Water pressure in the shower was great. Having Starbucks on site is a benefit.

The hotel was warm. The A/C was not cold enough in the ballrooms, it was way to warm. The elevators were hot and slow. One elevator was out of service. Service at 88 Oaks restaurant was well below average. The check in staff were not very friendly. The hotel charges for parking. I hate that. I pay to stay there, I don't appreciate the hidden parking fee. No microwave in the room.

The employees were all friendly and knowledgeable of amenities. It was a lot bigger than I imagined. I loved that it offered private spaces throughout the lobby to do work or just hang out.

Rooms were dated but suitable for a good stay. The water in the shower never got hot! The water in the sink was hot but not the shower.

The incidental is too much. $75 is too much for this hotel which has outdated things. Need to update the rooms and computers. I set up a payment with Affirm, but I couldn't use my virtual card because their computers are not set up for it. So I had to use my card.

Location.

The hotel was falling apart upstairs. Wall paper hanging off the walls. First you could see under the doors to the rooms. It didn't feel safe. Then the room had M&Ms in the floor. So it wasnt very clean.. At some point a picture on the wall had been painted around, un fortunately the picture had been removed and there was a 2x3ft space that was a different color. We tried to make the best of it and ordered room service. Our pasta was delivered in cardboard containers in a to go bag. When we tried to remove the food from the bag the bottoms of the containers fell out and pasta went everywhere on the bed. After calling and complaining, we didn't have to pay for the food and fresh sheets was brought up to the room for us to change the bed. We removed the first blanket and there was hairs all over the bed. We decided to undress the bed completely and thats when we saw that the mattress had throw up stains or some type of yellow and brown stains. We even tried to flip the mattress and the bottom was worst then the top. My fiance was having surgery the next morning and the level of nasty this place was awful. I couldnt in good mind sleep there with her having the potential for infections. We had to relocate in the middle of the night, the nignt before surgery. The managers was helpful and nice but the man at the front desk was rude when we first checked in. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone ever.

Hotel room was horrible, light fixtures in the bathroom were rusted horribly. The ceiling in both the bathroom and entryway and literally peeling and hanging down. Pretty sure 2 star hotels don’t even have that issue. Elevators were filthy, multiple ones. Check in was a nightmare 3 lines all long and representatives were switching lines, having personnel who arrived later check in faster. Please get the front desk representatives in order. Its frustrating when you have been there waiting patiently and someone who just arrives goes ahead of multiple customers. Would NEVER stay here again as a Hilton Gold member when I am in town visiting.

The Bartender was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and gave honest opinions when asked about a drink or meal. I loved the location was near our purpose of visiting Raleigh. I loved the extremely nice and accommodating front desk staff (Mary & Reggie). Any problems were quickly rectified. Parking was good. Loved the Breakfast area, bar, and onsite Starbucks. Plenty of seating in the huge lobby.

The construction in parking lot. The elevators were dirty so were the hall carpeting. The smell in the rooms. My room has what seemed to have water damage or from moisture in the air. The floor caved in and creaked right outside the bathroom. The shower sprayed water everywhere and was difficult to turn on the hot water. The bed sank in the middle. They allowed pets (and you can tell by smell and hair).

Definitely one of our favorite places to stay. Thank you for the hospitality

No first floor room that I requested was available. I asked fir it in advance because my husband had surgery on 8/12/2026. We ended up on the 6th floor.

I paid top dollar for the room and no Breakfast was included! I wasn't going to pay $20 for a couple eggs and toast.As it was I dropped $4 on a subpar cup of coffee.

Great location, very comfortable beds and pillows.

The coffee / tea machine was not good it didn’t heat up the water properly. I stayed 2 nights, after the first night, they made my bed, but did not clean the bathroom floor which had some dirty smudges on it and they did not replace the 2 disposable cups I had used. The dinner menu in the restaurant was very basic and limited. The TV was basic and only had access to local channels and no smart capability to use my netflix or prime account. Dirty room doors and the corridor carpets looked tired. I don’t understand why hotels use carpet in rooms and corridors, it is unhygienic and so expensive to maintain and has to be replaced periodically when there is so much beautiful tile that resembles wood flooring.

When we checked in we were told that there was only valet parking which we had to pay 30.00 a day. The next day we found out that it was not true. Went to room and the TV did not work. Went to the bar downstairs and the draft beer was not cold and no bottled beer was available. Next morning went to get breakfast to bring back to room and was told they didn’t have any bags to carry the food back to room also, was told they didn’t have the key for the register therefore you could not pay with cash. Woke up on the day to check out the TV had been shutoff wasn’t able to watch news that morning. Front desk in restaurant had no change for a 20.00 dollar bill to purchase a cup of coffee. The two day stay cost 742.00 I would expect better services from a Hilton hotel.

