The restaurant staff wasn’t very good and very selective with their service. Also the cleaners wasn’t very good I had to hawk them down every morning to clean my room or new towels

I've stayed here on many occasions and myself and all my co workers always dread this hotel. We stay in hotels all over the world for work and Delta PBI ranks up as top of the list for a terrible nights rest. I’ve had so many bad experiences but never reviewed until now after they asked for a review then declined it for their webpage since it’s a negative review. No attempt of offering something to make up for a terrible two nights stay or expressing concern for why my room being unacceptable for rest. This trip alone - only one of the two elevators was working. Their housekeepers were very loud in the hallway during the day and if you need to sleep during the day, this is a huge disruption. On several occasions the air conditioning system has been extremely loud with a banging noise when turns on and off, which will constantly wake you up. The location is not where you want be unless you're just there for 12 hours for an overnight. It’s by the highway and doesn't seem like an area you want to go walking around. You'll find a much nicer hotel selection in the area of City Place walkable to dining and shopping. If you prefer the BonVoy hotels I suggest the Marriott just down the road.

Welp - I stayed just one night to attend an event: Pros - everything was very clean Bed super comfy Front desk staff supremely kind and engaging. Cons - This was clearly some other concept before and they renovated it - tub is old and shower not enjoyable Parking - they should not be charging given the style of this property which is really an airport hotel trying to be more Perhaps someone else came and used the pool or facilities and had a real banger of a time but given the location and bones of the facility I just say it’s a fine airport hotel and nothing more. I don’t know what the Delta brand is trying to be.

I come here frequently for work and always receive great service from the staff. The beds are comfortable and the restaurant has healthy food options. The lounge service is always top notch from Eileen, Tatiana, and Daniela!

Friendly service, accommodating, clean

I went to eat at the bar and had a very good experience. The service was excellent from the start, especially thanks to Daniela, Eileen, and Tatiana, who were attentive and friendly throughout. The food was also quite delicious, with great flavor and presentation. I would definitely come back and recommend it for a nice time.

I received great late night service by Eileen, Tatiana, and Daniela at the Dive Bar. This is the best part of the Delta Hotel.

This hotel had some good things, but it also had some low points. Marriott Titanium, which I know doesn't matter. Hotel is older. There are two elevators and only one worked the two days I was there. This meant long waits. No sign up. No guys working on it. Also the parking lot is dark. As a matter of fact, when I pulled into the hotel, it looked abandoned. The lighting becomes an issue when you need to scan the QR code to park. They charge for parking. I have no problem with that. But this third party app is a pain. It never loaded and the front desk needed to add my car for me. Breakfast was fine. Room was fine, though I have come to dislike the tub showers and wish they upgraded to a stall shower. It's near the airport but not close to anything else, so you might want to look in downtown West Palm if you want proximity to restaurants etc.

As part of our overnight stay at the Marriott Delta Hotel in West Palm Beach, we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the hotel’s Dive Bar. I had the fish tacos, which were a sensational spicy sweet delight. My wife had the quesadilla and was wowed over. Of course, the outstanding service crew of Tatiana, Wilson, Alexander, and Daniela added immensely to our positive experience. I breakfasted a-line in the morning to a superb and tasty buffet with good coffee (compared to the swill I often get at other hotels). My service hosts of Joseph and Sandia treated me like family. It was quite an enjoyable, quiet breakfast. VERY WELL DONE DELTA! Thanks!

Sabrea works at this hotel. What a problem.solver! She came to my rescue by going above and beyond to help me solve a critical personal issue. She is an amazing kind person. Marriott is lucky to have work for the company!

This is a great, clean hotel super close to the airport. It has a great restaurant and lovely staff. The value is good, especially in busy season.

The bar at night had a great atmosphere, and ladys provided excellent service—friendly, attentive, and fast. Would have got of a 5 except they have ridiculous messaging concerning their parking. The signs in the parking lot are intimidating and unacceptable. Maybe better messaging instead of corporate intimidation. Be more detailed in your policy explaining how to pay properly instead of threatening.

