Un buen hotel que cumple con las expectativas. Habitacion amplia, sin grandes lujos pero más que suficiente. En una zona muy buena cerca de Magnificent mile y por tanto cerca de todo.

Solo pasamos una noche y todo estuvo muy bien, aunque la vista de la habitación no era la mejor. Volvería.

We had 2 adjoining rooms for our Girls Trip. It was very convenient and made it easy for us to hang out with each other

The service at Breakfast. We had to ask someone to send a waiter over to our table to take our order after we sat for about 15 minutes. It was not that busy and we were ignored when we asked for service/

Overpriced for a low tier quality hotel. ALL towels were dirty no matter how many times it was replaced. For $500+ 3 night stay Motel 6 was better quality than this hotel. Disgusting. I felt myself itching every night.

Greeting and checkin went well, the room was spacious and clean.

As we booked through Booking.com we were told that the included breakfast was only for the adults and that the children would be extra, this needs to be stated clearly. The windows were very thin and we heard everything from the street even though we were many many floors up.

The vents on the air conditioner were filthy. Dust settled on every surface and made me sneeze. There were crumbs on the floor, coffee rings and other stains on the desk, and the fridge leaked. I also couldn't connect to the WiFi despite entering the correct password.

Breakfast was average for vegetarians.

Reception staff were aloof and did not give any info about hotel facilities. No toothpaste or tooth brush provided in the room. It wasn’t worth the money that was charged for the room.

Great room with comfortable beds and an excellent location. The breakfast was amazing, with both buffet and à la carte options, and the food was really good. Having a pool was also a great bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Comfy hotel for a short stay at the heart of Chicago, excellent location!

Pool and staff were very nice and very helpful. Bed and linens were comfortable. Room was clean.

There is no ventilation in the bathroom. The ceiling collected steam and dripped on the floor after showers. Perhaps the price reflected it being Lollapalooza weekend, but for the amenities and room available, almost $700 for a single night was too much.

The location and the view.

There was hair in the bath tub along with dust and dirt with crumbs along the walls of the room. The mattress pad had urine on it from the previous guest and when I asked to speak to someone they said the Housekeeping Director would get ahold of me and they never did. I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes and the Director never showed up. I told them I could not wait any longer and they said she would call me by phone which also never happened. I am upset I spent money on an upgrade and slept on pee all night before we noticed it.

Room. Bathroom UGH. Traveling with a friend. One sink, had to constantly request towels, only one initially provided. Ran out of toilet paper, there was no extra. Floor was not clean. No ceiling fan.

$50 for early check in when room is sitting empty seems excessive. Starbucks opens at 6am but no-one can tell you when it closes, so you can't rely on it. One member of staff needs some customer service training!

I gotta tell ya. This place was cool. Hotel rooms were like usual, but cleaner. But the star of it is the outside pool on the 5th floor. Seriously. Laying in the sun, in the middle of the city,… it’s awesome. Surreal even. THEN, I’m done there, great day, walked to the Irish bar down the block, Timothy O’Tools, and had an effing blast. I’m a die hard Eagles fan, and I met some of the staff at this same hotel. They were freakin’ awesome guys with a great sense of family and humor! Greeeeeat time!! Check it out. You’ll be glad ya did.

Stayed for a weekend in June, hotel was fine. Paid $65 per night to park in the attached Doubletree parking garage. When checking out on Sunday morning, found my car window was broken and components of the dash were stolen. Notified hotel staff and security, was offered a garbage bag and tape. Security and police said car was likely target to be stolen. Hotel management never reached out to offer apology or any additional info on the break in. Very disappointing customer service!

Amazing views of Chicago and the property itself is very nice. The pool is slightly smaller than it looks on photos, but a good temperature. Unfortunately, the reception staff were incredibly inefficient and left us stranded for over 1h30 at the start of our stay because they “couldn’t find our booking” and then miraculously it appeared. They offered us a $75 food voucher. The level of warmth and customer service was generally very poor, but the rest of the stay was decent enough.

Our hotel was clean, close to everything we were doing, and great for one night. We really appreciated Ozel with HGV specifically, he was super kind and welcoming!

Cleanliness, the pool area, and location.

Just the size of the bathroom. Kinda small with 4 people. Other than that; everything was great

Very average for the price point. Mostly we were only there to sleep and the beds were comfortable and nice. But the bathroom was old and in need of a remodel. As well as the room carpet and walls. Just a dingy vibe overall.

Peter and Evelyn Grand vacation ambassadors were two of the best people you can meet and are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful . Overall highly rate this place

Check in was told to us to come at 2:30 and then we waited till 4:00, everyone laying around and kids laying on the ground and then a long line at 4:00 so more waiting. Unfriendly staff, three towels in our room of 4 and when we asked the crew for more we were told no. Small elevators for 26 floors. Our room carpet was stained and the bathroom was dirty

This hotel had nice, clean, modern rooms. The location is great and close to so many things that make Chicago great, and the service is exceptional.

