Albergo molto impersonale. Avendo anche ristorante aperto agli esterni era sempre un viavai di persone e il personale neanche ti salutava all'ingresso. Considerando il prezzo i servizi non mi sono sembrati soddisfacenti. In camera neanche un bollitore né alcun tipo di prodotto di cortesia, solo dispenser.. Tra l'altro mi hanno addebitato due volte il soggiorno bloccandomi la carta di credito per diversi giorni nonostante avessi fatto presente alla receptionist che avevo già pagato (lei sosteneva erroneamente che fosse un preaddebito). Quando li ho contattati mi hanno risposto in un primo momento con molta arroganza sostenendo che fossa colpa mia per aver provato a pagare contactless. Alla fine per fortuna hanno stornato l'importo ma ho dovuto anche perdere del tempo. Mi hanno rimborsato almeno una notte di parcheggio. Inoltre al nostro check out l'auto lasciata al valet non era pronta (avevano preparato un altro veicolo!) nonostante avessimo avvisato per tempo ed abbiamo dovuto aspettare. E considerato che il valet costa 75 cad al giorno non lo trovo concepibile.

No access to the restaurant with the dog, even if pets are allowed in the hotel (Bar was closed). While booking no fees for pets were mentioned but then a rather high prize was mentioned while checking in. There is definitely space to improve concerning the handling with pet companions (that are well trained and behaving).

Ein großartiges Hotel in bester Lage. Vieles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind modern und sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt und als Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.

The room was spacious as was the bathroom. Bed was king and comfy. Location AMAZING for Jays Game, dinner at Le Select Bistro and walking to Union Station. Excellent.

The price is tough but in line with all hotels in the area.

Beim Einchecken war unser Zimmer Check In Zeit 15 Uhr nicht ready um 15:50Uhr! ( Kann mal passieren das ist kein Ding) wir haben 2 Kinder kamen vom Flughafen alle sehr müde. Uns wurde gesagt in 10 Minuten sei alles Ready. 16:20 hab ich nochmals nachgefragt da die Kinder unruhig waren und müde. Mir wurde sehr unhöflich gesagt das meine Eltern ja schon ein Zimmer haben und wir ja da hin gehen können. Und ich solle doch jetzt eifach warten bis es fertig sei. 2 vom Personal haben dann auch noch über uns gesprochen vor unseren Augen und die Augen verdreht etc. Ich war wirklich sehr höfflich habe auch erklärt das alle müde seien und mir gesagt wurde 10 Minuten es aber schon 40 seien.Man hätte uns etwas zu trinken anbieten können oder sich entschuldigen oder sonst was aber diese Art und weisse war wirklich sehr schade und hat das ganze drum und dran ein wenig kaput gemacht!

The location was very good, so it was convenient to get around for tours.

Check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but we had to wait until after 4:00 PM because our room was still being cleaned. Unfortunately, when we finally entered the room, we found that the cleanliness was not up to an acceptable standard. We took photos and reported the issue to the front desk. The staff apologized, offered complimentary breakfast, and moved us to another room. While we appreciated their efforts to resolve the situation, the overall cleanliness of the second room was also disappointing, with issues such as unclean cups and noticeable dust. Additionally, the washroom ventilation fan did not appear to be functioning properly. However, after the delayed check-in and room change, we were too exhausted to raise another concern, so we decided not to report it. We chose this hotel despite its high price because of its excellent location. However, given our experience, particularly regarding cleanliness and the delayed check-in, I would not choose to stay here again.

Lovely hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and have everything! Big mini fridge, hair dryer, TV, WiFi, water and coffee facilities. Black out curtains that open from the buttons on the side of the bed. (Highlight of the room). Products provided in generous shower. Front of house team friendly and professional. loved the free hot drink in the morning at reception. Top Lock on the doors is brilliant for a solo female traveller. I felt very safe once in the for evening. Perfect location for cafes and restaurants, would definitely stay again!

Staying in Toronto for a few nights, we opted for the Revery given its central location and Hilton. Arrival was friendly and welcoming, and the hotel itself is modern and tastefully decorated. Our twin queen room was well appointed, however the air‑conditioning was quite noisy. There were also a few housekeeping issues in the bathroom (unclean sink, etc.) that we reported to the front desk, but they weren’t addressed during the first day’s servicing, so we had to raise them again. Attention to detail in housekeeping was also an issue, e.g. one bathrobe and two towels in a room with two queen beds. Housekeeping service each day was slow - we placed the sign out at 10am however our room wasn’t serviced until after 3pm. Dining options were limited for a hotel commanding $450 CAD per night. Breakfast was good, served 7–10:30am and offered a nice selection of healthy options with attentive service, but lunch was only available 12–2pm, and the bar didn't open until 6pm.

