Everything. Kindness of front desk staff. Room clean and comfortable. Close to our venue. All great!
Loved everything
Pleasant ambiance
A concierge that sells sandwiches. A concierge when asked how do I get to the Niagara Falls decides to book us on a maple syrup tasting Niagara Falls tour which took five hours to get there when we were told it would only take two . Despicable!
cleanig service was done quick and room was very clean staff was very friendly really loved the pool
Location was great, rooms are big, very clean, stuff were very nice.
Gym is very old, room furniture needs refresh
Great Location , very mind and friendly staff
Strong smells in room, outdated rooms with a strong smell. No possibility to open windows and fan in bathroom not very strong so room felt humid

Stairs no poeter Difficult with big suitcasase
Beds were very comfortable. Clean
Extremely poor lighting in the room and very dark brown decor. Horrible view of a run down apartment building when I booked a superior location. Bathroom was tiny with no space around sink to put any toiletries. Lobby and public areas of the hotel were small and uncomfortable.
Die Lage des Hotels ist super, das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr sehr gut. Der Preis ist sehr hoch, daher hätte ich ein Frühstück erwartet.
Das im hohen Preis kein Frühstück enthalten war.
Struttura in centro , staff gentile e servizi completi
Camera di dimensioni piccole rispetto al costo, almeno rispetto ad altre strutture prese in Canada nelle stesse settimane

Loud never slept…people shouting and party all night
Great location, great staff & excellent breakfast buffet and restaurant staff. Easy to get to the Skydome. About 25 min walk to the Eaton Centre. Pool is great as well. Quiet sleep with is always welcome.
Nice place. I love the location, less than 6mins walk to C! tower, Aquarium amongst other attraction centre
It’s a beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. I loved that it had a Starbucks attached to it for convenience and the goldfish located in lobby was something you don’t see often, which added to the already luxury feel of the place.
I liked mostly everything. The only issue I had was the $300 hold on my card. I feel like $100/day for accidentals is too much.
We stayed in Toronto for the weekend for the Ed Sheeran concert. The Hyatt was conveniently located. It was a short walk to the subway so we could go to the Eaton Centre, and then just a short walk to the concert venue on the 2nd night. Lots of shopping and restaurant options nearby. The starbucks in the lobby was super convenient so we could have a slow morning, sipping coffees and deciding what we wanted to do before the show. The room was a pretty typical hotel room - two beds, tv, desk. It was clean and well-maintained. We didn't eat onsite, but there are options available. The beds were comfy, and it's nice to have 2 queens to fit adults and kids (instead of only doubles). Would definitely stay here again.
Perfekte Lage - gute Ausstattung - sehr gutes Personal
Pool war etwas schmutzig
great staff and location is very central to all Toronto has to offer. Well done to the staff who treated me wonderfully. this includes the bar gay late a night.
We went there mainly for their outdoor heated pool, which we told staff from arrival. Staff convinced us we would love the pool. When we got to the pool around 5pm . They said they closed the pool because it was windy outside. Mind you it wasn’t that windy and still warm outside and it’s a pool on a high rise and not an ocean. That was the only reason we even booked there. So it was little disappointing, which we explained to them and they did nothing to make the situation better.
It was a great stay, lovely clean hotel, centrally located and very friendly staff. Underground parking had in and out privileges until 4pm on checkout day which was great. The kids loved feeding the fish.
The hotel was in a great position, being right in the entertainment area. It was easy to walk to most places. The staff that we encountered were all friendly and helpful. We ate at the hotel twice, on arrival we used room service and once at King Street Social where we had breakfast. Room service was good. The food all good and service very quick. Breakfast was exceptionally good. We had planned on doing À la Carte but went with the buffet as the options were too good to be missed. The only minor gripe would be the omelette station. The omelette was perfect but I waited a long time as you have to wait for it to be collected by staff and by the time I received it my family had finished their food and the omelette was tepid. We had a great waiter but he was very busy and so I do not blame him at all.
Corner room was spacious, clean and comfortable - all hotel staff members were helpful and pleasant, from front desk reception at check-in to housekeeping. Despite a mid-city location, our stay was quiet and enjoyable.
Everything
The frontage make it impossible to see from the street while driving
Enjoyed a great stay at the Hyatt. We were able to check in early with the attention of Rob at the front desk. Room was clean and all as expected. Had a chance to use the pool facility which was rather refreshing. I did think breakfast was included, but was disappointed to find it was not considering the rate we paid for the night overall.
