The location was very convenient and the room itself was nice.

Double tree midtown is good but the house keepers don’t do their job well they never fill the bathroom with what’s supposed to be in there there is never any shampoo or conditioner or body wash yet they ask you leave them a tip I don’t think so Skyler is my favorite of the whole staff she is amazing and my boyfriend and I love her so much she is definitely a keeper ❤️ the bald head man that works at night is also amazing

2 days in a row now, I went to get breakfast at the restaurant here in the hotel. Yesterday, I arrived at 6:05 AM to a sign that said the restaurant was closed. The same sign said they opened at 6 AM. I saw food in the warming dishes and proceeded to serve myself. The workers appeared to be still setting up for breakfast. I asked about coffee and was told to get it myself at the snack kiosk. I did so only to find the coffee was barely colored water. I tolerated all this as someone having an off day. This morning, I arrived at the same time to find the same conditions. Not ready to serve. The weakest coffee I’ve ever seen, and the addiction of ATTITUDE when I mentioned that wasn’t coffee but barely colored water. $22 for breakfast and this is what you get! Why have the coffee cups sitting ion the tables if you aren’t going to serve it. I skipped it after the attitude and returned to my room. I won’t be trying it again. In my previous stay here some 4 months earlier, the guy running the kitchen did a great job. That experience was a factor in choosing to stay here again this week.

We were issued a room key that didn't work. Staff gave me a new key that did work. 30 minutes later a different guest attempted to enter our room, using another key that worked. Luckily, we had the door stop engaged. Later that night, after our night out, had to once again get a different key to enter our room. Not what i would expect from a double tree.

We have just checked out from spending a week at this hotel. It was such a lovely week. The staff at reception were always friendly and said hello or asked how we were. One day someone who we presume was one of the owners didn’t catch his name spoke to us asking about our trip and where we are from etc. That was a nice touch. The hotel was always clean and we had no issues at all. We were told house keeping wouldn’t go in so we would need to request towels etc but could do that as often as we wanted… but whenever we went back to our room beds were made and towels were there. Our autistic son always loved to see that his teddies had been placed on his bed nicely too. The little details …. The pool was always quiet and my boys loved a daily dip in the pool. It was always warm and the area around the pool was always clean and lovely … We have stopped at 4 doubletrees over the 4 weeks we have been away and each one has lived up to the high standards. Would definitely recommend …

Midtown- CJ has been the kindest person I’ve encountered here so far. She has great customer service, and cares about the well being of everyone around her. She has a beautiful soul 💕

We did not have AC in our room the night of our stay. We reached out the the front desk once we realized the AC unit was leaking water all over the floor. Maintenance came to just put towels down and show us that the ac system was not working. They told us we would be refunded

Didn’t have breakfast. The location was excellent, less than five minutes from the address we were visiting.

No microwave in the room. Had to go down six floors to use microwave in the lobby???

Stayed here for the points, location, and value/reviews. I initially was annoyed and willing to give only 4 stars because at 9am while sleeping someone was knocking on our door repeatedly and then opened it. I was startled and yelled out “Hello” twice. Nobody said anything and then the door just closed. Creeped me out. I called the front desk and Wanda said it was housekeeping. I told her it would be safer and much appreciated if housekeeping announced themselves and actually responded when a guest speaks in confusion. Down at breakfast, dining employees Abir and Hussein, are the reason I went back up to 5 stars. They were so kind, provided excellent guest services and the food was really good! Abir went out of her way to make sure my little and I had a what felt like “restaurant quality” dine-in service. The bartender and front desk Misses were both also very nice and welcoming. (Night of 8/15/26). All in all - great hotel!

The room and everything was so clean and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! Abir was also super sweet and made our time at breakfast so wonderful.

I would like to thank Skyler (he not only arranged a nice room for me, but she helped me with everything - including my broken suitcase lock -) which made me feel very well from the moment I first entered the hotel. On my second day, I was late for the breakfast service, but the duty said I would prepare it for you and made me happy. The hotel is close to the airport, the rooms are spotless.

To pay for a Breakfast that have no options in the meat category other than pork is unacceptable, especially, when you have high blood pressure issues. Even worst i started my stay with a flooded due to the air conditioner leaking.

