Loved the location, the room was up to date. The bathroom was nice and big. The breakfast was a real breakfast and good. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The suite part could be a tad bit bigger.

The housekeeping staff delivered an impeccably clean room, the front desk team was welcoming and professional, and the checkout valet (when we left) was efficient and courteous.

The contracted valet made a rude remark about us during arrival, the bathroom exhaust fan was non-functional, and the breakfast staff yanked items I was reaching for and prevented us from eating together. Most concerning was management's complete lack of response to my professional feedback emails. It is a shame that there are some working so hard while others are compensated for doing less than nothing to manage training and satisfaction.

I like the location, it’s close to the shopping area, with plenty of nice restaurants nearby. The room is a decent size, and the bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is also a nice plus. I didn’t use it myself, but I imagine it’s very helpful for families or anyone who has the time and prefers to cook. The staff was also nice and smiley.

The biggest issue was the housekeeping. I stayed for 6 nights, and my room was cleaned only once during that time. I checked in on Sunday and had a “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door on Monday, which I completely understand. However, on the following days there was nothing preventing housekeeping from cleaning the room, yet it was only cleaned on Thursday. There was also a card in the room stating that housekeeping would be provided every other day, so this was quite disappointing. Another major issue was getting my invoice. I requested it more than five times throughout my stay. I asked when I made the booking, again when I checked in, and at checkout I was told that I would receive it by email. Several days have now passed, and I still haven’t received it. I also made a few other requests through Booking.com and the hotel’s website, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive a response to those either. A few smaller things I noticed: The iron in the room wasn’t very good. It leaked water and didn’t work particularly well. The TV only offers screen sharing from a device, so there’s no direct way to use apps such as Netflix. I tried to plug in my Dyson (hair styler), but the outlet didn’t seem to provide enough power for it to turn on.

Check-in was easy, staff was friendly, room was clean and quiet. It all went smoothly.

Only (very minor) quibble was that the toilet kept running -- had to jiggle the handle. We reported it at checkout.

First rate hotel, quiet, great neighborhood with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff, very clean place. I would look forward to staying there again. There’s a free breakfast, but you’re better off going to the Barking Dog nearby.

The rooms are beautiful and well stocked. The pool and billiard area were very nice.

The food could have been better, runny eggs is never a good thing. Also, being gluten free makes it hard, not very many choices. A gluten free bread, bun, or pastry would have been appreciated. Some staff were helpful, a few were not.

A great hotel with wonderful, friendly staff. Lactation is a 10 out of 10! Front desk staff was helpful and the room was spotless. Location was walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

Great multigenerational girls weekend. Stayed with my sister, mom, and aunt Celebrated milestone birthdays. Bed slept great. Good view of pool from room. Cabinets were a bit worn and squeaky, but everything else was pristine and wonderful. Great location at North Hills, so much to do, would recommend again!

Loved my stay in North Hills. Walking distance to multiple restaurants, grocery stores, and overall things to do. Perfect for a family because of the spaciousness of the rooms. Plus Kevin was great our whole stay.

Parking, well the lack of parking. Moved our car to shop and then couldn’t find any place to park. We ended up valet parking.

This was the best anniversary stay we've ever had. The front desk attendant, Christina, made my wife and me feel truly special throughout our entire stay. She is warm, caring, and genuinely kind. I can't say enough good things about her—she is a tremendous asset to Hyatt. About three hours before our arrival, I called the hotel and told Christina that we were celebrating our 36th wedding anniversary. She assured me they would have something special waiting for us. When we arrived, we were greeted with a beautiful anniversary gift arrangement in our room, along with a heartfelt handwritten Happy Anniversary card. That personal touch was incredibly heartwarming and meant so much to us. Everything was far beyond anything we expected and made our celebration even more meaningful. Thank you, Christina, for going above and beyond to make our anniversary unforgettable. The maintenance technician who adjusted our bathroom door was prompt, professional, and very personable. I would also like to recognize the wonderful lady who worked in the breakfast area. Her hospitality and friendly attitude made each morning even more enjoyable. From the exceptional staff to the comfortable room, every part of our stay was memorable. Thank you to Christina and the entire Hyatt staff for making our 36th wedding anniversary so special. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The front desk staff and breakfast staff were wonderful. The room was clean and spacious. Bed and bedding were extremely comfortable. Breakfast selection was great. Will definitely return in the future.

