room was not clean appeared room was not properly vacumned vanity in bathroom at bottom that showed wear and finish had been worn down to bare wood there was no hair dryer

The staff were great! The room was amazing - especially considering the price. I was extremely impressed. And the location to everything was the cherry on top.

The room was a lot smaller then what we were use to vs other suites we’ve stayed in. Should really think of upgrading the one bedroom suites to King sized bed.

Everything was perfect! The staff was excellent.

Pools and vending machines mutiple entryways

This hotel is PERFECT! The free breakfast is amazing with great hours, 7AM-10AM. Housekeeping daily. The pools, lazy river, & hot tub were very clean. They have maintenance checking the levels consistently to make sure they stay clean throughout the entire day. The outdoor pool is open until 10PM & the indoor pool until12AM which was a big plus for us. I stayed with my husband & our 4 boys. They are very family friendly & the front desk receptionists are extremely kind & helpful at all hours. Great location as well, 2 minutes off the main strip. Back enough to be secluded but close enough to enjoy all the features Pigeon Forge has to offer. We will definitely be back!

We loved the ability to have a spacious room that our family of 6 could fit in. All the areas were clean. Loved having a kitchenette and big refrigerator. We really liked having both pools and a lazy river. The indoor pool hours being till midnight was great. It seemed like indoor pool and lazy river may have been heated. We also were pleasantly surprised with a private balcony. Location is very convenient to main strip and attractions.

Our family agreed that the breakfast wasn’t as good as some of our other fave close hotels. Like clarion Willow River or Apple Valley Inn. The selection was not terrible just lacking a bit. I never got to make waffles for any of us even with two mornings there because it was always crowded with a line. Maybe they could setup another area at back of dining room with a few things to help with the space and morning “traffic jam”. at the other hotel breakfasts we had all the same choices plus more potatoes and bacon, flavored creamers, hot chocolate machine, etc. I was looking for some hot sauce for eggs but didn’t find that. Also some more cereal choices maybe and refilling things on demand as they empty . The little convenience store area in lobby was very overpriced. $3 for a rubber ducky or $9 for pint of ice cream seemed greedy. We would have bought things if more reasonable. Aside from that, My kids who slept on sofa bed said the springs were pretty uncomfortable.

The elevator was super slow anS the water pressure in the shower was very low. But over all a great experience . We would definitely recommend / and stay again.

The location was excellent and made it easy to get around. The staff were friendly and professional throughout our stay, with special thanks to the night manager, who was especially helpful and welcoming.

The room was comfortable overall, but it did have an odd musty smell that only seemed to subside when the air conditioning was left running on a cold setting. The only disappointment was the breakfast. Compared to several other hotels we’ve stayed at recently, the selection and overall quality left much to be desired. Improving the breakfast would make the overall guest experience much better.

We liked the fact it was off the main road and extremely quiet. Had to call maintenance for a minor issue and he was the most friendly person I met while in Tennessee. He was extremely nice and happy to help us.

We loved the lazy river. But it was a tad bit too warm..

Our room the toilet in it stayed stopped up. We had to ask for maintenance over and over again we would wait forever and just for it to be right back stopped up. We had no shower water pressure. We couldn’t even take a shower… we told the front desk and they did nothing about these problems!!

Unfortunately I was in a room that the AC was not working and the dishwasher made noise the entire time with water in the bottom of the machine. I have stayed there the last 4 years and overall a good experience in the past

What I didn't like about the hotel was the service at reception. I called several times and received no answer because I wanted to request an extra blanket. However, I went there myself and asked for another blanket if possible, and they finally brought it to me after a short while. I hope the service will be better than this!

We were there for 3 nights and our room wasn’t cleaned the entire time. They came in and folded a blanket on the couch bed and left more shampoo and conditioner but didnt make the beds, clean the bathroom or leave new clean towels. It was very disappointing.

This was our first time staying there and we were very pleased with everything. I especially liked that the breakfast area was separate from guest check in. The property was clean and well maintained. I also loved the fact that the indoor pool stayed open until midnight.

We had reservations for three rooms and the room that my husband and I took did not have a balcony since it was on the back side. This was a little disappointing but would not keep us from staying here again.

The property is beautiful, tucked away from the busy Pigeon forge traffic but still close to everything.

We were not informed that housekeeping is not daily, not a huge deal if we had known at check in we could’ve asked for how to deal with trash and towels and such. This visit was for my sons birthday, we had a little celebration cake/ice cream and presents in the room and one trash can. As a family of 6 this becomes a bit gross with no attention to trash pick up. As a larger family we appreciate a hotel that offers breakfast, it was extremely sparse, although the kids did enjoy the waffle with a bear imprint. Upon check out we noticed that our kid forgot water bottle (and currently in heat wave) so we called the hotel, front desk said housekeeping hadn’t been by yet (totally cool we literally had left 13 minutes ago and had just arrived at Dollywood which is how we discovered misplaced water bottle). Front desk took down information and said they would call once they did the room to see if water bottle was found. We made a short day of DW as temps reached 100 with heat index of 108, haven’t heard from hotel so we called back, it was 4:05. New front desk shift says no notes left, housekeeping gone so no idea about any lost and found items as they would keep in their area not at front desk. Asked if we could just swing by and was told no one would be able to help since no housekeeping staff on property, they would leave note and call in the morning. Called this morning and no one knows anything.

Main Elevator VERY slow!!

Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The room was very clean, including the bathroom. We especially enjoyed the pool, kiddie pool, lazy river and hot tub outside and the indoor pool and hot tub which stayed open a couple of hours later. The breakfast offered more choices than some hotels and was kept well-supplied. The location was perfect and the grounds and landscaping were beautiful and serene, yet only a couple of minutes off the busy Parkway where there are tons of shops, restaurants and attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

No parking , your not told parking is 50$ or more and is a far walk to and from . Room was dirty and bathroom door broken . Pool is so small it fits probably 6 people comfortably

The location of the hotel is amazing. It also has access to the tram for the Island park. The pools are amazing and very clean. Our room was comfortable and clean as well. The breakfast was also very good.
