Everything was absolutely fantastic with this hotel! The staff was very friendly and assisted with any questions in a very timely manner. The restaurant attached to the hotel has great service along with the food. The pool was a perfect temperature and clean. This was a great hotel for me and my wife to celebrate our 1st anniversary of marriage at.

There was no issues with the hotel. Will recommend though the rooms should have a microwave in them

Our room was NASTY! It smelled like mildew and there was a crusty old wash rag hanging on the shower. It seemed like the room wasn’t even cleaned.

The staff is always great. Especially Ken the bartender. Good at restaurant is very good even with a limited menu. Location and safety is very good as well.

Hotel rooms seem to be aging badly. Things were broken and the rooms are showing age. Still had a good stay. The money gouging is a bit much. Tourist fee’s, daily parking fees, expensive rooms…..

Proximity to the airport and the Port of West Palm. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable! Our stay could not have been better.

A dead cockroach in the bathroom. Despite having booked and paid in advance, the hotel's computerized system wouldn't allow me to change my room to a better one on a higher floor, even if I paid an extra fee. Poor cleaning; the room smelled musty.

I am contacting you regarding my reservation at DoubleTree by Hilton West Palm Beach Airport, confirmation #5299047688. Even though the app shows a cancellation fee, I want to clarify that I arrived at the property and left immediately due to serious personal safety concerns. I observed suspicious individuals and apparent drug activity, and as a woman traveling alone for work, I did not feel safe staying at the hotel. I did not use the room at all. I am requesting that Booking.com cancel the reservation on my behalf without penalty, due to safety reasons, and process a full refund.

The staff was very friendly and courteous.

The room was clean and overall very nice. However, the bed was worn with body impressions on both sides. It lacked support and was uncomfortable.

There was garbage left over in the room, hairs on the tub. Room smelled stale.

This property is slightly older and it shows. Rooms on the highway side are very very noisy.

Near-ish location to Rosemary Square, but absolutely nothing else.

We checked in around 5. Self park and pay was the only option. Your site had this as a 4 star hotel. The 1st room they put us in was damp and smelled of mold and lights did not work on two lamps - they flickered on and off. For the second room they put us in, the smell and humidity/dampness was slightly improved, but the beds were so old and soft that they sink terribly in the small/lower of your back. The air conditioner was so old it wasn’t doing its job either. When we went down to try and relax a bit at the bar before our event, the bartender was nice and good, but the options were limited, and the juices were stale/putrid tasting. Not to mention a foul smell in the dining room. When we returned from our event around 10:15, we decided we couldn’t sleep there as we would both be unable to enjoy the rest of the weekend and survive further car travel with the beds as bad as they were. We looked for someone at the front desk, but no one around. So we traveled North and found a Hampton Inn for far less money and stars that was light years cleaner and more comfortable than our experience at Double Tree. We will obviously never return to this hotel, but it has my husband and I thinking we shouldn’t use Booking.com anymore as the hotel was represented with such gross inaccuracy.

Room smelled like cigarettes, the hotel was fully booked so they couldn't move us, but they did give us complimentary breakfast for the next morning. Having to pay for parking sucked. The AC in the room would constantly turn on/off like some kind of Eco mode, so the room would pretty much stay warm all night which left is sweating throughout the night. People slamming doors all night with no regard to other guests. Toilet flushes excessively loud. So be advised, you're definitely going to wake up your family in the middle of the night if you have to use the bathroom, unless you're staying solo. I remember a time when Double Tree hotels used to be nice. I guess those days are over.

The smell in the room was horrible, I was told the hotel is smoke free, but seems there is no way to enforce that. Walking barefoot was disgusting with carpet not clean. Seems it was attempted to disguise the smoke smell with carpet perfume or something. I left the same night. Im expect my money back. I was tired and still need to search for another hotel. Disgraceful

The staff was friendly. The restaurant menu is very limited. The hotel feels dingy. The room was clean, but had a musty smell. Paying $10 to self park in the parking lot is a little annoying - would be nice if it was complimentary for Hilton members. The location is convenient for an early morning flight.

The staff where not friendly. The paying to park it says on booking that it’s $10 you get to the hotel it’s $12 the hotel has a smell to it when you first walk in the water wasn’t hot at all. The beds were low to the floor.

Fresh hot cookies added a great touch. Food at the restaurant was delicious!

Easy to get to the interstate. I had noisy neighbors check in late at night with a screaming kid. The shower curtain had snot on it.
