Espero volver para tener mas tiempo y recorrer Los Angeles, me gusto el hotel.

機場接駁班次多、很方便，相當安全。房間寬敞，床鋪舒適，住了三晚，雖略有飛機起降聲，但幾乎沒有影響。第一天早餐只有固定美式，選擇很限定，猜測可能因為住宿旅客較少；第二、三天早餐則為自助式，自助式早餐選擇很多，熱食、水果、青菜、鮮奶、100％柳橙汁，服務人員也很友善，很不錯。另外，飲水機在2樓、自助洗衣設備在15樓，也頗為完善。

四人房兩張大床，有一張大書桌，卻只有一張椅子，很不方便。設備標示不清楚，需要詢問櫃臺才能知道在哪層樓。沒找到熱水機、微波爐....

Only the kitchen is good and the people in the kitchen are great!

I am very disappointed. We are here for 3 days (2 reservation 26-29.08.26) and we have to ask at the reception to change the towels and water. No one cleaned the room for 3 days and threw out the garbage - maybe I'm asking too much... but I thought it was standard! I do not recommend a hotel with such an approach to customers and standards. They obviously have a problem with the management or flow of communication at the reception. And I talked to the manager at the reception, he is not responsible for cleaning :) But someone has to accept the comments and manage them and not shift the responsibility. And supposedly I refused to clean :)

L hôtel correspond à l’équivalent d’un hôtel Ibis en France en termes de confort. Le personnel qui nous a accueilli tard le soir a été détestable. Notre réservation sur booking prévoyait le petit déjeuner dans notre réservation. Ce que le personnel d’accueil a contesté. Le manager a ensuite realise qu il se trompait et n’a meme pas presente d excuses, apres m’avoir fait patienter 30 min à minuit passé.

Bed was comfortable, same with pillow.

Would have liked if there were slippers in the room. Or towel hangers in the washroom.

It was perfect from the start with the shuttle picking us up from the airport. The check in was easy. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very good! We were really happy with our stay and will be back.

La atención del personal muy buena, sobre todo quienes dan el servicio del shuttle, la ubicación cerca del aeropuerto ideal para quien necesita dormir un día más previo a otro vuelo, la habitación cómoda y limpia.

El desayuno tiene un área de oportunidad para ser un poco mejor, tenia café más no opciones de té, la comida un poco tibia, el personal es muy amable también siempre y en todo momento.

Convenient location

Took a while for the shuttle from the airport and it wasn't clearly marked as to which Sonesta. Took a while to check in and then we had to go back down to get a working key to get into the room. We were there long enough to take showers and get a 4 hour nap before our flight. Obviously needed some maintenance. Price was outrageous considering the time it took to get to the hotel and get checked in leaving us little time for sleeping and we had to leave before breakfast and had previously requested a bagged breakfast for us to pick up at checkin and were denied.

Unfortunately, I didn’t find the hotel very clean. Despite it being a 4-star property with good reviews, the cleanliness did not meet my expectations. The lobby, corridors, and the rug in the room looked dirty and had many visible stains. On the positive side, everyone I interacted with was very nice and friendly. My main concern was simply the overall cleanliness of the property. I honestly wish I had the option to cancel my stay after seeing the condition of the hotel.

Pricing for food, the need to ask for luggage racks/rollers, they’re not readily available. $60/ for unlimited parking per day is ridiculous for self parking garage, especially given that most places are a drive away

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Pool was quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was super yummy!

Het geluid van opstijgende vliegtuigen was ondanks gesloten ramen nog steeds hoorbaar. Na een klacht over de behoorlijke bromgeluid van de airco/douch bij de buren, Hebben we een andere kamer toegewezen gekregen. Als comensatie een ontbijd gratis verkregen.

It was close to airport but that was it there were no stores or restaurants that within walkable distance. I had to rideshare everywhere which was expensive.

The cleaning staff started every morning at between 6a-7a very loudly vacuuming and knocking on doors it was quite a nuisance to be woken up that early during my entire stay.

Location was very convenient for access to airport and the freeways. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful!

Not much in immediate vicinity other than Starbucks and fast food.

I liked the fact that this hotel was not only so close to airport but everything I wanted/needed to do was so close by as well. The shuttle coming every 15 mins was a plus.

We could hear everything from the room above us. The stomping, yelling, etc. Also, I booked online from Bookings and the incidental charge stated $200 for the 4 days, 3 nights I was there, when I checked in, they stated it was $600 ($200 a night), I checked Bookings and it indeed stated $200 for whole time I stayed, not $600. The receptionist was kind enough to drop it to $300, which I was grateful for but kinda iffy about as well.

La ubicación cerca al aeropuerto era lo que necesitábamos , el hotel está súper bien mantenido , la habitación y baño muy bien. Un éxito el shuttle desde / hacia el aeropuerto.

La atención en el market donde venden la pizza fue pésimo , pedimos una pizza y nos sentamos a esperar que nos avisen y si no fuera porque nos paramos a preguntar no nos decían que la pizza estaba lista hace 10min y la persona ni se acercó a entregarnos la pizza , tuvimos que acercarnos al cajero a decirle que nos pase el pedido

There was a $29 up front charge for any room extras and refunded if not used …just wondering if you will charge me for using a glass container for tap water instead of the plastic one…You could have charged for any usage at end of stay.

