Room was terrible had a damp pool room smell .use of ice machine kept waking us up .people showering in other units water running running thru pipes was loud and couldn't even hear the tv

It was clean, provided breakfast the rooms were clean and bed comfy

The ac didn’t seem to work the best and on my floor the ceiling had caved in due to a water leak and it wasn’t cleaned up just towels thrown on the floor

The staff was helpful. Cleaners were attentive in the halls, attention to rooms and friendly. They answered requests: need kleenex, toilet paper. Desk management cheerful, knowledgeable. Breakfasts were nice.

The pool was closed as of Sunday Labor Day weekend; no signs posted. Had to ask at the desk. And it looked dirty two days later.

In front of my room there was and open leaking ceiling, with a bucket underneath it and a very slow flushing toilet.

I stayed in room 229 and it was a bit dirty. The walls and bathroom door had black sticky stuff on it. There was a huge hole in the carpet near the bed and closet. And the water didn't get very hot.

my RSVP was for Sat Aug 1,2026 i called in the middle of night more closer to 4 am and asked if there was a room avaiable for an early check in ( which is why i chose this Hotel due to previous request arriving early ) i am usually charged a $20.00 early check in fee. the lady at the front desk told me i had to wait until after 5am and it would be a $50.00, & if there was a room available, I asked her if she can check to see if there were any rooms available? it was like pulling teeth, I have used this facility on several occasions, i like the location and the grounds, upond arriving tinto our room it smelled like mildew and a covered e up sent of a wet dog, the floor felt damp. We laid down for 2 hours and left.

To many people hanging around outside when we came in and out...even at 9:30 PM. Made me very uncomfortable!! And someone had been in our room when we got back on Saturday night even with the do not disturb sign on the door!

When I walked into my room, it didn’t smell fresh. It was a moist, musky smell. I rented two rooms, the other rooms refrigerator smelt bad. The tub was very grimy, dingy and the paint inside was peeling off. The towels were not soft, they were hard and stiff.

Safe, clean, staff and guests were super friendly. Got a late checkout easily. Free breakfast and coffee. Beds were GREAT! Good vibes all around.

We always stay here and had never had any issues. The last time we stayed there was no water pressure, the AC did not work well. It blew air that was the same temp as the room so we could be comfortable while it was super hot out on July 4th weekend. We had no channels. No BET, MTV, and a bunch of others that we normally watch.. I was told that the hotel was changing over new service or plans. Si we pretty much had to deal with it all. We were not compensated for theses things. I don't look for or chase discounts. If everything is good then I am good. You would think we would have been offered Some kind of discount or compensation for this stay or a future stay. Like I said.....we have not had a complaint and we have stayed here many times. Not sure if we would chance staying here again or recommending to friends.

Convenient location

Room not in great shape. Toilet was clogged. Having pictures in room the glass was broken AC barely worked

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good and friendly staff.

They need more parking spaces, one of the elevators was out of order and they double charged me for incidentals. Then I had to call them for them to release the money, so it wasn't still pending in my account for 2 weeks after my stay.

Das Hotel ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Alle Gänge machen einen erbärmlichen Eindruck. Ein Fahrstuhl funktioniert nicht, der Andere war in erbärmlichem Zustand. Wie dieser ein Zertifikat zur Betriebssicherheit erhalten konnte ist unerklärlich. Das Frühstück war den Namen nicht wert und eines Hotels unwürdig.

Honestly… nothing.

The pool was cloudy/green tinted. You could tell it hadn’t been tended too. The room was hot & the ac wouldn’t stay on. The tv is outdated & doesn’t have any signal/service half the time. The hall ways are sooooo hot! It honestly should be fixed before anyone is allowed in. The breakfast eggs were like jail house eggs. Terrible. You would figure what you’re paying for would include a better breakfast than the 2 things they offer as far as breakfast.

Location- 5 minute walk from Trader Joe's and Wegmans; for those into using public transportation, hotel is near bus service to downtown Raleigh

Pool wasn't operational during my stay

Well, I didn’t even stay. I was pretty much told I couldn’t stay there because of my area code which was a very inconvenience for me and my plans. I was called the day of and I feel like I just should’ve known. I had to wait for my money to get back on my card so I couldn’t get a room that night anywhere else

I just feel like im booking.com on that end. Everything should’ve been better as far as the information of what the hotel expected or what they were required.

The bed and shower were clean and warm.

The hallway was very hot, there was damage to the walls, a picture frame in the bathroom was broken, there was something red (blood?) on the hair dryer and the carpet felt damp. The breakfast was minimal and the juice tasted watered down. The coffee canister didn’t work properly and the tv sound kept cutting out.

Absolutely disgusting pool. This hotel doesn't have a pool that can be used without risking infection. The staff members are not interested in discussing the matter.

When we first walked in we were greeted with a happy smile / pleasant voice... Plus it had a fresh smell inside the room it was so clean.. and the continental breakfast was good. But we will be back to visit soon.. *Good Customer Service We Had*
