Hilton Suites Brentwood

The hospitality of the staff!! The value was superb! Location was wonderful!

..

Open atmosphere and great bar

I like the hotel lobby. It was good because we were meeting friends and we were able to sit in the lobby and hang out and talk. Staff were friendly. The room was super spacious.

I didn't stay long enough to not enjoy anything.

It was clean, the rooms were beautiful, there was things easily available and accessible. The staff were AMAZING. Very helpful & sweet

I loved everything

It was clean and nice and excellent staff.

No free breakfast .

Location

We didn't get the breakfast that was supposed to be included. Water pressure in the shower was poor. And the bath tub drain was backing up. This place has gone down hill. Very disappointed. Won't be staying at this location again.

Restaurant for breakfast was really good. Little souvenir/shop available 24 hours

Getting back to hotel later had to park farther away from entrance

Very clean. Loved the Crabtree & Evelyn bath/body products. The restaurants served good food with helpful, friendly service. Our server at dinner was very entertaining. Members of our party enjoyed the selections at bur bon, one of the 2 the restaurants available. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly.

Nothing

The suite was extremely clean, it was like we had our own apartment. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was enormous.

The girl working the desk when we checked in was not very informative. We had never been here before and she did not explain the room location or how the breakfast worked the next morning

Large room

Have to pay extra for parking Breakfast not included

I liked the lobby. I also enjoyed a glass of wine at the bar.

The room smelled like mold, was dirty, makeup stained lamp shades. Hot tub was full of kids and even all night in the pool. Would suggest adults hours after 9 or 10. The spa was the reason i chose this hotel over others.

Clean and good customer service.

Hard to find parking spots.

The restaurants. The area. Comfortable clean room.

It’s not walkable. There’s nothing close to walk to not even Starbucks. The pool area is nothing to admire. Very basic, very boring it could easily be converted into indoor/ outdoor pool. The space is there. But who am I. Lol. The parking is trash because of that I don't think there should be a $12 parking fee and it wasn’t the last time I stayed there (Less than 6 months ago). Classless money grab. They don’t have valet or security so what am I paying for.

I liked the location

When being checked in the guest services assistant manager was rude and not friendly.

I loved the room, it was big and comfy!

Nothing really!

I feel it was a bit too pricey.

It is a beautiful hotel and the gym area was amazing

We had plenty of lotion but no condition and only enough shampoo for us each to use one time which luckily I brought extra just incase and this might just be what it is but there werent any trash bags in the trash cans so i was worried about throwing certain things away but still a great place to stay

Pool access

Beautiful! Great customer service! Cutest little town ever! Everything was perfect!

Cleanliness. Convenience.

Very nice !

I liked that I was not required to pay for parking.

Consistently good

Charging for parking

Excellent property. Parking is $12 and park at your own risk but it is a good area for the most part. We felt safe and our vehicle was fine. Very nice interior. Restaurant inside has great drinks. Not too far out of where you need to go either way into Nashville.

No complaints

Beautiful property and friendly staff!

Parking cost

The breakfast was delicious! We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub as well!

Our biggest problem was the bed!! The mattress was so hard!!! We were looking forward to resting after an 8 hour drive before driving again the next day. The mattress was awful! Neither of us got very good rest!

Location was excellent. Gym was adequate but I didn't make time to work out.

Pool renovation Didn't eat at restaurant. On checkin, I didn't have bath towels so I feel like housekeeping is not through. Also wiped down bar area myself and tons of dust was on the wipe. I will continue to do this cleaning every hotel stay no matter the brand.

Nice breakfast, staff excellent.

Comfort, staff, overall feel = perfect.

Chips crumbs under coffee table and sofa. Bunch of long black hair in the shower/bath. I have no hair. Wife has blond hair. Black hair not from us. NOT COOL for the price of the admission.

Great location

The water was good. The hottub was good as well

Room size, Comfortable, Clean Facilities, Enjoyed the bar & food.

There was nothing that I disliked about the property

Pool and hot tub

Nothing really

The second lady I spoke with was super helpful answering my questions. The property was beautiful. The room was great.

