Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons

All the employees we have met have been wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. It’s been a nice place to go to after a hard day at work. The manager, Antonia, was very helpful when our room safe wouldn’t open. Angel, at the Skylite Cafe was a pleasure to talk to. He was an excellent server, very knowledgeable and helpful. We kept coming back to the restaurant for Angel.

Having stayed in many hotels in Greensboro, I can confidently say this was one of the best experiences. The hotel offers great facilities, including a well-equipped gym, a clean swimming pool, and very enjoyable dining options such as Skylight Restaurant and Joseph’s Restaurant. What truly made the difference, however, was the outstanding service. Special thanks to Antonia Scaff at the reception. Antonia and Aranda was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive throughout my stay, always going the extra mile to assist. The overall staff attitude, comfort, and service quality were exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Greensboro.

I needed a play to stay during the storm to be able to get to and from work for the weekend. This hotel was close to my job even under the weather conditions. The location made it drivable. It was plenty of parking. The hotel was very clean. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good. The only weird thing about the hotel was that it wasn’t a microwave but it was a restaurant downstairs that made up for it. Very affordable and worth the time and your money.

I needed to deliver a multi-tiered cake and dozens of cupcakes to a conference event happening at the hotel but my contact did not tell me where in the hotel I was to make the delivery. The hotel and convention center is quite massive if you have never been there. The hotel staff was amazing. They pitched in to try and find where I needed to make my delivery and the security guard even walked with me to ensure I found my location in time. They made a stressful situation a walk in the park. I can't thank them enough and look forward to another delivery. If this is the level of service they give a delivery person, I can only imagine the service and care they give their customers staying with them is nothing but top notch.

Pretty decent hotel for the area! The rooms were clean and the hotel itself is near several different restaurants if you want to get out and explore GSO. The skylite cafe downstairs is also good if you don't feel like leaving the hotel! Ángel and Michelle took very good care of me while I was there and the restaurant itself allowed me to just sit and relax after a long day. I definitely recommend visiting the cafe while your in town (Ask for Ángel if you want a good laugh).

The room I booked was changed the night before check-in. Dreading showing up already. This place is a sh@tshow catering to people who don't travel often.

Very few stand out the way McKenzie at the Sheraton Four Seasons Greensboro did. I was experiencing difficulty arranging a reservation for my mother, who was traveling alone, and McKenzie’s patience, knowledge, and calm professionalism were an absolute breath of fresh air. She didn’t just “handle” the reservation — she owned it. She ensured every detail was correct, anticipated concerns I didn’t even have to voice, and followed through from start to finish. What truly set her apart was her care at my mother’s arrival. McKenzie was present, attentive, and made certain my mother was safe, comfortable, and able to get settled and rest without stress. As a son, that peace of mind is invaluable. As a long-time Marriott loyalist, it reaffirmed why I continue to choose this brand. McKenzie represents hospitality the way it’s meant to be delivered: thoughtful, human, and genuinely service-driven. She is an exceptional asset to the Sheraton Four Seasons Greensboro and to Marriott as a whole. Experiences like this are why loyalty matters.

Do not purchase the insurance. You cannot use it to cancel reservations or receive a refund. My reservation was for January 29–31, but the roads in Greensboro were shut down due to a snowstorm and a declared state of emergency. I did not stay at the hotel. I received zero assistance from the hotel or the insurance company in trying to get a refund. I was told I was simply out of my money and that there was nothing they could do. They even said they didn’t care whether I booked with them again or not. Purchasing the insurance was a complete waste of money.

Stayed at the Sheraton Greensboro for a couple of nights while we looked at potentially moving to Greensboro. This is an interesting hotel, one of the largest in North Carolina but pieced together over time. We had 2 rooms in the high rise tower. The rooms are very dated, but still a large size overall. With the older HVAC systems have a great AC. The hotel was slow so some of the outlets were closed making us dine off property as the selection in the 1 restaurant was subpar. The executive lounge is ridiculously small for that size of hotel. The mall behind the hotel is very depressing as well, getting a once over by arcade security to walk back to the hotel at 4pm. The staff at the desk was very friendly and the room was clean.

