Zwembad was prima en lekker warm, bedden waren goed, en airco werkte goed.

Bij aankomst hebben ze mijn accomodatie geannuleerd en moest ik opnieuw boeken, later las ik in de reviews dat dit een truc was om je 2 x te laten betalen. Na aandringen heb ik het geld teruggekregen maar als je verbaal niet sterk bent betaal je een dubbel tarief als europeaan. Vraag in dit geval om een bewijs van de stornering wat zij verwijzen je door naar Booking.com, en ik heb gebluft dat een vriend van mij op het hoofdkantoor werkte en geen verzoek voor stornering had ontvangen.

The stay was convenient and comfortable. The breakfast lady was very pleasant.

The lizards were everywhere.

I booked for one night since my flight was the next morning. I was getting off a cruise early morning and needed an early check in. A room wasnt quite ready that early, so I went to the IHOP next door, ate some breakfast and when I came back, they were able to get me an early check in room. Very thankful for that.

A less than 24 hour stay, so nothing was bad.

Elevators very old. Breakfast was not very good. The coffee was not good. Ended up at wawa across the street. No water at breakfast. They did have 2 hot items. Scrambled eggs and one day sausage and other day bacon. I don't eat pork so I did not have

It’s a decently new property.

The staff. They checked me in without me arriving. Charged me for the whole stay and never even bothered to give me a key or access to the room. Had to try and contact them while trying to fond a new hotel. They never gave me a key, never answered the phone and had no clue how to help me when I arrived. Did someone else use my reservation? Was it a scam? Also to this day I haven’t got the refund or an answer. Steer clear of this terrible hotel.

I spent four nights there and received no room cleaning service; they only changed the towels. The room wasn't cleaned at all during my four nights.

The gentleman that checked us in was very nice and fun to talk to. The pool was great and very refreshing. The room is very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.

I liked the location of the property. The breakfast was good. Had many options.

The pool was nasty had hair in it, the bathtub had a used bar of soap in the bathtub with hair on it. The light in our room kept flickering. The tv remote didn’t work well and only had basic cable. Was not a smart tv.

Lacks Security, the fact is that visitors can only enter the rooms from outside.

The pool looked nice and the shower was hot.

I didn’t like that the property used photos in the ads that didn’t look anything like the room itself. I also didn’t like that room services didn’t actually wipe down the sink area and bathroom area with bleach because so much dirt came off after I did a deep clean. I also didn’t like that I had to come out of an additional $100 upon my arrival at check-in; that information should be put on the website. The room and bathroom should definitely be bigger for the price that I paid!

We stayed at the hotel one night. It was a fairly clean hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly.

I would have preferred a king bed in the handicap accessible room and a couch for sitting on in the daytime.

I liked the location on international drive and the property was in walking distance to attractions like Arcade Time. Breakfast left much to be desired but it tasted good.

I did not like the room the carpet gave the room a very stuffy feel. The couch was stained and flipped over to hide patches in the cushions. The bedroom looked clean but when I woke up I felt really bad sinus issues and a scratchy throat. I took allergy meds and hoped for it to subside but it only got worse during the stay. I went down to ask about a different room or if they have any hypoallergenic options or anything to help. But no accommodations were attempted. The front desk representative did not even allow me to explain what I was experiencing and blatantly said there’s nothing they can do. So I checked out early and no one even asked if I enjoyed my stay or if I had any issues during my stay.

It was 15 mins where I needed to be. Food was good

I had a humidifier in my room that alarm to dump water out went off two times. I had never messed with before. Had to go on YouTube and call family for help to operate. Had the dump water alarm in the middle of the night then got woken up. I told the staff… didn’t apologize. Said “oh” .

Service for breakfast was until 9 we turned up at 08:40 and almost everything was gone, so if you want breakfast go early coffee pots where empty and told to use the machine no milk for cereal or for the porridge oats and no yogurts left.

I like that it was very clean as all the reviews stated. Even though it is a dated property, I like that it appears to be well maintained. I liked the dehumidifier in the room and did not mind emptying it from time to time, it kept the room smelling fresh.

I think the price could be lower for the location. I drove to palm beach lakes boulevard for everything. The room could be bigger but I don't think that can be corrected.

NOISE - WE WERE ON THE 1ST FLOOR. ALL NIGHT KEPT LISTENING TO SOUNDS OF PEOPLE & DOORS CLOSING AND OPENING. COULD NOT GET RESTFUL SLEEP BEACUSE OF THAT. ATLEAST 5 DOORS ON OUR LEFT AND 5 DOORS ON OUR RIGHT, WE COULD HEAR THEM SO LOUD THAT EACH TIME IT FELT LIKE OUR ROOM DOOR WAS BEING KNOCKED OR OPENED. WOKE UP EXTREMELY TIRED :-(