We recently stayed here and, unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience overall. The one bright spot was the restaurant. Since our room wasn’t ready at the check-in time, we decided to have dinner there while we waited. The meal was good, and the restaurant staff were great. However, after dinner, our room still wasn’t ready. Going on over an hour after check in time and wanting to get ready for the Cubs game. The front desk apologized and offered either to give a discount at the restaurant or give us Hilton Honors points for the inconvenience. Since we had literally just paid for dinner, we chose the Hilton points, but they have yet to appear in my account. To top it off, when we finally got to our room, there were no bath towels. The only towels available were pool towels, which we had to use after showering. It may seem like a small detail, but after an already delayed check-in, it was frustrating. The only other positive was that parking was easy and convenient. Overall, while the restaurant was pleasant, the delayed room, unfulfilled compensation, and lack of basic room amenities made for a disappointing stay.

Spent some time with Mr. Peter during our stay at the Hilton Grand Vacation. He is an HGV expert. He made us feel at home and gave us excellent advice on the HGV and what to do around Chicago. The Double Tree/HGV staff were all super friendly, helpful, and attentive. Very professional, friendly, and good vibes at this hotel. Look for to staying again!

This property was a great location with walking distance to Navy Pier and Riverwalk. Our king room with a city view was everything! The room and hotel were very clean. The pool was perfectly warm and outdoor. The cookies at check-in are delicious and you can actually ask for more during your stay. They had staff that would text and check how your stay was which was nice.

The only thing I would say I didn’t like was I wish the rooms had microwaves. They did have one downstairs to use. Other than that the hotel was perfect and we’d definitely stay again.

The location is GREAT I aways stay here when in Chicago however this trip was outrageous price wise, so disappointed. I never usually pay more then $400 for the weekend to stay here. This trip the hotel was $1021, that is highway robbery knowing hotels can up and down their prices so steeply depending on what's going on, no wonder why travel for families has become less and less with these prices.. I am a rewards member, my husband stays in a Hilton 1-2 times per month and even as a rewards member you get no price break, and FYI if you book thru a third party you cannot get your reward stay points added which is BS as the hotel is still getting your money Cookies are always a bonus And if thinking of staying here, there is NO fan in the shower so unless you leave the bathroom door open the mirror is always steamed up and unable to use for a bit after shower, but rooms are spacious and quiet, just not a great view looking at another cement building out your window, not what a first time Chicago visitor wants a view of

All the employees ( front desk, pool, housekeeping) were so pleasant and helpful. I am especially grateful for the housekeeping staff assisting me in getting my luggage cart down to the lobby. The girl working on the 4th floor noticed my struggle and went to find someone to help me. I will definitely be staying here again ion my trips to Chicago.

Pay for WiFi?? Crazy!

I stayed 2 nights. Parking is overpriced at $60 a day. Room is a standard hotel room and definitely not worth it. Meals are expensive, can easily eat somewhere else for less. Service was very slow, never enough people working at the desk.

Peter was great to me. Extremely curious and polite, and explained the Hilton Grand Vacation extremely well.

the pool was great and had a big range of hours which was nice. bed was great - view was great. food at hot house was also pretty good. location was great. easy navigation to michigan ave and elsewhere but not to close. whole foods nearby was very convenient.

price for what you get was a bit much - one morning had neighbors slam their door between 5am and 7am about 20 times. (unsure if it was a staff door) but i understand that happens. also only got one creamer over the course of 3 days :'(

The hotel was great. Clean rooms, great food. They have a starbucks inside the hotel. For the meals at the restaurant or the Starbucks you can charge it to your room so you don't have to carry cash or card all the time. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The one thing I didn't like is that they don't take cash for incidentals and you need a card. The fee for incidentals is 100 per night, not 75.

Location was great and the pool was amazing! The only complaint is we booked for 2 nights onsite but while we were enjoying the city they checked out, staff was in our room, and they made our keys unusable only after our first night. Had to deal with staff and so far, hoping the bill ends up being right. Staff was friendly.

Hilton double tree hotel was incredibly welcoming, and amply concerned about our comfort immediately from stepping foot in the door. The room was clean and nice with two beds, TV, coffee maker, and the stuff you would expect. The shower was really neat in that the floor was constructed to drain the water without a tub or other obstacles in your way. Nice view of the city where we were, and we were within walking distance of shopping and restaurants galore. Garage is attached to the hotel, and an elevator will take you straight to the lobby. The workout center has a lot of equipment, including something like 7 treadmills.

Parking is $65 for 24 hours, and not great with the hourly rate either, so don't plan on a lot of in and out with the garage unless your credit card has a high limit. And don't drive anything too big, or your vehicle won't fit. Breakfast is a $29 buffet, or items off the menu, which aren't much cheaper. Drinks are included with the buffet though. There is no continental breakfast, but there is a line for pre-made breakfast items and coffee adjacent to the restaurant.