On my trip south, I made a pit stop in Raleigh, NC, to spend the night and catch The Pretty Reckless at a nearby venue. The Hampton Inn closer to the venue was pushing $225 a night, so I "cheaped out" and booked this Hilton up the road for a cool $172. Pulling in, the area is very congested. There's what appears to be a hospital across the street, and the parking lot was partially under construction. The outside of the building could definitely use a good power wash and a fresh coat of paint. The lobby, on the other hand, is huge and actually really nice. I guess we know where all the money went. It's a very busy hotel at all hours, so don't expect the quietest night's sleep. My room was near the elevator and had a beautiful view of... the roof. The furniture and overall condition of the room felt badly outdated for 2026. There were peeling ceilings, an uncomfortable bed, a tiny bathroom, and not even wall-mounted soap dispensers. For $172 a night, I expected a lot more, especially after they added a parking fee to the bill. To top it off, when I got back from the concert around 11 p.m., not a single light was on in the parking lot, which wasn't exactly reassuring. Other than being only five minutes from The Ritz, I really struggled to find much value here. For the price, this stay was a major disappointment.

This hotel needs a major update-everything except the lobby is old, run-down, and dated. For having the Hilton name attached to it, I cannot believe the quality of room we stayed in. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and we ended up having to go buy pillows from a local store just to be able to sleep through the night. The AC was so old and incredibly loud. It was clear that any and all money spent on this hotel was put into the lobby to try and make the whole hotel seem better than it actually is! We did the option where breakfast was included in our stay. The food and service were fine, but our waitress was having to serve the entire dining area and needed help. We were so disappointed in our stay and would definitely not stay here again. The location was very convenient to where most of our activities for the weekend were but the location was not worth the rundown amenities and the Hilton price we paid! One shout out to Reginald at the front desk-he was very helpful and kind!

The lobby was nice. Our room was pleasant and clean. I liked the check out time. Our floor was quiet even though there were quite a few young people there.

The hotel was completely booked. I got to the hotel after 4 and had to wait, not to long nevertheless still had to wait, for housekeeping to send the front desk a list of clean rooms. I guess housekeeping had to rush to clean the rooms, the sheet on one side of my bed was not tucked in and the sheets was not on tight.

The hotel was overbooked . I paid for a double bed hotel room and when I can to check in they only had a single room with a pull out couch available. Room was dirty bed was extremely uncomfortable. Rude staff.

I like that the rooms were right next door and i like the location hotel of the hotel.

The hotel need upgrades. The breakfast was costly but wasnt that good. The elevators were severely hot. The door in my room were super loud. The sheets were not fresh and the AC in the lobby wasnt working properly.

1)I never received my $75 deposit back 2) I was charged a total of $20 ($10 per vehicle) for a parking pass to park in THE HILTONS parking lot where I am paying to stay. They said otherwise I will get towed 100% 3) The toilet wouldn't flush for the entire night. I told the front desk about the issue within 2 hours of checking in once I noticed and it wasnt fixed until I was about ready to check out. 4) I asked for Bath Towels twice because the ones in the room when I checked in had yellow stains. Did not receive towels at all. 5) AC Hardly worked. Had it set as low as it would go (65°) and my room didnt get below 76°

We didn’t like the fact that the facility wasn’t the cleanest. This morning after grabbing breakfast I had seen a roach in the lobby and I let the front desk person know. When they seen it they say oh yeah and didn’t do anything about it. Seems like that’s something normal for them.

I selected this property because I assumed it would have been a very nice place to stay and worth spending a little more money. However, I found the hotel not on par with the price. The restaurant within the hotel was extremely overpriced. The Starbucks is not actually a Starbucks but just serves their coffee and the elevator doors close far too quickly and actually injured my brother-in-law.

The hotel was fine, but it was far overpriced for what they offered. The staff were not terribly responsive, and there was no free breakfast in the breakfast provided in the restaurant was far too overpriced for what you received.

The check in staff seemed angry that I booked on Expedia and used every AND I MEAN EVERY SINGLE OPPORTUNITY to insult me and deny me any concessions. They told me that I could not get credit for my stay on the honors program and I know thats not true, they told me I could not hold my room (until i insisted on speaking to a manager) and they told me that I could not have the honors perks like the goodie bag even though he looked my membership up! There were large ugly stains in the hallways and the ice-makers had moldy looking dirt around the opening. The meeting staff had one particular Mexican lady who was offensive. Right as our event was ending She walked up to my vendor table and picked my half full glass up and asked was it trash. When I told her “dont touch anything on my table” she told us “when you are dont don’t leave trash on the table.” I ASKED FOR HER SUPERVISOR AND SHE SAID SHE WAS THE SUPERVISOR! ALL OF THE OTHER CONVENTION STAFF WERE EXCELLENT.

It wasn't and executive level anymore for this hotel, with no special amenities that showed online for free continal breakfast. I upgraded for nothing. Room hot and fridge door wouldn't close, which I reported twice and no one showed up to fix
