部屋の中の香りが、少し臭かった。長年の匂いがたまったのかも。一度、滅菌消臭を業者の方に頼んで方がいい。スペレーとかでは消えないと思う。 屋上の露天風呂が六本木という事で音や夜空が全く魅力がない。数回利用してるが、もう大風呂には行かなくなった。都会ならではの大浴場の魅力を出してほしい。ジャグジーをもっとクオリティーを高くするとか。女性風呂にはアロマ的な香りで楽しんでもらうものなど。

Check-in saati olarak 12.00 belirtilmesine rağmen saat 15.00 dan önce odaya alınamayacağımız ve eğer odayı kullanmak istersek extra ücret ödememiz belirtildi. Bu bilgi daha öncesinde belirtilebilirdi. Ayrıca oda hazır olduğunda odaya alınacağımız söylenmişti.

Las habitaciones son pequeñas, la moqueta del suelo daba una sensación de suciedad y el olor de las habitaciones era algo terrible. Son muy estrictos con el check-out, éste era a las 10 y tuvimos que pagar 2.000 yenes por salir durante la hora siguiente.

We specifically booked this hotel because of the pool, only to find out that access was not included and had to be paid for separately. This wasn’t clearly stated in the booking details. The pool was charged at an hourly rate, which worked out to be quite expensive for a family of three. We feel this should have been made much clearer when booking.

Walking distance of the Tokyo Tower and local shrines. This had everything you needed but I would say it was a very small room however we didn’t mind for 2 nights as we were hardly there. The staff were incredible and so helpful.

駅からホテルまでの道があまり治安が宜しくなく、 黒人の強引な客引きや風俗店？のスタッフの様な人が大勢いて 夜に歩くと少し気分が悪いです。

18階建のせいか4機もあるのにエレベーター待ちがやや多い 朝食の野菜の種類がやや物足りないか 地下鉄の六本木駅、六本木一丁目駅からどちらも歩いて10分程度かかるが、裏を返せば各駅からほぼ均等な位置と言えなくもない 早い時期にbooking.comで予約したが、朝食付¥27,000/2daysはやや割高か？直前ではもっと安かった様子

L absence totale de service. Hôtel usine. Impossible de demander quelque chose qui n est pas prévu à l’accueil. Pour livraison d’un colis ils ne pouvaient pas le recevoir sans que nous soyons là. Même avec une autorisation de notre part. Engistremét sur une machine. Pas d’aide pour appelé un telephone japonais. Hôtel juste pour dormir.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Ha un onsen davvero grande e ben fornito, inoltre trovandosi all' ultimo piano è anche molto carino, personale cortese e disponibile, tipica metratura di hotel giapponese, posizione buona per avere una vista sulla Tokyo tower e vicino al centro di roppongi.
La colazione è stata un po' deludente in quanto la stanza è piccola e si riempie facilmente e non c'era molta disponibilità nella scelta, inoltre la posizione può risultare un po' scomoda in quanto lontano dalla metro quindi se si viaggia con tanti bagagli può risultare un problema.

Hotel-Fernsehen hatte alle wichtigen Infos für den Aufenthalt direkt angezeigt (z.B. wann das Zimmer gereinigt wird).
Zimmer war etwas klein (normal für Tokio). Zu wenige Waschmaschinen für Gäste (nur 4 verfügbar für alle).

Es gab keine Möglichkeit, die Sachen aus dem Koffer zu nehmen. Wir haben 2 Wochen aus dem Koffer gelebt. Leider war das Zimmer feucht und müffelte. Die Klima hat es nicht geschafft zu entfeuchten. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen exakt gleich und die Mitarbeiter nicht besonders freundlich. Passt so gar nicht zu Japan.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026I stayed there for two nights and woke up to bites on my arm. I inspected the bed before I even unpacked and hadn’t seen any evidence of bedbugs, but guessing from where I was bit I think they were in one of the pillows which I didn’t thoroughly check. I went to the front desk and showed them my arm and a translated message that told them I had bites on my arm and suspected there were bedbugs in the room. They didn’t act surprised and offered to move me to a new room a few doors down from the original room. When I asked if this has been a problem before, their exact answer was “in your room, no”. I then asked “so in other rooms, yes?” And she said “yes”. There are carpets throughout the rooms and hallways so I did not feel comfortable moving to a room so close by. They said they would vacuum the new room, inspect the bed, and then spray it with a tiny bottle of insecticide. The rooms are super small so there’s no way to keep your things far from the bed. I decided to move to a different hotel and they cancelled my remaining reservation.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026L'emplacement dans un quartier chic et tranquille pas loin des transports. Le Onsen Il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait pour passer un bon séjour : bouilloir, brosse à dent, chaussons... il manquait peut-être une boite de mouchoirs.
Ils n'ont pas pu faire le transfert de mes valises vers kyoto à cause du typhon mais nous avons trouvé une autre solution. Il n'y a pas assez de machines à laver. Il faut faire la queue parfois très tard dans la nuit! Ça c'est un vrai point faible.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Huone oli siisti ja riittävä juurikin hintansa ja tarkoituksensa mukaisesti. Saimme näkymän Tokyo Towerille pyyntöni mukaisesti ja olen tästä kiitollinen. Onsen oli ihan huippu.
Pyykinpesukoneita voisi olla hieman enemmän. Lisäksi huoneesta seurattava pesukoneiden käyttötila ei toiminut tällä kertaa.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Hotel molt gran i d'aspecte luxós però les habitacions massa petites i poc pràctiques (no eren còmodes). L'Onsen es podria dir que era una de les millors experiències de l'hotel.
L'Esmorzar horrorós, el menjador minúscul, incòmode i saturat.. El menjar no era el millor de la meva estada al Japó. La Recepció ineficient, lenta i desorganitzada. Molts treballadors, però ningú resol res. El check‑in acaba sent self‑service, malgrat l’excés de personal. Sensació clara d’incompetència operativa.. Recepció desmesuradament gran i ostentosa, pensada per impressionar. Habitacions petites, mediocres i sense coherència amb el que l’hotel vol aparentar. L’hotel és pura imatge, però zero substància.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Hotel bem localizado, quarto pequeno, mas aconchegante, preço justo para o que oferece, simplesmente perfeito, passei os últimos dias da minha lua de mel nesse hotel e super me atendeu, recomendo a todos que estão em busca de um local para ficar em Tóquio e se um dia retornar ao Japão irei procurar novamente esse hotel.
Nada em especial, os quartos eram pequenos, mas já era de meu conhecimento quando contratei os serviços, então não tem nada que eu não gostei.

Very poor customer service. No one is interested in helping you at all, if you can actually find anyone. The self check in thing is ridiculous. The last thing you want to do after a long flight is battle another machine with your passport and your home address, visa number etc etc. Oh and don’t bother to ask them to get a taxi for you, apparently they are “not allowed”. There is no place in the room to lay your suitcase out to open it and the rooms are small so you have to just try and stack it somewhere and cope. The restraunt/bar is constantly closed when it’s supposed to be “open” This place is a joke.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026APA Hotel Resort in Roppongi, Tokyo ist einfach super und sehr praktisch! Das Personal ist sehr bemüht den Kunden gerecht zu werden. Die Zimmer sind bekannt dafür, dass sie klein sind. Für Menschen die Tokyo und Japan erkundigen wollen und nur meistens nur Abend zurück kommen ist es perfekt!
