Dean was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we sat down, he made us feel genuinely welcome with his warm, engaging personality. He even managed to keep our two teenagers entertained—which anyone with teens knows is no small feat! His kindness, attentiveness, and authentic hospitality made our entire experience unforgettable. Being so far from home, it meant so much to be treated like family. Dean went above and beyond, and he is a huge reason we’ll remember this experience so fondly. We hope to see him again on our next visit!

Lovely staff! From the M Club ( fresh breakfast, always open with drinks & snacks) , check in easy…bikes to ride are complementary ( easy ride to FABUlOUS shopping ) , housekeeping staff was efficient & supplies lovely. Walking distance to local eateries/bar from the hotel! My husband is picky about hotel gyms & was pleased with this one, as well as the pool !

Christa and Dylan check the scene and they were so professional, polite and explained everything about the hotel. Later we went to the bar and Dean was very nice and friendly. Great service.

First time in Boca. Hotel was absolutely perfect. Staff friendly and efficient. In particular, Grace and Neal who staff the restaurant at breakfast, are so attentive and friendly. We were greeted every morning by them the way family does in one’s own kitchen. We will always stay at this location when visiting Boca.

We've stayed here quite a bit recently and although we had a bumpy start over Mother's Day weekend, the hotel made it right and after checking from yet another visit, we have been consistently pleased. The rooms are large and well maintained. The amenities are top notch and the food in the MClub and restaurant are outstanding. The breakfast buffet at Sonrisa is of exceptional quality with a wonderful variety of options to choose from. This is not the standard weekday breakfast buffet. Neil in is a gem and considering how many people he sees each day, he always remembers my wife and I like unsweet tea...hers with lemon and mine without. He spots us as we come into eat, so I hope that's a compliment! He's amazing and we appreciate him. It's nice to know someone is looking out for the regular guests. Same sort of compliment for Krystal at the front desk. She is so customer focused and always tries to do the right thing. The entire staff is comprised of real people trying to do the best they can to make their guests comfortable. On behalf of my family, we appreciate you all and look forward to our next visit to Boca Raton!

Sho Dr elk checked me in. She is fabulous! She was able to accommodate all of my needs I asked for upon arrival. I appreciated all of her assistance and very warm welcome. I spoke with Dylan on the phone prior to my arrival. He answered all of my questions. He greeted me upon arrival and recognized my voice. It’s nice to have someone remember you before you meet at the front desk. He and Shondrell provided breakfast coupons for the weekend because the M Club doesn’t provide it on the weekends 😊. We stayed on property a few times and will definitely return again. Thank you both for fantastic service and a warm welcome 🌴.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Marriott Boca Raton, everything from the check in process and the entirety of my stay. Dylan made the check in process very diligent and informative, Mary made sure to greet me multiple times through out my stay as I came and went and Pete made sure I had everything I needed, from extra waters to directions. It’s truly a phenomenal experience staying here.

The Boca Marriott is my “go-to” when I visit the area for business or with family. The Bar has a great vibe, and Mike the bartender makes you feel welcome, great service and wonderful drinks.

Very unhappy with the payment system; I got charged twice and the staff was not helpful at all while it is a known Marriott issue. Pretty uncommon to witness unfriendly staff in USA

Had a wonderful stay thanks to the outstanding staff here. Christa was an absolute standout, she went above and beyond from the moment I arrived. She upgraded me to an M Club room and made sure every detail of my stay was taken care of. You could tell she genuinely cares about the guest experience, and it made all the difference. Dylan was also fantastic and very attentive throughout my stay. This is the kind of team that makes you want to come back. Highly recommend!

My stay at this Marriott was excellent. The front desk receptionists, Dylan and Christa, were very friendly, professional and I could tell they truly loved their job. I will certainly return and when I do, I hope Dylan or Christa are there to check me in. My room was very comfortable and the fitness center was properly equipped and clean.

I had a wonderful experience from the moment i checked in until i departed. Both Mary and Dylon were gracious hosts at the front desk and made me feel very welcomed. Clean hotel with great amenities. Relaxing pool area with lots of seating including shade. Pete came around regularly asking us if we would like water and brought it cold which was so kind. He would take the time to ask us where we were from, how long staying and genuinely cared for and about his guests. Always greeted people when walking past which makes people feel seen and important. He loves great hospitality. Nice meal at dinner and good service from the bartender. The music was a little high for good conversation and in the middle of the open lobby so making it by a window or some more coziness like plans or booths or small sectionals would make it more relaxed feel. Staff seemed to have good rapport with each other. Dylan st checkout greeted with a smile and asked if every was satisfactory. Would be back for sure!