Excellent hotel. Walking distance to Roger’s Center Great weekend to see Toronto and Ed Sheeran concert. My wife was so happy
We stayed one night in August 2026 while attending a concert at Rogers Centre. We picked this hotel because we are familiar with Hyatt and feel like we know what to expect from the brand, and also because the hotel was located conveniently to the venue. The location was good. The property itself was fine if unexceptional. Service was polite but terrible. We would not recommend this hotel as a result, and when we return we will look to stay with a competitor. We booked a king room for three travelers (a couple plus a teenage child), which Hyatt's booking platform permitted. We specifically booked for three and requested a rollaway on the reservation at the time of booking. When we checked in within thirty minutes of check-in opening up, we were told they could not accommodate us with a rollaway, despite knowing well in advance that that was necessary for our party to have reasonable sleeping arrangements. Staff instead offered to bring extra bedding to our room "promptly" so that our teenager could use it to sleep on the floor. Needing to get ready for the concert and feeling like we had no other choice, we went ahead and checked in. When we left our room about forty-five minutes later, no one had arrived with the promised bedding, but we assumed that someone would deliver that in our absence while we were at the concert. When we got back to the hotel six hours later, we found no additional bedding. We immediately called the front desk to request it, only to be told that housekeeping wasn't available, they were very busy, and they would "try" to make something work. We waited again to no avail. We ended up stripping the one bed we did have and using its blankets and comforter to make something work for the night. When we called the front desk again to tell them not to bother, we were told that a manager was "almost there." No one ever arrived. Everyone we dealt with was polite, but politeness did not translate into even the most basic assistance. We understand that a requested rollaway may not always be available. What we do not understand is accepting a reservation for three guests, promising alternative bedding at check-in, failing to deliver it during the six hours we were away, and then failing again after two calls that night. Our teenager was left to sleep on the floor using bedding stripped from the room’s only bed. We do not expect perfection. We do expect a hotel, particularly one carrying the Hyatt name, to provide reasonable sleeping arrangements for the number of guests on the reservation or, at the absolute minimum, to follow through when it promises bedding. The location was convenient and the staff were courteous, but this failure overshadowed the entire stay. We would not recommend the Hyatt Regency Toronto and will stay elsewhere when we return.
Clean quiet hotel, nice rooftop pool, friendly attentive staff, walking distance to so many great restaurants and attractions.
In a charming neighborhood with good amenities and World of Hyatt elite recognition. Staff interactions have been great. Only complaint is the keys are very sensitive to demagnetizing. I’ve never seen anything like that at a hotel. Stopped working after 2 seconds near my phone.
This place needs some serious upgrades! Rooms are very outdated and in poor condition. The location is great but everything else is not good.
Room keys constantly demagnetized and no digital key available even though other Hyatt hotels during vacation had it. The WiFi was inconsistent. This is not acceptable with modern technology. No ventilation in bathroom which makes me believe things would be musty and probable with hidden issues we can’t see I am nervous of. Hotel and room are dusty and outdated. My breathing and asthma was not good here.
L’accueil de Zain, les petits déjeuners excellents et l’emplacement.
The staff were excellent and the rooms were very clean. Housekeeping was very responsive when needed. Easy walking distance to the Roger’s Centre and all the downtown attractions.
Stayed for one night after a Rush concert The good.. Excellent location Decent sized room Bed was confortable Nice bar area The not so good.: Room was very dated Limited connectivity No ramp from front entrance so had to lift cases up the stairs to front desk - no staff offered to assist Front desk staff somewhat unfriendly and asked for a 10/10 review even after seeing us struggle with our bags.
Gute Lage, moderne Zimmer.
Wifi hat nur sehr langsam funktioniert. Der Fön im Zimmer war defekt.
posizione silenzio
bagno un po’ vecchio
The hotel’s location was amazing. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Overall, it was a great stay.
We were stuck in toronto after our flight home was cancelled. The staff went above and beyond ti help us at a stressful time.
Easy check in. Very comfortable bed and pillows on 12th floor. Excellent bar tender in Roy who handed my lost driver's license to security.
The location of this property provides excellent walkability to many major points of interest in downtown (Kensington, St. Lawrence market, Chinatown, CN Tower, Rogers Centre, waterfront, shopping etc.... Unfortunately, the gym is quite small and crowded so I wasnt able to get in any workouts. Also, breakfast was quite mediocre (limited options). All in all, we would still look forward to staying here on our next visit to Toronto. Look for Ray when checking in. He is great. Exceptionally friendly and welcoming!
