La posizione è il punto di forza perché è comodo a tutto, a due passi dal fiume e dal MM. Camera abbastanza ampia e bagno nuovo. Personale cordiale.

La struttura è molto basica, hotel business veramente standard. La colazione è di qualità mediocre e cara per il livello che offre.

Not worth the money at all all I smell is weird car fumes thru out the hotel and no staff helped me with my car got lost trying to find the garage because the lady told us the wrong location was 900 almost 1,000. For 2 nights very unfortunate!!

Ціна не варта того, що за неї отримуєш. За що я заплатив майже 500$ за ніч? За 6-й поверх із звичайним видом на вулицю, пляшку води в номері за 9$ та платний WiFi? Я вибрав не самий дешевий номер і сподівався хоча б на гарний вид із верхнього поверху. Платний WiFi в готелі це зовсім щось не зрозуміле. Приїжджаєш в готель і дізнаєшся, що маєш доплатити ще 300$ за якісь податки - може варто одразу включити це в ціну на Booking, а не писати дрібним шрифтом, що це не включено в ціну? Я повністю розчарований. Жалкую, що не вибрав інший готель - або дешевший зі звичайним видом на сусідні будинки, або дорожчий, але із гарантованим верхнім поверхом. Перший раз в Чикаго і таке розчарування.

Top Lage, große Zimmer und Badezimmer. Alles sehr sauber.

It was clean, everything was neatly folded. The bed was very nice and well made, the room smelled nice.

I didn't like the fact that I asked for a nice view, it was very important to me. It was my boyfriend's birthday and I was giving him a surprise, so I asked for a high floor and a view, but all we saw from the window was some incomprehensible building and a parking lot. I was very disappointed.

Excelente opción para Chicago Downtown. Habitaciones espaciosas y buen servicio.

런던 하우스와 비교하다 수영장 때문에 결정했는데 공사중이라 사용을 못했다. 예약 컨펌 메일에 나온 날짜와 달라서 가족의 수영복을 챙겨간 것이 짐만 되었다. 그리고 데일리 리조트피 같은것으로 사용 가능한 것들이 너무 제한적이고 설명이 자세하지 않아서 마직막날 공항 가는 우버에만 겨우 쓸 수 있었다

Did not like that the pool was closed when booked different dates was on pool closure did not know it changed. Was unsure about breakfast said included but did not say if it was for only 1 time or ever-day during your stay. Messaged but no response .air conditioning was shit off when out of room returned to hot room.

Staff are friendly and accommodating, rooms are big and clean. The bed is extremely comfortable, the best sleep I have even gotten.

Der Pool war wegen Reparatur geschlossen. Dies war aber ein wesentliches Auswahlkriterium. Die Gutschrift für das beinhaltete Frühstück war niedriger als die durchschnittlichen Frühstücksangebote. Dabei waren Getränke noch nicht inbegriffen.

Poor service for a hotel that bills itself as a luxury stay. They failed on two basic requests most hotels would manage with ease: We were flying out early in the morning and wanted (a) early 6am breakfast via room service, and (b) a taxi to the airport. Room service doesn’t start early and they wouldn’t even arrange a taxi for us the night before (front desk sent us to doorman, who refused and sent us to front desk).

The hotel is so welcoming. We are greeted at the door by friendly staff outside and inside. Location great. Felt safe walking. The interior lobby is stylish without being pretentious. Great artwork. The huge tv screens perfect during World Cup. Checked in easily and staff courteous. Great way to start our first vacation in Chicago. The room is lovely with a fabulous window view of the city and rooftop bar area. The bed is so comfortable and great pillows. The bathroom also fantastic with very nice towels. I think maybe an extra hook for hanging towels or clothes would be smart. The conditioner was empty in the shower so we requested refill which they did. The AC worked well. The breakfast restaurant exceptional food, yet not for the brewed coffee (very weak) even with extra shot of espresso. Staff good service and extensive menu. Great Road 66 decor! The complimentary pour over in the quick cafe was so nice but we could not take advantage of it but one time for times listed. Too bad they don’t stay open just a bit longer. We ordered a 9:30 dinner at the bar and it was fair but glad it was open. The waitress was so nice and friendly, we were tired and it was a late dinner, and she made us feel special.

I think the parking fee is too costly. We were glad we didn’t take a car into the city. I think maybe opening the pool earlier than July 1st would have added a lot to our trip. Even to just sit near it would have been nice.

Great hotel! The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The corner room had a great view. The location is perfect and about a 5-7 min walk to Mich Ave/river. Be aware if you are looking at pictures, that the hotel is the smaller (14 floors) of the two buildings with the name on them.

I reserved three hotel rooms for my family recently at Loews Chicago. I chose Loews because of the special rates and extra benefits that Chase Sapphire Reserve credit card offers. Loews is one of Chase’s “Edit” class of hotels. I don’t know the hotel’s age, but everything looked new and clean. The only downside was the unavailability of the hotel’s swimming pool. Breakfasts were large and delicious (free with Chase Sapphire). We also enjoyed the lobby bar and restaurant—beautiful surroundings and excellent food and service. The rooms were large and well appointed. The view from our 14th floor room window was magnificent. Customer service from everyone on the staff was outstanding, and the hotel’s location was ideal for walking to nearby restaurants and attractions. We found the nearby parking lot a bit confusing to navigate, but it was convenient.

I really loved the location the views were amazing.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this Loews hotel. Most importantly, there is a window that opens so that you can get fresh air, despite this being a high-rise, modern hotel. The room furnishings were lovely and up-to-date, the bed and sheets were very comfortable, and the hvac settings were very good. We were able to sleep in to 8am without being woken up by sounds elsewhere in the hotel (we were on the 8th floor, with fast frequent elevators). The hotel lobby was buzzing with activity; several weddings inside as well as the world cup on large screens! The only negative was the shower, which could have had a bit more water pressure and a bit warmer maximum temperature.

