The facilities.

Lack of attention to minute details, like replenish tissue paper/ toilet paper . Our room got clean around 4:30 in the afternoon, despite we have stayed in the pool as advised. There is only one chambermaid on that day .

Just a bit outdated. And there’s only one elevator which takes some time.

Me gustó la estética del hotel en general, parecía una selva en el buen sentido. Las vistas eran espectaculares. La ubicación ha sido buena, a 10 minutos andando de Karon Beach, aunque con algunas cuestas. Ofrecían transporte gratis cada hora hacia la playa. La atención del personal muy buena.

No me gustó que el baño no estaba limpio y no ofrecían ningún tipo de amenities. Solo había una toalla por persona. En la habitación no había casi enchufes. Por otro lado, no sé si será porque es temporada baja pero las instalaciones estaban descuidadas.

The view is incredible and the room is nice and spacious. Room service was quick and yummy. We were able to shower + change after checkout due to having a night flight which was very helpful and appreciated.

The bed was pretty uncomfortable despite using extra pillows. Property is also not very handicap friendly due to all the stairs

The staff is great and the restaurant service is awesome. The resort is scenic in the way it blends in with the nature. Pool is clean and has a great view of the ocean. I would recommend this place to anyone planning a visit to Karon, Phuket.

没有一点觉得可以的.体验感觉非常差，员工服务态度不行，房间灯光昏暗，还有小动物，刚进去的时候，房间还弥漫着一股下水道的味道，洗澡的时候都没有热水有跟工作人员讲过，他们也过来维修了，后面也没修好。而且前台在跟我们沟通的时候一直用泰语跟我们讲，明知道我们是听不懂的，也不拿出翻译器出来翻译给我们看。

哪哪都需要改进，设备老旧，墙壁很老旧酒店里面灯光很暗，一开始进去房间，还闻到一阵下水道的味道，还有壁虎爬进来

Il y a beaucoup de lichides et d'insectes, et il n'y a pas de variété au petit déjeuner, en plus de trouver difficile d'atteindre les chambres à cause de beaucoup d'escaliers, surtout avec la présence de nombreux sacs.

A very nice hotel with great views of the Karon beach. The location was perfect. Our room was huge and very comfortable. It was very clean. Our pool was right beside the room which was great. We enjoyed it. The breakfast had a lot of options which was nice. We absolutely recommend it.

Bel hôtel, personnel très attentionné, chambre propre et confortable, au calme. Restaurant très pratique pour le petit déjeuner (ouvert très tôt le matin, parfait si on doit partir avant 7h), très pratique pour le dîner également si on ne veut pas ressortir de l’hôtel. Il y a un bon choix et les plats sont délicieux. Très belle piscine avec une vue magnifique.

L’hôtel est construit à flanc de colline mais il existe un ascenseur pour monter dans les bâtiments du haut. Le problème c’est qu’il est assez lent. Si vous êtes en bas et le loupez, comptez 5 bonnes minutes avant qu’il revienne.

We particularly enjoyed our honeymoon stay with Karon Phunaka, although so things were slightly amiss overall the tentativeness and friendliness of the staff made up for it. The resort is on a hill but there was a lift service that was easily accessible and a free hourly shuttle bus to take guests to and from the beach. The food at the restaurant was very delicious, portion sizes were decent enough and it was reasonable priced. The infinity pool was amazing overlooking karon and even had a pool bar so you could keep yourself hydrated and fed throughout the day from happy hour on beers and cocktails to poolside snacks such as pizzas, hotdogs, nachos and wraps. We had that much of Phuket to explore the room actually did suffice for what we needed and I would definitely recommend and return back. Thank you Karon Phunaka Resort, we really did enjoy our honeymoon stay with you.

Our Air con unit constantly dripped water and our tea and coffee refreshments were inconsistently replenished such as we'd either get 2 tea bags but only 1 sugar or 1 coffee mate. We did eventually see a hotel dtaff member and asked for more which they kindly obliged. The floor could have been swept as most time the dust would transfer to the bed but we just learned to wipe our feet before getting into bed. These things could have potentially been avoided but as they were minor we never really thought to complain about them. Just highlighting for information purposes and for the resorts future reference.

The staff are super friendly and helpful here. We enjoyed the size and space in our room, and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed using the balcony and the view of the ocean and pool. The infinity pool is also a beautiful spot for the afternoon. I didn't order room service but my friend did, and she enjoyed both meals. I liked the free shuttle service to Karon Beach too.

Our shower had very little water pressure and the cushions at the pool had mould all over them.

La única pega que como estábamos en el edificio de la zona de arriba a veces se tardaba bastante en llegar ahí arriba en el ascensor...

