Sonesta Select Boca Raton Town Center

I did not eat breakfast at the hotel

the coffee offered in the lobby was not very good

Limpieza

Great Location, Staff was professional

Room was outdated and dark, and window was stained

They gave me a upgrade . The room was nice and cozy the bed was really comfortable

I dont like carpet but it wasn't bad

Did not have breakfast

My noisy neighbors. A group of young men were making alot of noise . I asked them to tone down which they did. This could have resulted in a confrontation. Overall my stay was pleasant.

Service has always been one of the stronger aspects of this hotel. Although this last time it was 15 minutes till 11, and the cleaning lady knocked a couple of times and came in... Thankfully I had the towel on, but it was a little weak move to rush me that way. The front desk often seems extremely busy, and while a smile may sometimes be hard to come by, after staying here so many times, I’ve gotten to know the staff well enough to know that there are genuinely good people working here who do care about the guests. That said, someone staying for only one night might not necessarily come away with that same impression. A warmer and more welcoming approach at the front desk, even during busy periods, would make a noticeable difference in the overall guest experience. I was also told that the property recently changed ownership. I can’t say whether that is directly responsible, but the timing seems to coincide with what I’ve personally noticed as a decline in the overall quality, cleanliness, and atmosphere of the hotel. I continue returning because I know what this property has been capable of in the past, and the service itself has consistently been good. I simply hope the new ownership gives the property, its cleanliness, and the overall guest experience the attention they deserve.

I’ve stayed at the Sonesta Boca Raton many times over the last few years and have always considered it a reliable place to stay. Unfortunately, during my more recent visits, I’ve noticed a significant decline in the property's overall atmosphere and condition. The guest environment has changed considerably, and at times the hotel feels more like it is accommodating long-term transient guests moving from hotel to hotel rather than maintaining the standard I remember. I was actually staying at the property throughout much of the renovation last year and saw the carpets being replaced. It’s surprising that they already look so worn and dirty. At this point, they either need a thorough professional cleaning or, in some areas, may need to be replaced again. As a frequent returning guest, it’s disappointing to see the property decline so quickly after the renovation. I hope management takes a serious look at the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest experience, because I know this hotel can be much better.

Location for work

Very small room under staffed couldn’t even get coffee

location and BEDS/Pillows

La habitación muy cómoda.

Nada en particular

Everything

I wasn’t able to gain access to the Internet for work.

Clean, great location and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in!

Great desk staff

Didn’t clean room or refresh towels and take out trash when I asked

Close to my events

Location

Mold in the shower, blood on the wall broken lamp laid against the wall and the smell was odd and stinky

Tired, dirty carpets, desperately needs updating.

It could have been better if I had a microwave. Other then that I was good.

Late check out wasn’t available.. the water was over priced, beverage appliances in room were not clean, house keeping not too friendly.

Nice , clean hotel, good price

staff excellent

there was nothing we did not like

near a shopping center and easy get to places arround

I had to ask many time to the room to be clean, they have a policy, you have to ask, i did couple of time and the room was clean 5 days of our stay

Location

Coffee maker in the room was broken; desk phone (landline) was broken; did not receive wifi code upon arrival. Took a while to get someone at front desk to answer phone to provide it. Tub faucet had a constant drip, which was noisy and disruptive.

Stains on the bed and sofa, no hot water from the sink, and mold in the bathroom

Nice and clean

Other than the location, there was not much to like.

The hotel was generally terrible and poorly maintained. The rooms were not clean at all, and the bathroom was in very bad condition hygienically. The coffee machine in the room was not working. The atmosphere was also uncomfortable; someone was walking around the lobby with a pitbull, which felt unsafe and disturbing. Overall, there were a lot of sketchy people around and we did not feel comfortable during our stay.

La douche aucune pression

Your worker's at the front desk, were absolutely wonderful. Damien, Ray Ann, Carmen and Marcia. Your manager's were simply charming 😍 ✨️.

"EVERYTHING FOR ME,WAS SECOND TO NONE" P.s. The only thing would have been great, is to have a shuttle to the airport 🛫 🛬.

Great location. Comfortable bed. The girl at the coffee bar was very nice.

The bathroom was vile, including a rusty bathtub. They charge you a 100 dollar deposit even if you don’t have a pet. You do get it back in about 5 days.

Location was great

They only clean on Saturdays! I’ve been here for three days, and when I asked to have my room cleaned and the trash taken out, they told me it wouldn't happen until Saturday. 'Those are the hotel rules,' I was told. I asked to switch rooms, but they refused, saying they don't allow room changes in these cases. Their only response was: 'Just wait until Saturday...