Hotel is clean and basic. I personally stayed here only because there was a business meeting. For two nights, next door room’s guest dog barked continuously all night and a few times we passed by during the day. Staff tried to contact them but were unsuccessful. Having slept only three hours the night before due to early morning flight and a 6am business meeting next morning, my wife and I did not appreciate this. Dog noise was not a big issue next night though or we were too tired by 90+ heat to notice. WiFi is junk at this hotel and kept kicking me out every one minute or so. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Great location False advertisement as far as the breakfast, and providing food at the bar. You can't vape in your room but animals/pets are allowed..what if someone is allergic to dog hair like smoke?! Pool never got fixed which was very inconvenient...Fire pit was broken as well. Annoying staff, quiet time that's way too early 10 pm. Dont get the King Suite unless you're on an extended stay! Bed is comfortable need more pillows. Shower is spacious although water is lukewarm most of the time. I am sad to say this place is NOT worth the money. I will choose other accommodations when I stay in Raleigh-North Hills!

Great hotel for a variety of travel reasons, but we have stayed here multiple times. The rooms are very updated, the staff is very helpful and pleasant, and the prices are generally great for the area. The location of this hotel is fantastic for having restaurants and bars nearby, so the reason to travel outside of the area is limited.

The hotel is nice, convenient location. Very nice area in North Hills and able to walk to restaurants and a nice little park. Generally clean. Breakfast was OK. The front desk staff was very friendly and very nice. We had an issue with the valet app and not always getting our car timely but Carl was fantastic! He was very friendly and welcoming when we returned to the hotel. The manager of the valet service did make things right in the end. Good hotel in a great area of town!

This is hard for me to write, because I've stayed here many times and was very happy. However, my most recent stay had a hotel wide change I noticed, room temperature control motion sensor. I usually do not return to a property that does this to their guests for the obvious reason of wanting to control my rooms temperature as a guest, and I find it to be very short sighted. With that being said I love how helpful and courtesy the staff is here, and I know they had nothing to do with this decision. When I changed rooms and still had the issue, a manager informed me that they could override the sensor and put me back in control of the room temperature, which was appreciated. That is the dilemma, love the staff and location but these temperature sensors are not customer centric.

terrible service. I arrived at 1:30am only to find that the hotel was overbooked and they couldnt check me in. They offered a different hotel 3 miles away, did not offer transportation there (again it was 1:30am). When I looked up the hotel offered to me, a night stay there was $100, whereas I had prepaid $275 for this night. I asked to speak with a manager who was not available. I decided to not check in and instead stayed with a friend overnight. The next day I checked in for my second night and the manager claimed she would refund me for the first night, but they did not do so until several days after my trip when I called back to request the refund. They also didn't refund the tax fee for the first night, and didn't respond to my email when I pointed it out. I had to do a chargeback on my credit card to get that money back. All the staff was also not at all apologetic and stated overbooking was something that happens frequently at this hotel and that its my fault for arriving late and booking through a 3rd party (booking.com).

Stayed here for a momcation Mother’s Day weekend which happened to coincide with graduation weekend. The hotel was very busy, but I was made to feel like I was the only customer by every member of staff I encountered. The customer service and attention to detail were phenomenal. I will definitely be back!

Great location, lots of restaurants, shopping centers, grocery store, and even a movie theatre. I didn't get a chance to ride the he shuttle this time, but I definitely loved that there was a shuttle if you needed it.

I have small kids the only thing I didn't like was that I had to park in the Harris Teeter parking garage and it was so busy & packed with cars.

Elevator was very dirty looked liked dog poop. T When in shower I could see behind mirror that huge amounts of dust. We were kept awake by extreme noise and had to call front desk. It was coming from next door. The air conditioning unit was so loud it kept us for hours. So not restful. We were in room 603

From the Entrance to room and breakfast on the way out all was over the top! A Big Shout out to the Housekeeping Crew afternoon/evening Bartender and Chef over the top accommodating!
