Twee kamers gehad en beide roken sterk naar schimmel. De schimmel rook je ook uit de airco blazen wat niet bevorderlijk is als je een longaandoening hebt. We zijn er 3 nachten gebleven en hebben hierna een ander hotel geboekt.

J ai trouvé que par rapport à notre expérience dans les autres hôtels le personnel était plus effacé, ( par contre le réceptionniste de nuit à qui on a remis notre clé le jour du depart à 5h30 et la femme de chambre étaient souriant et très gentils ) pourr les autres moins de bonjour,de sourir comme on a l habitudeen Thaïlande. Les chambres sentent vraiment l humidité et l espace piscine mérite d être refaite.

Well the POOL!!! Probably one of the best views in Karon & you go up to find this uninviting mess really ! No atmosphere what so ever , the fake dirty grass is a trip hazard , no attention to the ugly sun loungers , no bar , . Could be amazing! Breakfast was boring , cold eggs sitting out , 5 out of 10 .

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026De housekeeping wil ik wel positief benoemen: zij deden dagelijks goed hun best om de kamer proper en frisser te maken.
Wij verbleven hier tijdens onze huwelijksreis, maar helaas viel het hotel erg tegen. Bij aankomst werden we niet vriendelijk ontvangen; er kon nauwelijks een goedendag vanaf. De kamer rook erg muf en naar schimmel, alsof ze al weken niet goed verlucht was. We zijn uiteindelijk van kamer gewisseld en daar deden ze gelukkig niet moeilijk over, maar ook de tweede kamer rook muf. Zodra de airconditioning een tijdje aanstond, werd de geur beter, maar zodra we weg waren en de airco uit moest, kwam die muffe geur weer terug. De airconditioning werkte met een kaartje dat in de kamer moest blijven zitten, waardoor je ze niet kon laten draaien als je weg was. Bovendien was de temperatuur moeilijk goed af te stellen, waardoor het ’s nachts snel te koud werd. De koelkast lekte water en in de douche waren vieze plekjes zichtbaar. Het hotel lijkt nieuwbouw, maar op verschillende plaatsen voelde het nog onafgewerkt. Ook vonden we dat de foto’s op de website veel mooier waren dan de werkelijkheid. Het ontbijt was matig en de algemene indruk van het personeel was eerder onvriendelijk. Voor wie enkel een bed nodig heeft en weinig op de kamer is, kan dit misschien volstaan. Zelf zouden wij hier niet opnieuw verblijven. We hebben daarna het Paradox Resort geboekt en heeft ons verblijf in Thailand echt leuker gemaakt.

- personnel à l'accueil moyennement aimable. - climatisation qui se coupe plusieurs fois par nuit, obligé de se relever pour l'enclencher car temperature élevée . Le technicien nous reproche d'avoir touché aux paramètres alors que ce n'est absomument pas le cas. Après son passage, le problème n'a pourtant pas éte resolu. - La télévision est une smart-tv, si vous n'avez pas de compte google, netfix, youtube etc impossible de voir quoi que ce soit, même pas des chaînes de tv "en fond". - Le petit déjeuner n'est pas terrible, pas de lait chaud, il faut demander à le chauffer et vienoiseries insuffisantes. - Chambre bruyante côté rue. - une lampe de chevet ne fonctionnait pas. - problèmes de pression d'eau dans la douche. - lumière insuffisante a la salle de bain niveau miroir (problèmatique pour rasage par exemple).

Basen ze zdjecia nie ma nic wspólnego z tym co zastaliśmy na miejscu. Jest zupełnie inny i mniejszy. Recepcjonista, który we wszystkim widział problem i nie chciał udzielić pomocy. Bardzo slabe ciśnienie pod prysznicem na 5. piętrze.

It's a bit tired and shabby. Public areas are not well maintained and, at times, a little smelly. The breakfast was not great and the dining area was like a school refrectory. Staff appear disinterested.