I had a fantastic experience at the Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons. The hotel is beautifully maintained, clean, and very welcoming from the moment you arrive. The staff was consistently friendly, professional, and eager to help, which truly made the stay feel comfortable and stress-free. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and well-appointed, with very comfortable beds that made it easy to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the convenient location—close to shopping, dining, and major roads—while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations with its excellent service, cleanliness, and comfort. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Greensboro.

I love the service i receive here. McKenzie always is super helpful, and the most accommodating. This has become my weekly hotel when i travel for work to Greensboro!! I definitely recommend trying this hotel out. By far the best service I've ever received when traveling. No exaggeration!!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My stay at the Sheraton Greensboro was just ok. While the room was spacious, the room was right next to the elevators. That is definitely NOT on my profile. The room didn't have any soundproofing so I could hear people talking by the elevators and banging the doors to their rooms. The room had only 2 hand and bath towels and 2 washcloths. There are usually at least 3 of each in a room. I really didn't get a good night's sleep. The bed was horrible and the pillows were flat. The mattress was way too soft and provided no support. I've stayed at different Sheratons, which had the 'heavenly mattress', and found more support. I didn't feel appreciated as a Lifetime Titanium member. I was very disappointed that there wasn't an upgrade available for me. In a hotel of that size, I would have thought that I would have received an upgrade. The check in area was extremely noisy and the staff seemed a little disconnected to their guests. I felt like I was in a cattle call, rather than hotel lobby. I would have thought that there would have been a desk designated specifically for Titanium and Platinum members. I was happy that the Sheraton Club was open over the weekend and we could have breakfast in the morning. Overall, a disappointing stay.

We stayed at Sheraton Greensboro - Four Seasons Oct 25. This was our third time at this location in 2025. Each time, we had the best visit ever. That said, I want to thank Ms. Antonia Scott for her outstanding support and excellent service. She should be commended for the friendly professional service she provides. We are going back to her location in December 2025. We are looking forward to our visit. Promote Ms. Scott now!

Tyreek was by far the nicest Marriot representative I’ve ever encountered. From a flawless and seamless check in process to additional touches like sending robes to the room. He was just was nice and accommodating as the room. A great welcome to the city and the hotel property. Thank you Tyreek for making this hotel stay an experience!

Just finished the 18th year of hold our annual convention at Koury Convention Center / Sheraton Four Seasons! As always, the staff was incredibly attentive to our needs and went above and beyond in every way. There is no better place in North Carolina to hold a large event (we typically have in excess of 2000 in attendance). Having the meeting rooms and hotel rooms under one roof is the best way to ensure that weather does not dampen attendance at events like ours. During the course of our convention, there are many breakout sessions for our attendees and multiple banquets ranging from 20 to 400 attendees. The catering staff is outstanding, and the food is far beyond the norm for these type events. And I can't say enough about the sales staff - they make planning the convention and all our ancillary events a breeze. Our event is multi-generational, multi-ethnic, and a mix of church staff and lay persons in our churches. Every comment we received raved about how well things were organized ... thanks to the Koury staff! I would give them more than 5 stars if I were able. Thanks Sheraton/Koury - looking forward to next year already!

This hotel oversold, gave our room away, didn't provide notice and didn't give a refund. Staff is generally rude and incompetent. I would avoid at all costs.

I had an amazing stay while I was out there for business! The rooms were fantastic, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and ambiance. The bar was great too, and I especially appreciated Abel, who was always smiling and provided excellent customer service. He really made the experience complete by helping us!

