Missing plugs in sinks and no hot water tap at the kitchen sink to wash dishes. Strange light set up in the bedroom , only bedside lamps work no ceiling light.

The property is situated perfectly for families. It is close to the beach but still afford some seclusion from the crowded streets.

The restaurant closed and it is a pitty that thereb s no breakfast option available. The sleeper couch needs a bit off a upgrade as well.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The facilities were excellent, and the location was convenient for getting around. It offered great privacy for our family, which made our stay even more relaxing. The view from the room was beautiful, and we really appreciated having a fully equipped kitchen and a microwave, making it easy to prepare our own meals. Although we could hear some music at night, it wasn't loud or disturbing at all. We slept very well every night. Overall, we highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Location was good, rooms were large and spacious.

Loud, mouldy air-conditioning. Beds were hard as a rock. No resort bar or any facilities at all. Terrible compared to other centara. Do not recommend.

The aircon is very very loud and the balcony keep getting aircon water leakage until a big puddle forms. The shower is very hard to get the correct temperature, its either tooo hot or too cold

Great location. The appartments are huge. Staff are very friendly, rooms are serviced daily if you want it. Fresh bottled water delivered to the room daily which was great.

Very loud music every night from the bars until 1 am if you are on that side of the building. Hot water wasn’t very hot but still manageable.

The ocean view, service and location was great.

There were some issues with the room that detracted from the stay. The main one was that the soundproofing is not very good and music was heard late at night each night which made it more difficult to sleep. Also, one of the airconditioners didnt work which they did promptly repair however. And lastly, there was water leaking through the screendoors into the main area and one of the bedrooms from the rain. I think this hotel is in need of renovations.

Handy location. Close to beach restaurants and 2 7/11's out the front. Brilliant really!!

I didn't dislike the property at all

Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, man ist schnell am Strand und bei diversen Restaurants / Geschäften und doch ist es in der Nacht sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer waren sehr gross und geräumig.

Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Renovation ist langsam aber sicher unumgänglich.

Местоположение, персонал, размер номера, оборудованная кухня, прекрасный пляж. Нравится, что в отеле начались изменения к лучшему - заменили в номере электрическую плиту, микроволновку, все розетки и выключатели, новые контейнеры для мусора, новый роутер. Так держать!

Это не проблема отеля, но музыка из баров на соседней улице не даёт спать до 1-2 ночи, берите с собой беруши

Let’s start with the positive side The location is great and near buy many things also close to the beach the view from the room as fantastic i was on 11D you could see the sea and all karon tell kata area The stuff are welcoming and lovely They try to do there best to help and make your stay great For negative points Only one swimming pool and no nearby bathroom you must go inside the building That bathrooms is very old and not looking good it must be renovated The furniture is super duper over outdated and used and not good looking feels like staying in 2 start hotels Beds are hard not soft Only two small old and slow elevators Sheets and towels are full of dirty spots even it has been just washed it most be renewed too Electricity was out two times one time was about 8 h Second time was about 30 minutes The decoration is Very old and worn Noise was okay not too noisy on my side but the other side it is noisy cuz of the bars Value ways is over priced compared to the old rusty furniture and building Differently wont stay there again unless they did a renovation

Everything was perfect and amazing! The location is close to the beach 5 min walk, with an incredible view from the 14th floor. The apartment was cleaned daily and was very comfortable, with soft pillows and crisp white linen. The area feels very safe, with 24/7 security, and the reception staff are extremely friendly and customer-oriented. Receptionist Bua was especially helpful — truly outstanding service. 7/11, massage and much more - just 5 min walk. Swimming pool good, deep and clean. The apartment is well-equipped: a large fridge, plates, glasses, a microwave, and a toaster — perfect for cooking. The balcony view is absolutely breathtaking. The furniture is beautiful, in traditional Thai wooden style. The AC works well — you just need to set it up properly. For those who mentioned noise: if you’re not sure how to adjust things, just ask ChatGPT 🙂 Music from a nearby bar didn’t disturb us at all — we expected it, and after active days we slept like angels.

Очень большой номер , удобная гостиная-студия , две спальни со своими сан.узлами. Чисто, комфортно. Белье, полотенца белоснежные. Посуда в отличном состоянии . Бассейн чистый , полотенца для бассейна в отличном качестве. Расположение отеля удобное . Рядом море и все необходимые магазины и кафе.

It was not written but there are 2 bathrooms in the apartment, the view to sea is beautiful where you can see sunsets! Cleaning is every day, fridge is big and working well, there enough of cutlery and plates in the kitchen, swimming pool is covered with trees so you can enjoy shadow when it’s too hot on the beach! Also tennis court is covered with trees before 10 am so you can enjoy the shadow

We stayed on the north side closer to streets with live music and it was noisy till 2 am every night. I slept in earplugs

Кондиционер очень (ОЧЕНЬ) шумный

Большие комнаты, расстояние до моря. Персонал. Девочки на ресепшен очень хорошие. Всегда идут на помощь. Попросили тихий номер так как с ребёнком нам его сразу дали. Так что мы спали спокойно. Просили починить кондиционер за час все исправили. Один раз плохо убралась ну прям совсем плохо мы пожаловались и через 20 минут номер был вылизан. На кухне правда плита была не очень.

Уборка плохая. Приносили полотенца в пятнах несколько раз это было ужасно. Матрас скрипел и был жёсткий. На такой большой номер один туалет в комнате. Это неудобно когда с детьми.

Чистота в номерах. Убирались в номере каждый день. Очень дружелюбный персонал. Территория охраняется. Красивый панорамный вид из номера.

