Home2 Suites By Hilton Pigeon Forge

A good choice of items. Could of used some small danish to go with my coffee

The Food buffet was set up with plates and silverware on the far left side in a corner with several waffle machines causing a big backup. I did not want a waffle but could not get a plate to continue to the rest of the breakfast bar.

Clean , great location . Good breakfast

Staff was excellent, the rooms were spacious and very clean! Location was great! I would definitely stay here again!

Bom café da manhã padrão americano.

Qualidade e conforto dos colchões estão ruins.

Good location

The pull out coach was weird and coach was so uncomfortable

My favorite amenity was the outside pool; however, I loved that the property was clean and near a lot of attractions.

NA!

That it had a laundry room

There should be a dress code as far as when people come down in the morning for breakfast… the way they are dressed like I just got when people get out of bed….

Ubicación, precio, comodo

Llegué 3 de la tarde y no pude realizar checking. Tenía niños

Location

Some help did not speak English

Room was great

Breakfast was average

The prices for the two nights we stayed was amazing. The rooms are decent sized. Didn’t seem too crowded with a family of 6. The kids loved that it had an indoor and outdoor pool. Staff I ran into were all very friendly.

There were only two things I didn’t like, and that was the pillows were a little too flat for my comfort, but may be good for others. The second thing was the elevators. They made some noises going up and down. Could possibly use some maintenance to them. Other than that everything else was perfect.

Great

Dog friendly hotel dog barked every time we walked down hall I think animals should be on a separate floor and in animal friendly rooms only. I should not have to have a hotel room that allows pets when I don’t live with pets.

Clean and staff friendly

Na

That is was walking distance to the island

Close to the attraction an the island

Charged 15 dollars extra to stay when u check in and u don't get the money back till 5 to 7 business days. Rude Staff

Convenient to the truck show

The breakfast was not the best. Eggs were cold several days. One of the reasons we stay there is because breakfast is included in the price but it definitely needs to be improved.

The room, the location and the complimentary breakfast.

The location easy to get in and out

The pillows was awful not good for sleeping

Good location and clean rooms, very modern

Everything was great, no dislikes

I love the home2 motel

really the only complaint is the outlet in bathroom the hair dryer & strightern got to hot and burnt my hair so be careful when using ( it was like to big of amp )

Clean, spacious, and great amenities

Elevator proximity to parking lot.

loved the stay. bed is great ,room clean when we travel we look for the Home2 Hotels

Internet service in room and as a whole pigeon forge area is AWFUL could not look up attraction or restaurants

Location was great. Everything was very clean. There was even staff cleaning during the day. With 2 grandchildren , they loved both the pools. Rooms very clean. Breakfast was very good!

I am usually very picky but I could not find anything wrong with the property. One thing though, I would prefer scrambled eggs

Location, kitchen, breakfast.

No in room safe.

Everything was great. Location was excellent. We were close to everything. Everything was clean. The breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I didn’t like that they charge you a fee for property damage and say you get it back in your card within a few days it’s been almost 2 weeks. I have not received anything back. We left everything perfect other than that. No other complaint.

We enjoyed our stay. Great property. Clean. Breakfast was great! Pool was super fun for the kids. Great location.

Big comfortable rooms! Breakfast bar and staff were phenomenal!!

Parking but they were busy!

The property had minor outdated things I think most hotels struggle with, employees were amazing and friendly it was more of just technical things issues arouse. The pools are very cloudy and gross given a busy weekends i could look over that’s issue, my room was a little gross tho. Hairs in the bath tub and sink from previous guest was a but gross and when we opened a drawer and found a wet gross towel was a bit nasty as well. Elevators were sketchy sounding along with the pool and cleanliness of the rooms was the issues.

Great staff, great breakfast, good pm hotel for single night stays.

This is our 4th time staying here. We like the location of the hotel; it's off the main path but close to everything. We love the size of the rooms. We have a son that is autistic and we need room for all his stuff. The room sizes are great for that.

I don't like the carts they have to carry in your belongings. They are triangle shaped and you can't put as much on the cart at once and we have to make multiple trips to get everything in. I'm 71 and we were all the way on the 3rd floor and to the back of the building.

Spacious room with almost everything we needed, decent location and easy parking. Free breakfast.

Americans seem unable to shut doors without slamming them. Many travellers had dogs with them which you could hear barking, thank heavens for ear plugs. You could see big family groups wasting food at breakfast, plates piled high then not eaten.

Amenities , location, cleanliness.

Long wait times for breakfast

The location was good, breakfast and eating spot was good. Loved the location. I really enjoyed the staff texting and checking it. It made it convenient when in need of anything. The pool was ok, the water made our eyes burn though. The size 0f the room and bathroom were really good for our family of 6.

The outdoor pool not being opened, but we understood it was being worked on.

Cleanliness and location

Flat pillows on both beds. I notified the staff and they sent up more pillows but they weren't better.

The rooms and breakfast

Pool closed

We like the location of the room and the frie4ndlisness of the staff. Hotel is clean.

We were traveling for my daughter's 10th birthday and a big part of why we chose this hotel was for the pool. The pool however was closed for repairs. I wish we would have been notified prior to arriving and given the option to cancel at no charge. I would have booked elsewhere.

I had to leave a day early due to a family emergency, and had no wifi to let you know to cancel my last night stay there. The hotel would not credit me for the third night that I didn't stay there and had to go through your establishment. Can you credit my card for the one night please?

Room was clean and spacious. Loved the hot breakfast.

Plenty of towels in bathroom

Great location!!!

Aged but comfortable

Nothing

Room was very clean.

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable.

El desayuno estuvo espectacular la ubicacion exelente el resecsionsta fue muy amable lo recomiendo.

That is was pet friendly

The pool was closed until the last day

Being woke by a dog down the hall barking

We like the location.

The indoor pool was not in working order which was disappointing because we were planning to use it quite a bit and ended up having to spend more money to entertain my children

The King Suite was very roomy with over 500 sq. ft. The breakfast offerings were plentiful. Close to Dollywood. The price was good.

This property is excellent. It’s close to everything but off the main drag. Parking is free and so is breakfast. It’s quiet and clean and the staff is great!

It was excellent! Room, breakfast and staff where all fabulous.

Large, clean rooms

Great breakfast friendly staff

Pet friendly and very clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was an added value.

Check in was delayed, facilities were not ready upon arrival. Had to change schedule, forcing us to miss planned events and to keep pet in crate far longer than anticipated.

Clean, PET friendly

Breakfast

The rooms were big and very comfortable!
