Comparatively inexpensive option for a city like Tokyo. Good location, though not very close to Metro station.

My requests for a room with a view was ignored. Instead I was assigned a room with overlooking a fire stair, with an awful wallpaper. I almost fell sick.

Ljud från motorväg utanför upplevdes som störande. Jag hade behövt ta reda på att motorvägen var så extremt nära, då hade jag inte bokat.

Surprisingly, Roppongi turned out to be a great location for visiting Tokyo. The hotel is in a nice and upscale neighborhood. Very well connected and central to everything without the tons of people. For example, Shibuya is a 20-minute bus ride. The bus station is literally at the hotel. You can take the bus to a near metro station like Shimbashi and from there to anywhere. There's a very upscale shopping mall nearby called Roppongi Hills, very nice for an afternoon to chill out. The hotel received our luggage from the previous hotel and the last day they stored the luggage for the day at no cost.

Every hotel in Tokyo has small rooms and bigger rooms. In this case the small room is quite small, but workable. I would only object that the A/C falls directly on the bed and you're struggling the nights on leaving it on and off. The breakfast is ok, but small buffet and mostly Japanese-style cuisine. Not as international as I would like, but that is a matter of preference.

To był nasz drugi pobyt w tym hotelu. Czysty, mały, jest czajnik i suszarka. Pod łóżkiem są miejsca na walizki . Na dole w holu jest pralnia. Blisko seven eleven, a stacja metra jakieś 10 min drogi. Obsługa pomocna i dostępna 24/7. Mogłyśmy zostawić bagaże przed zameldowaniem i po wymeldowaniu. Nie ma w hotelu problemu przedłużyć dobę. Napewno wrócimy jeszcze raz !

Clean and modern

The size of the hotel room was small, but sufficient for my needs. The bed was very comfortable, and there was space underneath to put my bag there. The room had a fridge, a kettle, a larer TV set, and they left a fresh set of towels and a yukata outside the room every day. I could also leave my luggage at the hotel after checking out, the hotel personnel was very helpful and polite.

The bathroom was small and some 20 cm higher than the room floor, so I had to remember every time not to trip over, especially in the dark. There was no space to put my toiletries there, and the tap did not work well - either it kept closing off automatically a few seconds after I turmed it on or, when forced open it splashed water all over me. The room had a kettle but no cups to make tea in (only paper cups). There was no shelf to put my clothes on, only a few hangers. The location of the hotel was not on any main metro lines, which made the transportaton a nuisance

They charge for an early check in, the television wouldn’t connect to my phone for the screen sharing either. Also a 12 minute walk from the train station which is a pain with luggage

La calidad precio del hotel es bastante buena, tiene un buen desayuno, eso sí la sala es pequeña y si llegas a hora punta puedes tener que esperar, pero te avisan de ello. Por lo demás, el cuarto, a pesar de ser pequeño está optimizado, el personal es muy diligente y ayuda en todo.

Llegamos 15 minutos antes del check in y nos hicieron esperarnos hasta la hora, podrían ser un poco más flexibles en estos casos.

Absolutely nothing.

The position is in the middle of nowhere. Self check in even if there are concierge all around. The staff does speak the barely minimum of english. More than 10 employees in the hall staring at you, nobody helped us with the luggage. The room as you enter has a disgusting smell (they provide deodorant…)due to the tapistery and moquette old and dirty. it’s barely cleaned and no cleaning up to third day. The size of the room is less than 6m2 for two people with luggage, we can’t move, and you can’t open full your suitcase. The bathroom is a plastic cabine as small as a camper one with a sink smaller than a cup and no room for a beauty case. It’s an awful overall experience. No services, the employees speak no english, no water fountains with free filtered water, (purchase machines in the lobby.) I will never come back.

①スタッフの皆さんがとても親切で、チェックインの手続きも非常にスムーズで、短時間で済みました。 ②ホテルの目の前にバス停があり、地下道を利用すれば近くの電車の駅までもすぐに行くことができ、交通の便がとても良かったです。 ③また、ホテルから少し歩いたところにコンビニがあり、印刷などにも便利でした。近くにはスーパーもあるので、買い物にも困りませんでした。 ④さらに、ホテルの1階にも小さなスーパーがあり、外で食べ物や飲み物を買う時間がなかった場合でも、ホテル内ですぐに購入できるのがとても便利でした。 ⑤感想長文：遠出をする予定があり、ホテルに泊まる必要があるときは、今では真っ先に思い浮かぶのが「アパホテル」です。というより、もはや「遠出＝アパホテル」というくらい、自然とこちらを利用するようになっています。すっかり習慣というか、条件反射のようになっています。今年も、たぶん、あと2回ほどホテルに泊まる機会があると思います。もし本当に宿泊する必要が生じたら、そのときも迷うことなく「アパホテル」を選びます。少なくとも今のところ、他のホテルを検討するつもりはなく、「アパホテル」一択です。

「2、3文で書いてください」って言われても、ないものはないんですけどねw

The hotel is very near the metro station, very convenient. But the check out time is 10am. They storage luggage after check out.

check out time is 10am different than normal hotel. They didn’t replace water and the elevator is crowded and it’s takes time.

프론트 들어갈 때 계단만 있어 특히 우천 시 불편했습니다.

