to the occupants of the room next door, but the next day it was not noticeable and they appeared to have left. Little cleaning details, but overall satisfactory.

Having met a awesome front desk worker, Jake who helped me out on something without questions ❓ I woke up late on breakfast, so missed out. Can't comment 😔 on if it was good or not. Love the Jacuzzi 🤩 🤩 🤩 Loved that my room was on the first floor 😀 Could exit straight to my car if needed.

No Internet service... Television are stuck to the walls so you can't have fire sticks to watch movies. TVs are old and remote was damaged. I believe my room had a friendly ghost 👻👻👻 😂. I had two of my personal washcloths go missing and something kept turning off my television after 1am. Totally freaked me out at first. Once I fell asleep, Someone or Something completely tucked me in.. the covers were tightened around my body as a baby swaddle. Felt safe 😊....Still weird ( room 128) I don't sleep like that... Didn't like the soap. Need to upgrade to Dove simply products...
