our room was at the back of the hotel and we was woken up all night by service people. Banging pallets down etc all night we had a really bad sleep. Shame because the beds are really comfy.

The staff were all lovely along with the location. The room was really clean and spacious. Overall everything I needed for my stay!

Overall a great place but the beds were a little uncomfortable. The mattress was rock solid and the pillows would basically disappear after laying on them for 5-10 minutes. But really good.

The lighting in the room was terrible! Its all done by table lamps rather that any ceiling fixtures and there simply isn't enough light when you are trying to get changed and do your make up to go out or even to read.

Das WLAN kann nur mit einer Registrierung bei einem Treuprogramm genutzt werden. Am Bett hat es nur USB-A Anschlüsse und keine normalen Steckdosen. Der Wasserhahn im Badezimmer ist viel zu nahe am Waschbeckenrand, beim Händewaschen stösst man immer gegen den Rand.

Having to wait until nearly 4.30 for our room to become available when we had a restaurant booking at 5. The breakfast restaurant was small and staff were slow to replenish the food available.

The welcome from all staff was warm and friendly. The room was spacious, breakfast was fantastic with a good selection. The dining room staff at Oliviers were outstanding and made sure everything was perfect. The option of having eggs cooked to order was a nice touch and my omelette was the best ever.

Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr gut und zentral. Vor allem wegen dem Bahnhof Lime Street. Vieles ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Zimmer war gross, hatte bequeme Betten und war sauber. Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt auf jeden Fall.

La habitación era amplia para tres personas, si bien algunos muebles se veían un poco anticuados lo esencial estaba correcto. . El baño bien. Buena visión desde la ventana. En general confortable.

La única pega que puedo decir es que la cama extra era un sofá cama y no era tan cómodo como la doble y las almohadas un poco estrechas que para la cervical se hacía un poco molesto.

The location was perfect. Having drinking water available at lobby was good. The breakfast was very generous. The dining room staff were very friendly and obliging.

Communications between front desk and housekeeping could have been better. On several occasions we would arrive back and find our room had not been cleaned.

Wir sind weit vor der eigentlichen Check-in Zeit angekommen. Da bereits ein Zimmer frei war, konnten wir gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis das geräumige Familienzimmer sofort beziehen. Natürlich hätten wir aber alternativ auch kostenfrei unsere Koffer unterstellen können um in der Zwischenzeit schon einmal Liverpools Sehenswürdigkeiten zu entdecken. Das Hotel bietet ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Fenster konnte weder gekippt noch ganz geöffnet werden. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut, man hört sogar die aus dem Nachbarzimmer wenn sie läuft.

Just a short walk to Liverpool Lime Street station as well as buses, and only a few minutes walk to the central shopping area and River Mersey. Staff were friendly and a good breakfast Rooms were a good size and bed was comfortable.

Bathroom was a little dated, with just a shower head over the bath, but clean and functional.

Ive stayed in this hotel many times over the years, always looked forward to staying in the comfy soft beds. Alas that was not to be this time around, the beds were like sleeping on concrete, I ended up with a sore back and neck. When I fed back to reception about the bed being hard, they said they had changed the mattresses a while ago. That's no excuse, you can get firm, medium and soft sprung mattresses, these ones were hard, very hard. For this reason alone, I would not stay here again, dissatisfied and disappointing.

A good location close to Liverpool Street Station. It's a big hotel, so you can pretty well see the name of the hotel, to the right-ish as you come out of Liverpool Lime St Station, towards Queen Square Buses, which it is close to. Buffet breakfast very nice, with a good range of options, and if you're Veggie, there does seem to be a good choice. Oliviers Restaurant on 1st floor, nice, light and airy. Room very clean, and a reasonable size, and pleasingly, a fold up case rack in the wardrobe on which to place a case. Plenty of accessible electrical sockets. TV. Coffee and tea making. Comfy chair, table, Desk and chair. Bathroom is spacious with plenty of toiletries and towels but I would much prefer a shower and no bath at all Pleasant and helpful Reception staff. The hotel is fine, a reasonable price, and I have no hesitation in recommending. I will deffo be staying here again.

We stayed here while visiting Liverpool with my elderly parents. We chose the hotel mainly because it is so close to Lime Street Station, as we wanted to use Liverpool as a base to explore North Wales. For us, the location worked really well. What made the stay particularly enjoyable, though, was the staff. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful, and they really did go out of their way to make things easier for us. At reception, Valentina, Alexandra and Liudmyla were all lovely. My mum needed an extra chair and an extra duvet for the room, and both were sorted out very quickly. Nothing felt like too much trouble. A special mention also to Beata from housekeeping, who kept our room tidy and made sure the toiletries were regularly replenished. With my elderly parents, having the room looked after properly made a real difference. There was one evening when the staff went particularly above and beyond. We had been to Llandudno for the day and stopped at a local pub for dinner. Unfortunately, we then realised that the last direct train back to Liverpool was leaving in about 20 minutes! We just about made it back to Llandudno station in time and arrived at the hotel with our dinner still packaged up, but obviously hadn't had a chance to eat it. I asked at reception if there was any way the food could be reheated. Valentina immediately helped organise it. Richard from the bar and the kitchen staff then reheated the food and, instead of simply handing it back to us in the containers, made sure it was properly laid out on plates for us. It was such a small thing, but after a long day with elderly parents, it meant a lot. That kind of thoughtfulness is what you remember from a hotel stay. So, yes, the location near Lime Street was the main reason we booked this hotel, but the staff are the reason we would happily stay again. A big thank you to Valentina, Alexandra, Liudmyla, Beata, Richard and everyone else who looked after us.