Great location, very close to a lot of tourist attractions. Clean rooms, decent food. Well maintained hotel. Staff are very helpful and accommodating for all your needs. Will go back next summer for sure. Have been using the Hyatt Regency for about 6 years a lot of the staff is the same. In my world that means a lot.
Óptima localização e conforto
A Amnit era a nossa concierge e foi impossível falar com ela durante toda a estadia. Tentamos inclusivente até enviar email com questões importantes e nunca ontivemos resposta. Uma desilusão.
Centrally located in the city.
Parking garage was filthy.
Check in was easy and parking was convenient.
Paid more than expected and no breakfast included. When I stay at Staybridge suites I get a big beautiful buffet for breakfast and it’s half the price for a suite.
This is an amazing Hyatt hotel in a great location in Toronto. We are visiting family but is staying close to downtown due to the closest to the University hospitals. The hotel is beautiful and the suite is so spacious. Everything was clean and the staff was very attentive and professional.
The hotel staff could not have been more helpful. We had a fantastic experience. We were able to check in early and the process was made easy.
Ashok & Travina provided excellent customer service in securing me a certain room type. The birthday dessert waiting ion the room at check in was awesome. The hotel itself is beautiful, well maintained, modern rooms, excellent location for walking to CN Tower & Rogers Centre. The breakfast buffet via Guest of Honor pass was awesome we loved it. Rooftop pool was cold but still a nice setting. Loved our stay!
Great location in the heart of Toronto. Walkable to the CN tower, Rogers Stadium and Scotia Bank arena. Lot's of fabulous places to eat close by.
The location of the hotel is superb. We walked to CN tower and lake dinner cruise terminal. We did hiking along the lake and mall shopping. Hotel staffs especially restaurant staffs accommodated my granddaughters allergies needs. We had a super relax family vacation.
It’s important to note: the customer service was excellent. We had an appetizer in the Lobby restaurant and it was fine. However, this didn’t feel like a Hyatt to us. It was more like a three-star Holiday Inn. I don’t see this to be snooty, but I am somebody who loves nice hotels. We usually stay at the park Hyatt, but it was sold out. Hyatt Regency are typically very nice hotels, but I would not stay here again. We were surprised That our “newly Renovated” room was so tired. The bed was visually lumpy, when we pulled back the sheets to check for bedbugs ((Which we do in every single hotel we stay at) It was obvious that it was a really old mattress. The room was carpeted in very worn, dated fabric, The bathtub was also very dated, with a super low old toilet, a step in tub, and a fixed showerhead (not even hand-held that is removable). We intended to lounge by the pool, but we were immensely disappointed when we got off the elevator and walked toward the pool area: We immediately noted that there was not a single area to sit that had Shade, there were no umbrellas, and it was just a tiny pool area with people sitting soaking their feet. It’s Unavoidable that the pool area is so tiny, but is by no means a pool you we would sit around and have a drink while reading. If you have young kids that want to jump up and down and splash around, this is the place. I want to get emphasize that the service was excellent, the staff was very, very friendly and helpful, and we have no complaints whatsoever. We deduce that because it was so close to the Rogers center, this is obviously a hotel young people stay at for baseball games and concerts. Despite the insane $600 a night room fee, it is not really for people looking for a “low-end (ie 4-star) luxury” room. Rooms need Major renovation. I was very surprised that this has maintained a four start rating.
We stayed at this hotel for a Shopify conference. The hotel did not provide an invoice with our company details, which caused us a lot of trouble. Even though we gave them all the necessary information, they did not help us and kept referring us to Booking.com. Without Booking.com’s support, they would not have taken any action.
Central location. Clean rooms. Nice pool. Friendly helpful staff.
Rooms not ready by check in time. Double beds small for two people. Constant Muzak in reception and no quiet area in which to wait after checking out. Not enough staff in reception (long lines to check in and out)
Location
Bad room arrangement. We booked and paid earlier for high floor with Toronto Tower view many months in advance, but we only got bad view with bad view upon checking up. That’s not nice nor fair. It’s shows that the hotel staffs didn’t care to make prior arrangements as per guests’ requests
Great location downtown Toronto. Great customer service. However hotel a bit old and blend. Room and bathroom on the smaller size. AC in room not performing enough. Would need to be updated to today's standards.