The Karon beach is in 2 minutes walk. Apartment was very spacious and very comfortable pillows. Shops, promenade, massages, food all you need to have are on at this location. Staff brought water and changed towels every day, as well as cleaning was every day. Centara offering beach towels for free.

We were 2 weeks and I struggled with my back as bed mattress was very uncomfortable. But main problem is the bar Garage (please read reviews before you book the Waterfront suites in google), every day you will hear a very loud music (like it is playing at your apartment) until 2 a.m. It was hard to get asleep, especially for kids, all windows were watching on this bar. Our Centara staff tried to solve this issue with police as in Thailand it is not legally allowed to play loud music or to make loud noise after 11 p.m., but it didn't help. We are usually early birds and because of active sun after 11-12 you would like to visit beach in the morning, but if you sleep every day being on vacation for 5-6 hours, it is hard to wake up earlier than at 9-10 a.m. When we were back home, it was so good to sleep in peace. Also please be aware that apartment is quite old, windows and balcony doors are thin and it is windy every night, so you can hear the whistle of the wind through the cracks until in the morning. I would not pay again so big amount for location near the beach only and I think next time we will choose Kata again, especially Grand Kata VIP hotel or Rawai.

Extremadamente caro para un hotel al que le falta mantenimiento, es obsoleto y no te ofrecen ni la pasta dental. El baño se inundaba y te cobraban si querias mas de una tarjeta de acceso de una habitación de 2 personas. Un papelón.

Состояние апартаментов плохое и совсем не стоит оплаченных за них денег. Квартира очень просторная, но вся мягкая мебель в ней уже требует замены или хотя бы чистки, межкомнатные двери обшарпанные, стены и потолки грязные. Панорамные окна не закрываются плотно из-за чего, когда ветрено в квартире стоит гул. Кондиционеры очень старые, постоянно отключаются и ужасно шумят. Вся бытовая техника обшарпанная и не промытая. Мебель на балконе ужасно замызганная. Уборщицы приходят, заправляют постель, протирают пол и выносят , столы не протирают, посуду не моют. Полотенца меняют каждый день, но вид у некоторых полотенец уже тоже печальный.

Отличные просторные апартаменты с шикарным видом на море! Но шум от баров не давал спать даже в берушах. Вернемся с большим удовольствием, если точно знать, что номер будет на тихой стороне (южной)

Spacious convenient room, good clean pool, close to the beach. No problems with food, small but enough kitchenette. One balcony on the sea side.

The problem is the loud nearby restorants. Music in the night is too loud, till 2-3am, it's difficult to go sleeping if you want it earlier. Another absolutely unpleasant thing was that I saw that the cleaning staff washed their floor mop in the kitchen sink. I just saw that one time when they clean the room when I was there. I reported that to the reception, they promised some reaction, but I would not stay in that hotel the next time.

Fantastic location and staff were very responsive. Our aircon didn't work in one room and they sent someone to fix it immediately, same with water pressure and temp. They only let you have one beach towel per person per day so no changing them if they get wet/sandy. They also charge for an extra room key. The noise at night is extreme... karaoke at full volume until 1am - not just on weekends. If you're a night owl, it's a great place to stay - clean and spacious. Pool is also great though they don't monitor chair hogs (people who 'mind' chairs with towels and leave for the day).

Очень хорошее расположение, 3 минуты до пляжа Шикарный вид с балкона (если номер с видом на море)! Хорошее решение для семей с детьми - раздельные кровати в детской комнате, огромная гостинная, кухня для готовки еды и так далее

Все очень старое, концидионеры еле живые, мебель и техника старые. До двух ночи рядом на улице очень громко играет рок-караоке, спать невозможно.

Нашей семье из 5 человек понравилось отдыхать в этом отеле. В таком просторном номере каждый мог найти свое личное пространство. Расположение удобное. В шаговой доступности пляж, магазины, рестораны. Номер состоял из двух спален со своими санузлами и просто огромным залом с кухонной и столовой зонами. Из каждой комнаты был выход на балкон. Их тоже было несколько - на три разные стороны. Персонал в отеле приветливый и быстро реагирует на какие-то просьбы. Уборка номера каждый день. Было чисто и уютно. Белоснежное белье и полотенца. При отеле - большой бассейн, с глубиной от 1,2 метров до 2,8 метров. Мы прочитали отзывы о том, что шумные кондиционеры и песни с улицы до двух часов ночи. Поэтому, мы были к этому готовы, и нас это не расстраивало. Потому что за очень активный день нам уже ничего не мешало спать. Хотелось бы вернуться в этот отель и в следующий раз!

Zulaute Klimaanlage im Zimmer welche nicht effizient ist. Das Zimmer ist zu teuer. Für eine zweite Zimmerkarte muss man extra bezahlen.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Location is perfect to enjoy the beach and the restaurant. The place was spotless clean, quiet and well equipped. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. Highly recommended.

המבנה הוא לא ממש מלון אלא הוא בית דירות מנוהל. הדירה ענקית ומצויידת, אבל הריהוט ישן (לפחות בדירה שהייתי בה). הנוף פתוח אל הים. ממוקם מצויין במרכז העניינים של קארון. הצוות מועיל, אדיב ועוזר. משרד הקבלה פתוח בין 08:00 ל 22:00 אבל השומר נמצא 24 שעות. הבריכה גדולה. מומלץ.

Rooms are dated. Air-conditioning really noisy Area is noisy as well on evenings ( we stayed there with kids) Rooms need general refurbishment. Everything holds by silicon and tape. Moulds under sink...I wouldn't not back there.
