Beds too high. Pool lift was broke

Lots of parking. Close to everything. Well lit parking lot. Breakfast buffet ok.

Heated pool was to cold. Hot tub was cloudy. They wanted to charge $75.00 to park our trailer. I went back later and ask about parking our golf cart and they said they were sold out. That was not true. I went to the hallway window at 8:00 pm.and took a picture of the huge back parking lot. It looked like the parking lot would hold at least 100 cars or more. There was only one trailer in the entire area. They lied. We took our trailer and golf cart to the Quality Inn where our friends were staying and they allowed us to park or trailer and golf cart for free.

Everything was so nice. The beds were comfortable, the pool and hot tub area were well maintained, and the fire pit was cozy. Breakfast was excellent and felt like being in a real restaurant. Everyone was very nice. We will definitely be back!

We had booked one night ($131) and after checking in decided to add a second night. We called the front desk and were told the second night would cost $190. We decided to look for another location. We were able to find a much nicer accommodation for $160 just up the road. When checking out, the clerk offered a $25 discount for our next stay. Had that been offered when we asked about adding a 2nd night, we would have stayed. Customer service matters, and greed is a deterrent. There are way too many options in Pigeon Forge for bad customer service. Do better!

The last night we were there some idiot tried to jumped off the top of the waterfall. There was a wedding there, clearly alcohol came onto affect. I didnt want my child to see some idiot kill himself and scar my child and myself for the rest of our life.

All the staff were great. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, and the girls were super friendly at the breakfast bar. Gave us some must see’s to do while there.

The breakfast bar wasn't up to par for us. The quality of food and selection wasn't as good as usual. No bacon, not many fruit selections like before. What we ate was good but not the usual selection.

I like that the pool stayed open 24 hours. They have popcorn and a movie which was great for my children if you have children. The breakfast was really great as well that made it a major plus. I also love that they had a Bible in the room as well opened.!

My family enjoyed the 24 hour access to the pool. I appreciate for the quick response when I needed a new iron in the room. The hotel location is close to everything.

The pool and hot tub needed to be clean often. The vent in the room needs to be change because when the air comes up it has a bad odor at the beginning.

This is our go to hotel every time we come to Tennessee which is twice a year. This time everything changed from the breakfast being cold and the room being very dirty. The staff was nice, but that was the only thing.

Breakfast was great for me. Plenty of people had a hard time making their waffles because they don't know how to cook. Others around me complained because they don't know how to use salt and pepper properly.

We left too soon and I THINK they hot tub jets weren't at 100% but I mostly stayed in the pool with my children. Very nice pool may i add

Found black mold behind tv. Left a day early because of it. No apologies via email or anything. Front desk had me send a photo to their email to look into it.

24/7 pool, kind staff, nice rooms, enjoyed the shower, the overall atmosphere of this hotel is great, breakfast is awesome too.

The room had no curtains that pulled to, just the sheers went all the way across. They were there just on short attachments (rods)... That was a first. At least I could see the police coming and a going at night... They were on duty and not asleep or somewhere eating donuts...🙏🙏🙏

The pool was cold

The hotel was so nice and conveniently located near many attractions. The 24/7 pool is awesome and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The walk in showers were amazing and had the best shower heads i’ve seen in any hotel! Also parking was great lots of spots available.

This was the second year we picked staying at The Ramsey during Jeep Invasion weekend. We love the Big parking and secured parking lot as well as the location. We appreciate the staff helping make sure we got a room beside my sister whom travels with us for this event. We already booked our room for next years Jeep Invasion 2027 :)

The guest who had no care about people who were trying to sleep. Every night and morning guests would allow their children to run, scream, and race down the hallway as if they were the only ones in the hotel. Along with that, the TV didn’t work. It would not go on live tv and wouldn’t connect to the internet to allow us to stream anything that was advertised on the tv

Parking

It was very dirty in the pool/hot tub area. We expected it to be a little busy with kids and movie. But the popcorn was all over the floor (soggy and disgusting) and a weird film on the top of the pool so we don’t even use it. Kids jumping in and out of the hot tub and splashing to the point we got out. Then a drunk woman acting a-fool when we were trying to relax by the fire pit. I requested a day early checkout and I’m still waiting for my refund. We found a resort 3 hours away to finish the rest of our vacation. Unfortunately, we met another couple that also felt the same way. And they flew in from Idaho.