Great location. Very clean. Very expensive (almost $600) for the size and quality of the room. The decor was dark- dark brown carpet in hallways and room. At check out when I mentioned the need for updated decor, I was told that rooms up through floor 15 were renovated. We had been upgraded to a corner room on the 16th floor. Wish we would have been told about renovated rooms. Also be aware there is no valet and no one monitoring the small driveway circle at entrance. I was not able to pull up to unload our luggage at check in due to backlog of cars, so just went straight to parking garage to park. Hotel charges $40 per day to park, but the pay station in the garage only charges $30 for 24 hours, so that may be the way to go.
Great Location and view. Small rooms. Housefeeping staff is good but timebound, and not very helpful. Overall a good Experience
The hotel was in a great centralized location that was a short walk to a majority of the attractions and metro station. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing that I was a little disappointed in was that the bed was a bit older feeling than I expected. It was a spring mattress that sagged a bit and could use a replacement. Otherwise we loved the hotel.
Exceptional location with And easy walk to the subway. The hotel concierge and reception desk were very attentive to our needs and provide provided us with explicit directions as to where we needed to get to for the subway and other amenities around the hotel The hotel itself is gorgeous and parking is right there
It was a great time. The location is everything. You are close enough to walk to shops. There are plenty of eateries in the area. Try PHI Thai some of the best Thai fried rice I have had in a long time. The clubs are in walking distance as well, if you are looking for something to do in the evenings. The hotels staff is amazing. Housekeeping is very helpful and always available which is rare these days. Starbucks was in the lobby. They have a restaurant downstairs (which I did not partake but I heard the food was very good). It was a very nice stay and yes I would stay again.
Service
The pool was to hot to enjoy
Good
The key become not activated very early on the day of checkout despite we the reception provide late check out
Great Location, Pretty Mich Walking Distance From Everything. and The Cleanliness Of The Rooms And Property Were A Plus
The hotel was in a great location to walk to most of the things we wanted to visit. The food and bar were great. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was a bit dated but it was clean!
Wonderful hotel, very well located, very responsive staff, everything worked well, definitely would return withouit a dobt.
The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is tremendous.
The bathroom is very small
Lo único bueno es la ubicación
Es caro para lo que son las habitaciones. El hotel es antiguo, oscuro, las habitaciones muy pequeñas.
Hotel was in great location to the sport attractions in Toronto. Able to walk to Blue Jays game, Hockey Hall of Fame and Scotia Bank Arena. Recommend for families (kids ages 10-15) looking to do a Toronto sports themed weekend getaway.
Went for two nights with my sister and we had a great experience. The hotel was in a perfect location. Near so many restaurants. And we went to a Blue Jays game and it was just a quick walk back to the hotel after the game was over. At one point we were in our hotel room while housekeeping were making the rounds and had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. We left the room when housekeeping was still in the hallway and they went up to us and asked if we still wanted the room clean. I was very impressed with that. Also used the on-site parking. Very convenient and fairly priced.
En plein centre-ville, près de tout.
Avoir su, je serai arrivé directement par le stationnement, au lieu de passer par l’accueil et ensuite aller porter la voiture au stationnement.
Fantastic location in the centre of the city. It is about a 10 minute walk from Union Station and has its own car park. Staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Lovely little extras included my children being given fish food daily to feed the koi fish in reception. Pool was lovely on the roof top with long opening hours and heated so nice for a dip morning or afternoon. The gym is 24 hours which was useful when suffering with jet lag to go for a 5am workout. We had breakfast included which was enjoyed. Waffles and omelette made to order and beautiful fresh fruit, plus the usual meats, pasties, cooked items. Room was spacious and clean. We had a great stay and i would recommend this hotel for a family stay in Toronto.
If you are looking for the perfect base to explore the city, the Hyatt Regency Toronto is it. The location is absolutely amazing, putting you right in the heart of the action and within easy walking distance to everything you could want to see or do. The property itself is truly impressive. From the moment you walk into the lobby, the attention to detail is obvious, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and incredibly well-maintained. A massive highlight of the property is the rooftop pool—it is a fantastic amenity that is temperature-controlled to perfection, making it the ideal spot to relax and take in the views after a day in the city. What really set this stay apart, though, was the service. The entire experience was outstanding from check-in to check-out. The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, making the whole process completely seamless. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Toronto and would gladly stay here again!
On a rester prit dans l’ascenseur et aucun service
Fantastic stay, breakfast great, James our server was excellent
Great and easy location!
