Very small quarters- no room to put down luggage in a comfortable manner. Small shower, though strong water pressure. Very noisy hallways due to small space. Staff is mixed in terms of service- some pleasant and others not so pleasant

La ubicación, el personal y luego la habitación. Estuvimos en 2 partes del viaje. La primera la habitación era más chica, la segunda vez la habitación estaba más grande. Estaba limpia. Pero tiene moquet y las almohadas son duras como en toda Escocia. Pero si volviera a Edinburgo podría volver a este hotel. La segunda vez que estuvimos, estábamos en una parte del hotel que hay que bajar algunos escalones, lo digo para que lo pregunten, era la habitación 219.

prijs kwaliteit is niet correct: 280 euro, zonder ontbijt... dit is een 1 a 2 ster hotel de naam Sheraton hotel geeft verwachtingen, die absoluut tegen vielen een kleine kamer, zonder goede verluchting en venster dat dicht is, met slechte geur, badkamer ook heel beperkt, zoals een budget hotel

Bueno lo que no me gusto pero es en general es que no hablen castellano aunque tuvimos un problema y una chica nos ayudó muchísimo pero siendo cada vez más personas sede habla hispana para lo que no dominamos el inglés debería haber más facilidades.

La ubicación, si bien no tiene restaurante, hay muy buenas opciones saliendo del hotel, el paradero del bus del aeropuerto está en la puerta del hotel

Loved the location. The airport bus stops at the door. Easy walking to the main attractions. Modern and comfortable. I was surprised at how quiet the room was even though it overlooked the very busy street below. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful.

The room was a bit small but ok.

Great location near princess street in Edinburgh. 20 min walk to the Edinburgh Castle. The room was clean and well kept. Overall an easy, comfortable stay for our last few nights of our trip.

Perfetta la posizione dell'hotel, all'inizio di Princess Street e al parco sotto il Castello. Comodissima la fermata dei bus di fronte all'Hotel e nelle immediate vicinanze delle fermate di bus turistici. L'hotel nelle immediate vicinanze ha tutti gli esercizi necessari per il soggiorno: supermarket, tabaccheria, bar, ristoranti, negozi. Davvero ottima la posizione. comoda la presenza del cucinotto in camera.

Le prix exorbitant pour un hôtel avec un confort minimum et aucun service. L'emplacement ne justifie pas ce prix. Le service est équivalent à un hôtel "Formule 1" et encore... J'ai choisi cet hôtel d'après vos notes, classification et appréciation mais je me suis totalement trompé. Nous sommes très déçus.

Room was fine if a little small. Shower room was great - but also a little small. Everything was spotless every day

Value for money - £250 a night for a small double room and shower room was exorbitant. Especially as it had no bar or restaurant, not even a sandwich bar. Of course everything is overpriced during Festival month - I am afraid next year I will give it a miss.

I was fortunate enough to get an early check in which was greatly appreciated. The location was good, only a short walk to Holyrood Castle, Calton Hill and the Royal Mile.

The part of the hotel I was in was separate from the reception and I felt that as I accessed the building all sorts of people could follow me in. Not happy about this. Also the room could have been cleaner, there was litter on the floor from the previous occupant and the shoer tiles had grime on them. Not nice.

Das Hotel is gut gelegen - man erreicht die Innenstadt von von Edinburgh recht schnell. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist funktional.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und teuer. Das online check-in funktioniert überhaupt nicht, da Booking.com alle links aus Mitteilungen entfernt (keine Überraschung).

This hotel is simple and basic No breakfast. BuT I loved location and I ate some incredible meals visiting all the restaurants locally. It is immaculate and the staff was so helpful I plan on staying here again when I return to Edinbugh

Leider gibt es keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer und leider auch kein Klimagerät. Im Zimmer wird zu zweit sehr schnell sehr warm.