Просто находка!! Отличный огромный номер с очень большой кроватью и шикарным видом. До пляжа совсем недалеко пешком, но есть трансфер (не пользовались). Да немного в горку, но совсем чуть-чуть и в общем-то только последнюю часть пути. Есть неплохой бассейн. Завтраки вполне приличные, вкусные и было из чего выбрать. Интересно что на верхние ярусы есть фуникулер. Он действительно не очень продуман - сначала лифт, потом не быстрый фуникулер, но самое странное - остановки фуникулера не попали на дорожку, потому небольших подъемов все равно не избежать.Так или иначе, но для нас это не было проблемой - мы ходили по возможности пешком, особенно вниз. Подытожу - за эту цену остались очень довольны. Проживание продлевали и искать что-то лучшее вообще не хотелось. Рекомендую однозначно!

It is located on the hillside, so the view was excellent. It was a bit far from the beach, but the shuttle was reliable. Room was a bit outdated in term of style, but it was well maintained and was in very good condition. Front desk staff were always nice and polite. We booked an island tour trip at the hotel; it was great and the tour company is highly recommended.

They did not have halal options for breakfast. So we opted for vegetarian food but it was limited. Would be great if the hotel could prepare vegetarian hot meal options (veg fried rice / noodles) and the meat as the side dishes instead.

We love the staff. They are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The spacious rooms are excellent and the private balcony is wonderful. Also love the infinity pool.

Just a touch hilly, I just had total knee replacement but it stood up well.

I love sitting on the veranda with view of the ocean. The pool is nice and warm. Breakfast buffet is pretty good with nice selection. The shutter service to and from to Karon beach is the plus.

The lighting is overall poor especially in the bathroom. And there is no reading light for the beds.

Unfortunately my bathroom plug ended up flooding from shower. The bathroom was also grimy and didn't look or feel clean- same with the outside spa bath on the balcony (I booked a premier room for this feature). Overall a bit dissatisfied but all the staff were fantastic.

Gym dumb bells need upgrades

You need to be able bodied to stay at this property as there are loads of steps! There is an amazing lift but it did stop working for a couple of days during our stay. We stayed at the top and the view was brilliant! Their food and staff are fantastic and the pool is georgous.

You need ro get a ride share app on your phone, there is no calling a taxi! The walk to Karong Phunaka Resort is about a 10 minute walk into town.

Location is far from beach but shuttle was close after 5pm so we went to watch sunset by foot and it tooks 17min, there Were no other local vehicle to go to beach so it was bothering for us.

I read a few reviews beforehand and was a bit skeptical, but I’m so glad I went with my instincts. Best place to book if you want: 1. That midnight walk down the street — it’s a little distance from the shops/bars, but I didn’t mind at all. Quiet, safe, perfect for clearing your head. 2. Waking up to birds chirping in the morning. Hillside magic > beach traffic noise. 3. The best view in town- thanks to the hotel’s strategic hillside location. Sunsets from here hit different. The hotel sits on a hillside, but there’s a 24hr lift. If it’s ever under maintenance (which is understandable ) there’s a buggy one call away. Zero stress. Pool location = 10/10. That infinity pool view. Photos don’t do it justice. The hotel caters to everyone: solo travelers, couples, and families with kids. Super welcoming vibe. Would I recommend Karon Phunaka? 100% yes. Special shoutout to Bam — interacted with him a few times and he was always jovial and genuinely glad to see us. Staff like that make the stay. Fingers crossed — I’m already planning a getaway here with my friends next year.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Their kindness and positive attitude made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and contributed greatly to our overall experience. The elevator was a little slow, but it was only a small inconvenience and certainly didn't take away from our enjoyable stay.

Breakfast was good, and the spread was decent and sufficient for the stay. However, our experience on the second day was disappointing. Since we had an early plan to visit the island, we requested a packed breakfast, but the restaurant staff appeared very reluctant to accommodate the request. In particular, a staff member named Joe was quite rude in his interaction. The experience was upsetting, especially because my young daughter was asked to throw away the noodles from her plate, which felt unnecessary and insensitive. Overall, while the food experience was good, the service in this instance left a poor impression.

Trop de moustiques, trop de cafards, trop de bestioles, tout insectes possible, il faut au moins 15 minutes pour accéder à sa chambre. L’emplacement est vraiment nul. C’est super loin de la plage durant notre séjour, il y avait vraiment du tapage dans les chambres d’à côté, mais je ne sais pas si c’est habituel ou pas. Mais bon après y a pire comme Hotel aussi.

酒店环境非常好，然后房间设施也都还不错，我们是住的海景房，所以楼层非常高，看到的景色也很好，酒店餐厅也挺好吃的，早餐就可能7分，也可能是因为我们那天去太晚了，所以吃的比较着急，但是厨房的菜品都做的挺好吃的，从lobby去市中心其实也没有很远，我们基本都是步行过去，所以距离方便也还可以

因为我们楼层住的很高，所以要转乘两趟电梯，走到电梯都是十几节的楼梯，对父母不是很友好，我们入住的时候刚好有一次电梯坏掉了，还下雨，酒店的不能接送我们，我们就得徒步下山，还是挺陡的。虽然我们入住的时候是有员工帮我们拿行李，但是退房的时候就得自己提下去，提着20多公斤的行李爬楼梯真的非常吃力，希望可以改善一下从lobby到酒店房间的交通设施，
