Wyndham Boca Raton Hotel

We ate at the farmers table it was very good this is restaurant adjacent to the hotel by the pool once inside you would never see the pool , food was healthy and very good quality !

For me personally my room was near the hotels truck delivery services and it could get noisy in the early mornings but is tolerable !

Location was wonderful and close to many things Room was lighted and bed were very comfortable Free parking and plenty of it Unfortunately we disnt have time to use the pool but it looks inviting. My son used the gym and had only good things to say about the equipment.

The staff was friendly and accommodated an early check in request. Also were helpful when my room key wasn't working properly.

The room had a strange smell when I got there, but after opening the balcony door for a bit and turning the a/c down cooler, it seemed to go away.

Our stay would not have been the same without Andrew at the front desk. His patience and concern for our satisfaction made our trip memorable. As frequent visitors we knew where we liked to be located on the property and Andrew made sure our suite was satisfactory before giving us the keys. He was the only employee who ever gave us a welcome bag for our elite status and even recognized how often we stay at this property. He was kind and welcoming and we will return and ask for him for sure.

The hotel is beautiful

Construction, jacuzzi out of order, AC bit noisy. We didn’t like so much the suites but we loved the double room pool view.

From check-in to check-out, it is ALWAYS a GREAT experience at Wyndham Boca. The entire staff is phenomenal. Front desk, house keeping, and the restaurant staff. Brandon has and still ALWAYS goes over & beyond to make sure I’m good when I come home to Florida to visit. Wyndham is the ONLY hotel I’ll stay at when I’m in South Florida. I always feel safe & it’s always very, very clean.

This is the second time that we have stayed at the Wyndham for family gatherings - and we are a large, fun, loud Irish crowd. They Wyndham is reasonable in cost, fine in terms of accommodations, with a great pool area and a nice restaurant option. We had a large number of rooms booked this weekend for a family party and the Wyndham was fantastic in putting up with us. At times there were more than 40 of us gathered in the pool area or the lobby and they never once gave us an issue at all. We truly had a fantastic weekend and the cooperation and understanding from the staff at the Wyndham was a huge part of that. At 10 pm each night, we were told we had 15 minutes to leave that area but could gather elsewhere - so we'd clean up and move to the lobby and the fun continued. We appreciate that level of customer service immensely. And a huge shoutout to Reese (or Reece?) who was doing pool service for us Saturday night - you were fun and super helpful, though we had you running like crazy. Employee of the month, for sure - thank you for everything!

The place smell like mold, the elevator stink like vomit, they ask you not to smoke but there was weed smell in the hall .

Pretty good hotel for a short work trip. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and I enjoyed the pool and fitness room. It's conventienly located close to the roads and there are multiple restaurants closeby, including a mall a 5 minute drive away.

There is no breakfast buffet space. There is a restaurant on the premise that offers a la carte breakfast though, but it was closed in the morning when I stayed here. There is also a small coffee bar with some items that were pretty okay, though somewhat pricey. And it was just open a few hours in the morning, so I couldn't get a coffee in the afternoon when I wanted to.

Cozy hotel the check in process was simple and fast the front desk stuff are very knowledgeable about places to eat near by. They recommended famers table the food was excellent. The room we stayed in was on the 5th floor the room looked cozy in the photos but in person it felt very damp I always carry with me a mold detector because of my asthma and I stay in hotels more then my own house so it was very concerning that the levels of mold were high. Most of the staff except for a maintenance person with no hair didn’t greet me as I walked down stairs I guess his phone conversation is more important then the customers time. Other than that I really had high hopes for this cozy hotel. Maybe management will take accountability to the mold situation.

Great location from a convenience perspective and I did book on short notice so I appreciated that there was availability. It was also clean.

I’ll preface this by saying I did only stay one night. However, upon arriving and waiting to check in I catch the tail end of the clerk checking in the person in front of me. She was filling him in on the amenities, breakfast, happy hour etc. The usual spiel they give once you’re all checked in. Figuring I looked tired after having driven 4+ hours, I smiled and walked up when it was my turn, said hi and that I was checking in, and handed her my DL. No hi back. Ok. I asked how her day was going. I understand this is maybe seen as a time waster by some but I always try to be polite or make conversation. To be fair it is a bit of a nervous tic of mine but usually if people aren’t interested in chatting they just give a short answer and move on. Nope. Nothing. No response. Got it. Not in a conversational mood. Then someone comes out from the back (office?) to grab some dry cleaning. The clerk stops checking me in to have a conversation with her coworker about said dry cleaning. I’m not really in a hurry so I politely wait. The clerk comes back to checking me in and when she’s done she just hands me my DL, CC, parking pass, and room keys and walks away. I don’t stay at Wyndham a lot. I don’t have a rewards account. Based on this, it will likely stay that way. She never once asked me anything or told me anything aside from asking me which card I wanted to use for incidentals. The next morning when checking out was the same but different clerk. I walked up with my room keys, they asked for my room number, asked if I wanted the receipt emailed and that was that. No good morning, have a nice day, thank you for staying with us. Nothing. It might seem pedantic but I just don’t understand why basic politeness isn’t a thing anymore.

The staff at Wyndham Boca Raton was friendly, which I appreciated, but the property itself was very disappointing. The hotel feels outdated and badly in need of a full renovation. The room had a damp, moldy smell, and several appliances did not work properly. The carpet had stains, the room did not feel clean, and the bathroom was even more dated than the rest of the space. Overall, the entire property feels run down and in need of a complete overhaul. Friendly staff can only do so much when the condition of the hotel is this poor.

I booked for 7 days. I had to change rooms because the first room they gave me smelled very musty. The second was not so bad, bud still musty, so I had to go get Damprid and hanged it all over the room. Even that was not enough because I couldn't sleep with the heavy air in the room. I checked out the 3rd day and they had the audacity to charge me for 3 nights because it was past 11am.

The staff member that checked us in was condescending. We felt like he thought we were asking stupid questions, and beneath him. At this price, there should at least be a continental breakfast included.

Infelizmente tivemos o sumiço de pertences que estavam no carro , e que foi devidamente fechado. Não podemos afirmar que fomos roubados no estacionamento do hotel, pois o mesmo , para nossa surpresa, não possui cameras. Nenhuma camera!!!! E qdo comunicamos o ocorrido, os funcionários tiveram muito descaso com o ocorrido. Chocante como lidaram conosco🥶

The TV had no streaming. It was on the wall adjacent to the sofa, not across, making it difficult to watch.

Check in- staff was so pleasant and attentive. Full of smiles and happy greetings. Bell staff too. The room was spacious- especially the handicapped accessible- BE SURE to call ahead and tell them you need that room, because the regular room, is NOT as accessible when there is a motorized ecv in the room. The beds are HIGH- so prepare for that for shorter people. The restaurant offers so many great choices. We were very happy with our stays.