The property is in a great location and is absolutely beautiful. The staff were amazing also and were so helpful. We really loved our stay.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for three nights and It was outstanding! Only complaint was the rooftop bar was closed. The staff was friendly, room was magnificent and the view was incredible. One of the best hotels we have been to.

The hotel was very clean and neat however, amenities were extremely expensive and there were several very substantial design floss in each room. The refrigerator in the room kept food at best lukewarm in the refrigerator in the gym was the same trying to get something cold was nearly impossible. The bathroom demonstrated several issues that most people don’t like First the sliding barn door leaves little for privacy. It has large gaps, and if you’re traveling with the group, it can be very emotionally uncomfortable to have your roommates. Listen to one of your bathroom movements. This seems to be a trend, but it’s bad separately. Whoever designed the showers put the showerhead and the controller 3 feet away from the door, which means that you have to go in when you turn on the shower and get splashed with ice cold water before the temperature correct A bottle of water was nine dollars. Which appears to be why most rooms had GrubHub or DoorDash delivered rather than spend money at the hotel.

I thought this hotel was really beautiful. Centrally located and the service was excellent. We requested pillows from housekeeping and they came in 20 mins. We had an awful experience w a family on our end of the hallway. Crying children in the hallway (!!) doors slamming at all hours (they have the heavy self-closing doors that are very loud). This isn’t the hotel’s fault, however the hotel was overrun w kids. At breakfast we noticed over half the tables had kids under 3. If this is not your thing and u would like to sleep/eat/relax without the noise of a crying baby or toddler this is not the place for you. Hint: make sure to make reservations if you want to eat in the hotel restaurant ETA for breakfast. We didn’t the first day and the wait was an hour.

Booking.com had wrong information about them having a pool. No information was given on breakfast that was included… which wasn’t actually included it was just a credit of $30 per day. 2 people don’t actually get breakfast.

Warning: Be very careful of accepting an upgrade here. Upon check-in we were offered a complimentary upgrade for booking with the Chase edit collection. We were told for an additional $75 we could upgrade to a Lakeview suite, we accepted. When I received the bill it was $75 per night, plus a variety of taxes that ended up being an extra charge of $180 dollars. This isn't a matter of affording it or agreeing the room was nice, but the whole thing was not explained properly, nor is there any documentation that we agreed to this (nothing signed). It felt like some cheap Carnival cruise up charge vs what I would expect from a hotel like this. The reality is without this situation and managements refusal to address it this would be a five star review. Room and location were great and they treated kids wonderfully.

En arrivant à l'hotel, on m'a proposé une chambre supérieur pour 60dollars supplémentaires (2nuits). j'ai accepté, car à l'acceuil on m'a vendu la vu sur le lac. Nous étions au 5eme etage vu ville. Il y a plus de 35 étages dans le bâtiment...

Prachtig uitzicht over Lake Michigan vanuit de kamer. Het hotel ligt fantastisch en vanuit het hotel zijn de meeste sights goed te voet bereikbaar. Het ontbijt was goed. De hotellobby is gezellig en levendig. Ik zou dit hotel zeker aanraden.

De schoonmaak van de kamer vindt elke ochtend rond 8-9 uur plaats. Rond die tijd gaan de dames van de schoonmaak op je deur kloppen om te vragen of ze al mogen beginnen in je kamer. Dat heb ik nergens anders zo "opdringerig" meegemaakt. Opgelost door een "note" aan de deurklink aan de buitenkant van de kamerdeur te hangen. Ontbijtfaciliteiten: onvoldoende ruimte in de ontbijtzaal om zonder reservering in de ochtend heen te kunnen gaan. Dat was wel jammer en was onvoldoende duidelijk gecommuniceerd. Parkeren is duur in Chicago, dus ook via het hotel.

I've come here a few years running for a conference and always enjoyed it. The hotel is clean, well-kept, in a great location, and has nice spacious rooms and really comfortable beds. Also, the restaurant has a nice setup and serves good food - I particularly like the lobster roll. This year, however, they renovated the rooms, removing, among other things, the desk and swivel chair, and as a business traveler, I really missed having those. I didn't like the round bistro table they replaced the desk with and I didn't like the new lights, which weren't bright enough, or the new painting. Both clashed with the rest of the room. I much preferred the rooms as they looked last year - there's no need to make the lighting "more atmospheric." The renovation clearly included the carpet in the hallways, which was a nice deep pile, but the rooms weren't as nice as they were last year. Also, when I visited, the gym was serviceable, but the pool was closed for renovations. Also, my travel was disrupted due to a winter storm, and when I went to the (fully manned) front desk to book a room for additional nights, I was told I had to book the room online first, and only then could the desk check me in. That seemed pretty silly, to me. Because of that, and because of the lack of a good setup for a business traveler, I actually opted to stay the extra days at another hotel, so that I wouldn't have to work from a round marble-topped bistro table with insufficient horizontal space.

The indoor swimming pool was closed which we were unaware of and only discovered upon arrival. This was one of the main reasons that we booked this hotel so was very disappointed about this.

This is an outstanding hotel. First class service all around. Freshly renovated you could smell the new carpeting as soon as the elevator opened. Check in was efficient and friendly. Beautiful lobby bar and an excellent breakfast. All the staff at breakfast was great, particularly Christine.

Too many non guests in the lobby due to a baseball conference during our stay. We had difficulty to walk through so many scattered people and there was no line organization. People were loud and sitting on the floors by the elevators, the corridors. Little or no security.

I Spoke with Courtney and she was very helpful and friendly. I'm definitely going to be booking my meeting with her! Overall good experience with Loews.