I had the most wonderful experience from booking the reservation to checkout. Wynette provided outstanding customer service she is both kind and patient and was so helpful ensuring I had a beautiful handicap accessible room.Although in town for a funeral the following staff made this a most pleasant stay:Wynette in customer service/front desk.Cedric the bellman is amazing and an asset to the hotel and embody excellent customer service and professionalism as he picked me up upon my arrival to Greensboro. I also want to say Grozie (Bellman) was so kind and helpful when he transported me upon checkout to my requested destination. Thank you to this awesome trio. They represent the hotel well. Really good location and nice lobby area with restaurant but the room was very dissapointed. Old rooms , no water pressure, rusty everything. Was very hard to shower .I dont think I would come back for this price

I stayed here because it was close to the location I had to get surgery. And my #1 reasoning for picking this hotel was in hopes of having a comfortable bed.. Let me tell you. It was not a disappointment.. The bed was absolutely amazing !! I requested extra pillows and they provided them with no hesitation.. Everyone was so nice there. I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing I wish they had was outside furniture for the balcony. But I was laid up in bed anyways from surgery. My room did not have a microwave. So I did buy a small one from Walmart. ( I asked if it was ok to do so and they said no problem) I got one of the biggest rooms with a king size bed AND a full couch. It was more like home, not just a hotel room.. I was sad to leave when it was time. They also allowed me to do a late check out also. I will definitely come back !!

Since when did actually "cleaning" a room stop? I got my sheets changed once during the week I stayed. The only thing that was done consistently was change out my towel, empty the garbage cans. No wipe down of the shower, or sink, or the floor and I only got my sheets changed once during the week. I did not appreciate the shower head being in the ceiling. If my husband had accompanied me on this trip, he would have been uncomfortable taking a shower as he is 6'7". I am a woman of color and do not appreciate having to get my hair wet because the shower head is in the ceiling rather than against the wall so I can adjust the shower head. The batter that the pancakes were made out of was bland, and tasted like cornbread. I was very disappointed in my breakfast and didn't eat in the restaurant any more. On the positive side, the bed was extremely comfortable, except for the "feather" pillows were too soft, and I would have preferred stiffer pillows, but I made due.

The room above me was blasting music, full of what seemed to be 12-15 people, and the yelling conversation of the crowd was almost as disturbing as the thumping base of their music. I called at midnight, and I called back at 1am. Staff was apologetic, said they would send security but nothing changed. At 2am, I was given the option to change rooms, but I didn’t want to wake my children who were sleeping through the chaos. In what world is the behavior appropriate and how can it just be permitted??? I’m sure it is difficult to be firm with a belligerent guest, but the alternative is to cause everyone around them to suffer. I managed to fall asleep with a white noise app after 2am. I will NEVER stay here again.

The room was clean and nice and the bathroom was updated (spacious walk in shower). The hotel is located right off of 40, so it’s a great location. Shout out to the housekeeping and shipping staff, specifically Darron Thomas. On the way home I realized I had left a special necklace on the bathroom counter. The staff located it and Mr. Thomas overnighted it to me and sent me tracking information. Customer service above and beyond! Overall a great place to stay.

Stayed at this Sheraton for work, and upon arrival the front desk representative was very helpful making sure that I got the room that I wanted. The room was great and very near the Club Lounge. A big thank you to Tyrek for his very helpful, professional, and polite help while checking in.

This hotel was one of the best I’ve stayed at in this area. We visit frequently as we have a child attending HPU. It’s convenient (only about 17 min to the university), clean and the staff are friendly and pleasant. There is a bar in the lobby which we enjoyed. We didn’t make it to the pool, but saw a beautiful sunrise from our room. We will definitely stay here again!

I had pay for breakfast when booked my reservation when I mentioned to the front desk upon arrival they checked in confirm that they see it on my reservation but when I went to have breakfast they made be wait for no reason since they didn’t see it on computer I had insisted to the lady that I had pay already so please check with front desk she say yes is all good but while walking out of the restaurant some one was chansing me like I’m a criminal

I did expect to have champagne in my room as I requested as it was a special occasion but that did not happen other than that my stay was perfect will be visiting again soon.

They did not come and make my bed and freshen the room any of the 3 days I was there till I called them.

I did not like that the “queen” beds were so small. They were actually a little bigger than a twin. They did not fit two people comfortably. With highly recognizable and long standing names such as Sheraton and Four Seasons the bed size was a disappointment. It would have also been nice to have had a microwave in the room. And our in-room phone was missing the extension cord. It could only be used with the speaker on.