Was notified on arrival that the booked rooms aircon was faulty, however staff were super nice and offered an upgraded room at no extra cost. Daily cleaning of changing the bins and changing the sheets and towels was nice and kept the room clean.

In The begging we get room which tottaly was different as it is in pictures on booking.com - dark, with small windows, broken doors to WC, and fungus in bathroom. After fighting staff changed our room on next day, but I came to hotel for vocation, not for fighting. Staff was not welcoming to resolve my problem. They argued, that hotel was full and I get what I get. Leter staff changed our room, but I do not recommend this hotel - I have been in Phuket many times, for this value of money you can get much better accomodation.

Ожидание/реальность. Фото Букинга не совпадают с реальностью. Номера убирали каждый день, полотенца меняли каждый день. На этом пожалуй все плюсы. Минус завтраки, они ужасны. Гадкий кофе из металического «самовара», из фруктов только арбуз и ананас. Выпечка никакая…омлеты, рис, лапша, сосиски. Йогурты из общей миски, как впрочем и джемы. СТЕКЛЯННЫЕ двери гостиницы ВСЕГДА грязные, залапанные, к ручкам дверей неприятно прикасаться. То же самое с кнопками лифта и зеркала в лифте. На территории гостиницы стоят столы, где можно посидеть, попить кофе или пива, стоят пепельницы. За 8 дней ни разу не видела, чтоб эти столы протирали, постоянно были в пепле и грязные. У нас был номер без балкона, хотела поменять на номер с балконом, но это того не стоит. Номер такой же, но только можно получить балкон с видом на трансформаторные будки. Больше в данный отель не поеду

Номера очень скромные, ни тапочек, ни халатов. Сначала нам дали номер без балкона с видом на соседний отель, мы поменяли с доплатой на номер с балконом с видом на проезжую часть, озеро и море, шумновато, но не проблема. Балкон маленький. Если вам нужен релакс, то это не тот вариант. На мой взгляд, есть несоответствие цены и качества.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Персонал очень доброжелательный, всегда решает возникшие проблемы (хоть их и было мало). В отеле и в номере чисто, хороший ремонт, белоснежные полотенца и постельное белье. Не было насекомых. Номер убирают каждый день. Питание разнообразное и его достаточно. Даже если прийти почти к окончанию завтрака все равно найдется что поесть. Помимо "европейских" омлета, яиц, ветчины и сосисок адаптированные тайские блюда - рис и в разных вариантах курица с овощами.

Dans la chambre où nous étions sans balcon il n y a pas de possibilité ni d accrocher ses habits ni de faire sècher les maillots. La climatisation fait du bruit même quand la ventilation est au minimum. Il faut claquer la porte pour la fermer d où des bruits la nuit qui sont constants. Hotel bien situé pour aller à la plage. Juste faire attention pour traverser la route. Beaucoup de choix pour se restaurer et des magasins tout autour.

Good location for the beach, run around the pond circuit and short walk to markets and restaurants. Sidenote (and not meant as a bad thing!), more of an FYI - the area is heavily Russian tourist-influenced.
Breakfast was rather average.

I paid 17,954 THB (≈478 CHF) for 2 nights. The ventilation is very noisy when the bathroom light is on. I preferred to stay in the dark because the noise was too loud. There is also constant noise from the air conditioning and from the road. Breakfast is a buffet is very basic food. The swimming pool does not reflect the pictures at all: it is very hot, small, not well maintained, and there was never anyone there.

La habitación estaba muy descuidada, la limpieza deficiente, tuve que llamar 3 veces para que me limpiaran la habitación, esperé más de 6 horas hasta que le dije a una mucama si podía hacerlo. Las paredes tenían humedad y el baño tenía hongos en las paredes falta de cloro y buena limpieza, las sábanas estaban manchadas

Соседи снизу курили марьиванну, часто приходилось закрывать окна.

Beach 2 minute walk, massage next door and 7/11 at your door step. Will definitely return!! Friendly staff, highly recommend. Added bonus they hire scooters on site. Loved my stay!!! See you next time
