Hampton Inn West Palm Beach Central Airport

Nos encantó el hotel! ¡Extremadamente limpio y comodo!

No vimos nada negativo!

Close to downtown

Paying for parking when not downtown. Gouging My room was not cleaned the second day. The cleaner came and I said come back in 5 minutes but she never returned. I told the front desk and it was taken care of

The location.

The unexpected cost ($100 for accident charges)that wasn’t explained when I arrived, and the charge for parking. That money was deducted from my vacation enjoyment. I have to wait 5-7 business days before it would be refunded. And it won’t be the full amount due to parking. This wasn’t communicated.

Nice check in from a woman in the evening, i believe Llawana?

Great location

There was no housekeeping for several days until we asked. There was no shower service; we had to ask twice.

Their breakfast is greater

Clean facilities. Great customer service. Great location.

The bed was hard.

My 14yr old liked the breakfast. I liked how it is centrally located to the airport and places to eat.

The rooms interior was just ok. I did need to change rooms due to the condition of the inital room. I have pictures attached to show the condition of the first room. The photo with the trays the door was missing?? The other picture is the second room which included the door! Lol. The last picture is the tub!

Close to the airport and downtown West Palm Beach. Better breakfast than most

Paying $5/ day to park. Large parking lot and not in downtown When I arrived there was no shower curtain and the sink wouldn’t drain. It was taken care of that day. When I left the front desk clerk had no smile, hope you come again, have a nice day. The greeting when I arrived in the evening was much nicer after a long day. I stay at the Hampton probably 3 times a year.

Nice breakfast. Pool was lovely. Nice variety of snacks though a bit expensive. Free airport shuttle was a great bonus. The room was very clean and very large. My wife and daughter were not sharing the room but if we brought our 15-year-old daughter it would be nice to have a divider in the room.

I have no complaints

It was close to my sport venue and Brightline station.

Anytime we are in town we stay at this Hampton Inn . Always a good experience.

Incredible hotel. Very friendly professional people that are kind and authentic.

Everything

Close to airport

Easy access, welcoming staff

Better list of places to go close, but the shuttle driver hooked us up!

No shampoo available, restaurant food was not great

The breakfast was very good & the location was very convenient.

I liked all aspects of the stay.

Ruhig trotz Flughafennähe.

Badewanne.

The room wasn't clean on time. We need to ask front desk to have it clean. Breakfast was poor; not of good quality!!!

Ok. Clean and near airport

No decaf coffee

Staff was wonderful and location was great.

Beds were very uncomfortable, rooms were very dated, scratches on the TV screen, hair in the shower, stains on the comforter, and marks on the cushions of the furniture.

The front office staff were nice and pleasant.

The breakfast selection was poor.

Everything was top tier 🥰

I love everything

Location

Parking fees, demographic of occupants, causing a ruckus and setting off a fire alarm at 7:30am when we were sleeping and had to evacuate.

The water with orange

Boiled eggs was cold and need more variety of meat

Spacious room

Ubicación. Precio. Limpieza. Atención excelente

Rooms clean, bathtub needs replacing!

Black stained bathtub. Clogged shower head

I love the room and the bed were comfortable.

Great staff the hotel was very clean and the breakfast was good as well. The best part was the free shuttle service and how close it was to the airport.

Breakfast and location

Room was dirty, not daily room service, extra charge for parking , the price was too much compare with cleaning, parking I have stay in other hotels closer to this area with not extra charge for parking, and cleaning and service at a much better price.

Rooms are nice and comfy. The breakfast is delicious and there is enough choice. Rooms are clean and the place is very welcoming. I would surely recommend and will stay here over and over again!

There is not enough security to the entrance of the hotel. This makes it easy for anyone to have access to the lobby and rooms. If you don't mind this the hotel is otherwise very nice.

Room is nice and clean will come back again

Great location, rooms are very clean and front desk staff was friendly and very accommodating.

First room we got the AC was not working the maintenance man came up who was very rude and told us that it felt comfortable to him and to maybe turn off some lights (which were all LED) front desk attendant then came up and switched rooms for us to a room that actually got cool.

It was clean and spacious. Staff was nice and welcoming. Breakfast was ok.

A/C unit was not working properly. First night we had to sleep in a room that was 78-79°F. The A/C would not cool the room it was just fanning air. We did try to switch rooms but were told there were no more rooms available until the next day. A/C unit was checked by maintenance twice during the day we arrived (before our first night), but they couldn't fix it. So next day came and for a brief moment we were offered an upgrade to a suite. That just lasted for about 30 seconds, then we were told "Oops!, no, I cannot give you that room cause it's already been taken". So back to square one. We were then told that that the maintenance engineer would take a look at it. He did and determined the a/c unit needed to be replaced by a new one. We had to leave for a couple of hours. During that time the a/c unit was replaced and when we came back we had a new a/c unit! The next three nights we slept in a very comfortable temperature thanks to that!😊

Clean room, nice staff, quick service

Lokalizacja była w porządku i dobry parking. W sumie wszystko ok

Staff

I wish the bed was made daily.

I just like the vibe with this hotel, plus the breakfast was really good!

Places was clean and staff friendly. Coffee was cold and our shuttle to the airport was late even after we confirmed the time twice.

Staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

Bath tub was very dirty with hair. We had an early flight, and little children we were all in bed by 8:30pm, front desk called us at 10:30pm!!!! Woke up my entire family including our small children. Miserable. The gentlemen at the front desk morning after was very kind and great customer service but whoever runs the desk at night needs to be courteous of sleeping hours. It took us all 2 hours to fall back asleep.

Extremely limited dining choices nearby. Adjacent Hilton’s dining was limited and poor quality, free Hampton Inn breakfast was awful. Hotel staff was great. The room I stayed in was ok but needs hooks in the bathroom. The door to my room was so difficult to push open and keep open to move suitcases in and out.

Beautifully kept up room was huge compared to other rooms we have stayed in. Bathroom was nice and spacious, bed was so comfortable we had a king bed. Staff was super friendly, nice and so helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel to any of our out of town friends or family.

Parking spots a little bigger would be perfect

The room had too much musty smell, the breakfast was very poor and don’t tasty, the employees are friendly. Too expensive for the room and breakfast area, I wouldn't come back.

complementary breakfast and airport shuttle was easy and convenient

Great location close to everything

The african guy was so knowledgeable and knew his job

Comfortable beds and pillows. Good breakfast also

Paying for parking

Quick and easy airport overnight stay

The room and bathroom were remarkably clean. The front desk and cleaning staff were very helpful. The A/C worked quite well. The parking lot was more than adequately illuminated. The only soft spot was the fridge; I had to put it to the highest level to make it cold.

The area was very safe

We liked everything

Excellent location, close to everything, nice and friendly staff, very tasty and hot breakfast

We found some ants in the room, and the pool area was flooded with ants. So the staff needs to do a better job with the pool, otherwise everything was great

It was nice an cleaning people who there very friendly.

De Jon gave us Excellent customer service! Very welcoming and informative. I’d come back based off of his service