Just a bit small

The location is central - so close to nice restaurants, shopping, grocery, the Princes gardens. Most of the staff are nice and friendly, the one who checked me in was particularly nice - helped me with luggage. The room is decent size. The lifts and AC were worth it.

The wifi didn't work and I was just trying to use it for the TV - not my personal devices. I went to the wrong entrance first but that was more me not reading the hotel description properly.

Only good thing about this hotel is the location. Nothing else ~

Very small room, with drainage problems, we reported on the next morning but nothing has been done when we return. We have to report it again on the third day and then someone finally comes in and try to fix. I said try, because he did make better but not totally fixed.

Jason on reception was really helpful and even gave us our room early which was amazing. The room was small but perfectly formed, with everything we needed. It was a really hot night but it helped to have a fan in the room. The price was on the high side but perfectly understandable for the time of the year and we were happy to pay for what we got. Well done to housekeeping who were working furiously in the heat and getting clean sparkly rooms.

The location was ideal for the city centre, not too long a walk for the castle either. Staff were lovely and helpful. Very clean.

The price was expensive for quite a small room, although it had everything we needed there. The step is high out of the shower and could be quite dangerous as the shower tray was slippery.

La posizione ottima, in pieno centro. Molti negozi, ristoranti e locali, mini market e supermercati a due passi. Stanza molto silenziosa grazie ai doppi vetri, nonostante si affacci su una strada molto trafficata. La fermata dell’autobus è proprio davanti alla porta d’ingresso dell’hotel. In agosto, in pieno Fringe Festival, la città ha dei prezzi altissimi per gli alloggi. Questo hotel è uno dei di quelli che abbiamo ritenuto avere il rapporto qualità prezzo migliore, considerando la media del periodo.

Il bagno ha un lavandino davvero minuscolo. Sarebbe utile un ripiano di appoggio in più, sempre in bagno.

Not enough clothes storage in room

Chambre propre et récente. Réception 24/24 accueillante. Hôtel situé au pied du château et proche de tout. La navette en bus vers l'aéroport (Airlink 100) s'arrête juste devant c'est l'idéal. Pas de petit-déjeuner comme annoncé mais il y a plein d'adresses excellentes aux alentours.

Pas de clim, ça peut jouer si la fraicheur est une priorité pour vous en été. Il faisait lourd dans la chambre malgré une température extérieure correcte. Obligés de laisser la fenêtre ouverte, c'était assez calme mais odeur de friture provenant du restaurant à côté.

De locatie alles is op loopafstand te doen of je kan met de bus . Super vriendelijk personeel denken ook met je mee . De kamers waren erg schoon.

Very friendly staff, great location, just a 3-minute walk from the West End. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Around a 10-minute walk to Edinburgh Castle. I had requested a quiet room and was given one with windows facing the courtyard, which I really appreciated. The bed was very comfortable.

The rooms are very poorly soundproofed from the inside, and the doors have no door closers and slam shut with considerable force. This is very annoying. The room was extremely small. There was not enough space for a large suitcase, and there was hardly any storage space for clothes and other belongings. The value for money is rather poor, as it is quite expensive for what you get.

The young men who checked me in were very nice and helpful. Jason and Tom. They checked me in early, 9:30 am, for which I was so grateful because I was exhausted from the International flight.

I booked a room for one, so my room was smallish--which didn't bother me. The bed was extremely comfortable and housekeeping visited each day to empty trash and replace towels. The only negative about the room was that it was very hot and even with the electric fan (that was provided) I had trouble sleeping at night because of the heat.

Mi è piaciuta molto la vicinanza al centro praticamente si arriva dappertutto a piedi e dall albergo il castello era meraviglioso in più avevamo un market proprio sotto strada, il check out alle 12 molto pratico

Non c'è il bidè ma si può ovviare, moquette in tutta la camera ma soprattutto sono passati a fare le pulizie 1 sola volta in 4 notti, noi rientravamo in camera dopo pranzo verso le 14 e non era ancora fatta