I love how efficient the room is, coming with the amenities that any digital nomad or traveller would need. Their wifi was fast and they even had a wired LAN connection on the desk to hook a laptop into for security/speed. The cost is usually great, weekdays being cheaper, but even on weekends, it's hard to find a better deal. Sure, it's a small room, though the bed is comfortable and every time I return, they seem to find small ways to improve.

I wish there were offerings for larger slippers. I have normal feet for someone my height (6'2 / 190 cm) and the slippers offered were far too small. If this and the yukata could be something that can be requested ahead of time to be of a larger variety, that would be be appreciated. Additionally, my room had an awkward step down from the bathroom to the room, while additionally, the bathroom door was set to not fully open up, make it awkward to get by the door handle AND step down at the same time without it always scraping me.

浴室が広かった。朝食が美味しかった。アメニティーもしっかりしていた。 ホテルの前がバス停で、便利だった。

部屋がもう少し高い階だと眺めが良かったのかも？

このご時世でも、そこそこ安い価格を保っていること。部屋は狭いが必要なものがコンパクトにまとまっていて使いやすい。

Perfetto sia per la posizione, per la dimensione della camera e per i fumatori ci sono due salette interne nella struttura. Molto comoda , visto che in Giappone è vietato fumare

Lage für Ausflüge ideal - viel Bus und Subway in der Nähe oder auch in Gehweite. Diverse Restaurants in der Nähe auch Convinience Stores hat es genügend. Frühstück war dann so eine Sache...es hatte 2 Räume (ehmaliges Pizzarestaurant (geschlossen für sonstiges Essen)) die so eng gestatlet sind, dass man mit 4 Personen eigentlich nie zusammen frühstücken konnte. Wer japanisches Frühstück (inkl. Chicken und Schweineschnitzel) im Büffetform mag, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wer ein "normales" Brot möchte, hat verloren. Personal hat sich immer bemüht, was aber durchaus immer sehr lange dauert - da muss man sich auch daran gewöhnen. Es wird immer eine höhere Intanz gefragt, nie selber etwas enschieden. Es hatte zudem 9 Waschmaschinenen (wo man manchmal sehr lange stehen musste), die sehr hilfreich waren - speziell im August mit hoher Temperatur und Luftfeuhtigkeit.

Die Zimmer waren typisch japanisch - Bewegen ist Luxus. Schrank, gibt es nicht. Koffer müssen geöffnet (geschlossen zu hoch) unter das Bett geschoben werden. Toilette der typische Badeblock, wo ein Europäer mit 180 cm schon die Beine auf der Toilette nicht gerade stellen kann. Aber das ist halt in Japan so. Das Hotel selber hat nicht sonderlich viel Komfort, Sprachkenntnisse des Personals unterirdisch. Auch in diesem Hotel hat es "Online-Check-Ins" die auch hier nur dazu führten, dass trotzdem ein Angestellter den Check-In machen musste. Das Hotel hat 3 Gebäudetürme und für jeden nur einen Aufzug. Hier gab es ewige Schlangen.

La camera veniva pulita solo ogni tre giorni, il che mi è pesato considerato che ho dormito cinque notti qui. Tuttavia ogni mattina il personale lasciava asciugamani puliti e svuotava il cestino da me riposto davanti alla porta. La camera era molto piccola, ma nel mio caso viaggiando da sola non è stato un problema. Per due persone può essere stretta.

I've stayed here a few times before and it's always a delight to return. Honestly, nothing has really changed, so my previous reviews still stand. All good, would recommend again.

I think prices in general in the hotel store has gone up. But then this is true for most things in Japan (and in the world at large). So not really a negative, but just thought it would be good to mention. I also did have a look at the laundromat this time around, the prices there are also a tad bit high, but decent enough if you need to get some laundry done.

La posizione in un quartiere molto bello. Stanza piccola ma dotata di ogni comfort. Estrema pulizia di lenzuola e asciugamani. Vicina a fermate di bus e metro. Camere silenziose.

Colazione poco varia (praticamente solo cibo giapponese) da consumare in una saletta davvero piccola con persone in piedi in attesa del loro turno. Da un grattacielo così non mi aspetto che la colazione venga servita in 20 metri quadrati.

El mejor hotel en el que nos hemos alojado en japon. La cama super comoda, la habitacion tiene de todo y comoda, no hablaremos del tamaño porque en Japón las habitaciones son pequeñas, es asi y punto. El personal suuuper amable y atento

The staff was kind and helpful, the location was good. Breakfast was of good quality and the staff was so hard working and kind always.

The rooms were extremely small, there was no room for storage. It was not pleasant to stay inside, maybe it is a regular Tokyo setting, for this I do not have a comparison reference. The breakfast setting was a bit tight too, when there were many people at once there was a waiting line.

サントリーホールでのコンサート後に利用させていただきました。翌日のアクティビティにもとて便利な立地でした。また利用させていただきたいです。

掃除が特に行き届いていました。卵形の湯船が初めてだったので、いいなと思いました。お風呂は清潔で気持ちよかった。鏡が大きくて何枚もあって、そこがお気に入りでした。

アパなので、大浴場があると思い込んでいました。わたしのミスです。貴重品を乗せておくトレイがあると良かった。映画を見ましたが、音が聞こえづらかった。