The room was recently renovated, which was lovely, but it was quite baffling there was no fan in the bathroom. The toilet was sweating and after a shower it was unusably foggy and damp. The pool was also quite nice, but they aren’t making the most of the space. A few twinkle lights and some faux greenery would go a long way.
Room carpets filthy. No valet. No concierge. No help with the bags. 15 minute waits for the elevator.
Hôtel très bien situé, très propre
Les chambres mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement, elles sont très propres mais pour un 4 étoiles la déco est un peu datée
Location was great. A few city blocks from main attractions such as Ripley’s Aquarium, CN Tower and Roger’s Centre. Atmosphere was metropolitan business, family, weekend getaway all are covered. Rooms was spacious, clean and modern. Pool was heated. Towels available right there as well as bathrooms and water cooler. Only downside is there is no shade as it’s on the 17th floor. Overall excellent experience for the price.
We had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. Location is central in the middle of downtown Toronto. Close to everything and all attractions. Convenient parking at the hotel and plenty of parking options outside the hotel. Hotel is clean. Noise level is not an issue. Service was great. Being our 5th stay at a Hyatt Regency in recent years; I get a feeling that Hyatt is neglecting to keep this brand of hotels UpToDate in terms of room furnishings, condition of the furniture, and general dark feeling of the room. They are often considered more like business hotels, but still, lots of families like us stay at them every now and then, especially because of their central locations. There seems to be more concentration on brands like Hyatt Place, Hyatt House, and Hyatt Centric in terms of having lively and modern look.
Good location with a neat rooftop pool. Water was warmer I expected it to be cold lol. Staff was friendly hotel had decent rooms and clean.

Nice and helpful staff, great location, really nice pool, tasty breakfast
All the staff were very courteous and friendly. The room A/C issue was handled by maintenance within 20-30 minutes of notification.
Excelente hotel
Great location, beautiful views, atmosphere was amazing. For first time we felt how it is to be Hyatt member, everyone was so helpful and nice. They make our vacation.
Couldn't fault the Hyatt. Everything was clean and tidy in our room and throughout the building. They served the best breakfast on our trip and Raj was very attentive to any of our needs.
There was loud music playing from a small vendor in the street below each day from which we could hear the base beat all day. We were offered another room but that's not the point. Come on Hyatt, with all your presence you should be able to make some form of compromise with the vendor even if they reduced the volume. We can't have been the only guests to be disturbed until late evening.
The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Parking was easy and reasonably priced for downtown.
A bit dated and the elevators were very slow.
Outdoor rooftop pool Breakfast amazing

Great location, extra large TV in room, very comfortable beds and pillows,
Very happy with my stay
Staff very helpful, location, fun atmosphere
Bathroom downstairs
L’emplacement, le staff, les équipements et le buffet du petit déjeuner
Rien
Excellent location to attractions, train stations, restaurants, etc. Starbucks is connected to the lobby, which was key. There are also 2 excellent bakeries within a block of the hotel. Rooms are slightly bigger than expected for a city hotel. Bathroom had a fan, which is rare, though it was a bit loud. My only complaints were that the room had no microwave, drawers were all very low (floor level), and the one side of the bed had no USB charging ports. Staff and housekeeping are phenomenal, esp. Zain and Bhing.
Great hotel, amazing location and friendly staff. The rooms were clean, the elevators were quick and the rooftop pool was awesome. We will for sure be using this hotel as home base in the future. Highly reccomend.
Location, pool, cleanliness.
Why, when they know there are 4 people in the room, do they only provide 3 bath towels? Why?
This property was absolutely fabulous! It’s centrally located in the downtown area where many of restaurants, shops & attractions are in walking distance. The staff was very professional & helpful, and the breakfast buffet offered many options. Looking forward to our next trip!
Great location! We were able to get into our room early which was great after a long travel day! Staff were lovely and helpful!
Can’t think of anything.
Chosen for its reputation and location, this hotel did NOT disappoint! We loved our super clean room with very comfortable bed! We appreciated A/C that worked very well and was easy to control and not too loud. The staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful. We will be back!
Very friendly staff, excellent clean rooms, great location!. Enjoyed my experience very much! The check-in experience was easy and friendly! We were given a map of the city and free bottles of water right on check-in. The hotel concierge was very knowledgeable. The room was modern and very clean. The checkout experience was equally easy, fast and friendly!