Overall, our stay was nice. The room was cosy, clean, and comfortable, with all the essential amenities. The staff were cooperative and helpful, particularly Alexandra, who welcomed us warmly with a smile and great hospitality.

Our main concern was security. The elevators did not require a room key card to access the guest floors, meaning anyone could easily reach the accommodation areas. This is an important security issue that should be addressed to improve guests’ safety and privacy. We also requested daily housekeeping at check-in, especially as we were travelling with children. Unfortunately, our room was not serviced throughout our three-night stay. In addition, the air conditioning did not cool the room sufficiently, even when set to 18.5°C, the lowest available setting. Despite these shortcomings, we enjoyed our stay overall and would recommend the hotel, particularly if these issues are addressed.

We looked for an hotel close to Lime Street Station and the Delta was ideal. Warm welcome on arrival and the receptionist was very helpful with ideas on where to visit and the restaurant areas. Room was big, very well equipped and clean. Breakfast was very good with a variety of choice. The bar was very good as was the outside patio which was well received given the hot weather.

El mantenimiento, el lavabo no tragaba bien mandaron a un fontanero a arreglarlo y ya no hicieron la habitacion. Me parece fatal que haya pasado una semana desde que dejé el alojamiento y aún no me hayan devuelto la fianza de 50 £, a pesar de haberle mandado un mensaje en este sentido.

Las camas muy cómodas. Limio. El buffet del desayuno muy bueno. La ubicación estupenda.

El servicio de limpieza es cada 3 días. Nos quedamos sin papel de wc y tuvimos que pedirlo. No te cambian las toallas sin no las pides. Llegamos antes de la hora del check in y nos hicieron pagar 20 pounds por utilizar antes una habitación y un depósito de 30 pounds por posibles desperfectos. El depósito dicen que lo devuelven en 5 días.

Putting a hold on my credit card for £50 for "incidentals" at check in. Didn't like that and waited 5 days after checkout for it to fall away. Window in the room lacked a handle and therefore we couldn't open it. The curtain rod to pull the curtains closed was broken. Incredibly musty smell off the carpets. The shower screen at the join between the two pieces of glass leaked a lot and made the bathroom floor quite unsafe. We had to use the bathmat to try to soak up the water. No replenishment of tea/milk at all in 3 days. Gangs of teenage boys hanging around in the evenings at the entrance to the hotel with skateboards etc..a security guard there would be beneficial as my daughter's were a bit intimidated walking past them to get into the hotel

The restaurant . We couldn’t get a hot drink at breakfast queue was so long . It then ran out of water in machine we gave up. Parking was tricky and spaces very tight. Bed was very hard!

We have just returned from a fabulous weekend in Liverpool and made all the better by this hotel .The service and reception from all the staff was first class.The room was spotless and all we could have wanted .we paid extra for the onsite parking which was a bonus.The location is excellent for all attractions.The hotel was very busy with alot going on over the weekend but the staff still had time to make everyone feel welcome and we would not hesitate to return infact we are looking forward to booking a return visit soon Thankyou

Great location a few minutes from Lime Street Station and next to the bus station but tucked away, so surprisingly quiet. The room was reasonably spacious for a standard (deluxe) room - big comfortable bed, arm chair, large TV, kettle etc. Staff all very helpful and friendly. We chose not to have housekeeping every day but you could ask reception for more teabags. Chilled ice fountain in the lobby.

No fridge in the room, despite there being a space in the cupboard unit, but there was an ice machine along the corridor.

Excelente ubicación, junto a la estación de tren de Liverpool Lime Street, con tren directo a Manchester o a Chester (súper recomendable). Puedes ir andando a casi todo lo más importante de la ciudad (para ir a Anfield cogimos un autobús justo al lado del hotel). La habitación muy amplia, las, camas cómodas, y detalles de café ☕️, té, galletas y agua gratis en la habitación. Desayuno bastante bien (Huevos revueltos, salchichas, bacon, yogur, quesos, leche vegetales, fruta, bollería, té, café de grano, diferentes panes, etc.). Si volvemos a Liverpool, sin duda volveremos.

Reception staff where good, you have a little shop, like the fact you have security at night, room staff where exellant always clean, great attitude. location was your best feature, very central.

We did have a drink in your bar, very underwelling, staff could of been better, they did there job , but no personality. The bar felt cold in atmosphere, felt more like a student union bar. grahm had to change his pint of larger, the attitude of the bar marager supervisor..I dont drink beer...not very sorry sir we will change straight away.