Malik was great to work with at the hotel and gave us a room on the top floor despite a busy season. Dylan at the front desk, exceeded our expectations in meeting our request.

We were part of a large conference with many moving parts - Chelsea went out of her way to help me in getting accommodations worked out.

I was in attendance from May 7th through the 10th of this year for the big book seminar. All the staff was very helpful but in particular Angeline who worked the floor I was on the time that I was there was super helpful and there was also a young lady at the main desk her name slips my mind but I know she hails from Uzbekistan. She was particularly helpful and very easy to talk to I needed some direction and some information. All in all everyone I talk to was helpful but these two stood apart 10 Stars. Highly recommend!

Our family enjoyed the weekend at your hotel. My son and I are frequent users of Marriott. Our experience was autstanding. Neil, an attendant at the buffet, was most pleasant and remembered us each morning. He was cheerful and pleasant. He saved a table for us and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was clean, and delicious. The bathrooms were clean and the chairs were very comfortable. I would definately recommend this hotel. Outstanding ! Very warm welcome when I first arrived. I was greeted by Dylan at the front desk and was given amazing suggestions about the area. This place is very central to a lot of great locations! Highly roccomend the space and the staff here.

My husband and I stay at this Marriott yearly as part of a conference. Our most recent visit was elevated thanks to many outstanding people, some whose names I do not know, but who’s impact was felt. Everyone at the restaurant made each day of our breakfast special. Neil, our server, was especially helpful and gave us excellent service. The food was prepared well and the buffet was kept stocked and fresh by many employees behind the scenes. I look forward to returning next year. Our room was comfortable, quiet and clean.

Mary really went out of her way to make us comfortable and a home away from home. checking in was easy and quick. my daughter lives in Boca Raton and we’ve always stayed at the Hilton but after Marys Customer Service, we will start staying in the Marriott.

Had a terrific weekend with the fam! Pool, fitness, and gracious staff everywhere. So lovely to walk to shops for a quick bite. Special thanks to Jules and Kennedy in the M Club for helping me meet our family’s dietary needs. Your extra care and attention mean we will be sure to return and let others know how seamless our time was.

We had a wonderful stay. Our room as well as the common areas in the hotel were clean and welcoming. We used the shuttle service for a trip out and my husband and I were both very happy with Pete, our driver. He was so kind and very knowledgeable about the area. Best location in Boca. I've live here before, and this is perfectly "centered" and close to the main south Florida artery, the I-95. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Great property, with updated rooms and good gym, pool, restaurants and business facilities. Fantastic team. I spent 2 weeks here for work, so I have quite a list of shootouts amongst their starred team: Malik, who made a difference when it counted, Christa, Firuza and Darlene, who made hospitality mean home. Tammy and the whole bar staff who always got my expressos and lattes just right. Great stay, for an intense 2 weeks of work

We had an incredible 4-night stay at the Boca Raton Marriott, and a huge part of that experience was thanks to Dylan. From the moment we arrived, he stood out for his genuine kindness and welcoming attitude. He consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. What really impressed us was how spot-on his recommendations were—whether it was places to eat, things to do, or just helping us navigate the area, every suggestion was exactly what we were looking for. It made our trip so much more enjoyable and stress-free. Dylan’s friendliness and attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. He made us feel like more than just guests, and that level of service is rare. We truly appreciate everything he did for us and would absolutely return because of the experience he helped create.

My fiance and I celebrated a wonderful and relaxing anniversary at Boca Raton Marriott, thanks to their exceptionally kind and hospitable GM Marta Rekosiewicz, as well as Luisa Marullo. Dylan and Shondrel at the front desk were both very friendly and helpful as well. The hotel itself is located in a perfect central location at Boca Center, where we could walk right out to the shops and restaurants. The buffet breakfast had many choices, and the gym was well-equipped. The room was remodeled with a beautiful view over Bica. We just had a great time and hooe to return soon!

The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. Great experience for a Marriott property and very accommodating to my lead checkout request as well. The onsite restaurant has very good food options. Noise levels minimal.

This was our second stay at the Boca Raton Town Center Marriott and it was just as delight and comfortable as our previous one.
