The rooms are way too small. I paid for a king bed which really fit more a standard room size. It’s also smaller due to room layout. The bed is right next to the door. And because it’s right next to the door, you hear everything next room guest coming in and out of their room or in the hall way. They didn’t clean the mugs in the kitchen everyday. There was lip stick stain on the mugs. And tea bags are not added everyday. The shower head leaks water. I woke up in the middle of the of the night at the last day from the dripping water sound which I can’t stop the leaking water. Also don’t think they changed sheets during my stay.

Brilliant location and room was comfortable and had everything that we needed. Close to the centre of town but not close enough to worry about the noise etc. Early evening drinks that they offer is a really lovely touch and a welcome card. Super friendly staff.

The room size is quite tiny and also they provide complementary drinks from 5-6 pm; however, no body told us so until we by chance came to the lobby area.

We were abandoned by BA last night with no hotel so this was a last minute reservation. It’s lovely and I would definitely plan to come back. The young man at reception was very helpful and friendly. Just what we needed after a 14 hour flight into the wrong airport

Otroligt fint hotell, nytt rent och fräscht! Mycket hjälpsam personal som hela tiden såg till att vi gäster var nöjda och fick den hjälpen vi behövde. Utmärkt läge, bara några minuter från de flesta sevärdheterna, vi kunde enkelt promenera runt till alla sevärdheter vi besökte under resan. Ett riktigt trevligt plus var den inbjudande lobbyn som det varje eftermiddag serverades gratis dryck och snacks i. Det blev en härlig avslutning på dagarna när man varit ute och gått i stan i många timmar. Hade definitivt rekommenderat att bo här!

Everything! It was a wonderful stay. We were a little worried as it was very expensive but everything was perfect. Would highly recommend, good area to stay, peaceful and relaxing.

Parking was a pain - NCP car park is 15 mins drive away and expensive, even with the 50% discount for 24hs (£18 instead of £36).

First, I checked-in in a room in a lower ground floor, and there’s no view. it was super clean and very well equipped. but, the plug sockets weren’t working, and the telecommunication signal was too weak !

Clean, everything we needed. We were greeted with a big smile and enthousiasm. Bathroom had everything we needed! The complementary happy hour was a great addition!

It’s a walk to the old town but the busses stop in front. You’ll be close to Dean Village and a bunch of Edinburgh best coffee shops!

It was very dirty. Our room was not cleaned from the previous party. The room had not been maintained. The room was small and overall…overpriced compared to its market. It is not a luxury hotel.

We liked the everything in the hotel but the price is bit high compared to others which are closer to city centre.

After check out we called the reception staff to tell them that we forgot our passports in safe box and they responded that housekeeping did not mention about lost passports although we insisted to take permission from new gust to check the safe box but non of the stuff wanted to help. I had to go to the hotel physically to request them again the same and finally a wonderful staff called Yasmin helped us who went up to take permission from new guest and our passports were found as expected. بعد مغادرة الفندق، اتصلنا بطاقم الاستقبال لإبلاغهم أننا نسينا جوازات سفرنا في الخزنة، فردّوا علينا بأن التدبير المنزلي لم يُبلّغ عن وجود جوازات مفقودة، على الرغم من إصرارنا على أخذ إذن من النزيل الجديد لتفقد الخزنة، لكن لم يرغب أي من الموظفين في مساعدتنا. اضطررت للذهاب إلى الفندق شخصيًا لطلب ذلك مرة أخرى، وأخيرًا ساعدتنا موظفة رائعة تدعى ياسمين، صعدت إلى الطابق وأخذت الإذن من النزيل الجديد، وتم العثور على جوازات سفرنا كما توقعنا.

Everything was great! I really loved the hotel, and it made my stay so special, comfortable, and smooth. It was within walking distance of Dean Village, which is such a lovely place for a morning stroll. There were also plenty of nice cafés and restaurants around the hotel, which made the location even better.

This was a fantastic place to stay in Edinburgh! The staff were so welcoming and helpful and the hotel itself is in a great location with fab facilities. We especially loved the complimentary drinks hour on an evening.

This property is in a great location. We took a direct tram from the airport to the West End station and walked to the hotel from there. The staff were extraordinarily helpful. There is a meet/greet at 5 pm with wine and beer choices. The room was clean, great hot water shower/pressure, comfy beds, perfect size kitchenette where we had breakfast each morning as we enjoy not having to get out every morning. Well stocked grocery store close by. Great restaurants within walking distance. Walked about 4-5 miles per day. Totally enjoyed Edinburgh castle, Royal mile, people watching, Finge Fest performers. Fabulous outdoor market with local crafts/artists.

