I like the pool but jacuzzi is defective

I did not like the aircondition of the hotel. All throughout my stay for 3 nights, I could not sleep properly because there is a disturbing noise coming from the ac every now and then. It will disappear and will be noisy again after several minutes. I am being wakened by the noise whenever I am sleeping already. We have reported them but the technician said the noise is part of the motor of aircon so it was not fixed. I just did not get a good sleep while I was checked in the hotel.

Beautiful, clean and close to a gorgeous beach

The walk to the beach was a little hard with a young child but still worth it.

Pool, Gym, das super freundliche Personal. Speziell Lileah und Karen beim Frühstück waren immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage war super, etwas außerhalb des Zentrums was es schön ruhig macht. Zum Strand sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß

Der Fernseher könnte mal ein Update vertragen. Das Zimmer war immer feucht, Sache konnten nicht wirklich trocknen. Teilweise der Geruch im Hotel

Staff are professional and friendly

They don’t check and replace supplies. The coffee and creamer sachets we had were expired. The toiletries kit was not replenished also.

the stay was ok. the room is comfortable and spacious everything is fine only the mattress is too hard and not comfortable and one complaint so fix that if possible they did not clean our room regularly and we did not get towels regularly the breakfast is varied but very crowded it was not everything available and it was not possible to get a table for breakfast that is not ok it would be good if you get what you pay for. A higiene, deixou muito a desejar. Durante 7 dia de estadia o corredor nunca foi limpo, visto que o lixo estava o mesmo sitio. O sistema de ar condicionado, muito ruidosos, o que durante a noite se torna insuportável. De referir que depois de uma reclamação o sistema foi reparado.

Location away from the crowds at Stn 2 & 3 is a plus! Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of food choices. I especially like the assorted breads and fresh fruits.

There was a portion in the alleyway from the main road going to the hotel where the smell is really a turn off. It seems that portion is the preferred place of stray cats (and dogs) to unload their previous day’s meals.

The hotel was average, at best. There was nothing about the property that stood out for me.

The location is average, the road to the hotel from the main road is completely broken and it is highly difficult to access the hotel from the main road. The beach access on the other end is not great either. Plus, many other issues such as - We found the towels in our room had stains, which is completely unacceptable - The drain in our shower area was all clogged which flooded our bathroom. This should be checked before the guest checks in. - Our telephone was not working so we had great difficulty reaching out to housekeeping, room service, etc. It took them more than a day to get this issue sorted. I definitely expect the basics to be in place by Marriott.

Close to the beach - end of Station 3. Not too many people at the beach, and that's wonderful. Room was big enough. Staff was amaizing.

There are no balconies, and it's pretty hard to dry your clothes inside the room. There was something wrong with AC settings - we had to set it for 16 to cool down the room.

The property though not beachfront is only a 3-minute walk to the beach. We booked for a lap pool room which was not available on the first day. We were able to transfer on the second day.

Food Safety. 👎👎👎We ordered a sandwich without bacon due to religious and health reasons, but the staff did not seem to care. They served us bacon, the staff even argued, insisting that it wasn’t bacon, until we showed him the chicken and bacon side by side so he can tell the difference. We also ordered buko halo halo for room service, waited for around 45 minutes, then we called to follow up only to be advised the order was not listed down. We had to wait for another 15 minutes. It was finally delivered, without any cling wrap or safety covering, leaving the food opened from preparation to delivery. We requested the bill to be paid by card, but the staff did not bring the card machine which led her to go back and grab it, only to bring one with no battery. The kitchen staff needs training on attention to details and food safety. Requests of clients when it comes to food safety should be highly regarded.

Breakfast buffet was great. Location is near the end of station 1 if you’d like a quiet relaxing stay. For activities I’d recommend a tricycle if you don’t like walking 20-30 minutes.

Shower had a very stinky smell. Feel like the architecture looks nice but isn’t functional in the shower as the water doesn’t drain right which I believe is what caused the stinky smell.

Breakfast was okay, only cons are same breakfast food everyday.

Communication with guest needs to better.

Location was great, not beach front but easy access, 5 mins walk to beach. Breakfast very good. Staffs very friendly and couteous. We would stay again at the hotel if we ever go back to Boracay.

No water pressure and very little hot water for the shower. Property is tired and not at the standard you expect from staying at a Sheraton. Often didn’t have stuff on the menu.