There were two spiders in the curtains(my boyfriend killed them). The top of the headboard was dusty. The first lady I spoke with had no idea about anything(the safe or billing questions).

Did not eat breakfast.

Everything was GREAT!!!

Super clean, people are very nice. Great location

Nothing at all. Will definitely be back

2nd time staying here. Love the staff, the hotel and the in house restaurant!

Charging a $25 fee to access a room that is already ready before the official check‑in time reflects poorly on the hotel’s guest experience. In addition, restricting Diamond status members from accessing the executive club simply because the reservation was made through Expedia is a very disappointing practice that undermines loyalty to the brand.

Clean and updated

Easy to find hotel. Self-parking. Rooms are spacious. Balcony, but check to make sure it is locked before leaving your room or going to bed.

Nice hotel

The entire 1st floor layout

Nothing

Lovely hotel, nice size rooms and great pool and gym.

Nice hotel. We had breakfast at the restaurant food was delicious but they charged $4.50 for a cup of coffee but there was free self service coffee 10 steps from the restaurant- the restaurant was an open floor plan. So grab your coffee before sitting down to order breakfast. Other than that great place

Had to ask for room cleaning

Had a few issues with my room. I’ve stayed here before and had a great experience. This time was a little different - shower didn’t drain properly, fridge dripping water, bed was lopsided and the room had a musty smell. 😔

Very nice

I must say that for my first time visiting Nashville, it was really really nice. The hotel was excellent, the area was great. Oh I must say that Mr. Ralph catered to all of our needs. He also told us about certain areas that we could of visited while we were there. This was a great experience for us. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended. Love Mr. Ralph. You know would stood out and I must say I was impressed. My name was on the TV in our rooms. Our rooms was nice really nice. Lots of space. Comfortable and clean. Keep up the great work to all of you.

Just that the toilet seats in the room was low.

Compared to downtown Nashville rates it was a very affordable option with a lot of space.

Amazing property. Loved every minute of my stay here. Only downfall was inconsistency with housekeeping services. Sometimes my bed wasn’t made and towels weren’t replaced. However, not the end of the world. Overall amazing time.

Clean room had everything I needed

The staff was very courteous and efficient. The sink in our bathroom was blocked, barely drained. Toilet was leaking around base. Room was fine and cleaning service did a good job. Liked the area, convenient to a lot. Would stay there again.

The lobby and lobby decor.

The rooms are dated and dark.

Very clean. Very nice

Great hotel. Super nice staff. Restaurant was very good. Great service.

Nice place but super loud all night long. Check in was easy however even at a late hour. Stayed on second floor and I would not stay again due to the excessive noise. Also AC was not sufficient even for on a cooler night.

Clean and roomie the location is quite convenient. It would be much better if it offered breakfast aside from the diamond lounge.

2 calls to the front desk operator on 2 different days put on hold and no one ever picked up.

The location was nice. It offered a quiet place when I was between appointments at Vanderbilt, but it was still close to Vanderbilt and so many other things. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful! Trinity, Akilah, Debbie, Housekeeping, and Engineering all went above and beyond to make my stay perfect! The open area was beautiful and so are the water features.

The first room we checked into had hair all over the bathroom floor when we walked in, and the bathroom drain didn’t work. However. I was promptly and without hesitation, given another room. The beds and couches could use a refresh, and the vents should be dusted more often.

The area was safe. The hotel was clean. The hotel staff was amazing

The Hotel was absolutely beautiful! It wss one of the nicest Hotels I've stayed in. We had a suite, and it was amazing. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Great Location, and a great Price! Great view as well!

Nice property !

Lobby area very pretty. The suite was very clean but a little updating needed, i.e. small thread rip on couch, bathroom ceiling corners need repainting or touched up, fridgerator needs defrosted due to ice build up, lamp electric outlets were chipped and rusted. Having 2 beds was great but would've been better if they were queen sized. But very minor problems. Overall stay was very pleasant.

Room was spacious, well laid out, and the property was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and easy to find when and if needed.

Very Nice inside, outside is deceiving.
