This the second time we have stayed at this hotel and the reception staff are exceptional, welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also outstanding as is the service of the restaurant staff.

Unfortunately of the 3 nights we were at the hotel,our room was not cleaned and new towels,mugs,glasses were not issued.Bins were not emptied and floors not cleaned. Two meals in the restaursnt had to be returned to the kitchen, fish was not cooked abd the chicken meal had a huge hair in it.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026The hotel is in a prime location, near to the station, and central for everything really. The staff in the hotel are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are spotless. Comfy beds, plenty of space in the room. Although I never needed to use them there was an iron and ironing board suppplied, which is always handy. Hairdryer as well which means I dont have to take my own which is always a bonus. All in an excellent hotel.
The bar was a little cold if you were sitting having a drink in the evening. I felt that the heating could have been switched on as at night it was slightly cooler. Other than that nothing else at all that I didnt like.

Das Fenster war doppelt verglast. Leider war es zwischen den beiden Scheiben so beschlagen, dass wir die eigentlich schöne Aussicht nicht genießen konnten. Des Weiteren war die Lüftung vom Parkplatz gegenüber auch in der Nacht sehr laut.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Hotellet har ett kanonläge precis bredvid tågstationen. Frukosten var utmärkt men exakt samma varje dag. Restaurangen har fin utsikt mot stationen. Personalen på frukosten är supertrevliga. Och samma trevliga dam serverar kaffe och te varje år.
Det fanns inga krokar i badrummet att hänga handdukar.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026From the moment we arrived at the hotel (great location!) the reception staff gave us a warm greeting and checked us in with ease. We thought it was a nice touch regarding the tear off map of Liverpool, which included information of the area, i.e., things to do and places to eat. Our twin room was clean, spacious and had a great view of the city.. The staff were very friendly and professional, even went out of their way to post my friends top which had been left behind, after checking out. Fantastic service, thank you. I would definitely return again.
This was a small thing in regards to the office chair legs that stuck out when passing between the bed and the desk due to the lack of space causing me to trip. Unfortunately, the chair couldn't be lowered so it could be pushed under the desk. I think this could be looked into.

Central to all amenities,straight across from lime street station,but in no way noisy. The staff were lovely,very welcoming. The hotel itself was incredibly clean. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Our room was immaculate,spacious , and beds very comfortable. We enjoyed playing board games one evening in the lounge area with our 2 sons,which we rarely do at home,being their age and tech! Perfect stay for us. I would definitely recommend for a short city break

The noise across the road from the Karaoke bar! especially as we needed the windows open during an August stay. It’s a shame the air con is controlled centrally and we couldn’t adjust this ourselves.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Just spent 2 nights at this hotel. Friendly but professional staff. Man on reception when we arrived gave very clear information regarding the room and facilities. Location excellent for accessing all attractions and public transport. Air-conditioning centrally controlled and we were initially worried that the rooms would be too warm but the temp was comfortable. Very quiet at night.

The towels were slightly unclean and the cups were sticky and the floor wasn't really vacuumed properly however a member of staff came in and cleaned it

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026My family really enjoyed their stay. The breakfast was adequate, the beds were comfortable, the staff was very helpful.
There were enough homeless and fighting teenagers near the hotel. It wasn't very safe to walk there in the evenings.