My family loved our rooms they were very clean and had everything we expected. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for families with young children.

Breakfast was chaos. Too many guests and clearly the staff were overwhelmed. Food kept running out not refilled in good time. No steam or sauna. Terrible location. Near most places but one had to pass through a dingy area. Housekeeping was slow. I had to call for them to clean and they did not replace even the towels. My take is they were not prepared for this huge number of guests and had to put tables and chairs at the reception area which looked bad. Entertainment not good. There was a one man guitar every evening who was not particularly interesting.

The location was excellent, just a three-minute walk to Station 1 beach. The bedrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, though there is room for improvement. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The bathroom really needs hooks or a proper place to hang wet swimwear. Our room didn’t have a balcony, so there was nowhere to dry our clothes. At the time, only one elevator was working, which resulted in long waiting times. We were also disappointed with the in-house restaurant service. The food options were limited, with many items on the menu unavailable. The prices were high for the quality of food, and the waiting time was excessively long—almost an hour for a burger and pizza.- and our order was incorrect. Room service was just as slow, with food taking over an hour to arrive.

I loved everything about this hotel literally 3 minutes walk away to the beach away from the crowd. Every end of station 1 it was perfect almost had the beach for myself hotel staff super friendly. The cleanest 10/10. Breakfast was rich everything was perfect.! The airline broke my luggage and they were so helpful to help me fix it. I am grateful for that.

Housekeeping was not up to standard at all. Towels and toilet paper constantly needed replacing, the linens felt damp and sandy, and the floors did not appear properly vacuumed. Cleanliness was inconsistent and unacceptable, especially for a family stay. I raised complaints daily, yet management seemed to ignore them. There was no sense of urgency, care, or accountability. The manager appeared oblivious to guest concerns and showed little interest in resolving ongoing issues. Overall, my family was not satisfied with our stay. This property urgently needs better management, improved service standards, and serious attention to cleanliness and food quality. For a Sheraton-branded hotel, this experience was far below what guests should expect.

Zimmerreinigungspersonal muesste sich etwas verbessern hinsichtlich sauberer putzen. Peronal war oft vergässlich beim Zimmerputzen.

The staff are very nice and accommodating

If there is a zero rating with regard to room amenities, no other hotel in the world beats this place. I expected much more from a Sheraton brand. This is pretty shameful! This place has no toiletries.Replacement of supplies like basics of toilet paper, soap, lotions , towels, bathroom mats are very scarce and have to be called in ! Toilet paper is never replenished- you have to go to reception or call in to housekeeping to bring in toilet paper which is the most basic item needed in a hotel room. Towels are minimal - you have to ask for it. When cleaning is done in the room, some items like even the floor towel mat is removed but not replaced. We also requested for bathrobes ( since this is a beach area) bathrobes were never sent to us. Housekeeping attendants mentioned that the hotel was very low on supplies which make no sense because this is the holiday season and it is expected that the inventory of supplies is adequate for the time period. This is a management issue and not the fault of housekeeping. I have never been to any hotel in the world ( I travel internationally 6 times a year) that beats the record of this hotel in terms of the lowest supply inventory.

Frühstück war ok aber nicht excellent, das müsste besser organisiert werden zumindest in der Hochsaison, aber das freundliche Personal hat vieles wieder wett gemacht Dem Hotel an sich würde ich 5 Sterne geben! Aber 1 Lift funktionierte nicht und in der Hochsaison wenn das Hotel voll ist, gibts oft Wartezeiten sonst alles perfekt

Bei Ankunft wurde 1 Sonnenschirm zum Mitnehmen zum Strand versprochen und als ich zum Strand ging gab’s keinen !! Am Strand gibt’s kein bisschen Schatten Auch andere Gäste klagten darüber Beim Swimmingpool gibt’s viel zu wenige Liegen !

L'hôtel est idéalement situé. 5min de la plage (le début nord de la plage). A cet endroit, la plage est plus grande et moins bondée. En poursuivant à droite, d'autres plages encore plus intimistes. Hotel situé à 5min de la route principale. A côté d'un mini centre commercial et environ 7min en TukTuk de D'mall. La chambre est spacieuse. Petit déjeuner est Ok. La piscine agréable meme s'il manque des transats. Le personnel agréable,gentil et aux petits soins
