Hilton Garden Inn Buffalo Airport

New hotel or at-least newly renovated. Good reception. Airport shuttle. Location was extremely close to the airport, which was the reason i even booked.

I believe everything was quite good.

Excellent

What a wonderful place to stay. Perfect location to airport, friendly and helpful staff. Great outside seating area. Shuttle was great.

Not a thing to complain about.

Breakfast options, cook and staff

location was good

there was very little water coming from the shower and despite keeping the AC running room got really warm in the night

The person that checked us in was great, and check-in was fast and easy. The room was clean, and the bed was so very comfortable. The blackout curtains made our sleep great!

Location close to airport and free shuttle. The attached bar and grill was good with excellent service, especially from the cooks and Alexis and Rani.

Enquired few times via Booking.com chat regarding airport transfers, no response. I had to call the hotel day before arrival to be advised on how to avail the service. There were one or two front desk ladies who had very cold attitudes and responses, not apologetic at all when they couldn't give us things like proper pillows or washing powders. Surprisingly next day someone else was able to provide us with washing powders. Would also turn their face off when I wished Good Morning and that was rude. It was also surprising to see how warm and friendly they were with their kind of people. In a tourist place, if someone is not happy dealing with people of different cultures and places, they shouldn't be on front desk, will be better in background jobs. When people travel from long distances, a smiley welcoming attitude will mean a lot to them. For this reason alone I have given the low rating.

The breakfast was, actually, the BEST omelet I’ve ever had. Loaded with everything, and my Wife couldn’t say enough of how great her breakfast sandwich was. We even noted the price was better than our restaurants at home.

Nothing could be better for accommodations and thank you Hilton!

Gathering area's inside and out very nice. Hotel restaurant and bar area available. Near airport so you can hear the plane's outside but wasn't a problem. No fan option in the room only A/C so it would shut on and off when came up to temp.

It's convenience to the airport and nearby restaurants! Very clean and staff very professional!

Nothing

The stuff

Great location and proximity to the Buffalo Airport. Room were well appointed and clean making the stay very enjoyable. We would definitely stay there again if we're in the area.

Nothing to report.....

Right across from the airport, pool and hot tub, large size room, counter space in the bathroom, and excellent food

Nothing

Location, availability if shuttles

We had a 6 am flight so the location was excellent. The room was large, clean and everything on working order.

?

Size of the suite was nice.

The pool is not heated.

We always stay here as a convenient transition point for both the airport (nearest car rental) and train station. On this trip the staff were particularly helpful with our desire to watch the England match as a group in the lobby - and they are always very good on the pick up / drop offs. The dinner menu is also appealing.

The constant background tape in the lobby is rather annoying

Stanza pulita e comoda, buon rapporto prezzo prestazione.

Very nice and helpful staff. Clean and awesome customer service

Friendly staff, location, room

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nice room.

Breakfast was outstanding. Chef came out to ask how everything was and gave us information about going to Niagara Falls.

There was no sheets for the pull out bed.

Was able to get a great night sleep after a long day of travel. Late check out was very helpful. Didn’t have to set an alarm or rush out early morning.

Clean and staff were friendly

We had no hot water in the hotel room & the hot tub was ice cold as well

We needed a last minute room after our flight was cancelled. The first hotel we tried was a dump so we switched to this one and it was AMAZING! I've already switched our reservation for next summer to this hotel. The rooms are updated and beautiful and most importantly clean. The staff was considerate and understanding.

Room size, comfortable, clean.

That breakfast wasn’t included.

Everything especially the restaurant inside

Didn’t have anyone ask if I needed to get rid of garbage in the room on a 4 day stay although I didn’t ask for made service either so could be me I guess

Close to airport , quite and clean , friendly people, It smells awesome inside!

Nothing

Clean, modern

No hot water for my shower in the morning When I asked for a discount as I was checking out I was told because I booked through a third party they could not

The rooms are really comfortable and your breakfasts are absolutely great!

Nothing - all wend klopdisselboom.

All around the hotel was fantastic! Very clean. Room was very clean and very comfortable. Hotel is in a great location. Great staff. Overall impressed.

It was a beautiful property and the hotel itself. Very comfortable and hospitable

Nice setting

Newly renovated property- clean rooms and wonderful staff!

One of the best Hiltons.

Building and grounds were beautiful!

No complaints

When I arrived I was super frazzled. The staff accommodated in helping me regain my sanity. The bar in lobby was very helpful.

Thank you

Although the shuttle drivers, the waitresses, and even the cook were friendly and helpful, the front desk clerk who checked us in was not. He just wanted to speak his mind and be done. He probably shouldn’t be meeting the public.

Wonderful staff! Beautifully renovated property. I highly recommend this location!

Last minute service

They didn’t give me my stuff when I ask for on room service

Loved this hotel! I highly recommend staying here! :)