Check in with Steven was great! We loved the breakfast! Peggy invites you in and makes you feel so welcome. Very clean dining area! Breakfast includes: assorted fresh fruits, yogurt, granola, already made delicious grits and oatmeal, sausage, cottage potatoes, scrambled eggs, biscuits/gravy, toast, bagels and waffles. Beds were so comfy. No noice from your neighbors. Movie night at 8. Popcorn from the nostalgic popcorn maker, 24 hr pool, fire pit and well equipped gym. Lemon water, coffee, teas and hot chocolate 24 hrs.

Pet fees are too pricey! When the pets cost more than people that’s a negative. $25 a night per pet is realistic not $40. Both washing machines didn’t work and there’s only 2.

Nothing except the location

Everything! The staff was rude, they made excuses for everything and we wasn't able to stay any of the nights we had reserved!! We open the door to our room and a huge ROACH was in the floor! Once we started into the room it took off under the bed but we did get a picture of it! Staff was horrible about the situation and acted like we done something wrong! This place needs closed up and definitely needs new employees!!

The room was filthy with Hair, pet hair, dust, Q tips behind the bed. Dust all over the vents and thermostat. Now after Brought to attention of front desk they did right it for my room. But the room they offered was exactly the same and im not a critical person. They did go clean it before my return. But I would challenge them to clean all the rooms to this degree they need it. Then it would be a 10. Continental Breakfast was great

Breakfast was nothing special (oatmeal, cereal, eggs). There is no variety - same each day. The breakfast area packed and getting to the waffle station was a joke (at least 20-30 min wait). The room:Bed was fairly comfortable. Room layout is the basic one you see in most hotels - could use an update/refresh (bathroom had peeling paint and looked dated). One of the nights someone’s kid was running around SCREAMING (not just being loud, but screaming at the top of his lungs for hours from about 9:30 to midnight). For $250 a night, everything was fine. It wasn’t worth the really high cost for what you’d get at any other mid tier hotel.

Jam packed. Not enough breakfast selection with no variety. Ridiculous amounts of texts/emails from the hotel (seriously - one text and email is plenty, I don’t need multiple texts over multiple days)

I like the layout of the parking lot. There was plenty of parking room. The lobby gave off the cabin home feeling. It was very inviting. The staff was very informational and helpful. The rooms were nice and plenty of room and the bathroom was amazing. The hallways weren't too narrow. Overall my stay was great and I will be rebooking there again and telling my friends and family about it. I also like that the had a movie night for the kids with popcorn. That was very thoughtful.

The elevator seem to be out of date compared to the rest of the hotel. The elevator needed to be larger. The breakfast area need more sitting area for the guest and better way for clean up between guess. The breakfast bar buffet was good but I was expecting a better selection of food options and a chef on site to make an egg omelet.

Convenient to everything.

For such a nice hotel the bed was hard. When you flush the toilet it made a loud screeching noise. The carpet in the hallway needs to be cleaned and housekeeping is not cleaning the rooms well.

I was very shocked at the updates needs in our room. The bathroom was horrific.. mold or mildew, peeling and bubbles paint with small bugs crawling out of the paint! We didn’t notice this for a little while and then tried to call customer service later that night when we finally realized it and said house keeping had already left that someone else would have to help? Nothing was done and I felt unheard. It was pretty gross to see. Location was great Atmosphere was ok, halls were nasty hot, and fire alarm went off while we were there, that was a scare. Was a little expensive for what we discovered Beds were hard as rocks, our backs are still hurting after our stay.

Breakfast ! It was a mess ! They were out of a lot of things on the breakfast buffet bar and did not restock at 9:00 a.m. there was milk all over the counter and in the floor. No one seems to care to clean it up. The tables in the seating area were dirty and food in the floor. Definitely not enough seating either.

Constantly received dirty towels, found a bloody balled up tissue underneath the bed which staff (Blake) was not empathetic about, mold on the mirror. Promised a partial refund and haven’t received a response back for weeks when Booking reached out
