Friendly, efficient staff. Room was well equipped, comfortable and very clean. Great location too.

The TV wasn't working and when I contacted reception they explained that there was a problem within the hotel & none of the TVs were working. This had been reported but unfortunately wasn't going to be fixed until the following Morning. It wasn't a problem for us as we could use our mobile phone. The receptionist was very apologetic.

Handy kitchenette, more than adequate for our 3 night stay. Great view from the window, decent shower, comfy bed and lovely air conditioning! I purchased a welcome pack so we had balloons, wine and banners waiting in the room for my partners birthday when we arrived. Good value and a nice surprise for her!

Upon arriving, we were very happy to find that this was one of the few accommodation options in the shopping streets. It was very convenient for taking shopping bags upstairs to our room and continuing shopping during our trip. Room was huge and had great lighting, storage with comfortable beds and bathroom. Free coffee facilities in the lobby was very welcome. Will definitely stay again when in Liverpool.

I really like that hotel. It is my second stay here and certainly not my last as I will have to often return. The staff is great, always happy to help. The location is perfect in the very center. The rooms are big, clean, well equipped ans the bed is extremely comfortable!

Vanskelig å lufte, vinduene lot seg ikke lukke/åpne (vi hadde to rom). Ok kjøkkenfasiliteter. Flott med dør mellom rommene vi hadde. Veldig bra å kunne hente kaffe/te, og diverse utstyr.

I booked 3x one bedroom apartments and the day before I was due to check in, I was told there was a glitch in the system and only studio apartments were available. The downgrade in room was no issue but I am still waiting for the refund I was promised…

Such a rough area. Smells of cannabis as soon as open doors. Staff left us sat in reception half the day and were quite unhelpful.

Staff was rude to me on my last day . Despite paying extra for their extra package charged me for checking out about 1hr after official checkout time. Despite a call from me.confirming if it was okay.

This property is right on the edge of a huge pedestrian shopping district - one that extends al the way to the Royal Albert Docks. The room is modern, comfortable, and ours had laundry machines (for some rooms, you walk down the hall). Room service is not included, but that was fine with us. The room has A/C which would have been nice to have in the heat earlier in our stay. Note: find the door by the sign above it, and press the intercom to get to reception. Once you have a room key, that will open the front door too.

The size of the room...it was huge. Bathroom was too. Very comfy bed and couldn't hear a thing from the street outside. Reception staff were lovely. Very helpful.

The room could do with a little touch up as walls are a little scuffed and bathroom curtains stained.

Great location. In the main shopping area. 15 minute walk to docks. Friendly efficient staff. Able to leave bags after you check out, so you can go exploring more. The room was very comfortable and clean with nice little kitchen area. Good wifi. Nice bed and linens.

If you’re travelling by car, there is no onsite parking. Parking lot is a 7 minute walk away. No place to pull up and drop luggage. You need to walk from parking with your luggage

We loved it! The studio apartment for two people was a good size with a kitchenette. Hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Free laundry facilities were greatly appreciated. Location is perfect!

The location near the railway station. Walking distance to the experience centre. The triple glazing meant that the street noise was blocked. The coffee machine in the reception area was a bonus.

The description on Booking.com states that breakfast is available for a fee - but no breakfast offered. The pressure in the shower was very low.

The room was facing the street, it was immaculately clean with all the necessary equipment for apartment stay. Cleaners worked very hard and it was a lovely quiet apartment.

The room was nice and tidy and it’s a good location.

They downgraded my room due to a technical error, they phoned up to ask me first and told me I would be refunded the difference in the rooms as well as some additional treats in my room. The treats turned out to be about 4 chocolates! Then the most disappointing thing is they kept palming me off with the request at reception to confirm my refund amount, saying the manager wasn’t available. Then it took me about 5 calls, 6 messages/emails to finally return my refund and booking.com having to intervene. I was expecting £30 back but only received £20. They were very deceitful and this had put me off ever staying again after many previous stays.

Majority of the facilities were great. The layout worked well but with a few additions could be better e.g. a mirror closer to a plug. Kitchen area and separate bedroom were good. Also liked seating options at table and my firestick was easy to set up on TV to allow me to stream Netflix etc. I do think TVs should be smart to allow customers to log into their own streaming services without bringing own firestick. Oh, and heated towel rack was fab...1st time I stayed in a hotel that actually heated the towels. Overall, it was value for money, clean and secure.

Hairdryer had no power - my hair is a chin length bob and wouldn't dry. Had to buy hairdryer in Tescos. Also bed was not very comfortable. It was 2 single beds together to make a double and the joint of them was uncomfortable for someone who sleeps in middle of bed. Also, power/pressure of shower head was very poor. Thankfully the rainfall shower head was there. There is no daily housekeeping as suggested, unless you pay extra - fine if you stay 1 or 2 nights but if longer, you have to empty own bins and get towels, toilet roll etc from laundry room.

We loved the rooms and the location was excellent!! Staff were very friendly and rooms lovely and clean with everything you need! The shower here is amazing!!

The only thing that didn’t score a perfect 10 was the beds as the mattresses were quite uncomfortable and you could feel the springs. For such a lovely hotel I would have thought they would have a good mattress. Other than that it was perfect!