Hotel bys hezky zařízený, moderní, a čistý Shuttle bus jezdil v cca 15 min intervalu, a to i uprostřed noci, když jsme přiletěli Koupelna byla prostorná, se super walk in sprchovým koutem a veškerou potřebnou kosmetikou. Na jednu noc skvělá volba, klidně bych se sem vrátila.

Postel je extrémně měkká, ale to je věc vkusu Dáma na recepci nebyla moc milá, nic nám nevysvětlila, v podstatě mi jen (během desetiminutového ťukání do počítače) přidělila pokoj a podala kartičku... Nic moc přístup. Jako bych ji vůbec nezajímala.

Location - for us it was essential to stay at a hotel near to LAX. Free shuttle to the airport was perfect.

The older woman at check-in was very grumpy - perhaps she had only a long, bad day and we were just there.

After arriving just before midnight, we found five to ten people in line, all waiting to check in. Unfortunately, after waiting about ten minutes, I found out that there were no rooms available (even though I had booked months earlier), and that there _might_ be another room available in about an hour, but "we can't promise that". No other options were offered, no assistance in finding rooms in another hotel. We ended up walking across the street and booking a last minute rate room at the Hyatt.

First impression was great and quality furniture is pleasing to the eyes

I waited in line for 47 minutes before I’m able to check in. It was obvious to staff there was a long line but check-in process were prolonged because of side comments and chatter. My sheets were gritty and felt like sand was on top of the beddings (the floor was also sandy). The total price of what I paid wasn’t what was advertised on Booking.com (ad says $179/night but I paid double at $347).

I was charged an additional $116 destination service fee that was never disclosed during booking or at check in. When I made the reservation, the total price appeared to include all taxes and fees. At no point was I informed by email, phone, text, or by the front desk that I would be charged another $116. I only found out after checking my credit card statement, which was a complete surprise. When I called the hotel, they refused to take responsibility for not disclosing the fee at check in or even notifying me afterward as a courtesy. They also require a $200 per night, per room security deposit, which is the highest I have ever been asked to pay. If you are planning to stay here, make sure you carefully review every charge. You could end up being billed additional fees that were not clearly disclosed.

Bit of a nightmare trying to find the hotel shuttle bus given the size of LAX. Would be useful to have more details either in the booking confirmation or on their web site.

Internet only worked outside my room 6 doors down. Hotel tried to fix but couldn't. Likely I had a JetPack with me to get my work done.

Stayed at this property for one night after missing our connecting flight due to an airline mechanical issue. Good news is the airline put us up and this was a more than serviceable property. I'm guessing they take in stranded, tired passengers frequently. They did a nice job of handling a long line of grumpy, tired, hungry, travelers. Hotel shuttle is large and excellent. Eric our driver in the AM was awesome. Great attitude about life! Hotel is old, but rooms recently freshened up with a nice remodel. We had rooms facing the airport, and with the inconsistent AC unit going on and off all night, plus big planes at LAX, it was not a great night of sleep. I would stay here again in a pinch, or with a free voucher, but this would not be my first choice near LAX. Gets three stars for the nice updated rooms, and the staff have good attitudes and being helpful. This may be a great hotel for you, just would not be on the top of my "A" list of LAX hotels. I

Convenience, restaurant opens until late evening for those arriving in LAX after 9:00 or 10:00 p.m. The staff (front office, bell, F&B) is courteous, pleasant, and professional.

Shuttle busses are spaced too far apart. Sheraton, Marriott, etc., — even parking shuttles — have at least three shuttles arrive for pickup to every one from Sonesta. We’ve stayed numerous times and this is *always* the case. But the drivers are always lovely…EXCEPT this last time (15 July evening), when our driver had no interest in being helpful. Did not help with the bags and didn’t even bother to pull into the carriage drive at the property. Didn’t offer to help with the luggage even though I was clearly struggling to get them off the bus. Just sat there in the driver’s seat. We had room 1105. The sink does not drain. The water fills up the sink and takes forever to empty. Also, the sliding glass shower doors kept rolling open.

I was located in a room that was right on the VERY noisy street side. Loud traffic all night. Also on my floor doors were slamming! And the air conditioner was loud and I couldn’t regulate it.

The pillows were a dream. Shot out to Aryan (not sure how to spell his name) at the front desk.

They had a restaurant that was open late in case you’re hungry when arriving late at night. Also, the shuttle is quick and drivers were helpful!

There was no breakfast included with stay. The parking cost was astronomical. Valet parking was $75/night. My husband met me at the property. We paid $60 to self-park for the 2 cars for one night with no in-out privelege. It would have been $60 per vehicle for in-out priveleges. Coffee maker in the room but no sugar free option (i.e., Splenda). I also expected to have a microwave in the room.

Conveniently located near airport with airport shuttle making it easy to get between hotel and airport. Metro/busses 10 min walk away. Hotel has restaurant/bar etc so do not need to leave for a meal. A very convenient location for travelers doing a one or two night stopover.

Nothing nearby if wanting to do a bit of sightseeing (you are staying/paying for the convenience).
