Bar and breakfast area.Great location.

I was wished a Happy Birthday- every time I came into the j hi Orel I was welcomed back. Kindness goes a long way.

We had a small issue with a dog barking. It was taken care of. Maybe put travelers with animals in a separate area of the hotel.

Indoor/outdoor pool and the 5:30 kickback

Nothing it was awesome

Everything was GREAT….

Beakfasy was great

Got more than I expected

great services and excellent snacks

I was absolutely blown away by this Drury. I have been at at a lot of Drury's and hotels in general and this was by and large the BEST one. The staff was incredible, from the custodians to the front desk to the bar staff, everyone was helpful and happy. You could eat off the floors it was so clean and the food was incredible. I will definitely be coming back to this Drury!!!

Nothing! It was exceptional!

Good breakfast, room was clean and comfortable overall. One woman serving breakfast was going out of her way to help children and make everyone comfortable. We were impressed.

noisy kids in adjoining room - also worried that I might disturb them seeing as how I could hear them through the door.

We missed the food, went out with friends in St. Louis. Will stay there next time in St Louis

Location was perfect for moving in my son to WashU as a freshman coming from long island, NY and needing to shop at St. Louis, being right next door to Target. It is also nearby the container store and whole foods for amazon returns/delivery. The galleria shopping center was also nearby to get dormify pick up at west elm and also a large cvs besides the cvs in target for shampoo etc. After a long move-in day in 97 degrees heat, it was so nice to be offered a drink at the bar and breakfast/dinner snack included. I also was able to ship amazon same day delivery at hotel with no issues for last minute items. It was easier than waiting 20 minutes at the mail center during move-in.

There is nothing that I didn't like. The parking lot was spacious and can always find a spot for my rental car.

everyone is so friendly

Very nice staff, helpful and lots of amenities

Staff was very friendly. The cleanliness was also a bonus. We enjoyed happy hour & breakfast

For some reason I could hear running water I’m assuming from pipes. That was unbearable with the price paid to be there. Loud door slamming as early as 4am

The location was decent central

Poop in the pool. Yelling angry manager Ben. Bandaids in the pool. Food was literally disgusting we ended up going out to eat. Avoid at all costs place hads gone down hill fast

A great hotel stay with pet accommodation. Staff was friendly and professional.

I did research on how Bait&Switch works. The Black Staff Lady, who was willing to help me with Changing My date of stay. Took my email papers and went into the Office, she came back in about twenty minutes . Saying she talked with Booking.com for a change in dates. She said:' she talked to an agent with Booking.com 'and they were going to send me an email with a rain check and I could book through Drury Inn at a different Price, but higher than Booking .com. Being I had know alternative, I was at the hotel already. I took the room at their price in In hopes that I was going to receive a Rain Check! So I paid $168.52 to Booking .com and another $278.26 to Drury Inn. I feeling both companies are at fault. I am 80 years of age, some way to treat the Elderly!

The cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was very friendly. I liked the happy hour they offered along with the hot breakfast. Also the free parking. I like that it was near a lot of stores and restaurants.

Nothing

We had a wonderful experience with our first-ever stay at a Drury Hotel. The location in Brentwood was right off the highway and close to a lot of restaurants and stores if needed. However, we wouldn't have needed to leave for anything because the Drury had it all!!!! A wonderful indoor/outdoor pool and indoor hot tub, popcorn in the lobby, evening snacks and drinks, and spacious rooms. This location also had a parking garage, which was super nice! We took advantage of the evening snack and drink time and found it to be quite delicious and had enough food to fill us up so we didn't need to spend $$$ on dinner! The drinks were great, and each adult was allowed 3! We also especially loved the pool area!!!! Very fun and unique. It did storm in the later evening, and both pools had to close since the indoor one was connected to the outdoor one, but we found time to swim some more the morning before we left! This location also had amazing and very kind staff. They seemed to genuinely care what you were doing for the evening when they asked or wanted to help if needed! We look forward to staying at a Drury again soon!

Drury Brentwood is my go to hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and safe. Great amenities.

This was the worst experience, I have ever had with Both Booking .com and Drury Inn I am 80 years of age and I have been to many Hotels in my life time; But this exceeds my expectations!!!

Clean

Crowded for dinner

The rooms was great, the food was good, but what set this hotel apart was the customer service. Every single employee we came in contact with was incredibly polite and helpful.

I truly can’t think of anything.

Very clean and staff was very nice.

Everything was great. During the breakfast hours, the staff was extremely friendly and on top of everything. Snack/dinner every evening was a perk.

Bathrooms did not have an exhaust.

Complementary hot meal with free drinks between 5:30-7 pm Quiet and comfortable rooms Free breakfast

The king suite was awesome 😎

Nothing everything was great. I'm going to stay at other ones.

Location was perfect for everything we planned to do. Breakfast was great and fulfilling and I was really impressed by Kickback every night.

The sink in our bathroom did not work properly. It was clogged so it made it a pain to use.

Every member of the staff was nice and accommodating. The free drinks and food were awesome. They even had fresh popped popcorn in the lobby and cucumber water, all free. The hotel is very nice. The room was clean, comfortable beds, nice sized TV. This is definitely one of the best places I've stayed. I would love to stay again but without my grandchildren. Lol

Location

Nothing

It’s so clean, quiet rooms, great breakfast, amazing evening meal and drinks! And close to the Metro Link…was so easy to get to Busch Stadium with no parking issues!

Nothing!

We had an excellent stay at Drury Hotel! The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The complimentary breakfast and evening snacks were a wonderful bonus, and everything was fresh and delicious. We were also traveling with our small dog, and the pet-friendly accommodations made our stay even more enjoyable.