Personal attention to detail with note left for my wife who was in the city for an eye operation. The hotel allocated us to a room on the ground floor and close to reception….perfect!

الاستقبال ممتاز وسريع ، الفندق شبيه بالشقق لكن غرف مفرده بدون (فرن) ويوجد مايكرويف والفندق جديد ونظيف و(هادئ) جدا والغرفة التي سكنت فيها ليست صغيره جدا والمصعدين لا يوجد عليهم زحمه ابدا ، لايوجد مطعم ولا فطور ، وموقع الفندق انا اشوفه ممتاز , جميع الخدمات مثل السوبرماركت والكافيهات قريبه منه والامان 10/10 .

لا يوجد شطاف مع انه سهل تركيبه .

Sehr freundliches Service und Personal, schönes Ambiente in der Lobby. Am späten Nachmittag gibt es Getränke auf Kosten des Hauses. Gute Anbindung an den Flughafen mit Bus (Airlink) oder Straßenbahn, in 5-10 Gehminuten zur Haltestelle. Sehr ruhige Lage.

Die Zimmer waren mit der Küchenzeile sehr praktisch eingerichtet, aber klein. Für die Besichtigungen vor allem in der Old Town würden wir beim nächsten Besuch ein zentraleres Hotel nehmen. Preis/Leistung haben für uns mit Zimmergröße ohne Frühstück nicht ganz gepasst.

Great location (walking distance to just about anywhere in central Edinburgh), spacious rooms (the vanity was a really great addition!), amazing views of the castle from the windows, great shower. We were having a weekend at the Fringe as part of our honeymoon and the hotel very kindly left a handwritten card and some chocolate in our room.

C'est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel et ça en vaut vraiment la peine. Il est très bien placé, à 20 minutes à pied à peine du centre historique. Situé à West End, c'est vraiment très calme. On peut profiter de la ville et de ses animations tout en étant au calme. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. La cafetière Nespresso est vraiment un plus également ! Je recommande cet hôtel !!

Mycket trevligt hotell i ett lugnt område med 10 min till flygtåget och 20 min promenad till gamla stan. Otroligt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Rummen var fräscha och trevligt inredda men var lite små för 2 personer. Sköna sängar. Finns ingen frukost men de hade ordnat med rabatter till omkringliggande kaféer och restauranger.

The beds and pillows were super comfy I had the best nights sleep. I also like how we had a little kitchen bit and a beautiful view of the castle. I also like how there was a makeup desk

The location is really nice and very close to Dean Village, as well as city centre. It is a new build, so everything is new, with nice finishes, furniture and fittings. The lobby includes some really lovely artwork and selection of whiskies. I appreciate the ease of use of the lift by having to tap the card before entering the lift corridor instead of having to tap the card every time one uses the lift. The bed was really nice and comfortable, not your usual twin beds pushed together. There are sockets next to the bed, so you can charge your phone (but need an adapter). As the hotel doesn't offer their own breakfast, a kitchenette with Nespresso and a kettle and microwave was really nice (note: they provide a list of nearby cafés and restaurants and they all offer discounts if you show your room card, so they do care about your empty tummy :) They offer the generic Taylor's teas as most UK hotels do, i think using a local brand could have been a nice touch, also in the bathroom instead of Molton Brown.

We booked this hotel in hope of enjoying a view of Edinburgh through a spacious balcony just like in the photos. Instead we got a room the size of a maid's chamber, our bed aligned with a full wall, with a small window only at the end of the bed. We understand prices hike up during festival time, but at the price we paid we expected premium comfort with a view, thus the price per value remains very poor. Water pressure was OK, should be slightly stronger. A large wardrobe and kitchenette are offerred, which is lovely, but in comparison, the bathroom is pretty small and towels are stored on the wall behind the toilet, which just makes it feel unhygienic. The toilet can only be flushed if one puts down the toilet cover, which means you need to touch it, I just can't understand how somebody could plan a bathroom like that... Cleaning was decent, but inconsistent, and some days we were left with less towels. Again, everything was pretty OK and decent and it was nice to stay in a new-built hotel instead of an old shabby one, but I honestly think the seasonally increased price we paid based on photos and the information provided was left unjustified by the reality. I checked off-season prices, those feel more realistic.

The charged our card after we checked out which wasn't right bcos that should have been informed to us while we were checking out and asking for the outstanding. We weren't informed about the same. Apart from that everything was great. They were super accomodating.
