Location was perfect for where all I needed to be for the duration of the trip. Beds were comfortable and AC kept up considering the heat over this last weekend.

Slight mildew smell as you entered the room. Not sure if there had been a leak at one time. There was construction with the complex.

Staff were GREAT, Friendly and fun.

Heba, our server at breakfast was kind, helpful and knowledgeable about menu. She was very friendly and quick to being our drinks and food.

At check in we asked for a room close to the elevators and we were put in a room at the very end of the hallway. I believe it was a communication disparity. We were tired from traveling so I didn’t want to ask for another room at that point and move luggage again. The rooms were small.

I genuinely don’t want to book a room if it’s not a Sheraton from now on. The price and how nice it was was amazing. Shower made me feel like a king. Bed was comfortable and entire room did not disappoint a bit

Well, I loved the hotel but so far I can't get anyone to tell me why Booking.com showed me at $643.39 when I booked, but was charged $842,35 when it was paid on June 15. Thansk

Modern, clean hotel in a quiet and safe area, which was perfect for overnight stop outside downtown Nashville.

The only issue we had was with breakfast. Our reservation through Booking clearly included breakfast, but in the morning we were told we had to pay. Even after showing the confirmation, the interaction at reception felt dismissive and unfriendly, which left a negative impression.

Not enough parking and the staff allowed children to run all over the lobby and hallways. Block the front entrance to the hotel playing hockey and did not respond to noise complaints.

The staff was super friendly and the hotel is very nice and comfortable. I would highly recommend the hotel itself. However, if you want one with a restaurant like we did, this is not the place.

The breakfast was not good. The restaurant was empty morning, noon, and night for a reason.

Room was clean, bathroom beautiful with a great walk in shower. The location was great with good food, shopping and close to interstate.

Could hear people talking out in the hall, late at night. They were probably louder than most would have been at that hour.

Using free breakfast coupon from booking.com was a bit of a nightmare. Hotel restaurant staff was not so helpful or attentive but the manager tried to get it right.

Main entrance blocked due to construction. Use side road or back entrance between Target and Tesla SuperChargers.

Easy in and out. Clean modern rooms. Our fav is the bathroom! Just 15 outside Nashville. It’s the perfect location.

Check-in team was fantastic. Location is nice. Bar/restaurant was lacking in flavor & staff. Overall, pretty nice stay, would go back.

This hotel is beautiful! It was updated and very clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. After check out, I had some car trouble and the manager came to the rescue!

Hard beds. 2 chairs for 4 people to a room. The table was nice but due to it being in the corner between the built-ins and the AC unit you couldnt get but 1 chair up to it to eat, etc. Nice room but not big enough for 4 people.

Nice room, beds a little hard but thats fine if thats what you like. Clean room, no towel racks. Nice size TV. Only 2 chairs in the queen room.

The only plus I give this hotel is the cocktails were stiff and the hot water was immediately hot as soon as you turned it on. Staff was nice and the place was clean

The breakfast that you pay for with your room is below average. Your choices are fruit cup, pancakes, or oatmeal, you are not offered any type of protein/eggs and for an extra 20+ dollars that’s bare minimum. The beds were not comfortable at ALL definitely not a 5 star experience