Location is great, right in the centre of the city.

Nicely furnished and clean. Very quiet considering the central location. Great to have essential toiletries and complimentary hot drinks.

The sofa was very uncomfortable, although as a bed it was large and easy to use. I’m not sure that the aircon/heating was working properly. It may be user error but there were no instructions.

Right in the heart of the city center and only minutes aways from all train/bus stations We certainly will be back again really soon😁 The girls at reception were extremely friendly and so helpful

Amazingly spacious apartment. Booked it for the location. It had everything needed for short or even longer stays. Bed was comfortable, kitchen had everything I needed and as I was coming from a running event - the washing machine was exactly what I wanted. The people in reception were friendly and professional.

There were few darker scratches on the wall, nothing serious.

La habitación es bastante grande al igual que el baño. Hay lavandería y puedes coger tu mismo toallas limpias.

Al llegar a hacer el check-in te quitan 50£ de la tarjeta como fianza y no se avisó anteriormente de esto. Además, la tv falla constantemente y el sumidero de la ducha estaba roto. La habitación es un poco fría estando aún en agosto. La cama no es demasiado cómoda, se nota ya muy usada.

The location was so central to Liverpool One shopping, right in the middle of it and next door to Primark. The room was really spacious and comfortable for two people. The price was good too.

Just small nit-picks. I am a big believer in every room needing a mirror and a bin, particularly for women, and the living area has no mirror for doing makeup and the bedroom has no bin. The blind blocking the bedroom from the kitchen is very see-through, so the privacy is in there in spirit. The noise outside the street can be a lot, but thankfully stopped around 10pm and didn't keep me up.

Unfortunately we had a fire alarm in the early hours - not the fault of the management & to be fair the fire alarm & flashing lights in the room were v effective at waking us up!

great location for sightseeing. apartments very quiet and security excellent. Lots of cafes, bars restaurants all within 5/10 minute walk. Lovely and clean. Television in the bedroom a bonus.

better lighting, no light over the bathroom mirror which would have been helpful to shave and be able to apply makeup. Pillows a little lumpy. No coat hooks , these would be useful in the entrance to the apartment especially after a heavy shower.

Excellent location in central Liverpool

Downgraded on check-in because it seems all of the 1-bedroom apartments had become unavailable due to an electrical fault. Stuff happens, but they only offered a refund of 10 pounds per night despite a very substantial downgrade. Not sure if this was Citadines or a local staff decision. When they couldn't commit immediately to refunding the typical *actual* cost differential between studio and 1 bed (typically about 25%, based on my previous stays) I contacted Booking.com customer service, and subsequently the hotel agreed to refund that amount. Suggestion: before arrival check the price for studio and 1-bedroom rooms and screenshot it so you have a clear reason. They also gave 2 washing pods for the laundry and a box of chocolates (we happened to notice these were 7 pounds in Tesco), which I mention here for completeness. On checkout a staff member asked how the stay was and I said, well... honestly... not so great because of the downgrade. Another staff member then started aggressively complaining that they had refunded the difference and they had "given me everything I asked for". Of course that's the absolute minimum they should have done.anyway. Had they just made a reasonable offer to start with, instead of lowballing it, there wouldn't have been a problem at all. Maybe it's the 5th time I've stayed here as Citadines and previously Quest. No problems before, actually they were above average in both facilities and staff, but this time actually poor.

Camera molto spaziosa con angolo cottura annesso e ben accessoriato. Ci hanno affidato un appartamento riservato a persone disabili (da noi non richiesto e non comunicato in fase di check in alla reception) quindi era tutto molto ampio e spazioso. Centralissimo, nella via dello shopping e vicino alle due stazioni dei treni. Inoltre massima sicurezza per l’entrata e l uscita nello stabile. (Badge)

Essendo un bagno per disabili non è risultato molto comodo fare la doccia in quanto c’era il sedile per la carrozzella (vedi foto). Nonostante la stanza era molto grande il lavandino era piccolissimo si riusciva a malapena a lavarsi solo le mani. Inoltre L’appartamento era dotato di grandi finestre che purtroppo non si potevano aprire per arieggiare il locale.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of the market, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The reception staff were wonderful. Liz was incredibly kind and helpful, and she gave me so many great recommendations for places to visit, shop, and eat. Fils was also very friendly and helpful. One night, I called him for assistance with the TV because I wanted to connect it to watch Arabic news channels, and he immediately came to help me. I would definitely stay here again! I only have two small suggestions: adding diffusers near the main entrance and beside the elevators would create a lovely scent and add a nice touch to the hotel. Also, having a breakfast restaurant would be a great addition. Overall, everything was wonderful. Thank you for the lovely stay and excellent hospitality!

Central to everything. Staff were amazing. Couldn't fault them at all. The check-in was seamless, and I forgot to get the girl's name, but she was so helpful.

Bed is not very comfortable, but it wouldn't stop me from staying again. Just needs an updated mattress.

The accommodation is within the city center in as perfect location - close to everything - but it manages to be quite inside the room, so we didn’t have any problems with noise. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is great. The room also has kitchen items that can help if needed. Finally the staff were great: helpful and welcoming. I definitely recommend this place.