We did not like the shower, the shower door only covered half so no matter how careful we used it, the water would spill out and pool into a large puddle in the middle of the floor. Also the Ac/heat thermostat was functionally useless. Setting it to any degree made Zero difference hot or cold. Go to bed freezing wake up in a literal pool of sweat. Take a shower to clean off then mop a puddle off the floor.

The least helpful staff I’ve ever encountered at a a Marriott property. I needed a simple task to be completed (something from the gift shop to be delivered to my door, and was going to pay for the service). They kept passing the buck to someone else and transferring me to multiple departments (front desk to communications)..Felt like turning a tanker around, and never got done with a final excuse of “we don’t do that.” Makes me curious on what they are actually doing on as hospitality “professionals.” Out of principle, I do not recommend.

I first stopped by the front desk to ask for help in extending my stay; the associate told me they had no more rooms as there was a soccer tournament in town. I went up to my room and logged in to find that there were rooms available. I chose the wrong date and immediately called the customer service line. They booked me a room for the night that I was asking for but the hotel would not refund me for the accidental date.

Room was clean, and had room service everyday. Quiet and a very enjoyable stay.

The hotel was very nice and rooms were clean. The hotel was very active with people going and attending different events. We had the best time with our daughters attending a concert at the Coliseum which was very close to hotel.

While the location of Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons is beautiful and convenient, my experience was incredibly disappointing. I was charged a $225 smoking fee, even though there was absolutely no smoking in my room or on the balcony. When I spoke to the manager, Brandon (or Brendon), he handed me a printed “diagnostic” report claiming smoking was detected and told me the charge would stand. He advised me to dispute it with my bank if I disagreed—without offering any further investigation. What concerned me most was the possibility of faulty equipment. I repeatedly asked for a maintenance professional to inspect the smoke detector—to check the battery status and confirm it wasn’t expired or malfunctioning. I simply wanted to ensure there wasn’t a false reading or missed emergency. Despite multiple requests, no one ever came, and I was told no staff was available. If there truly was an indication of smoke, why didn’t any alarm go off to alert me? This raises serious safety concerns in addition to poor service. As a guest, I’m highly frustrated. I will not be returning to Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons and am disputing the charge through my bank. I hope management reconsiders how they handle these situations. Until then, I will take my business elsewhere.

Clean nice quiet and beds were very comfortable staff was very friendly and inviting.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. I love the amenities that they offer; pool, gym, bar and restaurant. The location was good. Near a mall, and lots of restaurants in the area. My room was average, no complaints about it. I'm sure they have better rooms than the one I chose.

The bar downstairs was a great meeting spot and I enjoyed the atmosphere created by the bar staff. If you want to experience Marriott hospitality choose the Sheraton

I enjoyed my stay at Sheraton Greensboro. It was clean and quiet. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the airport shuttle. The bar/lounge downstairs was really nice, incredible drinks and great service. I didn’t get to use the pool because of inclement weather, but it looked very beautiful. I’d absolutely stay here again.

We just checked in and I recall booking a room with 2 queen beds and a couch that turned to a bed as well. I paid extra for 4 grown men as they are celebrating my husbands 60th bday ands 2 days at the Wyndham. They called and are in a tiny room with 2 double beds. Smh

As the housing coordinator for the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ’s 106th Holy Convocation, I had the opportunity to work closely with the team at Sheraton Four Points in Greensboro, North Carolina. Coordinating lodging for such a large group is never easy, but thanks to the outstanding support from their staff—especially Denise Marble—it was a smooth and successful experience. From the very beginning, Denise was a pleasure to work with. She communicated clearly, responded promptly, and paid close attention to the specific needs of our group. Her professionalism and kindness made a potentially stressful process feel manageable. She was flexible with last-minute updates and always quick to offer solutions when needed. We did run into a few small issues, like last-minute changes and some room assignment adjustments, but Denise and the hotel management handled them quickly and effectively. Their quick action meant our guests were never inconvenienced, and I truly appreciated how they stayed on top of everything. If you’re planning a group stay in Greensboro, I highly recommend Sheraton Four Points. A sincere thank you to Denise and the entire team for going above and beyond to help make our convocation a success.

Well maintained and welcoming property. Very conveniently located, right next to freeway entrance. Clean, quiet and safe neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again.