I was a guest at the DoubleTree July 2026 Upon checking in, our room had a leak in the toilet that maintenance was unable to fix. We had to be relocated to a different room and there were no more king rooms so we were placed in a queen room. We were told that due to booking on a third party website they could not offer any discounts or further rectification for the problem. We woke up to the ceiling in our “new” room leaking all over the beds and nightstands. Again, we were told that due to booking indirectly we could not be provided with anything other than another room switch. Two room switches for a 3 night stay is unacceptable, not to mention that there has been no accommodations to remedy the situation. Outside of that the rooms were clean and the lobby seemed well kept. Walls are thin so you are likely to hear people walking in the hallway and/or your neighbors.

Cj was such a big help. Really went above and beyond to help us. Really made our stay smooth and easy.

We had a leak from the ceiling in our room that wet the bed so much it couldn’t be slept in it was a puddle on the floor and some of our clothes were wet from it. No compensation for the inconvenience because they said we paid through a third party.

Staff was nice. Location was good. Shower pressure was good and bed was comfortable.

The air conditioning unit was very loud and needed to crank volume on TV to hear it. At times it sounded like something was inside scratching to get out. Kept the room cold though.

The bathroom soap was not replaced when opened. It was still wet from the previous guest I assume and just placed back in the box. The front desk receptionist was a little discourteous.

Food and catering servce was good. Front desk was 50-50 depending on person working.

The staff tending the breakfast were friendly and respectful. There were ready to assist when needed. Also, I was greeted like a welcome friend.

The bar area had a chicken bone on the floor. Front staff didn’t make eye contact or let us know they’ll be with us in a minute. Only 2 carts for the entire hotel. We had to make several trips back and forth to our room. Staff both times did not offer to help find a cart. On check out day house keeping knocked on our door while we were still in bed. Should be a better way of letting your staff know when customers check out.

Size of the shower, bathroom was clean, view was nice for the area, bed was comfy, big tv.

I accidentally chose this location, but will not make that mistake again. The location and atmosphere was ideal. The room was spacious. However, the cleanliness of the room was subpar. Dust was so thick on the desk and nightstands so much so that it was visible when we walked in. When we closed the curtains later that night, we discovered that it was just as much dust and debris on them and in the window seal. As I pulled the sheets back to inspect the linen, I found a stain on the sheet and pillowcase (not sure from what) and hair. The bathroom was decently cleaned. When we returned later that evening after leaving the room for the day, we came back to hair on the toilet which was not there when we left. When we came down for breakfast on the morning of departure, we were not greeted by staff until I asked do we seat ourselves. The gentleman stated, "yes, seat yourself, but we close in 10 mins." To let us know the time was fine, but it would have been better service with a Good morning and a more pleasant tone. Unfortunately, we will not choose this location again. Definitely was not the Hilton standards we are use to.

The location is ideal for restaurant choices. It is located close to many attractions. The room was available when we arrived, it was clean, and inviting.

There was no complimentary breakfast which was disappointing for the price point. There was always a lot of traffic in the lobby area regardless of the time of day that seemed to be hanging around. The front desk clerks didn’t appear to be as welcoming as the bartender who we interacted with. She was personable and professional.

The walls are very thin, which made sleeping very hard for me. Friendly staff. Abir did her job well; tidying, stocking, and asking what room to charge our breakfast to. I hated the question, though. I don't like that she has to ask that. I travel a lot. Every item in the breakfast is available at other hotels every morning, for no additional price to the cheaper hotel room; and those had a waffle maker. 😳

The property has a decent size of parking lot with room for larger vehicles or trailers. Renovation was done couple years ago. You can tell that the building is aged because the elevator is slow. But the water pressure is good. The sinks and tub don't have draining issue. Here comes a list of discrepancies: 1. The towels were slightly moist, not sure if they cared. 2. A piece of hair was charismatically stuck in the middle of the bathtub wall. 3. Nonchalantly a clipped toenail was resting on the entryway floor. 4. A half used water bottle was left on the desk. Do they want me to taste somebody's body fluid? Or they are double daring me to drink it? The message was ambiguous to determine. 5. The nightstand accommodation was dated. There was no power outlet or USB ports to be found around the nightstand. It's pretty standard nowadays to have such on the nightstand.

the noise , people were playing music loudly after 2am I was a few doors down from the room and could still hear the music I think after midnight music level should be at a lower level that's when people are usually sleeping. Other than that it was great.

The staff was friendly and the room was very clean. It was really close to the venue that we were going to. They also gave each of us a warm cookie at check-in, which was a nice little bonus. There was plenty of parking.
