Location clean great place to stay

Room was good, Continental breakfast was good, and that's all that was good!!!

Not being disclosed all of the fees, booking price of 154.00 on the booking.com site, upon checking in, paid 181.00, then when we checked out, had to pay another 79.00. Definitely will not use Booking.com again, nor stay at that hotel either!

Very clean and the bed was so comfy! Loved that the tram also stopped in front of the hotel.

Loved the location and the hostess when we got there for check in is always a delight. She has a great sense of humor and is always so welcoming. Really enjoy the staff and cleanliness of the hotel and room.

The beds are not comfortable. If the beds were improved this would be the top stay in the area that I have ever had.

The floors in my room have not been mopped in quite some time they were dirty.

The room was clean and spacious. Great water pressure in the shower. Reasonable breakfast options, Indoor pool available. Super convenient location to the main street in Gatlinburg. Very clean property, Daily housekeeping service provided. Comfortable beds. Snack and sundries kiosk near the lobby. Great fruit infused water available daily,

I am used to being recognized as a Hilton Honors member and receiving water and snacks. This was not done. The staff in general was not very welcoming but only had to act minimally with them. Based on the location I booked a room with a balcony, after an issue with our assigned room we were moved to a room in the front of the hotel, the balcony had a great view of the Hampton Inn sign. No need to pay the extra money for a balcony there is nothing to look at.

Charge my mom card 250 for smoking and I didn’t smoke no where in the building only in smoking section and I tried to talk to the manager Bob Lincoln but he won’t respond

We have stay at a lot of Hampton inn and this one was disappointing the breakfast was no good people were ok very disappointed will no stay at that one and the bed and pillows were bad !

Breakfast wasn't as good as other Hampton Inn hotels offer. Half of the food was already gone by 7 am, and no staff was trying to bring more

Pool nicht ausgeschildert, musste nach dem Weg fragen. Im Pool-/Fitnessbereich seltsamer Geruch. Zimmer mit Plattenboden, Flecken sichtbar (die man mit etwas Kratzen auch wegmachen kann).

The hot tub and pool were amazing and clean. The reviews were not kidding when they said there's no shortage of towels. They defiantly provide plenty for our stay. The breakfast room was very spacious and gave everyone the perfect amount of breathing room. The food was a good 4/5 rating. Nothing really to special and a little limited, but overall Good for the purpose of waking up to a decent meal to begin your day. The pillows are SO SOFT! The location is absolutely beautiful.

This could have been our error if we would have just asked, but for my wife whom is handicap with a leg prostatic, the toilets sat a little bit too low for her comfort. The beds were a bit to stiff for my back, but we do have a pillow top at home, so we're a little spoiled with a soft bed. Again, just a personal and honest preference and nothing that everyone should go by when choosing a hotel.

It was close to the Convention Center & it helped that the trolley stopped there in case we didn't feel like walking. The rooms was clean, the breakfast was good & loved the hot tub. It was a plus that it's pet friendly.

The pool was not warm enough & I don't know why we had to pay for hotel parking & we were guests at the hotel

That they charge for parking and the pillars they had on the king size bed was for like a couch

Love the atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean and the staff is always on point.

They have changed the beds and they are not as comfortable. They definitely need to add a pillow top or something to make it more pleasant.

Breakfast was good. Offered different items for breakfast each of the two mornings I stayed. Room was clean and staff very nice, especially at the front desk.

Just be aware, you have to pay for parking. But there doesn’t appear to be free parking anywhere in Gatlinburg.

Sentí que al lobby del hotel le así falta un poco más de atención en referencia a limpieza.

Love Hampton Inn & Suites. They accept my little doggie when I bring him. He is sweet little guy.

You need to make the parking fee on your website more clear

hampton inn's are always very clean and pleasant.

Hampton inn's are usually 10 for 10 on clean and comfort. but the bed and pillows on this one were 8/10.

We booked thru Booking.com and were given a final price. Upon checking in we were charged $15.00 per night for parking. We parked in the parking lot attached to our stay so not sure why we had to pay for our space. We’ve been going to the Gatlinburg area for 20 years and have NEVER had to pay an additional fee for parking. This is nothing more then an up charge and we will not be back to stay at the Hampton Inn….breakfast was skimpy and not what I would call a good deal

Rooms are extremely small, I put in the website I had a 2 and 7 year old, and it said it would accommodate them, the room definitely did not. The room advertises 300 sqft but it’s more like 180. You have to pay $15 a day for parking but there is nothing when booking that tells you that

15 dollars a day to park, hot tub didn't work, broke fixtures in bathroom, front desk staff was rude, breakfast was terrible, bacon was raw barely cooked.

There were wire baskets that are supposed to be a dresser!? I was charged for parking!!! And after I left!!! The bar on the shower door broke. The towels are 100 years old.

Trash pick up was loud & early. Booked because it had a hot tub but it was empty 😡beds were mattresses on springs that were so noisy when you moved.

Clean, comfortable, generous room size, friendly helpful staff, pet friendly, amenities, usual breakfast was fine, good neighborhood, felt safe, walkable to town, trolley goes by as well though service animals only. We will seek out Hampton Inns again.

I liked the location and the size of the rooms and bathroom in the studio.

I didn’t like that parking is an extra charge. It would’ve been different if I had known in advance that parking is an extra $15 a day. In my opinion, that should be made known when the reservation is made and not found in the fine print.

Good location.

The room we stayed in had a thumping noise outside . Finally the second night service tech came out saying it was a pump to pool causing the noise . Very annoying sound . First breakfast we tried to eat but staff couldn’t keep food out was out of food a lot .

I did not like that i had to pay $45 for parking in the hotels park lot. I do not think you should have to pay to park in the hotel parking lot.

I requested adjoining rooms and didn’t get them:( also never had to pay a parking fee until today:( should have let us know at booking :(

Cleaning crew failed to clean the room. Had to remind the front desk the room needed cleaned, towels needed replaced and they still did not clean the floor. Room 524 has a musty smell and bathroom wall has mold behind the toilet

Unfortunately we found multiple hairs stuck all over the room and bathroom. The beds have this fabric cover that zips shut over the mattress and the zipper is zip tied so u can’t open it, but that was stained and kind of gross so idk if they take those off or just the sheets. Black handprints on bathroom door. Forget privacy while using the restroom as it’s an odd sliding door that is open all the way around. Some of the staff was great (I believe the main girl is Stephanie and she was very accommodating but others were short or rude to my kid when she was getting snacks. Beds were not comfortable and pillows were super lumpy. For the price we paid I kid of expected a bit higher quality I guess. Oh we also found several clumps of hair in the pool.