We arrived on a late flight having travelled all day from the UK and fell into a very comfortable bed. But the outstanding part of our stay was the staff, they were friendly, kind, very accommodating and even let us use the shuttle to the airport and back to retrieve some late luggage even though we had already checked out. Big thanks to Kathie, who was super lovely. Would definitely stay here again.

On my short stay I had the pleasure of meeting bartender Wilson. I asked for a spicy margarita. He greeted me with a warm smile and promptly began making my drink. He informed me that he was out of pineapple juice to make the original spicy margarita so I suggested to replace the pineapple juice with strawberry puree. He offered to make me an OG strawberry margarita, but I insisted to keep my beverage with the jalapeno tequila as he already poured it into the shaker tin. As a former bartender myself, I don’t like to waste any liquor. I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome of my beverage. It was sweet and spicy which I loved! A best of both worlds for a person who loves sweet and spicy things. Wilson even agreed the drink was delicious. I need this drink added to the menu immediately!!!! Also, Wilson deserves a raise!

Disappointing stay overall. While the lobby looks modern and inviting, and the bar has delivered one out of two good meals, that’s about where the positives end. For a hotel that’s been fairly recently renovated, the lack of cleanliness is hard to ignore. The decision to keep carpet in the rooms was questionable to begin with, but it’s made worse by the condition it’s in. The carpet is covered in visible stains throughout the room, not subtle wear, but thick, obvious discolorations that make you wonder when it was last properly cleaned (see photos). At a minimum, these rooms are overdue for a deep shampoo cleaning, if not a full reconsideration of carpeting altogether. The bathroom was even more concerning. There were hairs left behind, clearly visible, and the toilet had thick residue, making it obvious it had only been sprayed rather than properly scrubbed and sanitized. Much like everything else in the room, it feels superficial, not actually clean. I would have complained, but realistically there aren’t many better options this week. Most other available hotels are either likely worse or not even in West Palm Beach, and the other local Bonvoy properties were already full. Location is the only advantage here if you want to be near downtown and the airport. You can’t get closer to the airport or I-95, so if convenience and quick access matter to you, that may be a benefit. Otherwise, based on cleanliness alone, Delta Hotels by Marriott West Palm Beach is hard to recommend.

The staff were very friendly, beds comfortable, room very clean, breakfast buffet options better than other hotels in the area. The shuttle buses are in great condition.

The fact that I was unable to book the shuttle service before hand. They requested I call when I land, however, being an international visitor, I did not have a USA number and the hotel was unable to provide me with a whatsapp or VoIP number I could use. It would have been useful if there was another way to book the airport shuttle service to accomodate for those traveling from outside the USA.

Wilson, Glenda, and Aron were amazing!! On top of their game!! Never had a want. Made sure my glass stayed full and belly wasn’t empty.

My job brings me to the Delta Hotel by a Marriott several times a week. They are always so friendly, so welcoming, very accommodating. Most importantly, especially to someone that lives half their life in hotels, CLEAN! The restaurant staff is great too!

This hotel is conveniently located and well appointed, with amenities that cater to business travelers—such as a business center, laundry area, and water and ice dispensers—while still being stylish enough to appeal to leisure guests. The facility was clean and well maintained, rooms were spacious, and parking was ample. Staff were personable and attentive throughout the stay. The overall aesthetic, food and beverage offerings, and price point aligned well with expectations for a four-star hotel in this area. Would definitely recommend.

The room itself is ok carpet seems a little gross and I prefer when hotels are putting in LVP now, more sanitary. Bathroom felt like prison cell vibes with no where to put your toiletries. The lobby, gym, and bar/restaurant are actually very nice. Food was great and Diana, Eileen, and Glenda at the bar took good care. A little upgrades to the rooms and I would return.
