Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Gatlinburg Downtown

The hotel ran out of breakfast (eggs, milk, OJ) each of the three days of our stay and the servers did not seem to care. They stood around the kitchen and talked. The hotel charged $15 a day to park and yet two buses occupied 15+ spaces leaving us on one night without a space to park. The buses should have been directed to park in another remote location after dropping off their passengers or the hotel should have refunded our parking fee.

The AC wasn't working in the room, and once reported it was fixed in a timely fashion. The maintenance person was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Beautiful hotel. Great location.

Nice hotel... awesome front desk staff

Na

The pool area, the size of the rooms, the cleanliness, they even left fresh towels and toiletries on our second day

The cost was more than I normally spend and then the additional parking fee

The clean hotel and room.Staff was pleasant and helpful

Location was great

Around 1am people hitting door room, staff is not professional, my son forgot a watch and they want I pay $70!! for returning it. We spend a lot money only for 1 night!!!

Location is decent. Fairly quiet off the main Parkway. Clean rooms, contemporary decor.

Breakfast was lacking in variety - powdered eggs and sausage. Waffle maker decent, but no butter near where the station was. Had to search. Pastries limited. At best, average.

Comfortable; good value for money

The location is out of the center of town; quieter but requires taking the car and expensive parking to go downtown. Also, one of the elevators did not work

The surrounding views and proximity to the downtown, etc.

None I can mention.

the room was clean , and the staff was friendly

one of my pillows had dried up blood stains on in, and the weather wasn't good they had a pool and hot tub , i just wish the hot tub was in doors , since it was snowing and the sofa sleeper/couch was not comfortable at all , my son back hurts now but if they where to make those changes then this would be where i would always select when going into town

The hot breakfast was DELICIOUS!!!

We had a late check in due to having to come help our daughter whose car broke down. The man working the front desk had an attitude with us while trying to book over the phone. The woman who helped check us in was good, though.

The trolley

Limited breakfast options at hotel.

Loved the room layout

Could have comfier beds

Clean, well maintained hotel. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff.

The hotel plays music by the pool until 10:45 pm nightly. Unfortunately, it drifts up into our room too. I thought someone was having a party until I called the front desk to ask about it. They turned it off at 10:30 pm. I am sure it is fun by the pool but not so fun in your room as night gets later. Also, do you really need to charge for parking?

The Staff was So Nice and Professional! Very knowledgeable about The Area, Gave Recommendations. The Bed was Comfortable! Stay was Lovely 😍

The fact that we had to Finally Depart! Stay was great! Parking wasn't too bad, but it does get crowded. Although we didn't eat breakfast there, it was provided on site!

Location

Breakfast wasn’t good

Pool for kids

Took a long time to check in. Tech issues with process. Did not get two double beds in one room which is what was requested.

Location , cleanliness , staff

no complaints

Laura was terrific. I had a problem with a Marriott gift card and she was absolutely wonderful in taking care of the issue.

The cleanliness and great property quality! We had a very comfortable nice stay! Definitely recommend!

There’s nothing I didn’t like!

Everything

The location is perfect and the room cosy and nice

Room size was good, bathroom great, bed was comfortable

Guy at desk at check in, not friendly or welcoming. Pillows suck.

1000 de 10

Breakfast was good, but variety could have been better. Location was good!

The Bed and sofa were too soft with little support. The toilet was extremely low to ground.

Very conveniently located

The property was very clean, and nice!

NA

Location and SPA !

the air conditioner/heater in the room was somewhat noisy at night felt uncomfortable

Room 211- There was nothing wrong with the breakfast. I preferred to eat at local restaurants.

Nothing. Everything was great. The older Jamaican gentleman was a pleasure to talk to.

Very clean

The bears came to us in the parking lot! Also across the street in a neighbor’s yard. Even watched the 5 bears run up the trees. Nice breakfast.

Elevator malfunction and one had to be closed which made the wait pretty long. Not their fault though.

La limpieza

Que cobran wl parking

The property itself was clean and a nice hotel. Most of the staff was pleasant. The breakfast in the mornings was good.

I didn’t like the fact that the staff member we checked in with seemed offended I had paid with affirm and then said they hadn’t received payment after I had already called to confirm payment. After that we didn’t get a welcome packet and certainly wasn’t told you also get charged for parking and etc. It shouldn’t matter how a customer pays for a room just do your job and be professional. The only other complaint was the bed/pillows were uncomfortable.

Everything was fine except charging me for parking and not mentioning it to me as I checked in. Big surprise.

Didn't like being charged for parking when on booking it say parking available. They could at least have the courtesy of explaining your going to get billed extra for parking so your expecting another charge and calling to find out then get someone rude on the phone. Never will I stay here again

Limpieza y te limpian la habitación a diario!

El desayuno puede mejorar! Pero no es malo….

Breakfast was very good and the location was very convenient. Most attractions were within walking distance.

I didn't know about the$16/day parking fee until I checked in.

Very close to downtown Gatlinburg, easy walk.

Not a good view of mountains

I loved the facility’s location and how clean and spacious my room was.

Had an issue upon check in with front desk staff. He was very rude and unprofessional.

Clean

Bears

Good location

Staff was very friendly and courteous.

One of the two elevators was not working and it looked like this was a long time issue. This made for some very long wait times. Especially in the morning because the housekeeping had to use the same elevator. Breakfast was okay but there was no variety. The same items were available and was uninteresting for a multiple night stay.

The location is off the Main Street making it an easy place to get around. Also close to the trolley stop

I was very supportive that there is a daily parking fee. For being not in a major city it was a little much

Everything

It was perfect

It was very clean and rooms were nice.

Staff was not friendly and when we left at 5am there was no one on duty at the front desk. I’ve never seen that before. Lights off, office door shut, card collector out. Interesting.

Everything was good except the fee for parking didn't no about that till check out time 🙃

Parking fee

Spacious rooms, hot tub, and location. Clean towels and wash clothes daily(w/o asking).

Slow elevators. Minimal breakfast options.

Excellent location, service, cleanliness, and comftable space. We will definitely stay there again.

All is good

The room was nice and clean close enough to town but far enough away to be out of the noise

The king size bed was not that comfortable very firm mattress

Clean room, comfortable bed. Close to Downtown Gatlinburg. It is walkable to downtown Gatlinburg via Airport Road, about a mile.

Clean and location

Paying 15.00 a night to park in the hotel parking lot that I booked and paid for room. Will not be staying with them again.

Room size

Charged twice for stay, hotel advice Booking. Com didn’t send payment., even though showed them payment made 10 July. Still took full payment. Still waiting on getting this sorted. A bit of a long walk to get back to hotel

Kamer. Badkamer. Bedden. Ontbijt.

Eigenlijk niets.