The only downside was the pet fee, which we felt was a bit expensive compared to other pet-friendly hotels. Aside from that, everything else met our expectations, and we would consider staying here again.

This place was awesome

Great location, room was nice size and clean. All staff were nice and friendly. Great selection of food at both breakfast and happy hour. Was asked many of times by staff if we needed during breakfast and happy hour. Check in and checkout was easy and smooth. Family friendly atmosphere. Great price for everything that was offered. Plenty of food options close by and shopping too. This is the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel at this location and will continue to book it when in town.

The breakfast was delicious with a big selection of. Christy was very welcoming at check in.

Everything was good and wonderful.

The typical add ons that you get with it being a Drury hotel and the staff were nice. Loved the shower

I don't know if it was because of the remodel going on or what, but the elevators kept closing on everyone and I didn't see more then one luggage dolly until the day we left, taking the grand total up to 3. Our room wouldn't get to the temp I was setting it to. I couldn't barely sleep on the bed for some reason. I am not trying to be snobby. Just not what we typically get with a drury hotel. Nevermind a plaza.

Clean and great room

We had an excellent stay! We used everything the hotel offered from breakfast, to pool, evening free dinner, included drinks, even a toothbrush from the front desk after my wife forgot hers. Staff was all incredible, manager even stopped by our table at dinner to check on our stay.

The staff was nice. Literally EVERYONE. They went out of their way. They helped. They were so kind. The place was so clean. The pool was amazing. Enough towels. I don’t have anything but amazing things to say about this place. I will definitely be back.

The bed was SO comfortable. Very quiet, even with it being full. The new (since we stayed last time) restaurant/bar was a wonderful experience. Really enjoyed our stay.

The front desk checkin/out personnel could use a little stronger "friendly" pill. Not the friendliest people.

Service was excellent.

Parking

Beautiful, friendly

Price

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the past two months and the experience is always outstanding. We have used it as base to see a show at the Fox and multiple nights to depart out of STL airport as it is much nicer than the closer hotels and just a quick drive away.

The hotel was super quiet, meaning you couldn't hear people walking above you or talking in the next room.

Todo estaba limpio, y el servicio de recepciòn estuvo genial, la señoria super amable y nos hizo el check in antes de la hora estipulada, hizo todo lo posible para que todos los cuartos estuvieran cerca ya que èramos un grupo de 12 personas.

Amazing accomodations and overall atmosphere

Everything was excellent! The staff went above expectations for everything. I would go there again. The food was excellent as well as the service!!

Nothing could have been better!

Excellent hotel with lots of complementary service, friendly staff, well appointed and decorated rooms. Making reservations and check in was a breeze.

Ease of check in, cleanliness of property + all the perks make it amazing

We enjoyed both the “happy hour” and the breakfast! 👍

The property was clean and well maintained.

Older room

Went for a dance competition. Staff were friendly and caring. Rooms were clean and pretty quiet.

Everything was very clean

No complaints

Great location, friendly staff, property was very clean, good housekeeping, staff.

Could hear a noise coming from other rooms beside and above. Also cost quoted by Booking.com and final charges were not the same from the hotel.

This hotel had everything we needed....pool, fitness center, and most importantly, FOOD!!!!

I love this Drury and stay here often. They are like family to me and treat me as such..They help me with every need & want.. location & staff are superb 🥰

Everything was great! If I had any extra wants: how about bacon on the breakfast buffet instead of always sausage

We have stayed here several times as we have family in the area. This hotel is clean, they have a nice pool and whirlpool, free breakfast, and an afternoon snack. The rooms are very nice, the lobby area is also nice if you want to get out of the room for a bit. it is close to stores if you forgot something. Never had a noise problem there, Staff are helpful and pleasant.

Wonderful, hardworking and friendly staff. Rooms are clean, spacious and well maintained and plenty of room for navigating wheelchairs. Quality food and amazing facilities.

Clean, quiet , and near all the attractions and restaurants we wanted to go to .

Everything was so nice. We stayed here last year also and plan on staying here when back in the area.

We had an excellent experience at the Brentwood Drury. It was extremely clean, the beds were super comfy, and the food was great. Nice area of town with many different stores nearby. My kids used the indoor/outdoor pool multiple times during our stay. I would definitely come here again.

Great!

The window view

The breakfast and the 5:30 kickback dinner are a great savings when traveling as a family!

Nothing.

The breakfast had a nice variety of food. The heavy appetizers were a nice surprise.

Was not impressed. Room felt smaller than a typical Drury king 2 room. Hot dogs buns were very cold, the meatballs and gravy were all negative reviews from the family. Looks like the flooring in the food area needs replaced under our table. Looks nice otherwise but felt lacking in visible staffing and in general lobby attention to detail and routine maintenance like sweeping during the night. Really liked the pool. Didn't like that they ran out of towels. It felt not adequately staffed for as busy as it was and for as expensive as they had jacked up the prices. We had stayed at another Drury in St Louis on our last trip and didn't want to pay for parking this time. But that location was MUCH better staffed and cleaned.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean. Close to the expressway and within walkable distance to target.

A little pricey. I wish the kick back hours were longer

Very clean and employees very nice

Can say that we didn’t like anything . It was great

Friendly staff, clean well appointed rooms

Some might not appreciate soccer and dance teams, but they did not bother me

Great location. Near highway to get around yet very quiet. Great meals. Wifi worked very well. Check in was fast. Elevators were readily available and we were on the top floor. Even though the hotel was packed, the facility was clean everywhere. Great value. Highly recommend.

I got stuck in a elevator because the function of the buttons is going out

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The location is convenient. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Wonderfully clean hotel. Very nice front desk ladies. Good breakfast. We checked in too late for the dinner.