First time staying here and it was great! Rooms look exactly like the pics...our room was on the 9th floor. Room was clean and very comfortable. We especially liked how there wasnt any carpeting. Worth the extra money to stay here. We paid the valet fee for our stay...it was worth it, especially in these cold temps.

Location was within easy walking distance for shopping on Queen Street and the Eaton Centre. Perfect location for attending Rogers Centre and CN Tower. We left the car with valet parking on arrival and didn't need it again until we checked out. It was a little out of our price range but we would definitely stay here again.

The room is well appointed, clean, fresh smelling. Bed is very comfy and clean.

La nostra stanza non era ben pulita. Il bagno era pieno di capelli di ospiti precedenti e la doccia non funzionava in maniera perfetta (non c’era molta pressione dell’acqua calda).

My wife and I spent four nights at the Revery Toronto Downtown over New Years, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we checked in, we were impressed—we were upgraded to a junior suite that was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. What truly set this hotel apart was the breakfast restaurant staff and hostess. Every morning, they greeted us with genuine warmth and friendliness that made us feel like valued guests rather than just room numbers. As someone with celiac disease who must eat strictly gluten-free, dining out can often be stressful, but the team here went above and beyond. They were incredibly careful with cross-contamination, knowledgeable about my dietary needs, and still managed to make the experience feel special rather than restrictive. The highlight of my mornings was their gluten-free French toast with fruit—an absolute treat that I rarely get to enjoy at hotels. Beyond the excellent food service, the staff also took the time to offer suggestions for fun activities and things to explore around Toronto, which enhanced our entire visit. I should mention that the staff were remarkably accommodating—they didn’t even bat an eye when I ordered my iced latte every morning despite the fact that it was well below freezing outside. That’s the kind of non-judgmental service everyone appreciates! I would highly recommend the Revery Toronto Downtown to any traveler, but especially those with dietary restrictions. The team here understands that managing dietary needs doesn’t mean sacrificing hospitality or experience—they deliver both brilliantly.

After a lot of research, we chose to stay at the Revery because of its location (slightly away from downtown, but still close to everything we wanted to do) and the price we were able to get. We had four people (2 adults and 2 teenagers) in a 2 queen bed room. The room was a very good size, with plenty of space for our four nights. The room (1017) was tucked in a corner and was very clean and the bathroom was a good size. We had service each day, which was appreciated with four people in the room. The staff was also very friendly. We had one issue with noise on our floor very late at night. We called the front desk, and security came right up and it was taken care of immediately. We had coffee from the coffee shop on the first floor several times, and it was pretty good. There is also a small fitness room (we didn't use it) and a restaurant (which we didn't eat at) on the 2nd floor. I would absolutely stay at the Revery again!

Beautiful hotel in downtown Toronto! A short walk from Union Station, Rogers Centre, and CN Tower. Plus, TIFF is right around the corner. The rooms are modern and sleek yet comfortable. I will definitely stay here the next time I visit Toronto!

Hotel was great in all aspects with the exception of the culinary offerings. The staff service is phenomenal across the entire hotel, I would like to highlight Katherine from the front office, Patricia from the morning breakfast as well as Julia (I believe that was the AM restaurant managers name I can’t quite remember), it’s also worth noting the PM restaurant manager on December 6 was great. Although the hotel, amenities, convenience and location was great, the food was a HUGE Letdown. I can say this has been the worst food I’ve had in a hotel in a very long time. As a foodie myself I find it exciting getting to try different food options and exploring what the hotels food and beverage program offers. The front of the house team was so attentive and always was very accommodating. The coffee was great in the mornings and the bartender on the evening of December 6th prepared an amazing aperol spritz. However I was very let down by the back of the house with the following: - Serving overcooked and though steak lacking in flavor - Item was not prepared as requested as I had asked for truffle fries which was a premium and the order was prepared with regular fries (however the server was accommodating and had them remake it) - Lobster Pasta presentation could have been better as it did not look as pictured in the elevators - Pasta could have also used some freshly grated Parmesan or something more upscale for the price - Bacon was swimming in a grease puddle - Omelette did not taste like anything despite adding cheese and onions (needs a little more seasoning) - Round breakfast potatoes although cute some were hard or completely raw in the middle. It seems to me that they have very inconsistent cooking practices. The service is great and would return but will be eating elsewhere in Toronto!
